2、进水通道和出水通道均位于压力腔的下方,也就是进水通道和出水通道均位于同侧,这样压力腔的上方不需要预留位置给进水通道,而进水通道和出水通道所占用压力腔下方的高度大致相当,结构紧凑,可以缩小产生压力机构占用的空间;
3、通过在杯体的底端设置连通槽,安装盖打开时,进水通道和出水通道均会外露出来,这样进水单向控制阀和出水单向控制阀可以通过连通槽进行安装,安装简单,拆洗方便;
4、阀座与杯体一体成型设计,可以大大缩小整个咖啡机的体积,结构简单,安装方便,体积小。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
如图1至图9所示,一种小体积手动咖啡机,包括可拆卸连接在 一起的杯体1和咖啡冲泡座2,杯体1的下端与咖啡冲泡座2相连,所述杯体1内设有水腔11和压力腔12,杯体1上端开口,水从上端开口倒入到水腔11内,杯体1上设有将杯体1开口遮盖的杯盖14。咖啡冲泡座2内设有咖啡冲泡腔21和咖啡流出通道22,咖啡冲泡腔21内可以放入咖啡粉、咖啡粉包、胶囊咖啡等形式的咖啡,可以在咖啡冲泡腔21内放入带过滤孔的胶囊咖啡,水从上端过滤孔进入,下端过滤孔流出咖啡。杯体1内设有与压力腔12连通的进水通道3和连通压力腔12与咖啡冲泡腔21的出水通道40,水腔11的底部设有与进水通道3连通的进水孔13,进水孔13的高度低于或者等于压力腔12的高度指的是:进水孔13的最高孔面低于或者等于压力腔12腔底面的高度。进水通道3内设有能控制水从进水通道3向压力腔12内单向流动的进水单向控制阀4,出水通道40内设有能控制水从压力腔12向咖啡冲泡腔21内单向流动的出水单向控制阀5,杯体1上设有一端伸入到压力腔12内的活塞杆6,活塞杆6一端往压力腔12外拔时,压力腔12内为负压,当负压压力足够大时,控制进水单向控制阀4打开,使水从进水通道3流入到压力腔12内,当活塞杆6往压力腔12内推时,压力腔12内形成压力,压力足够大时,控制出水单向控制阀5打开,水从压力腔12流向咖啡冲泡腔21内,冲泡咖啡。
杯体1的下端设有与咖啡冲泡座2连接的连接开口15,杯体1内设有将连接开口15和水腔11分隔的阀座9,压力腔12、进水通道3和出水通道40均设在阀座9上。阀座9在水腔11内形成凸起,凸 起的一边外侧壁跟杯体1侧壁可以间隔一定距离,供水装入。压力腔12设在阀座9上中部,压力腔12在阀座9一侧开口供活塞杆6一端伸入,进水通道3和出水通道40均设在阀座9的底部。进水通道3和出水通道40均位于压力腔12的下方。
杯体1与咖啡冲泡座2相连的底端设有连通进水孔13和进水通道3的连通槽7,连通槽7下端开口,进水单向控制阀4从连通槽7下端开口安装到进水通道3内,杯体1底端设有盖住连通槽7下端开口的安装盖8,安装盖8可以通过螺钉等连接件固定在杯体1底端。进水单向控制阀4包括设在进水通道3内并由安装盖8支撑的阀体41,阀体41内设有阀体孔42,进水通道3内设有能堵住阀体孔42的进水阀芯43。进水通道3一端设有压力腔12的进水连通孔31,进水阀芯43为球状,进水连通孔31位于进水阀芯43上方且为方形孔,这样球状的进水阀芯43即使被向上吸入到进水连通孔31内时,由于进水连通孔31为方形,球状进水阀芯43仍然无法堵死进水连通孔31,而阀体孔42为圆形,球状进水阀芯43向下时可以堵住阀体孔42。出水通道40一端设有与连通水腔11的出水连通孔44,杯体1与咖啡冲泡座2相连的底端设有沉槽45,出水通道40和连通槽7位于沉槽45底壁上,安装盖8通过螺钉固定在沉槽45内,安装盖8上设有一端伸入到连通槽7内将连通槽7和沉槽45之间密封的密封头80,密封头80堵入连通槽7内,但是连通进水孔13和进水通道3保持连通,可以在密封头80外套密封圈,这样连通槽7和沉槽45之间不连通,安装盖8上设有连通出水通道40和咖啡冲泡腔21的出水孔 71。出水单向控制阀5包括由安装盖8支撑的第一弹性件81,安装盖8上设有十字形凸块,第一弹性件81套在十字形凸块顶部,出水孔71在十字形凸块上,第一弹性件81上端设有能将出水连通孔44封堵的出水阀芯82,出水单向控制阀5包括由安装盖8支撑的第一弹性件81,第一弹性件81上端设有能将出水连通孔44封堵的出水阀芯82,第一弹性件81向上弹压出水阀芯82,使出水阀芯82堵在出水连通孔44上,当压力腔12压力足够大时,使第一弹性件81收缩,出水连通孔44打开。当取下安装盖8,进水单向控制阀4和出水单向控制阀5均能被取出来或者安装上去,方便拆洗和安装。同时,由于连通槽7设计在杯体1的底端,进水单向控制阀4和出水单向控制阀5均可以从底端实现安装,这样也方便实现阀座与杯体一体成型设计,简化成型工艺。
阀座9上端设有依次连通的泄压槽91、泄压通道92、泄压孔93,泄压槽91开口端连通水腔11,泄压孔93连通压力腔12,泄压通道92内设有能封堵所述泄压孔93的泄压阀芯94和弹压在泄压阀芯94上的第二弹性件95,泄压槽91内设压靠在第二弹性件95的泄压盖96和压靠在泄压盖96上将所述泄压槽91开口遮盖的端盖97,泄压盖96通过螺钉固定,泄压盖96和泄压槽91方便泄压阀芯94安装。第二弹性件95弹性力成倍的大于第一弹性件81的弹性力,当压力腔12内压力太大存在安全隐患时,会顶开泄压阀芯94而进行泄压。
Claims (11)
- 一种小体积手动咖啡机,其特征在于:包括可拆卸连接在一起的杯体(1)和咖啡冲泡座(2),所述杯体(1)的下端与咖啡冲泡座(2)相连,所述杯体(1)内设有水腔(11)和压力腔(12),所述咖啡冲泡座(2)内设有咖啡冲泡腔(21)和咖啡流出通道(22),所述杯体(1)内设有与压力腔(12)连通的进水通道(3)和连通压力腔(12)与咖啡冲泡腔(21)的出水通道(40),所述水腔(11)的底部设有与进水通道(3)连通的进水孔(13),所述进水通道(3)内设有能控制水从进水通道(3)向压力腔(12)内单向流动的进水单向控制阀(4),所述出水通道(40)内设有能控制水从压力腔(12)向咖啡冲泡腔(21)内单向流动的出水单向控制阀(5),所述杯体(1)上设有一端伸入到压力腔(12)内的活塞杆(6)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种小体积手动咖啡机,其特征在于:所述进水孔(13)的高度低于或者等于压力腔(12)的高度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种小体积手动咖啡机,其特征在于:所述进水通道(3)和出水通道(40)均位于压力腔(12)的下方。
- 根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的一种小体积手动咖啡机,其特征在于:所述杯体(1)与咖啡冲泡座(2)相连的底端设有连通进水孔(13)和进水通道(3)的连通槽(7),所述连通槽(7)下端开口,所述进水单向控制阀(4)从连通槽(7)下端开口安装到进水通道(3)内,所述杯体(1)底端设有盖住所述连通槽(7)下端开口的安装盖(8)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种小体积手动咖啡机,其特征在于:所述进水单向控制阀(4)包括设在进水通道(3)内并由安装盖(8)支撑的阀体(41),所述阀体(41)内设有阀体孔(42),所述进水通道(3)内设有能堵住阀体孔(42)的进水阀芯(43)。
- 根据权利要求5所述一种的小体积手动咖啡机,其特征在于:所述进水通道(3)一端设有连通压力腔(12)的进水连通孔(31),所述进水阀芯(43)为球状,所述进水连通孔(31)位于进水阀芯(43)上方且为方形孔。
- 根据权利要求4所述一种的小体积手动咖啡机,其特征在于:所述出水通道(40)一端设有与连通水腔(11)的出水连通孔(44),所述杯体(1)与咖啡冲泡座(2)相连的底端设有沉槽(45),所述的出水通道(40)和连通槽(7)位于沉槽(45)底壁上,所述的安装盖(8)固定在沉槽(45)内,所述安装盖(8)上设有一端伸入到连通槽(7)内将连通槽(7)和沉槽(45)之间密封的密封头(80),所述安装盖(8)上设有连通所述出水通道(40)和咖啡冲泡腔(21)的出水孔(71),所述出水单向控制阀(5)包括由安装盖(8)支撑的第一弹性件(81),所述第一弹性件(81)上端设有能将出水连通孔(44)封堵的出水阀芯(82)。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种的小体积手动咖啡机,其特征在于:所述的杯体(1)的下端设有与咖啡冲泡座(2)连接的连接开口(15),所述的杯体(1)内设有将连接开口(15)和水腔(11)分隔的阀座(9),所述的压力腔(12)、进水通道(3)和出水通道(40)均设在 阀座(9)上。
- 根据权利要求8所述一种的小体积手动咖啡机,其特征在于:所述阀座(9)与杯体(1)一体成型。
- 根据权利要求8所述一种的小体积手动咖啡机,其特征在于:所述阀座(9)上端设有依次连通的泄压槽(91)、泄压通道(92)、泄压孔(93),所述泄压槽(91)开口端连通水腔(11),所述泄压孔(93)连通压力腔(12),所述泄压通道(92)内设有能封堵所述泄压孔(93)的泄压阀芯(94)和弹压在泄压阀芯(94)上的第二弹性件(95),所述泄压槽(91)内设压靠在第二弹性件(95)的泄压盖(96)和压靠在泄压盖(96)上将所述泄压槽(91)开口遮盖的端盖(97)。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种的小体积手动咖啡机,其特征在于:所述的杯体(1)上端开口,所述的杯体(1)上设有将杯体(1)开口遮盖的杯盖(14)。
