一种内窥镜用管及内窥镜 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械设备领域,尤其涉及一种内窥镜用管及内窥镜。
背景技术
内窥镜是一种应用非常广泛的医疗器械,通常内窥镜包括插入管及操作部。插入管用于进入人体,插入部的前端设有弯曲部,弯曲部用于引导插入部运动。操作部位于人体外控制弯曲部在人体内运动。使用时将内窥镜的插入管经人体的天然孔道,或者是经手术做的小切口进入人体内,导入预检查的器官内,可直接窥视有关部位的变化。
插入管中设置有容纳检测和诊疗的医用器械的内管道,但是在进行激光治疗时会产生热量、气体、切除的废物等,这些废物都会遮挡内窥镜镜头造成视野模糊,而激光光纤在内管道中就不能再连接冲洗管进行注液冲洗,镜头很容易模糊,所以需要在内窥镜中多设置一个用于输送气液的子通道。
额外的通道占用插入管内的空间,当内管道尺寸一定时,增加额外的通道会导致插入管外径增加,但是由于人体某些区域自然通道比较狭窄,插入管直径可能超出自然通道,因此需要通过手术手段进行扩张,此时病人需要麻醉,麻醉时间长、危害大、副作用大且费用高。
发明内容
为了克服至少一个上述现有技术的技术问题,本发明提供了一种 增加了子通道,同时还能保证内管道直径大,插入管外径小的内窥镜用管及内窥镜。
提供了一种内窥镜用管,包括插入管,所述插入管内设置有至少一个中空的内管道,所述内管道与插入管之间留有空隙,内管道外壁与插入管内壁环绕形成的中空腔道设为外通道,所述外通道设置有至少一个具有输送功能的子通道。
上述的一种内窥镜用管至少具有以下的有益效果:将插入管的内腔尽可能扩大,可以使得内管道的直径也变大,能方便器械通入;然后充分利用插入管与内管道间的空隙,在不增加额外管道的基础上增加了至少一个通道,能增加使用功能还不会增大插入管直径。
在上述多通道可弯曲管道的一些实施例中,所述内管道的部分管壁与插入管的管壁重合。内管道由内管道本体和插入管围绕而成,内管道的管壁包括内管道本体和部分插入管,不规则的内管道周长能利用插入管的边角部位,能增大内管道的周长。
在上述多通道可弯曲管道的一些实施例中,所述内管道与插入管为独立管道,内管道与插入管均为中空管道,所述内管道固定在所述插入管内。内管道为单独的空心管道,安装时将内管道穿入插入管内,利用连接件或粘合剂将内管道固定在插入管内,插入管和内管道加工比较简单,生产比较方便。
在上述多通道可弯曲管道的一些实施例中,所述外通道内设置有至少一个隔板,将所述外通道分隔成至少两个通道,其中至少有一个通道为子通道。多个通道能起到不同功能,例如同时进行输液和抽吸, 而且不会额外增加管道,不会增大插入管直径。
提供了一种内窥镜,包括上述任一所述的内窥镜用管,握持部件固定在插入管上;摄像组件设置在外通道内或插入管外。
上述的一种内窥镜至少具有以下的有益效果:在不增加额外管道的基础上增加了至少一个通道,能实现气液输送或固液抽吸等不同功能,使得内窥镜的功能更加丰富;并且还不会增大插入管直径,同时保证了内窥镜使用时的安全性。
在上述内窥镜的一些实施例中,所述外通道前端固定有支架,所述摄像组件固定在支架内,所述支架上设有便于排液的通孔。支架起到定位和固定摄像组件的作用,通孔增加气液排出的通道,增大流速。
在上述内窥镜的一些实施例中,所述摄像组件包括摄像装置和照明装置,所述摄像装置和照明装置的后端连接有控制线缆,提高内窥镜的产品质量。
在上述内窥镜的一些实施例中,所述插入管或握持部件上设置有进液口,所述子通道通过进液口连接有压泵装置,压泵装置加压将气体和液体输送至插入管的前端。

参照图1至图8,提供了一种内窥镜用管,所述插入管2内设置有至少一个中空的内管道3,所述内管道3与插入管2之间留有空隙,内管道3外壁与插入管2内壁环绕形成的中空腔道设为外通道4,所述外通道4设置有至少一个子通道5。该插入管2可为柔性的软管,也可为硬性直管。还提供了一种内窥镜用管及内窥镜,包括握持部件1;上述的内窥镜用管,握持部件1固定在插入管2上,子通道5的前端设置有通孔6,在插入管2或握持部件1上设置有进液口,所述子通道5或子通道5加接的管道延长伸出所述进液口与压泵装置连接,压泵装置施加压力将气液输送到子通道5的前端;摄像组件7,所述摄像组件7设置在外通道4内或插入管2外。所述握持部件1可为握持手柄,也可以设置为调节柔性插入管1弯曲的操控部件,还可以设置为硬质内窥镜的目镜部。
内管道3和子通道5能分别用来同时传送医疗器械和输送气液,由于内管道3外壁固定,优选内管道3输送医疗器械,子通道5输送气液。将插入管2的内腔尽可能扩大,固定在插入管2内的内管道3的直径也随之能进行扩大,更加方便医疗器械通过,操控起医疗器械来更加便利。然后再利用插入管2与内管道3间的空隙,不增加额外管道,就不会占用插入管2内部的空间,保证了内管道3大直径的基础上能增加至少一个通道,实现气液输送或固液抽吸等其他功能,使得内窥镜的功能更加丰富。整个结构满足了内窥镜内管道3尽可能增大,插入管2外径尽可能减小的需求,同时保证了使用的便利性和安全性。
子通道5的前端留有通孔6,当子通道5前端不进行封闭时,所述子通道5的开口就是通孔6。有的外通道4前端设置有支架8,所述摄像组件7固定在支架8内,支架8起到定位和固定摄像组件7的作用。所述支架上设有便于排液的通孔6,通孔6增加气液排出的通道,增大流速。或是将通孔6设在子通道5的周面上,流向外通道4或是插入管2外,通孔6连通子通道5与子通道5外的非密闭空间。
所述摄像组件7包括摄像装置71和照明装置72,所述摄像装置71和照明装置72的后端连接有控制线缆73,所述摄像组件7和控制线缆73外设置有密封防水装置,所述密封防水装置包括防水膜,塑封管等不同方式,起到良好的防水作用,保证产品质量。当摄像组件7设置在外通道4内,外通道4前设置有支架8时,在所述支架8上设有容纳摄像组件7的安装通孔。
根据图1至图4中的第一实施例,所述内管道3与插入管2为独立管道,内管道3与插入管2均为中空的管道,所述内管道3固定在所述插入管2内。内管道3为单独的空心管道,安装时将内管道3穿入插入管2内,利用连接件或粘合剂将内管道3固定在插入管2内,第一实施例中是将内管道3的前后两端粘合在插入管2内,还可以利用插槽和卡扣的结构将整根内管道3固定在插入管2内壁上。分体式的插入管2和内管道3加工比较简单,生产比较方便,能满足批量快速生产的需求。
在摄像组件7外包裹有防水管,将防水管的前后密封,然后将摄像组件7设置在外通道4内,在外通道4前端设置有支架8,支架8 上设有容纳摄像组件7的安装通孔,对摄像组件7进行定位和固定,支架8上还设置有两个通孔6,两个通孔6左右对称设置在内管道3的两侧。
根据图5至图8的第二实施例和图8的第三实施例,所述内管道3与插入管2一体加工成型,内管道3由内管道本体和插入管2围绕而成,内管道3的管壁包括内管道本体和部分插入管2,不规则的内管道3周长能利用到插入管2的边角部位,能增大内管道的周长。
第二实施例的插入管2的外壁上设置有沿轴向延伸的凹槽,摄像组件7设置在插入管2外的凹槽内,在插入管2外包裹有防水管道,防水管道将摄像组件7固定在插入管2外,还起到防水密封的效果。第二实施例的外通道4前端也设置有支架8,但是通孔6设置在子通道5的周面上,具体是设置在插入管2上,将气液直接排出插入管2外。
第三实施例中所述外通道4内设置有一个隔板9,将所述外通道4分隔成两个通道,其中一个通道为子通道5,另一个通道为抽吸通道10。两个通道能同时进行输液和抽吸,而且不会额外增加管道,不会增大插入管直径。
第三实施例的摄像组件7外包裹有防水管,防水管的前后密封,然后将摄像组件7设置在子通道5内,在子通道5前端设置有支架8,支架8上设有容纳摄像组件7的安装通孔和一个通孔6。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种内窥镜用管,其特征在于:包括
    插入管(2),所述插入管(2)内设置有至少一个中空的内管道(3),所述内管道(3)与插入管(2)之间留有空隙,内管道(3)外壁与插入管(2)内壁环绕形成的中空腔道设为外通道(4),所述外通道(4)设置有至少一个具有输送功能的子通道(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜用管,其特征在于:所述内管道(3)由内管道本体和插入管(2)围绕而成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜用管,其特征在于:所述内管道(3)与插入管(2)为独立管道,内管道(3)与插入管(2)均为中空管道,所述内管道(3)固定在所述插入管(2)内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜用管,其特征在于:所述外通道(4)内设置有至少一个隔板(9),将所述外通道(4)分隔成至少两个通道,其中至少有一个通道为子通道(5)。
  5. 一种内窥镜,其特征在于:包括
    上述任一权利要求中的所述内窥镜用管;
    握持部件(1),所述握持部件(1)固定在插入管(2)上;
    摄像组件(7),所述摄像组件(7)设置在外通道(4)内或插入管(2)外。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的内窥镜,其特征在于:所述外通道(4)前端固定有支架(8),所述摄像组件(7)固定在支架(8)内,所述支架(8)上设有便于排液的通孔(6)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的内窥镜,其特征在于:所述摄像组件(7)包括摄像装置(71)和照明装置(72),所述摄像装置(71)和照明装置(72)的后端连接有控制线缆(73)。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的内窥镜,其特征在于:所述插入管(2)或握持部件(1)上设置有进液口,所述子通道(5)通过进液口连接有压泵装置。
