Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de support de service client. Le procédé consiste : à mettre en correspondance un service client avec une trame d'identification, la trame d'identification étant composée d'un nombre fixe de blocs de codage, lesquels comprennent des blocs d'en-tête de trame et des blocs de charge utile de trame ; et à mettre en correspondance la trame d'identification avec un signal de couche de service. Dans la présente invention, un service client est d'abord mis en correspondance avec une trame d'identification, et la trame d'identification est ensuite mise en correspondance avec un signal de couche de service, de telle sorte qu'un service client possédant une granularité de bande passante plus petite est porté dans un réseau de transport optique (OTN).
