背景技术
随着用户需求的提升,电子设备配置的功能模块越来越多。这些功能模块能够使得电子设备的功能越来越多,进而能够满足用户更多的使用需求。
相关技术中,电子设备配置有近距离无线通信(Near Field Communication,NFC)模块。NFC模块能够使得电子设备具备近距离无线通信功能。在此种情况下,电子设备可以用于支付、运动监测、开启门禁等,很显然,这能进一步扩宽电子设备的应用场景。
在相关技术中,电子设备配置有显示模组,NFC模块贴附在显示模组的背面(即与显示模组的显示面相背的表面),进而实现NFC模块与显示模组的叠置安装。但是此种装配结构会导致电子设备的厚度较大,进而无法满足电子设备向着更薄的方向发展的需求。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的是提供一种电子设备及显示模组,能够解决目前的具有NFC功能的显示模组的厚度较厚的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请是这样实现的:

为了构成完整的显示屏200结构,在基板层210背向绝缘层220的一侧依次叠置有偏光层240和盖板230,盖板230、偏光层240、基板层210和绝缘层220沿它们四者的厚度方向依次叠置,盖板230能够起到保护显示模组的作用,偏光层240起到偏光作用,盖板230与偏光层240之间可通过透光连接胶231连接。透光连接胶可以为OCA胶层。
可选的,上述的NFC线圈110也可设置在盖板230的一侧或偏光层240在偏光层240厚度方向上的相对两侧,具体的,当NFC线圈110设置在盖板230上时,其可设置在盖板230背向显示屏200显示方向的一侧,相应的,绝缘层220也应设置在盖板230背向显示屏200显示方向的一侧,绝缘层220同样起到保护NFC线圈110的作用。当NFC线圈110设置在偏光层240上时,其可设置在偏光层240背向显示屏200显示方向的一侧,或是设置在偏光层240朝向显示屏200显示方向的一侧,相应的,绝缘层220根据NFC线圈110的具体位置选择设置在偏光层240背向显示屏200显示方向一侧或朝向显示屏 200显示方向的一侧,绝缘层220也应将NFC线圈110覆盖。
当NFC线圈110设置在偏光层240或是盖板230上时,也可以通过沉积的方式设置NFC线圈110,相应的,绝缘层220也通过沉积的方式沉积在NFC偏光层240或盖板230的表面。
应注意的是,通常在基板层210背向显示屏200显示方向的一侧还设置背光组件,背光组件是构成显示屏200的重要组件,其结构为公知技术,对此本申请不再赘述。
可选的,显示屏200包括显示区域200a和非显示区域200b,其中非显示区域200b是绕显示区域200a设置的,显示区域200a能够显示图像信息,非显示区域200b作为显示屏200的边界,起到保护显示区域200a的作用。相应的,显示区域200a在基板层210上具有对应的投影位置,该投影位置为显示投影,非显示区域200b在基板层210上也具有对应的投影位置,该投影位置为非显示投影,非显示投影也是将围绕显示投影设置。为了使NFC模块100的感应性能更强,NFC线圈110可呈多圈设置,同时为了使减小NFC线圈110对显示屏200显示效果的影响,多圈的NFC线圈110应在显示屏200的边缘延伸。
具体的,一部分NFC线圈110位于显示屏200的非显示区域200b,对应在基板层210上为非显示投影区域,另一部分NFC线圈110位于显示屏200的显示区域200a内,并且为显示区域200a靠近非显示区域200b的位置,对应在基板层210上为显示投影靠近非显示投影的位置,这样能够使NFC线圈110呈多圈设置的同时,减少NFC线圈110对显示屏200显示效果的影响。同时还能够缓解由于NFC线圈过于靠近显示屏200中心而造成显示屏200发生屏闪的问题。
应注意的是,为了在保证NFC线圈110的感应性能良好的前提下不额外增加显示模组的厚度,呈多圈设置的NFC线圈110的每一圈都应同层设置,避免NFC线圈110堆叠。
可选的,由于部分NFC线圈110进入到了显示屏200的显示区域200a内, 为了减小这部分NFC线圈110对显示区域200a的显示效果的影响,NFC线圈110可以采用透明走线,透明走线的NFC线圈110不会对显示区域200a的显示图像产生影响,从而有利于提高显示屏200的屏占比。具体的,透明走线的NFC线圈110的材质可采用氧化铟锡、TiAlTi或纳米银等,当采用氧化铟锡和TiAlTi作为NFC线圈110时,通常采用磁控溅射的方式将NFC线圈110沉积在基板层210上,当采用纳米银作为NFC线圈110时,通常采用溶液涂布法的方式将NFC线圈110沉积在基板层210上,采用上述工艺方法沉积NFC线圈110的方式能够使NFC线圈110的厚度进一步减小,相应的,绝缘层220的厚度也能够进一步减小,从而更进一步地降低显示模组的整体厚度。
上述的磁控溅射和溶液涂布法作为半导体工艺领域的公知技术,对此,本申请不再赘述。
可选的,NFC线圈110包括邻近显示屏200的中心的第一线圈端111和邻近显示屏200边缘的第二线圈端112,因此第一线圈端111和第二线圈端112之间具有一定的间距,当NFC线圈110呈多圈设置时,上述的间距会进一步增大,为了使NFC线圈110能够与电子设备的主板通讯连接,本申请实施例的显示模组还包括柔性电连接件300,柔性电连接件300的一端与NFC线圈110电连接,另一端电子设备的主板电连接。可选的,柔性电连接件300可以为柔性电路板
具体的,NFC线圈110的第二线圈端112由于邻近显示屏200的边缘,因此其能够直接与柔性电连接件300的一端电连接,而NFC线圈110的第一线圈端111由于与显示屏200的边缘具有一定的间距,因此第一线圈端111通过桥接走线400与柔性电连接件300的一端电连接。当NFC线圈110呈多圈设置时,桥接走线400会跨过部分的NFC线圈110,为了避免桥接走线400与部分NFC线圈110直接接触导致短路,在桥接走线400表面可包覆绝缘材料。随着NFC线圈110的圈数的增加,其第一线圈端111与显示屏200的边缘间距会增大,相应的,桥接走线400的长度也应增加,对于NFC线圈110的具体圈数和桥接走线400的长度,本申请不作限制。
可选的,上述的显示屏200还包括保护层250,保护层250叠置在绝缘层220背向基板层210的一侧。上述的桥接走线400由NFC线圈110的第二线圈端112引出后,桥接走线400会穿过绝缘层220,由于保护层250叠置在绝缘层220上,因此桥接走线400的第一部分处于绝缘层220中,第二部分处于保护层250中,保护层250将绝缘层220和桥接走线400包覆在内,保护层250能够起到封装绝缘层220和桥接走线400的目的,防止水气和氧气对NFC线圈110和桥接走线400腐蚀,达到保护NFC线圈110和桥接走线400的目的。具体的,保护层250可采用有机光阻类的封装玻璃。
值得注意的是,当桥接走线400由NFC线圈110的第一线圈端111引出后,其位于绝缘层220中的第一部分应设置为不与NFC线圈110接触,具体的,在第一部分与NFC线圈110之间具有绝缘层220将桥接走线400和NFC线圈110分隔开来,以防止桥接走线400和NFC线圈110接触短路。
可选的,基板层210的一端具有端部外沿210a,绝缘层220在基板层210上形成第一投影,端部外沿210a在基板层210上形成第二投影,第一投影和第二投影同层共面,第一投影位于第二投影的一侧,因此上述的端部外沿210a是绝缘层220的一端边缘向远离绝缘层220中心一侧延伸的部分,端部外沿210a上没有叠置绝缘层220。
端部外沿210a背向显示屏200显示方向的表面固定连接有第一电极片210b和第二电极片210c,端部外沿210a为第一电极片210b和第二电极片210c提供安装基础,第一电极片210b和第二电极片210c为电连接件,NFC线圈110通过第一电极片210b和第二电极片210c与柔性电连接件300连接,第一电极片210b和第二电极片210c上设置有连接胶600,使第一电极片210b和第二电极片210c与柔性电连接件300连接,进而与电子设备的主板通信连接。
具体的,NFC线圈110的第一线圈端111通过桥接走线400与第一电极片210b连接,因此,桥接走线400远离第一线圈端111的一端延伸至端部外沿210a上,NFC线圈110的第二线圈端112与第二电极片210c连接,柔性电连接件300同时与第一电极片210b和第二电极片210c连接,因此第一电极片 210b和第二电极片210c应靠近设置,以便于柔性电连接件300与两者同时连接,相应的,第一线圈端111和第二线圈端112的间距不宜过大,具体的,第一线圈端111和第二线圈端112在垂直于显示屏200的面上的投影的间距应设置较小,这样能够减小桥接走线400的长度,使本申请实施例所公开的显示模组的性能稳定性更佳。
可选的,上述的NFC线圈110、第一电极片210b和第二电极片210c同层设置,具体的,上述三者都可设置在基板层210背向显示屏200显示方向的一侧,这样能够减少NFC线圈110的冗余设置,同时不会额外增加本申请实施例所公开的显示模组的厚度。
可选的,上述的绝缘层220背向NFC线圈110的一侧叠置有缓冲层500,缓冲层500固定在绝缘层220上,NFC铁氧体120叠置在缓冲层500上,并且位于缓冲层500背向NFC线圈110的一侧,设置缓冲层500的目的在于保护显示屏200,具体的,缓冲层500可采用缓震泡棉等具有减震缓震功能的材料制成。
基于上述的显示模组,本申请实施例还公开了一种电子设备,包括上述的显示模组。
本申请实施例公开的电子设备可以为智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器或可穿戴设备。当然,该电子设备也可以是其他设备,本申请实施例对此不做限制。
上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种显示模组,包括:NFC模块(100)和显示屏(200);
    其中,所述NFC模块(100)包括NFC线圈(110)和NFC铁氧体(120);
    所述显示屏(200)包括基板层(210)和绝缘层(220),所述NFC线圈(110)设置在所述基板层(210)的背向所述显示屏(200)的显示方向的表面,所述绝缘层(220)设置在所述基板层(210)的背向所述显示屏(200)的显示方向的一侧,所述NFC线圈(110)设置在所述绝缘层(220)内,所述NFC铁氧体(120)设置在所述绝缘层(220)背向所述基板层(210)的一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述显示模组还包括盖板(230)和偏光层(240),所述偏光层(240)叠置在所述基板层(210)背向所述绝缘层(220)的一侧,所述盖板(230)叠置在所述偏光层(240)背向所述基板层(210)的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述NFC线圈(110)沿所述显示屏(200)的边缘延伸、且呈多圈设置,所述显示屏(200)包括显示区域(200a)和非显示区域(200b),所述非显示区域(200b)围绕所述显示区域(200a)设置,所述NFC线圈(110)的一部分位于所述显示区域(200a),所述NFC线圈(110)的另一部分位于所述非显示区域(200b)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述NFC线圈(110)为透明走线。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述NFC线圈(110)包括邻近所述显示屏(200)的中心的第一线圈端(111)和邻近所述显示屏(200)的边缘的第二线圈端(112),所述显示模组还包括柔性电连接件(300),所述柔性电连接件(300)的一端连接在所述显示屏(200)的边缘,且与所述第二线圈端(112)电连接,所述第一线圈端(111)通过桥接走线(400)与所述柔性电连接件(300)电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示模组,其中,所述显示屏(200)还包括保 护层(250),所述保护层(250)叠置在所述绝缘层(220)背向所述基板层(210)的一侧,所述桥接走线(400)的第一部分设置于所述绝缘层(220)内,所述桥接走线(400)的第二部分设置于保护层(250)内。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的显示模组,其中,所述基板层(210)包括端部外沿(210a),所述绝缘层(220)于所述基板层(210)上形成第一投影,所述端部外沿(210a)于所述基板层(210)上形成第二投影,所述第一投影与所述第二投影共面,且所述第一投影位于所述第二投影的一侧,所述端部外沿(210a)的背向所述显示屏(200)显示方向的表面固定有第一电极片(210b)和第二电极片(210c),所述柔性电连接件(300)的一端与所述第一电极片(210b)和所述第二电极片(210c)电连接,所述第一线圈端(111)通过所述桥接走线(400)与所述第一电极片(210b)电连接,所述第二线圈端(112)与所述第二电极片(210c)电连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示模组,其中,所述NFC线圈(110)、所述第一电极片(210b)和所述第二电极片(210c)同层设置。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的显示模组,其中,所述绝缘层(220)背向所述NFC线圈(110)的一侧叠置有缓冲层(500),所述NFC铁氧体(120)叠置在所述缓冲层(500)上,且位于所述缓冲层(500)背向所述NFC线圈(110)的一侧。
  10. 一种电子设备,包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的显示模组。
