背景技术
目前,大多镜子的尺寸是固定的,用户在照镜子过程中会遇到镜子中的影像不完整,导致用户无法看到想要影像。此时,需要用户调整与镜子之间的距离。虽然目前有一些可伸缩的镜子,但是仍然需要用户手动控制镜子伸缩,使用非常不便,特别是在公共场所使用存在卫生安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的主要技术问题是提供一种镜面自动调节的方法,能够根据用户的位置自动调节镜面的高度和倾角,保持用户的脸位于镜面内。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供了一种镜面自动调节的方法,所述镜面的上端设置有测距传感器,所述镜面还装有用于改变镜面倾角的角度调节装置;
具体包括以下步骤:
1)测距传感器记录镜面在初始位置下与用户的水平距离D;
2)角度调节装置带动镜面开始改变倾角,测距传感器实时检测 与用户面部的水平距离,当测距传感器检测的距离大于设定阈值时,记录此时镜面的的倾角R1,根据内置在控制器中镜面的的回调角度R2与水平距离D、镜面的倾角R1的对照表,找出对应镜面的的回调角度R2,并控制镜面的倾角回调角度R2。
本发明还提供了一种镜面自动调节的方法,所述镜面的上端设置有测距传感器,所述镜面还装有用于改变镜面高度的高度调节装置和改变镜面倾角的角度调节装置;
具体包括以下步骤:
1)测距传感器记录镜面在初始位置下与用户的水平距离D;

4)使用一颗简单的测距传感器,通过扫描人脸与美妆镜之间的距离变化特征,即可实现识别人脸的位置,以低成本、高可靠性的方 式实现镜面的自动调节。
5)没有隐私方面的风险,使用摄像头方案可能存在隐私数据被泄露的风险,使用测距传感器则完全避免了这方面的问题。

所述镜面10设置有与所述套筒21活动连接的插柱13,所述插柱13中设置有与所述凸条22适配的导轨17;所述凸条22与槽筒8沿着上升或下降的方向连动配合,以带动所述插柱13的导轨17沿着凸条22的延伸方向移动。
所述槽筒8的上端面设置有卡扣14,所述卡扣14与插柱13的下端面卡接形成连动连接。
上述的化妆镜可以进行镜面10自动调节,使得用户的脸能够位于镜面10中央。
参考图1、图10,本实施例中镜面自动调节的方法具体包括以下步骤:
1)测距传感器记录镜面10在初始位置下与用户的水平距离D;所述初始位置为镜面10高度最低,倾角最小的位置。本实施例中初始位置定义为镜面10呈竖直放置,倾角为0度。
2)镜面10保持高度不变,角度调节装置30带动镜面开始改变倾角,测距传感器18实时检测与用户的水平距离,当测距传感器18检测的距离大于设定阈值时,记录此时的镜面的倾角R1、高度H;当镜面10的倾角转动至最大值时,测距传感器检测的距离也没有大于设定阈值,高度调节装置40带动镜面10的高度升高h并重复步骤2;
测距传感器18检测的距离大于设定阈值时,可以认定用户的脸已经在镜面的成像的范围之内.所以可以停止继续增加倾角了。而当倾角增加到最大时,测距传感器18检测的距离都没有大于设定阈值,则可以认为用户的脸不在镜面的成像范围之内,需要继续升高镜面10。
3)根据内置在控制器中的镜面10回调角度R2与水平距离D、高度H、镜面的倾角R1的对照表,找出对应的镜面的回调角度R2,并控制镜面10的倾角回调角度R2。
本实施例中控制器(图中未画出)设置在底座20内,对照表是厂家经过大量实验总结出的各个水平距离D、高度H、镜面的倾角R1与镜面的回调角度R2的对应关系,然后内置在控制器中,控制器根据实际的水平距离D、高度H、倾角R1就可以查表得到镜面的回调角 度R2。
至此就完成了整个镜面10自动调节的过程。
本实施例中,还可以做到补光灯自动点亮和熄灭。具体来说还包括检测是否有人位于镜面10前的步骤;当检测到有人位于镜面10前时,镜面10内的补光灯点亮。当检测到没有人位于镜面10前,并且持续时间超过设定阈值时,补光灯熄灭。也可以通过语音命令的方式实现点亮和熄灭的操作。
本实施例中,还包括语音控制补光灯亮度或色温的步骤;所述控制器根据用户输出的语音控制命令,改变驱动补光灯的驱动电流大小,或改变驱动补光灯工作的PWM控制信号的占空比。
由于所述镜面10或底座20还内置有光线传感器,控制器根据光线传感器检测的环境亮度值改变驱动补光灯的驱动电流大小。因此该镜面10也可以实现自动调节亮度的效果。
最后,本实施例中电机和镜面10的传动结构为非锁死的传动结构。这样可以让用户进行手动调节,在没电的时候也可以调节镜子的位置。
实施例2
参考图8和图9,所述高度调节装置40包括:电机6、第二齿轮7和筒体16;所述电机6与第二齿轮7传动连接,所述第二齿轮7的上端面与一筒体16通过斜面形成传动连接;所述第二齿轮7转动时,所述筒体16沿着自身轴向上升或者下降。
所述镜面10设置有所述筒体16固定连接的插柱13;所述筒体16的上端面设置有卡扣14,所述卡扣14与插柱13的下端面卡接形成连动连接。
其余部分与实施例1相同,不再赘述。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
工业实用性
本发明镜面自动调节的方法及化妆镜,通过测距传感器和调节装置可以自动调节镜面的角度或高度,以保证人脸的映射位于镜面的中央,适用范围广,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种镜面自动调节的方法,其特征在于:所述镜面的上端设置有测距传感器,所述镜面还装有用于改变镜面倾角的角度调节装置;
    具体包括以下调节步骤:
    1)测距传感器记录镜面在初始位置下与用户的水平距离D;
    2)角度调节装置带动镜面开始改变倾角,测距传感器实时检测与用户面部的水平距离,当测距传感器检测的距离大于设定阈值时,记录此时镜面的倾角R1根据内置在控制器中的镜面的回调角度R2与水平距离D、镜面的倾角R1的对照表,找出对应的镜面的回调角度R2,并控制镜面的倾角回调角度R2。
  2. 一种镜面自动调节的方法,其特征在于:所述镜面的上端设置有测距传感器,所述镜面还装有用于改变镜面高度的高度调节装置和改变镜面倾角的角度调节装置;
    具体包括以下步骤:
    1)测距传感器记录镜面在初始位置下与用户的水平距离D;
    2)镜面保持高度不变,角度调节装置带动镜面开始改变倾角,测距传感器实时检测与用户面部的水平距离,当测距传感器检测的距离大于设定阈值时,记录此时的镜面的倾角R1、高度H;当镜面的倾角转动至最大值时,测距传感器检测的距离也没有大于设定阈值,高度调节装置带动镜面的高度升高h并重复步骤2;
    3)根据内置在控制器中镜面的的回调角度R2与水平距离D、高度H、镜面的倾角R1的对照表,找出对应镜面的的回调角度R2,并 控制镜面的倾角回调角度R2。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种镜面自动调节的方法,其特征在于:所述初始位置为镜面高度最低,倾角最小的位置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种镜面自动调节的方法,其特征在于:还包括检测是否有人位于镜面前的步骤;当检测到有人位于镜面前时,镜面内的补光灯点亮。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种镜面自动调节的方法,其特征在于:当检测到没有人位于镜面前,并且持续时间超过设定阈值时,补光灯熄灭。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种镜面自动调节的方法,其特征在于:还包括语音控制补光灯亮度或色温的步骤;
    所述控制器根据用户输出的语音控制命令,改变驱动补光灯的驱动电流大小,或改变驱动补光灯工作的PWM控制信号的占空比。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种镜面自动调节的方法,其特征在于:所述镜面或底座还内置有光线传感器,控制器根据光线传感器检测的环境亮度值改变驱动补光灯的亮度。
  8. 一种化妆镜,其特征在于:其镜面采用权利要求1-7中任一项所述的镜面自动调节方法。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种化妆镜,其特征在于:所述角度调节装置包括改变镜面倾角的电机、第一齿轮和转轴;电机通过第一齿轮与转轴连接,所述转轴与镜面固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种化妆镜,其特征在于:所述高度 调节装置包括改变镜面高度的电机、第二齿轮和槽筒;电机与第二齿轮传动连接,所述第二齿轮与槽筒同轴设置,并沿着第二齿轮的转动方向固定连接,所述第二齿轮与槽筒沿着第二齿轮的轴向滑动连接;所述槽筒的筒壁上设置有导向槽;
    所述底座上设置有用于容置所述槽筒的容腔,所述容腔的内壁设置有与所述导向轨道配合的凸块,所述槽筒转动时,凸块与导向槽发生相对运动带动所述槽筒沿着轴向上升或者下降;
    所述槽筒和镜面连动连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种化妆镜,其特征在于:所述底座沿着远离底座的方向延伸出一套筒,套筒内设置所述容腔;所述套筒内设置有所述凸块和一沿着套筒长度方向延伸的凸条;
    所述镜面设置有与所述套筒活动连接的插柱,所述插柱中设置有与所述凸条适配的导轨;所述凸条与槽筒沿着上升或下降的方向连动配合,以带动所述插柱的导轨沿着凸条的延伸方向移动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种化妆镜,其特征在于:所述槽筒的上端面设置有卡扣,所述卡扣与插柱的下端面卡接形成连动连接。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的一种化妆镜,其特征在于:所述所述高度调节装置包括,改变镜面高度的电机、第二齿轮和筒体;所述电机与第二齿轮传动连接;所述第二齿轮的上端面与一筒体通过斜面形成传动连接;所述第二齿轮转动时,所述筒体沿着自身轴向上升或者下降。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种化妆镜,其特征在于:所述镜面 设置有所述筒体固定连接的插柱;所述筒体的上端面设置有卡扣,所述卡扣与插柱的下端面卡接形成连动连接。
