在本实施例中,纵向压缩袋装弹簧串,使相邻两个袋装弹簧30之间相互紧贴,即相邻两个袋装弹簧30之间不具有间隙,即可形成第一袋装弹簧串10;拉伸袋装弹簧串,使相邻两个袋装弹簧30之间具有较大的预定间隙,抵消袋装弹簧串的延展性,即可形成第二袋装弹簧串20。可以理解的是,预定间隙的大小根据实际需要设定,并且同一个第二袋装弹簧串20上,不同的相邻两个袋装弹簧30之间的预定间隙可以设置为不同。
在本实施例中,袋装弹簧床芯在弹簧串排列方向的前后边缘均设置第一袋装弹簧串10。将压缩的第一袋装弹簧串10设置在边缘位置处,能够对袋装弹簧床芯的边缘起支撑作用,提高其边缘稳定性。
参照图3和图4,进一步地,第一袋装弹簧串10的弹簧的直径和线径大于或等于第二袋装弹簧串20的弹簧的直径和线径,以进一步加强袋装弹簧床芯边缘稳定性。
可以理解的是,第一袋装弹簧串10和第二袋装弹簧串20交替排列设置,所 述交替排列,不仅仅特指1个第一袋装弹簧串10与1个第二袋装弹簧串20交替排列。
参照图1和图2,在一些实施例中,袋装弹簧床芯具有第一布局结构,第一布局结构采用“N1N”的形式,包括依次交替排列的N个第一袋装弹簧串10和1个第二袋装弹簧串20,N≥1。
参照图3和图4,在另外一些实施例中,袋装弹簧床芯具有第二布局结构,第二布局结构采用“1N1”的形式,包括依次交替排列的1个第一袋装弹簧串10和N个第二袋装弹簧串20,N≥1。
具体地,第一布局结构和第二布局结构中,N≤5为宜,避免第一袋装弹簧串10和第二袋装弹簧串20的数量相差过大,导致数量较少的那种袋装弹簧串所能起到的作用有限。其中,采用第一布局结构时,N取值为2为宜;采用第二布局结构时,N取值为4为宜。
参照图6,在另外一些实施例中,袋装弹簧床芯具有第三布局结构,第三布局结构包括依次交替排列的1个第一袋装弹簧串10和1个第二袋装弹簧串20,第二袋装弹簧串20粘连相邻第一袋装弹簧串10,相邻两个第一袋装弹簧串10的相邻四个袋装弹簧30(指的是正方形排列的四个相邻袋装弹簧30,而非纵向方向上连续排列的四个袋装弹簧30)之间形成空隙50,第二袋装弹簧串20的袋装弹簧30选择性地粘连在空隙50中。所述选择性地粘连指的是可以在每个空隙50中粘连第二袋装弹簧串20的袋装弹簧30,或者是在部分空隙中不粘连袋装弹簧30。
参照图5,在一些实施例中,第二袋装弹簧串20的袋装弹簧之间设有至少一个第一焊缝21,第二袋装弹簧串20的袋装弹簧两侧均设有一个第一焊缝21,第二袋装弹簧串20的袋装弹簧之间的相邻第一焊缝21未封装弹簧形成预定间隙40,预定间隙40的宽度是第二袋装弹簧串20的袋装弹簧宽度的1倍、2倍或3倍。通过设置预定间隙40实现第二袋装弹簧串20的纵向拉伸。
进一步地,第二袋装弹簧串20在纵向方向上两端至少有两个袋装弹簧之间 只设置一个第一焊缝21即取消预定间隙40,以提高袋装弹簧床芯纵向方向上边缘位置处的稳定性。
在一些实施例中,在横向方向上,第二袋袋装弹簧串20的袋装弹簧30的轴线与第一袋装弹簧串10的袋装弹簧30的轴线对齐。
本发明实施例还提供一种床垫,包括上述的袋装弹簧床芯。包含上述袋装弹簧床芯的床垫,具有较好的抵抗变形的能力,并且避免使用金属包边,可减小材料成本,便于运输和安装,提高用户的睡眠体验。
上面结合附图对本发明实施例作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施例,在所述技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种袋装弹簧床芯,其特征在于:包括第一袋装弹簧串和第二袋装弹簧串,所述第一袋装弹簧串和所述第二袋装弹簧串横向交替排列连接;其中,
    所述第一袋装弹簧串纵向压缩使袋装弹簧紧密排列设置,以使相邻的袋装弹簧之间相互支撑;以及
    所述第二袋装弹簧串纵向拉伸设置,用以使所述袋装弹簧床芯纵向方向上不再延展。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的袋装弹簧床芯,其特征在于:所述第二袋装弹簧串的袋装弹簧之间设有至少一个第一焊缝,所述第二袋装弹簧串的袋装弹簧两侧均设有一个所述第一焊缝,所述第二袋装弹簧串的袋装弹簧之间的相邻第一焊缝未封装弹簧形成预定间隙,所述第二袋装弹簧串的相邻袋装弹簧的轴线距离是所述第一袋装弹簧串的相邻袋装弹簧的轴线距离的1倍、2倍或3倍。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的袋装弹簧床芯,其特征在于:所述第二袋装弹簧串在纵向方向上两端至少有两个袋装弹簧之间只设置一个所述第一焊缝。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的袋装弹簧床芯,其特征在于:在横向方向上,所述第二袋袋装弹簧串的袋装弹簧的轴线与所述第一袋装弹簧串的袋装弹簧的轴线对齐。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的袋装弹簧床芯,其特征在于:所述袋装弹簧床芯具有第一布局结构,所述第一布局结构包括依次交替排列的N个所述第一袋装弹簧串和1个所述第二袋装弹簧串,所述1≤N≤5。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的袋装弹簧床芯,其特征在于:所述袋装弹簧床芯具有第二布局结构,所述第二布局结构包括依次交替排列的1个所述第一袋装弹簧串和N个所述第二袋装弹簧串,所述1≤N≤5。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的袋装弹簧床芯,其特征在于:所述袋装弹簧床芯具有第三布局结构,所述第三布局结构包括依次交替排列的1个所述第一袋装弹簧串和1个所述第二袋装弹簧串,所述第二袋装弹簧串粘连相邻所述第一袋 装弹簧串,相邻所述第一袋装弹簧串的相邻四个袋装弹簧形成空隙,所述第二袋装弹簧串的袋装弹簧选择性地粘连在所述空隙中。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的袋装弹簧床芯,其特征在于:所述袋装弹簧床芯在弹簧串排列方向的前后边缘均设置所述第一袋装弹簧串。
  9. 一种床垫,其特征在于:包括权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的袋装弹簧床芯。
