有益效果
本申请的技术方案通过在地刷盘中设置有用于固定电机的固定架,提高了电机安装在地刷盘中的稳定性,第一滚刷直接和电机的输出轴连接,即在第一滚刷和电机之间没有传动结构,不仅降低传动损耗,还节约了部件的安装空间,通过电机驱动第一滚刷在工作面上向前移动,从而使得洗地机向前移动,以进行清洁工作,和现有的洗地机相比,本申请无需增加传动结构,传动损耗较小,从而解决了现有的洗地机通过驱动装置和传动装置驱动清洁辊滚动,由于设置了传动装置,导致传动损耗较大以及占用较大的安装空间的技术问题。

本发明的实施方式
本申请实施例提供了一种地刷以及洗地清洗机,用于解决现有的洗地机通过驱动装置和传动装置驱动清洁辊滚动,由于设置了传动装置,导致传动损耗较大以及占用较大的安装空间的技术问题。
为使得本申请的发明目的、特征、优点能够更加的明显和易懂,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,下面所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而非全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
实施例1
请参阅图1至图4,本申请实施例提供了一种地刷,该主题一包括地刷盘100、固定架101、电机102和第一滚刷103;电机102、固定架101和第一滚刷103均设置于地刷盘100中,且电机102和第一滚刷103均设置于地刷盘100的前端;固定架101的一端和地刷盘100连接,固定架101的另一端套设于电机102上;第一滚刷103和电机102的输出轴1021连接,通过电机102驱动第一滚刷103在工作面上向前滚动。
可以理解的是,第一滚刷103连接电机102的输出轴1021,电机102开启,输出轴1021转动后,带动第一滚刷103向前滚动,从而驱动第一滚刷103在工作面上向前滚动。此外,本实施例还设置了固定架101,固定架101的一端和地刷盘100连接,另一端套设在电机102上,以固定电机102,避免地刷盘100向前移动的时候,电机102不稳,影响洗地机工作效率的情况出现。
本实施例在地刷盘100中设置有用于固定电机102的固定架101,提高了电机102安装在地刷盘100中的稳定性,第一滚刷103直接和电机102的输出轴1021连接,即第一滚刷103和电机102之间没有传动结构,不仅降低传动损耗,还节约了部件的安装空间,通过电机102驱动第一滚刷103在工作面上向前移动,从而使得洗地机向前移动,以进行清洁工作,和现有的洗地机相比,本申请无需增加传动结构,传动损耗较小,从而解决了现有的洗地机通过驱动装置和传动装置驱动清洁辊滚动,由于设置了传动装置,导致传动损耗较大以及占用较大的安装空间的技术问题。
以上为本申请提供的一种地刷的第一个实施例的详细说明,下面为本申请提供的一种地刷的第二个实施例的详细说明。
请参阅图1至图4,本申请实施例提供了一种地刷,包括地刷盘100、固定架101、电机102和第一滚刷103;电机102、固定架101和第一滚刷103均设置于地刷盘100中,且电机102和第一滚刷103均设置于地刷盘100的前端;固定架101的一端和地刷盘100连接,固定架101的另一端套设于电机102上;第一滚刷103和电机102的输出轴1021连接,通过电机102驱动第一滚刷103在工作面上向前滚动。
作为进一步地改进,本实施例可以把电机102设置于地刷盘100的前端中间,且使得电机102的轴向方向和地刷盘100前进的方向垂直,将电机102设置在地刷盘100的前端中间,平衡地刷盘100的两侧,使得电机102运行更加顺利,以加快移动的效率。
进一步地,本实施例将电机102设置在地刷盘100的前端中间,并在电机102的左右两个输出轴1021上分别连接两个第一滚刷103,由于电机102位于地刷盘100前端中间,两个第一滚刷103分别连接电机102的左右两个输出轴1021,可以在地刷盘100向前移动的过程中,起到平衡地刷盘100的作用,从而使得洗地机移动平衡。需要说明的是,本实施例中的两个第一滚刷103的大小相匹配。其中所述电机采用双输出轴的模式,且两个输出轴都设有第一滚刷,可以增加地刷与工作面之间的接触面积,从而提高地刷单次清洁工作面的面积,提高了工作效率。
进一步地,本实施例还包括第二滚刷104,第二滚刷104设置于地刷盘100中,且第二滚刷104和工作面接触,当第一滚刷103向前滚动时,会带动第二滚刷104向前滚动,当然,可以设置一个第二滚刷104,将一个第二滚刷104置于地刷盘100的后端,并且第二滚刷104和两个第一滚刷103是相对设置的,在地刷盘100的前后端分别设置第一滚刷103和第二滚刷104,电机102驱动第一滚刷103向前滚动的时候,可以带动第二滚刷104向前滚动,从而使得地刷盘100前后平衡,提高了洗地机移动的平稳性。
进一步地,本实施例中的两个第一滚刷103的长度和大于第二滚刷104的长度,由于两个第一滚刷103位于地刷盘100的前端,且第二滚刷104的滚动和整个地刷盘100的移动主要是依靠前端的两个第一滚刷103向前滚动产生的牵引力,因此,本实施例通过设置两个第一滚刷103的长度和大于第二滚刷104的长度,可以增加两个第一滚刷103向前移动时产生的牵引力,有助于促使第二滚刷104向前滚动,从而提高了地刷盘100向前移动的效率。
由于现有地刷的地刷盘在滚刷两端都设有固定结构和传动结构,现有地刷的滚刷一端可旋转转动地连接在固定结构上、另一端与传动结构传动连接,导致现有地刷的滚刷两端位于地刷盘内,因此现有的地刷在清洁工作面的时候,滚刷无法一次性清洁到位于滚刷端面至地刷盘侧面的空隙的工作面,只能进行再次重复清洁;而在清洁与墙边连接的工作面时,由于墙边的限制,滚刷无法清理到位于滚刷端面至地刷盘侧面的空隙的工作面,与墙边连接的工作面总会有滚刷端面至地刷盘侧面的空隙那么大的部位无法用滚刷清洁,只能手工清洁或再用其他工具进行清洁。而在本实施例中,所述第一滚刷103与所述电机102相远离的端面与所述地刷盘100的侧面相平齐。由于电机位于所述地刷盘的前端中间,因此在本实用新型中,所述第一滚刷没有设有其他结构,因此第一滚刷与所述电机相远离的端面可以设成与所述地刷盘的侧面相平齐,因此本实用新型的滚刷在清洁与墙边连接的工作面时不会留有空隙,能一次性清洁到位。
进一步地,在本实施例中,所述第一滚刷103用于对工作面进行初次清洗,所述第二滚刷104用于对工作面进行二次清洗并擦干第一滚刷103清洗时残留在所述工作面上的清洗液。使用地刷对工作面进行清洗时,为了提高清洗效果,都会使用清洁液对工作面进行清洗,清洁液可以喷洒在工作面上,也可以喷洒在第一滚刷上,因此当第一滚刷对工作面进行初次清洗,第一滚刷可以对工作面进行二次清洗并擦干第一滚刷清洗时残留在所述工作面上的清洗液,既提高了清洁效果又能避免需要对残留在所述工作面上的清洗液进行再次清洁,从而提高了清洁效率。
进一步地,在本实施例中,所述地刷盘100上设有喷液组件105,喷液组件105上设有喷液口1051,所述喷液组件105通过喷液口1051向所述第一滚刷103喷洒清洗液。具体地,所述喷液组件105位于所述第一滚刷103的前侧或后侧,所述喷液口1051的数量为多个,所述多个喷液口1051沿第一滚刷103的轴向等间距设置,以便能向第一滚刷均匀地喷洒清洁液。
进一步地,在本实施例中,由于在清洗工作面时,第一滚刷在电机发生旋转,因此第一滚刷会带动清洗液旋转,旋转的清洗液会溅射至地刷盘内而弄脏地刷盘,而且随着时间增长清洗液会累积在地刷盘内并影响地刷的工作性能。为了解决清洗液溅射的技术问题,所述地刷盘100上设有挡水板106,所述挡水板106用于防止第一滚刷103在清洗工作面时清洗液溅射至地刷盘100内。具体地,所述地刷盘100上在第一滚刷103的后侧设有挡水板106。再进一步地,所述挡水板106的中部设有缺口,所述固定架101的中部插装在所述缺口上,通过固定架插装在缺口的方式可以减少安装空间。容易想到的时,如果地刷盘100在第一滚刷103的前侧也有防止清洗液溅射至地刷盘100内的需求的话,所述地刷盘100上在第一滚刷103的前侧也可以设有挡水板106。
本实施例在地刷盘100中设置有用于固定电机102的固定架101,提高了电机102安装在地刷盘100中的稳定性,第一滚刷103直接和电机102的输出轴1021连接,即第一滚刷103和电机102之间没有传动结构,不仅降低传动损耗,还节约了部件的安装空间,通过电机102驱动第一滚刷103在工作面上向前移动,从而使得洗地机向前移动,以进行清洁工作,和现有的洗地机相比,本申请无需增加传动结构,传动损耗较小,从而解决了现有的洗地机通过驱动装置和传动装置驱动清洁辊滚动,由于设置了传动装置,导致传动损耗较大以及占用较大的安装空间的技术问题。
本实施例还提供一种洗地清洁机,该主题二包括主题一所述的地刷。该主题一的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本主题二采用了上述主题一所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
实施例2
请参考图5为本申请的实施例2,本实施例与实施例1不同的是:所述电机102位于所述地刷盘100的前端中部,所述电机102包括两个输出轴,两个输出轴分别为左输出轴和右输出轴1021B,所述第一滚刷包括左滚刷1031和右滚刷1032,所述左滚刷1031固定连接在所述电机102的左输出轴上,所述右滚刷1032固定连接在所述电机的右输出轴1021B上。也即是在本实施例中,所述左滚刷1031和右滚刷1032的长度可以相等也可以不相等,
在本实施例中,所述电机102为双轴电机,所述电机的其中一输出轴为左输出轴,所述电机的另一输出轴为右输出轴1021B。
由于现有地刷的地刷盘在滚刷两端都设有固定结构和传动结构,现有地刷的滚刷一端可旋转转动地连接在固定结构上、另一端与传动结构传动连接,导致现有地刷的滚刷两端位于地刷盘内,因此现有的地刷在清洁工作面的时候,滚刷无法一次性清洁到位于滚刷端面至地刷盘侧面的空隙的工作面,只能进行再次重复清洁;而在清洁与墙边连接的工作面时,由于墙边的限制,滚刷无法清理到位于滚刷端面至地刷盘侧面的空隙的工作面,与墙边连接的工作面总会有滚刷端面至地刷盘侧面的空隙那么大的部位无法用滚刷清洁,只能手工清洁或再用其他工具进行清洁。而在本实施例中,所述左滚刷1031与所述电机102相远离的端面与所述地刷盘100的左侧面相平齐,所述右滚刷1032与所述电机102相远离的端面与所述地刷盘100的右侧面相平齐。因此本实用新型的滚刷在清洁与墙边连接的工作面时不会留有空隙,能一次性清洁到位。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例2不同的是:所述电机102包括左电机和右电机,所述左电机和右电机相背向设置,所述左电机的输出轴为左输出轴,所述右电机的输出轴为右输出轴。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种地刷,其特征在于,包括地刷盘、固定架、电机和第一滚刷;
    所述电机、所述固定架和所述第一滚刷均设置于所述地刷盘中,且所述电机和所述第一滚刷均设置于所述地刷盘的前端;
    所述固定架的一端和所述地刷盘连接,所述固定架的另一端套设于所述电机上;
    所述第一滚刷和所述电机的输出轴连接,通过所述电机驱动所述第一滚刷在工作面上向前滚动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述电机位于所述地刷盘的前端中间,且所述电机的轴向方向和所述地刷盘前进的方向垂直。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述第一滚刷的个数为两个,所述电机设有两个分别位于所述电机左右两侧的输出轴,两个所述第一滚刷分别和所述电机的左右两个输出轴连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的地刷,其特征在于,两个所述第一滚刷的大小相匹配。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的地刷,其特征在于,还包括第二滚刷,所述第二滚刷设置于所述地刷盘中,且所述第二滚刷和所述工作面接触。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述第二滚刷的个数为一个,一个所述第二滚刷位于所述地刷盘的后端,并与两个所述第一滚刷相对设置;
    和/或,两个所述第一滚刷的长度和大于所述第二滚刷的长度。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述第一滚刷与所述电机相远离的端面与所述地刷盘的侧面相平齐。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述第一滚刷用于对工作面进行初次清洗,所述第二滚刷用于对工作面进行二次清洗并擦干第一滚刷清洗时残留在所述工作面上的清洗液。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述地刷盘上设有喷液组件,喷液组件上设有喷液口,所述喷液组件通过喷液口向所述第一滚刷喷洒清洗液。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述地刷盘上设有挡水板,所述挡水板用于防止第一滚刷在清洗工作面时清洗液溅射至地刷盘内。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述电机位于所述地刷盘的前端中部,所述电机包括两个输出轴,两个输出轴分别为左输出轴和右输出轴,所述第一滚刷包括左滚刷和右滚刷,所述左滚刷固定连接在所述电机的左输出轴上,所述右滚刷固定连接在所述电机的右输出轴上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述电机为双轴电机,所述电机的其中一输出轴为左输出轴,所述电机的另一输出轴为右输出轴。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述电机包括左电机和右电机,所述左电机和右电机相背向设置,所述左电机的输出轴为左输出轴,所述右电机的输出轴为右输出轴。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述左滚刷与所述电机相远离的端面与所述地刷盘的左侧面相平齐,所述右滚刷与所述电机相远离的端面与所述地刷盘的右侧面相平齐。
  15. 一种洗地清洁机,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至14任一所述的地刷。
