人体工学枕,是适用于人体使用且形状像英文字母U字的枕头,是根据人体颈部工学设计,提供头颈分散、柔和及真实的支撑,可提供人体头部、颈部的自然舒展状态,畅通血液循环,避免因长时间颈椎压迫引起之颈部及肩部不舒服,多种用途,健康舒适,对颈椎疾病有预防和辅佐理疗作用。它可根据人体需要自动塑造舒服效果,有效分散和化解颈椎压迫,放松颈肩部所受的外界的压力,从而避免颈肩部架空弯曲产生的疲劳感。U型护颈椎枕能有效劳的促进血液循环,不易使得颈椎与肩部产生疲劳和酸痛。
但是,现有的人体工学枕都是一体成型结构,尤其是布套与内衬一体成型,不方便清洗、拆卸并更换。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的是提供一种人体工学枕,有效解决现有人体工学枕都是一体成型结构,尤其是布套与内衬一体成型,不方便清洗、拆卸并更换的问题。
本发明实施例提供的一种人体工学枕,包括:U型枕安装组件和U型枕本体,所述U型枕本体包括:U型套,所述U型套与所述U型枕安装组件可拆卸连接。
采用该技术方案后所达到的技术效果:U型枕本体通过U型套与U型枕安装组件可拆卸连接和安装,实现人体工学枕的可拆卸,从而方便人体工学枕的U型枕本体和U型套进行更换和清洗,另外,可拆卸结构增加每个部件的适配性,在某一部件损坏的情况下可以进行拆卸替换,避免整体更换以节约成本。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述U型枕安装组件为U形结构,其内侧为连接侧;其中,所述U型套的外侧与U型枕安装组件的连接侧配合连接。
采用该技术方案后所达到的技术效果:U型枕安装组件的U形结构与U型套的形状相匹配,从而适合U型枕安装组件与U型套之间的可拆卸连接。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述U型枕安装组件包括:外壳、U型衬件和内架体,所述外壳、所述U型衬件和所述内架体由外到内依次设置,所述U型衬件与所述U型套可拆卸连接。
采用该技术方案后所达到的技术效果:U型枕安装组件的外壳可保护U型衬件和内架体,并且外壳可实现可遮挡外壳与U型衬件之间的连接件,从而实现人体工学枕具有美观的效果。一方面,衬件的设置方便外壳、衬件和内架体通过连接件连接,方便其安装前的预定位,从而提高安装效率,另一方面,衬件的设置可提高人在使用人体工学枕过程中的舒适度。内架体的设置方便U型枕本体和U型衬件的支撑,并方便U型衬件、外壳和U型枕本体的安装。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述内架体包括:弧形支架本体和两个调节臂,所述两个调节臂可转动的设置在所述弧形支架本体的两侧,且所述调节臂与所述弧形支架本体之间的角度可调节。
采用该技术方案后所达到的技术效果:弧形支架本体可支撑人体的颈部,人体工学枕在使用过程中能够实现弧形支架本体与调节臂之间适应性调整,从而实现适合不同人群的颈部的尺寸和形状进行调整,进而提高人体工学枕使用过程中的舒适度;在弧形支架本体与调节臂之间角度调节时,能够适应性角度调整,而不至于拉坏或者产生相反的阻力。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述外壳包括:弧形保护壳体和两个调节臂壳体,为一体或是可拆卸连接。
采用该技术方案后所达到的技术效果:一体式连接方便生产制造且零部件较少减少安装的时间,提高生产过程中安装的效率;可拆卸连接方便调节臂或弧形支架本体的更换,并且方便内架体的检修。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述U型衬件与所述U型套通过拉链连接,所述U型衬件为硅胶材质或橡胶材质。
采用该技术方案后所达到的技术效果:硅胶材质和橡胶材质与海绵材质或布材质相比较硬,从而能够方便连接件将U型衬件、外壳和内架体连接,防止布料材质装配螺钉时的滑动及不易定位问题;硅胶材质和橡胶材质软硬舒的适度适合人体使用过程的舒适度,提高人颈部的舒适度;U型衬件与U型套的拉链连接方便U型套和U型衬件之间的拆卸,从而方便将U型套从人体工学枕拆下并进行清洗。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述U型衬件包括:第一凹槽,所述弧形支架本体包括第一凸起,所述第一凹槽与所述第一凸起配合连接。
采用该技术方案后所达到的技术效果:第一凹槽与第一凸起可以定位U型衬件和弧形支架本体的位置,方便衬件与弧形支架本体的安装,从而方便衬件与支架体的安装。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述U型衬件包括:第二凹槽,所述调节臂包括第二凸起,所述第二凹槽与所述第二凸起配合连接。
采用该技术方案后所达到的技术效果:第二凹槽与第二凸起可以定位 U型衬件和两个调节臂的位置,方便衬件与弧形支架本体的安装,从而方便方便衬件与支架体的安装。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述弧形支架本体靠近U型枕本体两端设有底臂,所述底臂连接有可转动连接组件。
采用该技术方案后所达到的技术效果:实现调节臂和弧形支架本体之间的转动调节,从而可调节弧形支架本体和调节臂之间的角度适合不同人群的颈部形状和尺寸大小,根据人体工程学调节所述角度,从而实现提高人在使用人体工学枕过程中的舒适性。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述调节臂设有转动连接口,所述底臂设有安装口,所述可转动连接组件包括:转动件,其一端设有螺纹连接区域和转动区域;螺母,配合连接所述螺纹连接区域;其中,所述转动件套设于所述安装口内且底臂夹设于所述螺母与所述转动连接口之间,所述转动连接口套设于所述转动区域。
采用该技术方案后所达到的技术效果:进一步说明调节臂和弧形支架本体具体转动方式,在调节臂与弧形支架本体之间转动时,能够适应性调整,而不至于拉坏或者产生相反的阻力。
综上所述,本申请上述各个实施例可以具有如下一个或多个优点或有益效果:i)U型套和U型枕安装组件的可拆卸连接实现人体工学枕方便清洗、拆卸并更换;ii)人体工学枕中的可拆卸结构在不使用时方便收纳;iii)调节臂可以根据颈部尺寸进行调节,以便适合人体工学中的颈部,从而适合不同人体的颈部;iv)U型衬件为硅胶材质,其硬度方便将衬件与内架体和外壳可拆卸连接的同时,其柔软度的舒适性也适合人体舒适体验;v)人体工学枕的人体工学设计可提供人体头部、颈部的自然舒展状态,畅通血液循环,避免因长时间颈椎压迫引起之颈部及肩部不舒服,多种用途,健康舒适,对颈椎疾病有预防和辅佐理疗作用。

具体实施方式
下面对本申请实施例中涉及的相关术语和概念进行说明。
【第一实施例】
参见图1,其为本发明第一实施例提供的一种人体工学枕300的结构示意图,人的颈部或头颈部分伸入人体工学枕300内侧的U型口得到最分散、柔和及真实的支撑,可提供人体头部、颈部的自然舒展状态,畅通血液循环,避免因长时间颈椎压迫引起之颈部及肩部不舒服,多种用途,健康舒适,对颈椎疾病有预防和辅佐理疗作用。
具体的,结合图2,人体工学枕300例如包括:U型枕安装组件200和U型枕本体。(图中未标示)。所述U型枕本体包括:U型套100。U型套100与U型枕安装组件200可拆卸连接。所述U型枕本体通过U型套100与U型枕安装组件200可拆卸连接和安装,实现人体工学枕300的可拆卸,从而方便人体工学枕300的所述U型枕本体和U型套100进行更换和清洗,另外,所述可拆卸连接的结构增加人体工学枕300的每个部件的适配性,在某一部件损坏的情况下可以进行拆卸替换,避免整体更换以节约成本。
具体的,结合图1和图2,U型枕安装组件200为U形结构,U型枕安装组件200内侧为连接侧;其中,所述U型枕本体的外侧与U型枕安装组件200的所述连接侧配合连接。U型枕安装组件200的U形结构与U型套100的形状相匹配,从而适合U型枕安装组件200与U型套100之间的可拆卸连接,所述可拆卸连接的方式例如可以为拉链连接方式、纽扣配合连接方式或夹紧的夹持连接方式等,所述可拆卸连接方便将所述U型枕本体拆出,一方面,方便所述U型枕本体或U型套100在需要清洗时进行清洗,另一方面,在U型枕本体或U型套100在损坏时或需要更换时,方便所述U型枕本体在人体工学枕300上拆下并进行更换和维修。
进一步的,参见图3和图4,U型枕安装组件200包括:外壳210、U型衬件220和内架体230。外壳210、U型衬件220和内架体230由外到内依次设置,U型衬件220与U型套100可拆卸连接。人体工学枕300的由外到内依次设置的三层结构在使用过程中可加强对人体颈部的保护,并且U型枕安装组件200的外壳210可保护U型衬件220和内架体230。其中,外壳210包 括:弧形保护壳体210a和调节臂壳体210b。外壳210可实现可遮挡外壳210与U型衬件220之间的连接件(图中未标示),从而实现人体工学枕300具有美观的效果,弧形保护壳体210a可保护U型衬件220,从而减少U型衬件220的损坏,并且调节臂壳体210b可保护调节臂232,从而减少调节臂232的内部损坏。一方面,U型衬件220的设置方便外壳210、U型衬件220和内架体230通过所述连接件进行连接,方便外壳210与内架体230之间的定位以及安装;另一方面,U型衬件220的设置可提高人在使用人体工学枕300过程中的舒适度。内架体230的设置方便所述U型枕本体和U型衬件220的支撑,并方便U型衬件220、外壳210和所述U型枕本体的安装。
更进一步的,参见图8,内架体230包括:弧形支架本体231和两个调节臂232。两个调节臂232可转动的设置在弧形支架本体231的两侧,且调节臂232与弧形支架本体231之间的角度可根据需要进行调节。弧形支架本体231可支撑人体的颈部,调节调节臂232将压力传动至所述U型枕本体,使得调节所述U型枕本体中的U型口(图中未标示)的内侧开口的大小,从而人体工学枕300在使用过程中能够实现弧形支架本体231与调节臂232之间的适应性调整,进而实现适合不同人群的颈部的尺寸和形状进行调整,提高人体工学枕300使用过程中的舒适度;人体工学枕300通过两个调节臂232和弧形支架本体231之间的调节实现可根据人体需要自动塑造舒服效果,人体工学枕300有效把人体压力化解为零压,抵消反作用力,放松颈肩部所受的外界的压力,从而避免颈肩部架空弯曲产生的疲劳感。在弧形支架本体231与调节臂232之间调节臂232转动进行角度调节时,能够适应人体颈部角度的调整,而不至于调节臂232在转动过程中拉坏或者产生相反的阻力,提高调节臂232和弧形支架本体231的使用寿命。
优选的,结合图4,外壳210包括:弧形保护壳体210a和两个调节臂壳体210b。弧形保护壳体210a和两个调节臂壳体210b为一体或是可拆卸连接。弧形保护壳体210a和两个调节臂壳体210b之间的可拆卸连接例如可以为螺栓螺母连接或卡扣连接方式,可拆卸连接方便调节臂232或弧形支架本体231的更换,并且方便内架体230的检修。弧形保护壳体210a和两个调节臂壳体210b一体式连接可通过冲压成型进行加工制造,从而方便生产制造且零部件较少使得减少安装的时间,提高生产过程中安装的效率;外壳210的材料例如可以为塑料或金属结构等硬质材料进行保护人体工学枕300内部的U型衬件220、弧形支架本体231进而减少人体工学枕300内部的损坏。
具体的,结合图5和图6,U型衬件220与U型套100可通过拉链连接或纽扣配合连接方式实现U型衬件220与U型套100之间的可拆卸连接。所述拉链例如可以为尼龙拉链、树脂拉链、金属拉链等,所述拉链连接的方式可快速地将U型衬件220与U型套100进行拼合或者分离,从而便于拆卸和替换,十分灵活和方便且省时省力;所述纽扣连接的方式具有成本低、连接牢固和方便拆卸等优点,且纽扣方便制造和加工。U型衬件220为硅胶、橡 胶材质或其他类似的具有一定弹性的材质。硅胶材质和橡胶材质与海绵材质或布材质相比较硬,一方面,能够方便通过所述连接件将U型衬件220、外壳210和内架体230连接,连接更牢固和稳定,防止布料材质装配螺钉(图中未示出)时的滑动及不易定位问题;另一方面,由于U型衬件220具有弹性,且其位于外壳210和内架体230之间,其在调节臂232与弧形支架本体231连接处具有裸露部分,可以在调节臂232与弧形支架本体231二者之间角度调整的时候,利用其弹性,防止被拉坏撕扯,若是布料材质,则经常出现撕扯现象;所述硅胶材质和所述橡胶材质软硬的舒适度适合人体使用过程的舒适度,提高人颈部的舒适度;U型衬件220与U型套100之间的可拆卸连接,方便U型套100和U型衬件220之间的拆卸,从而方便将U型套100从人体工学U型枕300拆下并进行清洗。
进一步的,参见图7,U型衬件220包括:第一凹槽221。结合图9和图10,弧形支架本体231包括:第一凸起231a。其中,第一凹槽221与第一凸起231a配合连接。第一凹槽221与第一凸起231a可以定位U型衬件220和弧形支架本体231的位置,方便U型衬件220与弧形支架本体231的安装,从而方便U型衬件220与内架体230的安装。
优选的,参见图7,U型衬件220包括:第二凹槽222。结合图11,调节臂232包括:第二凸起232a。其中,第二凹槽222与第二凸起232a配合连接。第二凹槽222与第二凸起232a可以定位U型衬件220和两个调节臂232的位置,方便U型衬件220与弧形支架本体231的安装,从而方便U型衬件220与内架体230的安装。
具体的,参见图9、图12和图13,弧形支架本体231靠近所述U型枕本体两端设有底臂231b,底臂231b连接有可转动连接组件(图中未标示)。所述可转动连接组件例如可以为档位调节方式进行转动,所述可转动连接组件的转动实现调节臂232和弧形支架本体231之间的转动进行调节,从而可调节弧形支架本体231和调节臂232之间的角度适合不同人群的颈部形状和尺寸大小,从而可调节至适合人体工程学的角度,从而提高人在使用人体工学U型枕300过程中的舒适性。
优选的,参见图12和图13,调节臂232设有转动连接口232b,结合图14和图15,底臂231b设有安装口(图中未标示),所述可转动连接组件包括:转动件233和螺母234。转动件233一端设有螺纹连接区域233a和转动区域233b;螺母234配合连接螺纹连接区域233a;其中,转动件233套设于所述安装口内且底臂231b夹设于所述螺母234与所述转动连接口232b之间,所述转动连接口232b套设于所述转动区域233b。调节臂232转动带动转动件233的转动,同时,调节臂232的转动连接口232b在转动区域233b转动,从而可调节弧形支架本体231与两个调节臂232之间的角度。螺母234与螺纹连接区域233a的配合连接防止转动件233与底臂231b的转动过程中造成底臂231b滑出转动件233外,从而提高用户使用人体工学枕300的体验感和人 体工学枕300使用过程中的舒适度。此外,通过所述可转动连接组件转动实现调节臂232与弧形支架本体231之间的角度适应性调整,而不至于调节臂232拉坏或者产生相反的阻力。
【第二实施例】
优选的,参见图16,本发明第二实施例提供一种人体工学枕300,其与第一实施例的区别为:U型衬件220的内侧对应的头部支撑侧的一侧还设有挂钩件220a,挂钩件220a上设有悬挂孔(图中未标示)。举例来说,用户在佩戴人体工学枕300时,挂钩件220a贴附于所述头部支撑侧,可用于遮挡U型衬件220和U型套100之间拉链中的拉链头;当人体工学U型枕300未使用时,挂钩件220a能够翻起,所述悬挂孔可用于悬挂在挂钩上。
进一步的,挂钩件220a例如采用与U型衬件220相同的硅胶材料,使其具有良好的弹性。
上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种人体工学枕,其中,包括:
    U型枕安装组件;
    U型枕本体,包括:U型套,所述U型套与所述U型枕安装组件可拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的人体工学枕,其中,所述U型枕安装组件为U形结构,其内侧为连接侧;
    其中,所述U型套的外侧与U型枕安装组件的连接侧配合连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的人体工学枕,其中,所述U型枕安装组件包括:外壳、U型衬件和内架体,所述外壳、所述U型衬件和所述内架体由外到内依次设置,所述U型衬件与所述U型套可拆卸连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的人体工学枕,其中,所述内架体包括:弧形支架本体和两个调节臂,所述两个调节臂可转动的设置在所述弧形支架本体的两侧,且所述调节臂与所述弧形支架本体之间的角度可调节。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的人体工学枕,其中,所述外壳包括:弧形保护壳体和两个调节臂壳体,为一体或是可拆卸连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的人体工学枕,其中,所述U型衬件与所述U型套通过拉链连接,所述U型衬件为硅胶材质或橡胶材质。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的人体工学枕,其中,所述U型衬件包括:第一凹槽,所述弧形支架本体包括第一凸起,所述第一凹槽与所述第一凸起配合连接。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的人体工学枕,其中,所述U型衬件包括:第二凹槽,所述调节臂包括第二凸起,所述第二凹槽与所述第二凸起配合连接。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的人体工学枕,其中,所述弧形支架本体靠近U型枕本体两端设有底臂,所述底臂连接有可转动连接组件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的人体工学枕,其中,所述调节臂设有转动连接口,所述底臂设有安装口,所述可转动连接组件包括:
    转动件,其一端设有螺纹连接区域和转动区域;螺母,配合连接所述螺纹连接区域;
    其中,所述转动件套设于所述安装口内且底臂夹设于所述螺母与所述转动连接口之间,所述转动连接口套设于所述转动区域。
