Abstract

Un procédé et un appareil de repli vocal, et un UE, pouvant résoudre le problème de la défaillance facile de repli vocal, sont divulgués. Le procédé fait appel aux étapes suivantes : lorsqu'un UE est une partie appelante ou une partie appelée, la mesure d'un premier point de fréquence selon des informations de commande de mesure envoyées par un dispositif de réseau ; lorsqu'une valeur de qualité de signal d'une première cellule correspondant au premier point de fréquence est supérieure à une valeur seuil prédéfinie, l'envoi d'un rapport de mesure de la première cellule au dispositif de réseau, la valeur seuil prédéfinie étant configurée par l'UE ; et l'accès à la première cellule selon des informations d'indication envoyées par le dispositif de réseau, puis l'établissement d'un appel de repli vocal dans la première cellule.
