- UV irradiating lamp system 2 includes bulbs distributed on inner surface 11 of the light reflecting chamber and disseminated on inner surface 11 except for the surface contacting filter layer 3 which does not have UV lamp to minimize UV going through hole 12 because hole 12 is parallel with contact surface between UV irradiating chamber and filter layer 3.
- light 21 from UV irradiating lamp system 2 is reflected on inner surface 11 of light reflecting chamber 1 to make a light strip which are overlapped and resonated each other.
- the resonance is repeated on many areas and creates a resonance strip along the height of the light reflecting chamber, it acts as a protective layer and antiseptic and virus killing layer.
- UV irradiating lamp system 2 including UV irradiating lamps with wavelength from 200 nm to 280 nm is an option that is tested and analyzed by the inventor. It has been known in the art that UV rays are the solar rays or light emitted from UV lamps with wavelength shorter than visible light and longer than X rays, particularly wavelength of UV rays are from 10 nm to 380 nm. The wavelength from 200 to 280 nm of UVC rays is specified as the shortest but the rays have the highest energy so that it is the most effective to kill viruses, DNA and RNA of viruses are very sensitive with the wavelength from 200 to 280 nm because at this wavelength, DNA and RNA of bacteria and viruses are changed, their proliferation is destroyed.

- far UVC is supposed to have an effect to kill bacteria equally to a higher UV range but it does not have a bad effect to skin and eyes.
- a special research focuses on the use of far UVC light wherein its conclusion shows that UV ray with wavelength of 222 nm can deactivate pathogens but not penetrate to the skin.
- UVC rays have the shortest frequency and high energy. Therefore, when they are in the reflecting chamber, the reflection of rays are increased.
- UV rays from 200 nm to 280 nm to create an UV resonance area along light reflecting chamber 1 which acts as an absolutely protective layer to kill viruses in the incoming air going through this layer effectively.
- the inventor has found that if the wavelength is less than 200 nm, UV rays emitting from UV irradiating lamp system 2 when reflecting on inner surface 11 of light reflecting chamber 1 will resonate but not enough to create a resonance area along the light reflecting chamber which acts as a protective layer to kill viruses in the incoming air going through this layer.
- UV irradiating lamp system 2 emits UV light with wavelength more than 280nm, the resonance area will be scattered in different areas in the light reflecting chamber, therefore, the effect of killing viruses is decreased significantly.
- Filter layer 3 of the invention includes dust filtering layer 31, antibacterial layer 32, micro filtering layer 33 and cover layer 34 wherein dust filtering layer 31 and cover layer 34 can be made simply from nonwoven fabric which is sold in the market, antibacterial layer 32 is made of antibacterial filtering fabric or the same, micro filtering layer 33 is made of polymer fiber which has an ability to prevent micro dust with size of less than 10 pm significantly.
- Battery 6 providing electric power to UV irradiating lamp system 2 is a battery which can be portable so that the carrying of the device is easy. This battery can be available in the market or it can be produced based on the known design in the art. To permit the device for sterilizing breath be light and comfortable when wearing, battery 6 can be connected with extended electric wire and it is stored in pocket or kept on collar of users. In addition, this battery may have a contact to turn on/off the power for UV irradiating lamp system 2 so that it is conveniently to turn off the device when it is not in use.
- the sterilizing device of the invention is operated with a mechanism as follows: when a user wears the device and UV irradiating lamp system 2 is turned on, the user will inhale the air through hole 1 and hole 13 of light reflecting chamber 1, the air is inhaled into the protective layer which is created from the resonance again and again on many area in light reflecting chamber 1 , this protective layer is the resonance layer of UV along the height of light reflecting chamber 1 which has an effect to kill bacteria and viruses going through this layer.
- the air continues to go through filter layer 3 and is roughly filtered at dust filtering layer 33, since then it is sterilized once more time at antibacterial layer 32 and finally filtered at micro filtering layer 33 to assure the absolute safe for the user.
- the invention is understood by the skilled in the art. Many modifications and changes can be made, for example, the number of holes in the reflecting chamber may be increased or decreased, the number of UV bulbs may be increased or decreased, the light reflecting coat layer may be changed, and the size and the shape of elements may be changed. However, such changes or modifications may be within the scope of this invention as disclosed in the claim.

Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de stérilisation de l'haleine comprenant une chambre de réflexion de lumière (1), un système de lampe à rayonnement UV (2), une couche filtrante (3), un cadre de positionnement (4), une sangle de transport (5) et une batterie (6). La chambre de réflexion de lumière (1) est revêtue d'un matériau pour réfléchir plus de 60 % de la lumière entrante et est conçue avec les trous (12) et le trou (13), le système de lampe à rayonnement UV (2) comprend des lampes à rayonnement UV ayant une longueur d'onde de 200 nm à 280 nm, la couche filtrante (3) comprend une couche de filtration de poussière (31), une couche antibactérienne (32), une couche de microfiltration (33) et une couche de recouvrement (34), le cadre de positionnement (4) et la sangle de transport (5) sont conçus pour être compatibles avec le visage et la batterie (6) fournissant de l'énergie électrique au système de lampe à rayonnement UV (2) peut être portative.
