图1是根据本公开的实施例示出的一种请求信息发送方法的示意流程图。本实施例所示的请求信息发送方法可以适用于终端,所述终端包括但不限于手机、平板电脑、可穿戴设备、传感器、物联网设备等通信装置。所述终端可以作为用户设备与基站通信,所述基站包括但不限于4G基站、5G基站、6G基站。在一个实施例中,所述基站可以是后续任一实施例所述的请求信息接收方法所适用的第一基站。
在一个实施例中,在所述终端中,可以设置有多个SIM卡,所述SIM卡可以是传统的SIM卡,可以是eSIM卡,也即嵌入式SIM卡。多个SIM卡可以属于相同的运营商网络,也可以属于不同的运营商网络。以下主要在多个SIM卡至少包括第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡的情况下进行示例性说明。
在终端通过第一SIM卡与第一基站通信时,第一SIM卡与第一基站处于连接态。在这种情况下,若第二SIM卡需要进行通信,例如第二SIM卡通过监听第二基站发送的寻呼信令,确定需要与第二基站进入连接态,以接收和/或发送业务数据,那么 需要第一SIM卡离开连接态,也即从连接态进入非连接态。但是第一SIM卡直接进入非连接态,而第一基站并不知道第一SIM卡进入非连接态,会误以为第一SIM卡离开连接态是由于阴影衰落等外部原因导致的,从而为了与第一SIM卡通信而执行提高信号功率等误操作。
如图1所示,所述请求信息发送方法可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤S101中,响应于所述第一SIM卡与第一基站处于连接态,所述第二SIM卡需要进行通信,通过所述第一SIM卡向所述第一基站发送从连接态进入非连接态的请求信息。
根据本公开的实施例,在第一SIM卡与第一基站处于连接态时,当第二SIM卡需要进行通信,可以通过第一SIM卡向第一基站发送请求信息,以请求从连接态进入非连接态。其中,非连接态可以是空闲(idle)态,也可以是非激活(inactive)态。
据此,第一基站可以根据请求信息确定第一SIM卡需要从连接态进入非连接态,从而不会误以为第一SIM卡是由于阴影衰落等外部原因导致的离开连接态,因此也就不会为了与第一SIM卡通信而执行提高信号功率等误操作。

在一个实施例中,若第一基站接收到请求信息,可以向终端反馈确认信息(ACK),而若第一基站未接收到请求信息,则不会向终端反馈确认信息。
终端在接收到确认信息后,可以确定第一基站已经接收到了请求信息,也即第一基站知道了第一SIM卡需要从连接态进入非连接态,从而才控制第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态;而若终端没接收到确认信息,可以确定第一基站还不知道第一SIM卡需要从连接态进入非连接态,那么可以继续保持第一SIM卡处于连接态,以免在第一基站误以为第一SIM卡由于阴影衰落等外部原因导致的离开连接态,而为了与第一SIM卡通信而执行提高信号功率等误操作。
图5是根据本公开的实施例示出的又一种请求信息发送方法的示意流程图。如图5所示,在一些实施例中,所述响应于接收到所述第一基站发送的接收到所述请求信息的确认信息,控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态包括:
在步骤S501中,响应于接收到所述第一基站发送的接收到所述请求信息的确认信息,确定所述第二SIM卡需要进行通信的业务类型;
在步骤S502中,响应于所述业务类型为目标业务类型,控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态。
在一个实施例中,在接收到第一基站反馈的确认信息后,可以进一步确定第二SIM卡需要进行通信的业务类型,在第二SIM卡需要进行通信的业务类型为目标业务类型时,才控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态。
其中,目标业务类型可以协议约定的,也可以是终端与基站协商确定的,例如可以是较为紧急、优先级较高的业务,例如语音业务,URLLC(Ultra Reliable Low Latency Communication,超可靠低延迟通信)业务。
而在第二SIM卡需要进行通信的业务类型不是目标业务类型时,可以进一步等待第一基站发送的指示信息,根据指示信息确定是否从连接态进入非连接态。
图6是根据本公开的实施例示出的又一种请求信息发送方法的示意流程图。如图6所示,在一些实施例中,所述响应于接收到所述第一基站发送的接收到所述请求信息的确认信息,控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态包括:
在步骤S601中,响应于接收到所述第一基站发送的接收到所述请求信息的确 认信息,接收所述第一基站发送的指示所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态的指示信息;

在一个实施例中,在接收到第一基站发送的确认信息后,可以进一步等待第一基站发送的指示第一SIM卡进入非连接态的指示信息。若接收到该指示信息,则可以控制第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态;而若未接收到该指示信息,或者接收到指示第一SIM卡保持在连接态的指示信息,可以控制第一SIM卡继续保持在连接态。
其中,第一基站可以根据需要确定向第一SIM卡发送指示第一SIM卡进入非连接态的指示信息,或者向第一SIM卡发送指示第一SIM卡保持在连接态的指示信息,或者不发送指示信息。

在一个实施例中,终端在接收到确认信息后,可以启动定时器,该定时器的定时时长为第一时长。在该定时器超时之前,也即在第一时长内,若未接收到第一基站反馈的指示信息,可以控制第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态,以便使用第二SIM卡进行通信,避免对第二SIM卡的通信造成较大延迟;在该定时器超时之前,也即在第一时长内,若接收到了第一基站反馈的指示信息,则可以根据指示信息确定是否控制第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态。

在步骤S801中,响应于未接收到所述第一基站发送的接收到所述请求信息的确认信息,向所述第一基站重复发送所述请求信息;
在步骤S802中,响应于在重复发送所述请求信息的次数达到目标次数之前接收到所述确定信息,控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态。
在一个实施例中,若没有接收到第一基站反馈的确认信息,可能是由于第一 SIM卡与第一基站之间通信质量较差,第一基站未能准确接收到请求信息导致的,那么可以通过第一SIM卡重复向第一基站发送请求信息,以确保第一基站能够接收到请求信息,进而反馈确认信息。若在重复发送请求信息的次数达到目标次数之前接收到第一基站反馈的确定信息,可以控制第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态。
图9是根据本公开的实施例示出的又一种请求信息发送方法的示意流程图。如图9所示,在一些实施例中,所述控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态还包括:
在步骤S901中,响应于重复发送所述请求信息的次数达到所述目标次数,且未接收到所述确定信息,控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态。
在一个实施例中,若重复发送请求信息的次数达到目标次数,但是仍未接收到第一基站反馈的确定信息,也可以控制第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态,以便使用第二SIM卡进行通信,避免对第二SIM卡的通信造成较大延迟。
需要说明的是,在这种情况下,终端也可以根据自身实现确定是否控制第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态。
例如协议预先确定在这种情况下控制第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态,则控制第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态,协议预先确定在这种情况下保持第一SIM卡在连接态,则保持第一SIM卡在连接态。
例如终端确定第一SIM卡进行通信的第一业务类型,和第二SIM卡进行通信的第一业务类型,然后比较两种业务类型的优先级,若第一业务类型优先级较高,则保持第一SIM卡在连接态,若第二业务类型优先级较高,则控制第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态。

所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态的定时器的信息。
在一个实施例中,第一SIM卡在向第一基站发送的请求信息中,可以携带有辅助信息,通过辅助信息可以告知第一基站第一SIM进入非连接态的一些具体信息。
在一个实施例中,可以将第一SIM卡进入非连接态的类型信息告知第一基站。若终端控制第一SIM卡进入的非连接态为空闲态,那么类型信息就是空闲态,若终端控制第一SIM卡进入的非连接态为非激活套,那么类型信息就是非激活态。由于在不 同的非连接态下,第一基站后续与第一SIM卡通信的过程可以有所不同,将类型信息告知第一基站,便于第一基站后续与第一SIM卡通信。
在一个实施例中,可以将第一SIM卡进入非连接态的配置信息告知第一基站。例如终端进入非连接态的时刻,在非连接态的时长,每隔多长时间进入一次非连接态等。
在一个实施例中,可以将第一SIM卡进入非连接态的定时器的信息告知第一基站,例如定时器的启动时刻和定时器的定时时长等信息。其中,在定时器超时时,第一SIM卡进入非连接态。

在一个实施例中,可以确定第二SIM卡需要进行通信的业务类型,进而根据该业务类型确定定时器的信息,那么针对第二SIM卡需要进行不同业务类型的通信,定时器的信息可以有所不同。
例如第二SIM卡进行通信的业务类型优先级相对较高(例如高于第一SIM卡进行通信的业务类型优先级),那么定时器的定时时长可以相对较短,以便尽快控制 第一SIM卡进入非连接态,从而使用第二SIM卡通信,降低第二SIM卡的通信延迟;例如第二SIM卡进行通信的业务类型优先级相对较低(例如低于第一SIM卡进行通信的业务类型优先级),那么定时器的定时时长可以相对较长,以便尽量将第一SIM卡保持在连接态进行通信。
进一步地,在确定定时器的信息时,还可以考虑第一SIM卡正在进行通信的业务类型。
在一个实施例中,所述请求信息中携带有所述第一SIM卡请求从连接态进入非连接态的原因信息。
其中,所述原因信息包括以下至少之一:
所述第二SIM卡需要进行通信的业务类型;
其他SIM卡存在紧急业务;
预设原因中的一个或多个原因。
在一个实施例中,第一SIM卡在向第一基站发送的请求信息中,可以携带有原因信息,通过原因信息可以告知第一基站第一SIM进入非连接态的一些具体原因,以便基站明确第一SIM卡为何进入非连接态。
其中,原因信息可以是具体的第二SIM卡需要进行通信的业务类型,第二SIM卡可以将需要进行通信的业务类型发送给第一SIM卡,例如通过SIM卡之间的接口发送给第一SIM卡,也可以先发送给终端的处理器,再由处理器发送给第一SIM卡。
在一个实施例中,原因信息可以是不包含具体的业务类型,以免造成安全隐患(尤其在第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡不属于同一个运营商的情况下),例如可以粗略地告知第一基站,第一SIM卡离开的原因是其他SIM卡(也即第一SIM卡以外的第二SIM卡)存在紧急业务;或者可以预先设置原因,然后在第一SIM卡进入非连接态时,在预先设置的原因中选择一个或多个原因告知第一基站。
需要说明的是,原因信息除了可以携带在请求信息中,也可以通过其他信息发送,例如用户设备辅助信息UEAssistanceInformation,具体可以携带在已有的用户设备辅助信息发送,或者新建用户设备辅助信息来发送原因信息。

在一个实施例中,辅助信息可以包括第一SIM卡进入非连接态的类型信息。若 终端控制第一SIM卡进入的非连接态为空闲态,那么类型信息就是空闲态,若终端控制第一SIM卡进入的非连接态为非激活套,那么类型信息就是非激活态。由于在不同的非连接态下,第一基站后续与第一SIM卡通信的过程可以有所不同,将类型信息告知第一基站,便于第一基站后续与第一SIM卡通信。
在一个实施例中,辅助信息可以包括第一SIM卡进入非连接态的配置信息。例如终端进入非连接态的时刻,在非连接态的时长,每隔多长时间进入一次非连接态等。
在一个实施例中,辅助信息可以包括第一SIM卡进入非连接态的定时器的信息,例如定时器的启动时刻和定时器的定时时长等信息。其中,在定时器超时时,第一SIM卡进入非连接态。
在一些实施例中,所述定时器在发送所述请求信息时启动,或者在接收到第一基站发送的接收到所述请求信息的确认信息时启动,或者在接收到所述第一基站发送的指示所述第一SIM卡进入非连接态的指示信息时启动。
在一个实施例中,定时器的信息可以包括定时器的启动时刻,例如在发送请求信息时启动定时器,在接收到确认信息时启动定时器,在接收到指示信息时启动定时器等。

在一个实施例中,在第一SIM卡向第一基站发送的请求信息中,可以携带有原因信息,根据原因信息可以确定第一基站第一SIM进入非连接态的一些具体原因,以便基站明确第一SIM卡为何进入非连接态。
在一些实施例中,所述原因信息包括以下至少之一:
所述第二SIM卡需要进行通信的业务类型;
其他SIM卡存在紧急业务;
预设原因中的一个或多个原因。
在一个实施例中,原因信息可以是具体的第二SIM卡需要进行通信的业务类型,第二SIM卡可以将需要进行通信的业务类型发送给第一SIM卡,例如通过SIM 卡之间的接口发送给第一SIM卡,也可以先发送给终端的处理器,再由处理器发送给第一SIM卡。
在一个实施例中,原因信息可以是不包含具体的业务类型,以免造成安全隐患(尤其在第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡不属于同一个运营商的情况下),例如可以粗略地告知第一基站,第一SIM卡离开的原因是其他SIM卡(也即第一SIM卡以外的第二SIM卡)存在紧急业务;或者可以预先设置原因,然后在第一SIM卡进入非连接态时,在预先设置的原因中选择一个或多个原因告知第一基站。

其中,可以通过物理层信息携带通知信息发送给第一基站,也可以通过介质访问控制层控制元素MAC CE携带通知信息发送给第一基站,还可以通过无限资源控制层信令携带通知信息发送给第一基站,具体可以根据需要选择。
与前述的请求信息发送方法和请求信息接收方法的实施例相对应,本公开还提供了请求信息发送装置和请求信息接收装置的实施例。
图21是根据本公开的实施例示出的一种请求信息发送装置的示意框图。本实施例所示的请求信息发送装置可以适用于终端,所述终端包括但不限于手机、平板电脑、可穿戴设备、传感器、物联网设备等通信装置。所述终端可以作为用户设备与基站通信,所述基站包括但不限于4G基站、5G基站、6G基站。在一个实施例中,所述基站可以是后续任一实施例所述的请求信息接收装置所适用的第一基站。
在一个实施例中,在所述终端中,可以设置有多个SIM卡,所述SIM卡可以是传统的SIM卡,可以是eSIM卡,也即嵌入式SIM卡。多个SIM卡可以属于相同的运营商网络,也可以属于不同的运营商网络。以下主要在多个SIM卡至少包括第一SIM 卡和第二SIM卡的情况下进行示例性说明。

处理组件3302通常控制装置3300的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件3302可以包括一个或多个处理器3320来执行指令,以完成上述的请求信息发送方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件3302可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件3302和其他组件之间的交互。例如, 处理组件3302可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件3308和处理组件3302之间的交互。
存储器3304被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在装置3300的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置3300上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器3304可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件3306为装置3300的各种组件提供电力。电源组件3306可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置3300生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件3308包括在所述装置3300和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件3308包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当装置3300处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件3310被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件3310包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置3300处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器3304或经由通信组件3316发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件3310还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口3312为处理组件3302和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件3314包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置3300提供各个方面的状 态评估。例如,传感器组件3314可以检测到装置3300的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置3300的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件3314还可以检测装置3300或装置3300一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置3300接触的存在或不存在,装置3300方位或加速/减速和装置3300的温度变化。传感器组件3314可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件3314还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件3314还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件3316被配置为便于装置3300和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置3300可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,4G LTE、5G NR或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件3316经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件3316还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置3300可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述请求信息发送方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器3304,上述指令可由装置3300的处理器3320执行以完成上述请求信息发送方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。

    响应于所述第一SIM卡与第一基站处于连接态,所述第二SIM卡需要进行通信,通过所述第一SIM卡向所述第一基站发送从连接态进入非连接态的请求信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    通过所述第二SIM卡与第二基站通信。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态包括:
    响应于接收到所述第一基站发送的接收到所述请求信息的确认信息,控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于接收到所述第一基站发送的接收到所述请求信息的确认信息,控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态包括:

  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于接收到所述第一基站发送的接收到所述请求信息的确认信息,控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态包括:
    响应于接收到所述第一基站发送的接收到所述请求信息的确认信息,接收所述第一基站发送的指示所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态的指示信息;
    响应于接收到所述指示信息,控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态还包括:
    响应于在第一时长内未接收到所述指示信息,控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述控制所述第一SIM卡从连接 态进入非连接态包括:
    响应于未接收到所述第一基站发送的接收到所述请求信息的确认信息,向所述第一基站重复发送所述请求信息;
    响应于在重复发送所述请求信息的次数达到目标次数之前接收到所述确定信息,控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态还包括:
    响应于重复发送所述请求信息的次数达到所述目标次数,且未接收到所述确定信息,控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态包括:
    响应于在第二时长内接收到所述第一基站发送的接收到所述请求信息的确认信息,控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态还包括:
    响应于在所述第二时长内未接收到所述第一基站发送的接收到所述请求信息的确认信息,控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述请求信息中携带有辅助信息,所述辅助信息包括以下至少之一:
    所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态的类型信息;
    所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态的配置信息;
    所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态的定时器的信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述定时器在发送所述请求信息时启动,或者在接收到第一基站发送的接收到所述请求信息的确认信息时启动,或者在接收到所述第一基站发送的指示所述第一SIM卡进入非连接态的指示信息时启动,所述控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态包括:
    响应于所述定时器超时,控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述辅助信息包括所述定时器的信息,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述第二SIM卡需要进行通信的业务类型确定所述定时器的信息。
  15. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述请求信息中携 带有所述第一SIM卡请求从连接态进入非连接态的原因信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述原因信息包括以下至少之一:
    所述第二SIM卡寻呼原因或需要进行通信的业务信息;
    第二SIM卡存在紧急业务;
    预设原因中的一个或多个。
  17. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态之后,通过所述第一SIM卡向所述第一基站发送通知信息,其中,所述通知信息用于通知所述第一基站以下至少之一:
    控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态的原因,控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态的时间。
  18. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述非连接态包括以下至少之一:
    空闲态、非激活态。
  19. 一种请求信息接收方法,其特征在于,适用于第一基站,所述方法包括:
    接收终端通过第一SIM卡发送的请求信息,其中,所述请求信息用于请求第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    向所述第一SIM卡发送接收到所述请求信息的确认信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    向所述第一SIM卡发送指示信息,其中,所述指示信息用于指示所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    从所述请求信息中获取辅助信息,根据所述辅助信息确定以下至少之一:
    所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态的类型信息;
    所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态的配置信息;
    所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态的定时器的信息。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的方法,其特征在于,所述定时器在发送所述请求信息时启动,或者在接收到第一基站发送的接收到所述请求信息的确认信息时启动,或者在接收到所述第一基站发送的指示所述第一SIM卡进入非连接态的指示信息时启动。
  24. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    从所述请求信息中获取原因信息,根据所述原因信息确定所述第一SIM卡请求从 连接态进入非连接态的原因。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,所述原因信息包括以下至少之一:
    所述第二SIM卡需要进行通信的业务类型;
    其他SIM卡存在紧急业务;
    预设原因中的一个或多个原因。
  26. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述第一SIM卡发送的通知信息,其中,所述通知信息用于通知所述第一基站以下至少之一:
    控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态的原因,控制所述第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态的时间。
  27. 一种请求信息发送装置,其特征在于,适用于终端,在所述终端中至少设置有第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡,所述装置包括:
    请求发送模块,被配置为响应于所述第一SIM卡与第一基站处于连接态,所述第二SIM卡需要进行通信,通过所述第一SIM卡向所述第一基站发送从连接态进入非连接态的请求信息。
  28. 一种请求信息接收装置,其特征在于,适用于第一基站,所述装置包括:
    请求接收模块,被配置为接收终端通过第一SIM卡发送的请求信息,其中,所述请求信息用于请求第一SIM卡从连接态进入非连接态。
  29. 一种通信装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为执行权利要求1至18中任一项所述的请求信息发送方法,和/或权利要求19至26中任一项所述的请求信息接收方法。
  30. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至18中任一项所述的请求信息发送方法,和/或权利要求19至26中任一项所述的请求信息接收方法中的步骤。
