本实用新型涉及电声转换技术领域,特别涉及一种发声单元、发声模组和耳机。
背景技术
现有技术中,扬声器内设置具有弹性的振膜,振膜振动发声。振膜一般为橡胶或纸质等非金属材质制成,振膜由内至外依次包括球顶部、折环部和固定部,折环部为自球顶部边沿延伸的凸起结构。而现有的振膜材质和结构限制了扬声器的有效频宽,无法满足用户日益增长的听觉要求。
因此,需要提供一种新型的发声单元,解决上述技术问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种发声单元、发声模组和耳机,旨在解决现有现有的振膜材质和结构限制了扬声器有效频宽的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的所述发声单元包括磁轭、振动系统和设于所述磁轭上的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括设于所述磁路系统远离所述磁轭一侧的振膜和驱动所述振膜振动的音圈,所述音圈插入所述磁路系统的磁间隙,所述振膜为平板状的金属振膜。
可选地,振膜为单层金属层。
可选地,所述振膜包括金属层和设于所述金属层外侧的阻尼层。
可选地,所述振膜的厚度为10~40μm。
可选地,所述振膜的弹性模量大于或等于30GPa。
可选地,所述磁路系统包括主磁钢、绕所述主磁钢设置的副磁钢、设于所述主磁钢上的主华司和设于所述副磁钢上的副华司,所述主华司和所述副华司之间形成所述磁间隙。
可选地,所述副磁钢和所述副华司均为环形,所述振动系统还包括设于所述副华司上的安装环,所述振膜的边沿固设于所述安装环上。
可选地,所述副华司远离所述副磁钢的表面凹陷形成第一凹槽和第二凹槽,所述安装环设于所述第一凹槽外侧,所述发声单元还包括柔性电路板、电连接所述柔性电路板和所述音圈的音圈引线,所述音圈引线收容于所述第一凹槽内,所述柔性电路板的一端收容于所述第二凹槽内。

本实用新型还提供了一种发声模组,其特征在于,包括第一发声单元、第二发声单元、具有收容空间的外壳和设于所述外壳内的隔架,所述隔架将所述收容空间分割为第一空间和第二空间,所述第一发声单元设于所述第一空间内,所述第二发声单元设于所述第二空间内,所述第一发声单元如上述的发声单元。
可选地,所述第一发声单元和所述第二发声单元相对设置,所述第二发声单元为低音单元。
本实用新型还提供了一种耳机,所述耳机包括耳机壳体和设于所述耳机壳体内如上述的发声模组。
可选地,所述耳机壳体包括依次连接的出音管、收容管和耳机后壳,所述发声模组设于所述收容管内。
本实用新型中通过设置平板状的金属振膜,使得设置该振膜的发声单元在高频部分具有更大的频宽;由于振膜为平板状,使得设置该发声单元的整机不用预留避让折环结构的空间,使得产品尺寸更小;通过设置金属振膜,使得发声具有金属质感,为用户提供不同听觉感受。

本实用新型提出一种发声单元10。
参照图1至图3,发声单元10包括磁轭1、振动系统3和设于磁轭1上的磁路系统5,振动系统3包括设于磁路系统5远离磁轭1一侧的振膜31和驱动振膜31振动的音圈33,音圈33插入磁路系统5的磁间隙,振膜31为平板状的金属振膜。
音圈33通电时,在磁间隙内的磁场作用下,音圈33振动,以带动振膜31振动发声。请参阅图4,为本实用新型一实施例的发声单元10的频响曲线图,其中,曲线L1为图1所示的发声单元10的频响曲线,曲线L2为对比例的频响曲线,该对比例与图1所示的发声单元10的不同之处在于,对比例为具有橡胶折环结构的振膜31的发声单元。由图4可知,在高频部分,本实用新型提供的发声单元10具有更大的频宽。
本实用新型中,通过设置平板状的金属振膜,使得设置该振膜31的发声单元10在高频部分具有更大的频宽;由于振膜31为平板状,使得设置该发声单元10的整机不用预留避让折环结构的空间,使得产品尺寸更小;通过设置金属振膜31,使得发声具有金属质感,为用户提供不同听觉感受。
在一实施例中,振膜31为单层金属层,该金属层由合金材料制成,优选为镁铝合金。
另一实施例中,振膜31包括金属层和设于金属层外侧的阻尼层。金属层具体可以是镁锂合金、镁铝合金、铝膜、钛膜、不锈钢、硅钢等金属材料中的一种或多种,优选为镁铝合金。阻尼层可以是胶膜层、PEEK、TPU、TPEE等。通过阻尼层可以调节振膜313的阻尼性,有利于振膜313振动的平衡,带来更加细腻的听感。
本实施例中提供的振膜31的弹性模量大于或等于30GPa,厚度为10~40um,可取代现有技术中的橡胶振膜或纸质振膜,为用户提供不同选择。振膜31和音圈33同轴设置,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要选择不同直径比值的音圈33和振膜31,以获得不同音质。
请参阅图1至图3,磁路系统5包括主磁钢51、绕主磁钢51设置的副磁钢53、设于主磁钢51上的主华司55和设于副磁钢53上的副华司57,主华司55和副华司57之间形成磁间隙。
在本实施例中,副磁钢53和副华司57均为环形,分别绕主磁钢51和主华司55设置。在其他实施例中,副磁钢53和副华司57可以为多个,多个副华司57依次排列环绕主磁钢51。振动系统3还包括设于副华司57上的安装环35,振膜31的边沿固设于安装环35上。装配时,可将振膜31的边沿与安装环35连接,再将安装环35设置于副华司57上,可通过改变安装环35沿音圈33振动方向的高度大小,以使振膜31获得不同大小的振动空间。
可选地,副华司57远离副磁钢53的表面凹陷形成第一凹槽571和第二凹槽573,安装环35设于第一凹槽571外侧,发声单元10还包括柔性电路板7、电连接所述柔性电路板和音圈33的音圈引线(未标示),音圈引线涂胶固定于第一凹槽571,柔性电路板7的一端收容于第二凹槽573内。在本实施例中,第一凹槽571的一端连通磁间隙,第一凹槽571的另一端与第二凹槽573相连通。第一凹槽571的数量为两个,两个第一凹槽571对称设置于主华 司55的两侧。第二凹槽573设置于环形副华司57的一端,柔性电路板7设有两个焊盘的第一端收容于第二凹槽573内,两个焊盘分别与音圈33电连接,柔性电路板7穿过安装环35和副华司57之间的间隙,以使柔性电路板7的一端设置于副华司57远离主华司55的外侧。
磁轭1包括底板11和自底板11延伸的侧板13,副磁钢53的相对两端凹陷形成与侧板13配合的固定槽531。通过侧板13固定副磁钢53,有利于增加副磁钢53的尺寸,从而增加磁路系统5的磁通量。
底板11、主磁钢51和主华司55上均开设有通孔,多个通孔依次连通形成气流通道52,振膜31和主华司55之间的间隙与气流通道52连通。振膜31振动产生的气流可通过气流通道52外泄,有利于振膜31振动。
请参阅图5至图7,本实用新型还提供了一种发声模组200,包括第一发声单元20、第二发声单元30、具有收容空间的外壳40和设于外壳40内的隔架50,隔架50将收容空间分割为第一空间和第二空间,第一发声单元20设于第一空间内,第二发声单元30设于第二空间内,第一发声单元20如上述的发声单元10。
该第一发声单元20的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本发声模组200采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
第二发声单元30包括具有磁间隙的低音磁路301、低音振膜303以及与低音振膜303连接的低音音圈305,低音音圈305插入磁间隙中。低音振膜303包括由内至外依次设置的主体部、折环部和固定部,低音振膜303可以为橡胶振膜。即在发声模组200中,第一发声单元20用于发出高音部分,第二发声单元30用于发出低音部分,从而进一步增加发声模组200整体的频宽。
请结合参阅图8,本实用新型还提供了一种耳机300,耳机300包括耳机壳体310如上述的发声模组200。该发声单元10和发声模组200的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本耳机采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
所述耳机壳体310包括依次连接的出音管320、收容管330和耳机后壳 340,所述发声模组200设于所述收容管330内。在一实施例中,在出音管320或收容管330外侧还设置有与耳道适配的胶塞。本实用新型通过将发声模组200设于收容管330中,从而获得更大的后腔空间,可以在耳机后壳340内设置其他零部件。
所述振膜31和所述隔架50之间形成高音振动空间,所述第二发声单元30的低音振膜303和所述隔架50之间形成低音振动空间,所述外壳40上开设有与所述高音振动空间和/或所述低音振动空间连通的出音孔401。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种发声单元,其特征在于,所述发声单元包括磁轭、振动系统和设于所述磁轭上的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括设于所述磁路系统远离所述磁轭一侧的振膜和驱动所述振膜振动的音圈,所述音圈插入所述磁路系统的磁间隙,所述振膜为平板状的金属振膜。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的发声单元,其特征在于,所述振膜为单层金属层。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的发声单元,其特征在于,所述振膜包括金属层和设于所述金属层外侧的阻尼层。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的发声单元,其特征在于,所述振膜的厚度为10~40μm。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的发声单元,其特征在于,所述振膜的弹性模量大于或等于30GPa。
  6. 如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的发声单元,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括主磁钢、绕所述主磁钢设置的副磁钢、设于所述主磁钢上的主华司和设于所述副磁钢上的副华司,所述主华司和所述副华司之间形成所述磁间隙。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的发声单元,其特征在于,所述副磁钢和所述副华司均为环形,所述振动系统还包括设于所述副华司上的安装环,所述振膜的边沿固设于所述安装环上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的发声单元,其特征在于,所述副华司远离所述副磁钢的表面凹陷形成第一凹槽和第二凹槽,所述安装环设于所述第一凹槽外侧,所述发声单元还包括柔性电路板、电连接所述柔性电路板和所述音圈的 音圈引线,所述音圈引线收容于所述第一凹槽内,所述柔性电路板的一端收容于所述第二凹槽内。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的发声单元,其特征在于,所述磁轭包括底板和自所述底板延伸的侧板,所述副磁钢的相对两端凹陷形成与所述侧板配合的固定槽。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的发声单元,其特征在于,所述底板、所述主磁钢和所述主华司上均开设有通孔,多个所述通孔依次连通形成气流通道,所述振膜和所述主华司之间的间隙与所述气流通道连通。
  11. 一种发声模组,其特征在于,包括第一发声单元、第二发声单元、具有收容空间的外壳和设于所述外壳内的隔架,所述隔架将所述收容空间分割为第一空间和第二空间,所述第一发声单元设于所述第一空间内,所述第二发声单元设于所述第二空间内,所述第一发声单元如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的发声单元。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的发声模组,其特征在于,所述第一发声单元和所述第二发声单元相对设置,所述第二发声单元为低音单元。
  13. 一种耳机,其特征在于,所述耳机包括耳机壳体和设于所述耳机壳体内如权利要求11或12所述的发声模组。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述耳机壳体包括依次连接的出音管、收容管和耳机后壳,所述发声模组设于所述收容管内。
