Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態のデータ入力支援システムについて、図面を用いて説明する。本実施の形態では、予防接種履歴管理システム等に用いられるデータ入力支援システムの場合を例示する。データ入力支援システムは、入力用データ表示システムに記録されている実データをデータ入力用端末へ入力するためのシステムである。

Claims (5)
- 入力用データ表示システムに記録されている実データをデータ入力用端末へ入力するためのデータ入力支援システムであって、
前記データ入力用端末では、前記実データを入力するために入力フォームが用いられるとともに、前記入力フォームへの入力確定または他の入力フォームへの移動のために制御コードが用いられ、
前記データ入力支援システムは、
前記データ入力用端末に入力される前記実データのデータ名と、前記実データを入力するときに用いられる制御コードの制御コード名とで構成される構成用データが符号化される構成用コードを作成して出力する構成用データ作成システムと、
前記構成用データ作成システムから出力された前記構成用データに基づいて、前記データ入力用端末に入力されるべき前記実データが符号化されるデータ入力用コードを作成して表示する前記入力用データ表示システムと、
を備え、
前記構成用データ作成システムは、
前記データ入力用端末に入力されるべき前記実データのデータ名と、前記実データを入力するときに用いられる制御コードの制御コード名とを選択するデータ選択部と、
前記データ選択部で選択された前記データ名と前記制御コード名を並べる順番を決定する順番決定部と、
前記データ選択部で選択された前記データ名と前記制御コード名が前記順番決定部で決定された順番で並べられた構成用データが符号化されている構成用コードを生成する構成用コード生成部と、
前記構成用コードを出力する構成用コード出力部と、
を備え、
前記入力用データ表示システムは、
前記構成用データ作成システムから出力された前記構成用コードを読み込むことにより、前記構成用コードに符号化されている前記構成用データを復号し、前記入力用データ表示システムに前記構成用データをインポートするインポート部と、
前記構成用データに含まれる前記データ名を当該データ名に対応する実データに置き換え、前記構成用データに含まれる前記制御コード名を当該制御コード名に対応する制御コードに置き換えた入力用データが符号化されているデータ入力用コードを生成するデータ入力用コード生成部と、
前記データ入力用コードを表示する入力用コード表示部と、
を備え、
前記データ入力用端末は、
前記入力用データ表示システムで表示された前記データ入力用コードを読み込むことにより、前記データ入力用コードに符号化されている前記入力用データを復号し、前記入力用データに含まれる前記実データを前記制御コードを用いて前記データ入力用端末に入力するデータ入力部を備える、ことを特徴とするデータ入力支援システム。 - 前記構成用データ作成システムは、
前記構成用コードを生成するときに、前記構成用データに含まれる前記データ名を当該データ名に対応する代替データに置き換え、前記構成用データに含まれる前記制御コード名を当該制御コード名に対応する制御コードに置き換えた確認用データが符号化されている確認用コードを生成する確認用コード生成部と、
前記確認用コードを表示する確認用コード表示部と、
を備え、
前記データ入力用端末は、
前記構成用データ作成システムで表示された前記確認用コードを読み込むことにより、前記確認用コードに符号化されている前記確認用データを復号し、前記確認用データに含まれる前記代替データを表示する代替データ表示部を備える、請求項1に記載のデータ入力支援システム。 - 前記データ入力用端末は、前記構成用データ作成システムと前記入力用データ表示システムに対してオフライン環境とされている、請求項1または請求項2に記載のデータ入力支援システム。
- 前記入力用データ表示システムは、
前記入力用データ表示システムにインポートされた複数の構成用データが記憶される構成用データ記憶部と、
前記データ入力用コードの生成に用いる構成用データを、前記構成用データ記憶部に記憶されている前記複数の構成用データの中から選択するフォーム選択部と、
を備える、請求項1~請求項3のいずれかに記載のデータ入力支援システム。 - 入力用データ表示システムに記録されている実データをデータ入力用端末へ入力するためのデータ入力支援システムで実行される情報入力方法あって、
前記データ入力用端末では、前記実データを入力するために入力フォームが用いられるとともに、前記入力フォームへの入力確定または他の入力フォームへの移動のために制御コードが用いられ、
前記データ入力支援システムは、
前記データ入力用端末に入力される前記実データのデータ名と、前記実データを入力するときに用いられる制御コードの制御コード名とで構成される構成用データが符号化される構成用コードを作成して出力する構成用データ作成システムと、
前記構成用データ作成システムから出力された前記構成用データに基づいて、前記データ入力用端末に入力されるべき前記実データが符号化されるデータ入力用コードを作成して表示する前記入力用データ表示システムと、
を備え、
前記方法は、前記構成用データ作成システムにおいて、
前記データ入力用端末に入力されるべき前記実データのデータ名と、前記実データを入力するときに用いられる制御コードの制御コード名とを選択することと、
前記データ選択部で選択された前記データ名と前記制御コード名を並べる順番を決定することと、
前記データ選択部で選択された前記データ名と前記制御コード名が前記順番決定部で決定された順番で並べられた構成用データが符号化されている構成用コードを生成することと、
前記構成用コードを出力することと、
を含み、
さらに、前記方法は、前記入力用データ表示システムにおいて、
前記構成用データ作成システムから出力された前記構成用コードを読み込むことにより、前記構成用コードに符号化されている前記構成用データを復号し、前記入力用データ表示システムに前記構成用データをインポートすることと、
前記構成用データに含まれる前記データ名を当該データ名に対応する実データに置き換え、前記構成用データに含まれる前記制御コード名を当該制御コード名に対応する制御コードに置き換えた入力用データが符号化されているデータ入力用コードを生成することと、
前記データ入力用コードを表示することと、
を含み、
さらに、前記方法は、前記データ入力用端末において、
前記入力用データ表示システムで表示された前記データ入力用コードを読み込むことにより、前記データ入力用コードに符号化されている前記入力用データを復号し、前記入力用データに含まれる前記実データを前記制御コードを用いて前記データ入力用端末に入力することを含む、ことを特徴とする情報入力方法。
