Abstract

Disclosed is a rotary turnover device, comprising a housing, wherein a stator is arranged inside the housing, a rotor cavity is formed between the stator and the housing, and a rotor assembly is arranged in the rotor cavity and comprises a rotary disk, and several profiling blocks are fixedly mounted on one side of the rotary disk; and a material inlet is provided at the upper portion of the housing, a material outlet is further provided on the lower side of the housing, and a slide through hole is provided inside the stator. The present invention solves the problem whereby materials are not stably clamped, such that positions of the materials deviate or the materials fall off during turnover. In addition, in a traditional turnover device, materials need to be detected before turning over workpieces, and the materials are turned over after detecting front and back surfaces of the materials, and if a detection mechanism breaks down, the turnover step is wrong, such that the whole device is wrong, and the working efficiency is thus affected.
