本发明属于健身器材领域,具体涉及一种便捷快速调节重量的多功能哑铃。
哑铃是一种锻炼和健身练习的最普遍的辅助器材,其结构简单,使用方便,可用于康复,增肌和力量的锻炼和训练。使用者为适应不同重量及项目的锻炼需要,需要购买很多不同重量规格的哑铃、杠铃、壶铃,健身球等器材设备,既需要占用较大空间存放,又造成经济和资源的极大浪费。现有的可调节重量哑铃在使用锻炼的过程中,通过在哑铃手柄的两端套上重量不等的铃平来增减重量,但其需要繁琐拆卸安装的过程,不便于快速更换重量,且还需人工计算使用中的哑铃重量,不便于使用;且现有的哑铃只有单个中间手柄,只能单手使用,功能单一;同时,使用者克服哑铃重量的力矩是不可以改变的,导致训练项目单一枯燥,同时单手握抓哑铃锻炼时,存在扭伤手腕和脱手伤人的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述局限,提供一种通过特殊的多手柄结构和按钮结构便捷快速地调节哑铃负重,无需人工计算重量,操作简单便于使用的便捷快速调节重量的多功能哑铃。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种便捷快速调节重量的多功能哑铃,包括中间手柄,中间手柄两侧均连接增减重量的铃片座,铃片座之间还连接有三个边手柄,三个边手柄均匀排布在中间手柄外侧,铃片座的外侧有手柄,铃片座内设有多个配重铃片,配重铃片两侧位于铃片座两边的第一卡槽内,且配重铃片的中心套在铃片座的中轴上,铃片座中轴上设有重量调节装置,重量调节装置位于铃片中部的凹槽内,重量调节装置上部设有 按钮、侧部设有锁舌卡块,锁舌卡块位于凹槽的内侧壁槽内,按钮和锁舌卡块分别位于重量调节装置上部和侧部的通孔处,配重铃片放置于基座的第二卡槽和第三卡槽内。

如图1所示,铃片座2外边部挡板上开设有扇形槽29,形成一侧的手握手柄4,从而使得在两边铃片座2边部上又分别增加了一个手握柄,这样在这一款哑铃上就有六个手柄,大大增加了使用者手握哑铃的方式,使用者在克服哑铃重量的力矩也随之大大增加,手握手柄4在根据人体工程学下,特别设置对称的圆弧和平面相结合外型,手握使用舒适。
如图1、2所示,通过重量调节装置7内部电路及传感器的设置,铃片座2外边部挡板上设有对应显示屏30可显示按钮9按下的数量并显示计算出哑铃的总重量、运动的时间、速度、次数及能量的消耗数值,方便使用者直观感知自己的锻炼情况。
如图3所示,重量调节装置7顶部设有安全卡锁31,安全卡锁31位于按钮9的一侧,防止在使用哑铃时误触按钮9导致配重铃片5的滑落而造成伤害。
实施例3:如图9、图10所示,还可将配重铃片5做成方形等其它形状,并将手柄设置为一只和五只,来增加产品的多样性。

- 根据权利要求1所述的便捷快速调节重量的多功能哑铃,其特征在于:所述按钮(9)与尾部带有锯齿口的推转凸轮(14)相连,旋转凸轮(15)与推转凸轮(14)及外部套筒部(19)上的调节高度止位凹槽(20)配合,所述套筒部(19)上设有通孔部(22)及限位卡槽(21),所述旋转凸轮(15)与锥形凸台杆(16)相连,所述锥形凸台杆(16)置于两个锁舌卡块(10)之间,且锁舌卡块(10)朝向锥形凸台杆(16)的一侧设有锥形凹槽(23),锥形凸台杆(16)的下端设有第二弹簧(18),所述锁舌卡块(10)下方连接有第一弹簧(17)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的便捷快速调节重量的多功能哑铃,其特征在于:所述推转凸轮(14)底端有锯齿状第一斜面(24)和第一凸出面(25),所述旋转凸轮(15)的中部设有锯齿状第二斜面(26)和第二凸出面(27),所述套筒部(19)内设的调节高度止位凹槽(20)与第一凸出面(25)和第二凸出面(27)配合滑动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便捷快速调节重量的多功能哑铃,其特征在于: 所述铃片座(2)外边部挡板上开设扇形槽(29),形成侧面的手柄(4)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便捷快速调节重量的多功能哑铃,其特征在于:所述铃片座(2)外边部挡板上设有显示屏(30)用于显示按钮(9)按下的数量并显示计算出使用中的哑铃总重量、运动的时间、速度、次数及能量的消耗数值。
- 根据权利要求1所述的所述便捷快速调节重量的多功能哑铃,其特征在于:所述重量调节装置(7)顶部设有安全卡锁(31),所述安全卡锁(31)位于按钮(9)的一侧。
