The present application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2021-1593 and is incorporated in the description of the present application by citation.
The present invention relates to a cleaning tool and a cleaning tool joint used for the cleaning tool.
Conventionally, the adhesive tape cleaning tool described in Patent Document 1 is known as a cleaning tool. The adhesive tape cleaning tool includes a support grip that supports the adhesive roll on the tip side, and an extension rod that is inserted into the base end side of the support grip. The support grip is formed on the base end side with a cylindrical extension rod hole into which an extension rod can be inserted and a hook hole that penetrates the extension rod hole in the radial direction. The extension rod is provided with an engaging hook that can be engaged with the hook hole at the tip thereof.
According to the adhesive tape cleaning tool having the above configuration, the extension rod can be connected to the support grip by inserting the extension rod into the extension rod hole and engaging the engagement hook with the hook hole.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2016-32627
In the adhesive tape cleaning tool as described in Patent Document 1, the extension rod is inserted into the extension rod hole and engaged with the engagement hook to connect the extension rod and the support grip. However, in such a connecting method, a gap may occur between the inner peripheral surface of the extension rod hole and the outer peripheral surface of the extension rod due to manufacturing tolerances and the like. Therefore, there is a problem that the extension rod wobbles with respect to the support grip.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning tool joint and a cleaning tool capable of suppressing wobbling of a portion provided on the distal end side with respect to a portion provided on the proximal end side.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 13. Further, in the following description, the tip end side and the base end side will be described with reference to the direction of the entire cleaning tool A shown in FIG. 1 (excluding individual explanations of each part). Further, in the following description, being separated in the direction including the axial component means that they are separated in the axial direction, and if they are separated in the axial direction, they are positioned in the circumferential direction or the radial direction. Does not matter.
As shown in FIG. 1, the cleaning tool A is a cleaning tool joint 3 that connects a cleaning tip portion 1 provided on the tip side, a grip portion 2 provided on the base end side, and a cleaning tip portion 1 and a grip portion 2. And a hanging hand portion 4 connected to the base end portion of the grip portion 2. The cleaning tip portion 1 is configured to be able to attach a cleaning main body portion such as an adhesive roll R that comes into contact with an object to be cleaned and removes dirt and the like. Further, the grip portion 2 is a portion to be gripped by the user during cleaning. Further, such a cleaning tool A is maintained in a state in which each part is connected in a normal use state. That is, the connection of each part of the cleaning tool A is not released under normal use conditions.
The cleaning tip portion 1 includes a head portion 11 to which a cleaning main body portion can be attached, and a tip extending portion 12 extending from the head portion 11 toward the base end side. Further, the head portion 11 has a cylindrical shape or a columnar shape, and is rotatably connected to the tip extending portion 12. The tip extending portion 12 is a rod-shaped portion formed by bending according to the shape of the head portion 11 so as to support the head portion 11 in the radial center. Specifically, the tip extending portion 12 is a rod-shaped portion whose outer diameter of the base end portion is smaller than the inner diameter of the grip portion 2, and further, the tip extending portion 12 has an outer diameter of the proximal end portion. It is a rod-shaped portion larger than the inner diameter of the insertion port 3a formed in the cleaning tool joint 3 described later. Further, in the cleaning tip portion 1 of the present embodiment, the head portion 11 is made of resin. Further, in the cleaning tip portion 1, the tip extending portion 12 is made of metal.
The grip portion 2 is a columnar portion in which at least the tip end portion and the base end portion are formed hollow. The grip portion 2 of the present embodiment is formed to be hollow from the tip portion to the base end portion. Further, the grip portion 2 is a cylindrical body having a circular inside. In other words, the grip portion 2 of the present embodiment is a single tube. Further, the grip portion 2 of the present embodiment is made of metal.
As shown in FIG. 2, the hanging hand portion 4 is a portion that is inserted into a hook or the like and supports the entire cleaning tool A. As shown in FIG. 2, the hanging strap portion 4 includes a hanging strap main body 41 having a hanging hole 4a through which a hook or the like can be inserted, and a hanging strap connecting joint portion provided on the base end side of the hanging strap main body 41. 42 and. In such a hanging strap portion 4, the hanging strap connecting joint portion 42 is inserted into the base end portion of the gripping portion 2 and is connected to the gripping portion 2.
Considering that the hanging strap connecting joint portion 42 is a separate portion from the hanging strap main body portion 41, the hanging strap connecting joint portion 42 connects the gripping portion 2 as a pipe body provided on the tip side and the hanging strap main body portion 41. And fix it. Specifically, the tip side of the hanging strap connecting joint portion 42 is inserted into the grip portion 2, and the hanging strap main body portion 41 is joined to the proximal end portion of the hanging strap connecting joint portion 42 on the proximal end side. Further, the hanging strap connecting joint portion 42 has a hanging strap connecting base portion 421 having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the base end portion of the gripping portion 2, and a hanging strap connecting protrusion protruding outward from the outer peripheral surface of the hanging strap connecting base portion 421. A unit 422 and the like are provided. Further, the hanging strap connecting joint portion 42 has an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the base end portion of the gripping portion 2 at at least two points separated in the direction including the axial component of the portion including the hanging strap connecting protrusion 422. Further, the hanging strap connecting protrusion 422 is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the base end portion of the grip portion 2 and can be deformed. Further, the hanging strap connecting joint portion 42 is formed with a hanging strap pin insertion hole 42a, which is a hole penetrating in the radial direction. Further, the hanging hand portion 4 of the present embodiment is made of resin. The outer diameter of the portion including the hanging strap connecting protrusion 422 is the outer diameter of the hanging strap connecting protrusion 422.
Specifically, the hanging strap connecting protrusion 422 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the hanging strap connecting base 421 so as to extend in a direction intersecting both the axial direction and the circumferential direction. Further, the hanging strap connecting protrusion 422 is a protrusion provided over most of the entire circumference of the outer peripheral surface of the hanging strap connecting base portion 421. In the hanging strap connecting joint portion 42 of the present embodiment, a region in which no protrusion is formed in the axial direction is formed in a part in the circumferential direction. That is, in the hanging strap connecting base 42, a region in which no protrusion is formed is formed in a part in the circumferential direction, and the region extends along the axial direction. Therefore, the hanging strap connecting joint portion 42 can be easily removed from the mold. Further, the hanging strap connecting protrusion 422 is a protrusion provided in a spiral shape on the outer peripheral surface of the hanging strap connecting base portion 421.
Such a hanging strap portion 4 is connected to the gripping portion 2 by inserting the hanging strap connecting joint portion 42 into the gripping portion 2. Specifically, the hanging strap connecting joint portion 42 is inserted by rotating so as to be screwed into the base end portion of the grip portion 2. Further, the hanging strap connecting joint portion 42 is deformed so that the hanging strap connecting protrusion 422 abuts on the inner peripheral surface of the gripping portion 2 and has a reduced diameter as it is inserted into the gripping portion 2. Due to this deformation, a restoring force is generated on the hanging strap connecting protrusion 422 to the outside of the diameter. Therefore, since the hanging strap connecting protrusion 422 is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the gripping portion 2, the hanging strap portion 4 is attached to the gripping portion 2 in a state of being less likely to wobble. Further, after inserting the hanging strap connecting joint portion 42 into the gripping portion 2, the hanging strap is provided by providing the pin P1 so as to penetrate the gripping portion 2 in the radial direction and insert the hanging strap pin insertion hole 42a. It is possible to prevent the portion 4 from falling out of the grip portion 2.
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 11, the cleaning tool joint 3 connects the cleaning tip portion 1 and the grip portion 2. That is, the cleaning tip portion 1 is connected to the cleaning tool joint 3, and the grip portion 2 is connected to the proximal end side, whereby the cleaning tip portion 1 and the grip portion 2 are connected. Specifically, the cleaning tool joint 3 includes a main body portion 31 inserted into the tip end portion of the grip portion 2 which is a pipe body, and a pipe end contact portion 32 connected to the tip end portion of the main body portion 31. .. Further, the cleaning tool joint 3 is formed with an insertion port 3a into which the base end portion of the tip extension portion 12 can be inserted from the tip end portion of the main body portion 31 toward the proximal end side. The insertion port 3a of the present embodiment is a hole penetrating in the axial direction. Further, the inner diameter of the insertion port 3a is smaller than the outer diameter of the base end portion of the tip extending portion 12. Further, the cleaning tool joint 3 connects the cleaning tip portion 1 and the grip portion 2 in a detachable manner. That is, under normal use conditions, the connection between the cleaning tip portion 1 and the grip portion 2 is not released.
The cleaning tip portion 1 is connected to the cleaning tool joint 3 by inserting the tip extending portion 12 into the insertion port 3a. Specifically, the outer diameter of the tip portion of the tip extending portion 12 is larger than the inner diameter of the insertion port 3a. Therefore, when the tip extension portion 12 is inserted into the insertion port 3a, the tip extension portion 12 enters the base end side while expanding the inner wall of the insertion port 3a outward in diameter. Therefore, when the tip extension portion 12 is inserted into the insertion port 3a, the inner wall of the insertion port 3a comes into close contact with the tip extension portion 12. Therefore, the cleaning tip portion 1 is connected to the cleaning tool joint 3 in a state where wobbling is suppressed (see FIG. 12).
The main body portion 31 includes a base portion 311 having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the tip portion of the grip portion 2, and a protrusion portion 312 protruding outward from the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 311. Further, the outer diameter of the portion of the main body portion 31 where the protrusion portion 312 is provided is larger than the inner diameter of the tip portion of the grip portion 2. Further, the main body portion 31 includes a pin insertion portion 313 in which a joint pin insertion hole 313a, which is a hole through which a pin P2 (see FIG. 12) can be inserted, is formed in the base end portion. The outer diameter of the portion where the protrusion 312 is provided is the outer diameter of the protrusion 312.
The base 311 is a rod-shaped body extending in the axial direction. Further, the base portion 311 is a rod-shaped body having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the tip portion of the grip portion 2. The base portion 311 of the present embodiment is a rod-shaped body extending from the pin insertion portion 313 to the pipe end contact portion 32. Further, the base portion 311 of the present embodiment is formed with a hole (insertion port 3a) penetrating in the axial direction from the tip end side to the base end side. Further, the base portion 311 is a columnar shape having a substantially constant outer diameter from the tip end portion to the base end portion.
The protrusion 312 is a protrusion that protrudes outward in diameter from the outer peripheral surface of the base 311. Further, the protrusion 312 abuts on the inner peripheral surface of the tip of the grip 2 and is deformable. Specifically, the protruding portion 312 includes a base portion 3121 provided so as to project outward in diameter from the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 311 and a deformed portion 3122 protruding outward in diameter from the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 3121. The deformable portion 3122 can be deformed by abutting on the inner peripheral surface of the tip end portion of the grip portion 2. The protrusion 312 of the present embodiment is a protrusion extending in a direction intersecting both the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the base portion 311. Further, the protrusion 312 is a protrusion provided so as to extend substantially around the circumference of the main body 31 in the circumferential direction. In the protrusion 312 of the present embodiment, a region 312a in which no protrusion (deformed portion 3122) is formed is formed in a part in the circumferential direction. That is, in the protrusion 312, a region in which the protrusion (deformed portion 3122) is not formed is formed in a part in the circumferential direction, and the region extends along the axial direction. In other words, the protrusion 312 is formed with a plurality of spiral protrusions (deformed portion 3122) extending less than one circumference in the circumferential direction. Further, in the present embodiment, the outer diameter of the region 312a is smaller than the inner diameter of the grip portion 2 (see FIG. 4). Therefore, the protrusion 312 can be easily removed from the mold. Further, the protrusion 312 is a protrusion spirally provided on the outer peripheral surface of the base 311. That is, the protrusion 312 is a protrusion provided on the outer peripheral surface of the base 311 so as to extend over a plurality of circumferences in a direction intersecting both the axial direction and the circumferential direction. Further, the base portion 3121 and the deformed portion 3122 of the present embodiment are integrally molded.
As shown in FIG. 11, the base portion 3121 is connected to the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 311 and extends outward in diameter from the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 311. Further, the base portion 3121 is provided with a base flat portion 3121a extending substantially parallel to the axis on the outer peripheral surface. Further, the base plane portion 3121a is a plane having a constant width in the axial direction. Further, the base flat surface portion 3121a is provided over the entire outer peripheral surface of the base portion 3121.
The deformed portion 3122 is a portion that protrudes outward in diameter from the base portion 3121. Further, the deformed portion 3122 is provided so as to project outward in diameter from the base flat surface portion 3121a. Further, the deformed portion 3122 has a shape in which the tip portion (end outside the diameter) is thinner than the base end portion (connecting portion with the base flat surface portion 3121a) (the length in the axial direction is short). The deformed portion 3122 of the present embodiment has an arcuate tip portion. Further, since the deformed portion 3122 of the present embodiment is relatively softer than the tip portion of the grip portion 2, it is easily deformed. Specifically, the deformed portion 3122 can be deformed so that the tip portion abuts on the inner peripheral surface of the grip portion 2 and is crushed toward the proximal end side. Due to this deformation, a restoring force to the outer diameter is generated in the deformed portion 3122.
The pipe end contact portion 32 is a portion capable of contacting the end surface of the grip portion 2 on the base end side. Specifically, the pipe end contact portion 32 is a portion whose outer diameter is larger than the inner diameter of the grip portion 2. Further, the pipe end contact portion 32 is a portion that protrudes outward in diameter from the outer peripheral surface of the tip portion of the base portion 311. In the present embodiment, the pipe end contact portion 32 is a protrusion protruding outward in diameter over one circumference in the circumferential direction of the base portion 311. Specifically, the pipe end contact portion 32 has an annular contact portion 321 protruding outward in diameter from the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 311 and a positioning portion 322 protruding from the annular contact portion 321 toward the base end side. And.
The annular contact portion 321 is an annular portion whose outer diameter is larger than the inner diameter of the base end portion. Further, the annular contact portion 321 has an end portion inside the diameter connected to the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 311. Further, the annular contact portion 321 is provided substantially coaxially with the base portion 311. Further, the outer diameter of the annulus contact portion 321 is substantially equal to the outer diameter of the grip portion 2. Such an annular contact portion 321 can close the tip portion of the grip portion 2.
The positioning portion 322 is a plurality of protrusions extending from the annular contact portion 321 toward the proximal end side. When the plurality of positioning portions 322 are inserted into the grip portion 2, they come into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the grip portion 2 and prevent the grip portion 2 from shifting with respect to the pipe end contact portion 32. Further, the positioning portion 322 extends from the annular contact portion 321 toward the proximal end side. Therefore, it is possible to reinforce the annular contact portion 321 and prevent the annular contact portion 321 from being deformed so as to enter the inside of the grip portion 2.
To the cleaning tool joint 3 having the above configuration, the tip extension portion 12 is connected to the tip side, and the grip portion 2 is connected to the base end side. Specifically, the tip extension portion 12 is connected to the tip portion of the cleaning tool joint 3 by inserting the tip extension portion 12 into the insertion port 3a. Further, the grip portion 2 is connected to the base end side of the cleaning tool joint 3 by inserting the grip portion 2.
As shown in FIG. 13, since the inner diameter of the insertion port 3a is smaller than the outer diameter of the tip extension portion 12, the inner wall of the insertion port 3a of the base portion 311 is in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the inserted tip extension portion 12. .. Therefore, the cleaning tip portion 1 is connected to the cleaning tool joint 3 in a state where wobbling is suppressed.
Further, the main body portion 31 has a larger outer diameter than the inner diameter of the grip portion 2 at the portion where the protrusion 312 is provided. Therefore, the protrusion 312 comes into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the grip 2. Specifically, the deformed portion 3122 is pushed inward by the inner peripheral surface of the gripped portion 2 and deformed. The outer peripheral surface of the deformed portion 3122 is deformed into a shape along the inner peripheral surface of the grip portion 2 and comes into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the grip portion 2.
When the main body portion 31 is inserted into the grip portion 2, the pin P2 is inserted so as to penetrate the grip portion 2 and the pin insertion portion 313. The pin P2 can prevent the main body 31 from falling off from the grip 2.
The configuration and operation related to the above embodiment are summarized below.
According to the cleaning tool joint 3 having the above configuration, when the main body portion 31 is inserted into the pipe body (grip portion 2), the protrusion portion 312 abuts on the inner peripheral surface of the pipe body and is deformed. can. Therefore, since the main body 31 is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body at at least two points separated in the direction including the axial component, it is difficult for the tubular body to float with respect to the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body. It can suppress wobbling.
Further, the protrusion 312 extends in a direction intersecting both the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the base 311. Therefore, as compared with the case where the protrusion 312 extends in the circumferential direction, the resistance received by the cleaning tool joint 3 at the time of insertion becomes smaller, and the main body 31 can be easily inserted into the pipe body (grip portion 2).
Further, the main body portion 31 is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body (grip portion 2) over substantially one circumference (specifically, a section provided with the deformed portion 3122). Therefore, since the force applied in the radial direction of the tubular body can be reliably received by the main body portion 31, it is possible to suppress the wobbling of the tubular body.
Also, the protrusion 312 is spiral. Therefore, when the main body portion 31 is inserted into the tube body (grip portion 2), it is easy to insert the main body portion 31, and the protrusion portion 312 can surely come into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the tube body.
Further, the base portion 311 is formed with a region 312a in which a protrusion (specifically, a deformed portion 3122) is not provided along the axial direction. Therefore, when the main body 31 is removed from the mold for molding, the main body 31 can be easily removed from the mold.
Further, the deformed portion 3122 provided at the tip portion of the protruding portion 312 is deformed. Therefore, the protrusion 312 can surely come into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body (grip portion 2).
Further, the protruding portion 312 includes a base portion 3121 provided so as to project outward in diameter from the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 311 and a deformed portion 3122 protruding outward in diameter from the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 3121. The width in the axial direction is smaller than the width in the axial direction of the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 3121. Therefore, the deformed portion 3122 can be deformed with less force than when the base portion 3121 is deformed. Therefore, it is easy to insert the main body portion 31 into the tubular body (grip portion 2).
Further, the shape of the tip portion outside the diameter of the protrusion 312 (the tip portion of the deformed portion 3122) is an arc shape. Therefore, it can surely come into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body (grip portion 2) and be deformed.
Further, the main body 31 has protrusions 312 on the front surface and the rear surface at least based on the movement direction at the time of cleaning (in this embodiment, the movement direction when the adhesive roll R is rotated around the axis of the head portion 11). It is formed. Therefore, even when a load is applied to the head portion 11 during cleaning, the grip portion 2 is less likely to wobble with respect to the cleaning tip portion 1.
Further, according to the cleaning tool A having the above configuration, it is possible to obtain the cleaning tool A in which the portion provided on the tip end side is suppressed from wobbling with respect to the portion provided on the proximal end side.

However, the present invention is not limited to such a configuration. For example, it can be configured to connect the tube body provided on the distal end side and the rod-shaped body provided on the proximal end side. Further, it is also possible to connect the tube body provided on the distal end side and the tubular body provided on the proximal end side.
Further, the case where the tip extending portion 12 is inserted into the insertion port 3a and connected to the cleaning tool joint 3 has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to such a configuration. For example, it can be configured to be connected by adhesion or engagement. Further, the tip extending portion 12 and the cleaning tool joint 3 can be integrally formed by insert molding or the like.
Further, a case where the protrusion 312 is provided so as to extend spirally on the outer peripheral surface of the base 311 has been described. However, the protrusion 312 is not limited to such a configuration, and can be configured as protrusions having various shapes. For example, it can be configured as a protrusion extending along the axis. It can also be configured as a plurality of protrusions extending in directions intersecting both the axial direction and the circumferential direction. Further, when the protrusion 312 is configured as a point-shaped protrusion, three or more protrusions including two points separated in the axial direction of the main body 31 and two points separated in the circumferential direction of the main body 31. It can also be configured to include. Further, when the protrusion 312 is a point-shaped protrusion, it may be configured to include two points of protrusions separated in a direction along the axial direction.
Further, a case where the pipe end contact portion 32 protruding outward in diameter from the tip portion of the base portion 311 is provided has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to such a configuration. For example, it may be configured not to include the pipe end contact portion 32.
Further, the case where the main body portion 31 is prevented from falling off from the grip portion 2 by the pin P2 has been described. However, the main body 31 is not limited to such a configuration. For example, it can be configured so that the pin P2 is not inserted.
Further, the cleaning tool joint 3 is not limited to the shape shown in the figure. For example, the dimensions, the number of turns of the protrusion 312, and the like can be arbitrarily changed. The shape of the tip portion (deformed portion 3122) of the protrusion 312 and the shapes of the tip portion and the base end portion of the cleaning tool joint 3 can be arbitrarily changed.
Further, the protrusion 312 has described the case where the deformed portion 3122 is deformed. However, the present invention is not limited to such a configuration. For example, the base portion 3121 may be configured to be deformed. Both the deforming portion 3122 and the base portion 3121 can be configured to be deformed.

However, the present invention is not limited to such a configuration. For example, the outer surface of the base portion 3121 may be a curved surface, and the deformed portion 3122 may be configured to protrude from the curved surface.
Further, a case where the base portion 3121 and the protrusion portion 3122 are integrally molded has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to such a configuration. For example, the base portion 3121 and the protrusion portion 3122 can be molded in two colors.
Further, a case where a hanging hole 4a is formed in the hanging hand portion 4 has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to such a configuration. For example, the hanging hand portion 4 may be configured so that a hole is not formed, and the hanging hand portion 4 may be configured to be suspended by suction with a magnet provided on a wall or the like or by fitting unevenness.
Next, the cleaning tool joint 5 of the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 14 to 24. The same configurations as those of the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will not be repeated.
The cleaning tool joint 5 of the present embodiment connects the tip pipe body 6 provided on the tip side and the base end pipe body 7 provided on the base end side. Specifically, the cleaning tool joint 5 includes a tip main body 51 inserted into the tip tube 6, a proximal body 52 inserted into the proximal tube 7, a tip body 51, and a proximal body 7. A connecting portion 53 for connecting the 52 is provided. Further, the cleaning tool joint 5 of the present embodiment connects pipe bodies having substantially the same inner diameter. Further, the cleaning tool joint 5 of the present embodiment connects the tip pipe body 6 and the proximal pipe body 7 in a detachable manner.
In the cleaning tool joint 5 of the present embodiment, the tip main body portion 51 and the base end main body portion 52 have the same configuration. The tip main body 51 and the base main body 52 are provided in the connecting portion 53 so as to be symmetrical in the axial direction. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the configuration of the tip main body portion 51 will be described, and the detailed description of the base end main body portion 52 will not be repeated.
The tip main body 51 includes a tip base 511 having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the tip tube 6, and a tip protrusion 512 protruding outward from the outer peripheral surface of the tip base 511. Further, the outer diameter of the portion of the tip main body 51 where the tip protrusion 512 is provided is larger than the inner diameter of the base end of the tip tube 6. Further, the tip body portion 51 includes a tip pin insertion portion 513 in which a tip pin insertion hole 513a, which is a hole through which a pin P2 (see FIG. 23) can be inserted, is formed in the tip portion. The outer diameter of the portion where the tip protrusion 512 is provided is the outer diameter of the tip protrusion 512.
The tip base 511 is a rod-shaped body extending in the axial direction. Further, the tip base portion 511 is a rod-shaped body smaller than the inner diameter of the base end portion of the tip tube body 6. The tip base portion 511 of the present embodiment is a rod-shaped body extending from the tip pin insertion portion 513 to the connecting portion 53. Further, the tip base portion 511 is a columnar shape having a substantially constant outer diameter from the tip portion to the base end portion.
The tip protrusion 512 is a protrusion that protrudes outward in diameter from the outer peripheral surface of the tip base 511. Further, the tip protrusion 512 abuts on the inner peripheral surface of the base end portion of the tip tube 6 and can be deformed. Specifically, the tip projection portion 512 includes a tip base portion 5121 provided so as to project outward in diameter from the outer peripheral surface of the tip base portion 511, and a tip deformed portion 5122 protruding outward in diameter from the outer peripheral surface of the tip base portion 5121. To prepare for. The tip deforming portion 5122 can be deformed by abutting on the inner peripheral surface of the tip portion of the tip tube body 6. The tip protrusion 512 of the present embodiment is a protrusion extending in a direction intersecting both the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the tip base 511. Further, the tip protrusion 512 is a protrusion provided so as to extend substantially one circumference in the circumferential direction of the tip main body 51. In the tip projection portion 512 of the present embodiment, a region 512a in which a protrusion (tip deformation portion 5122) is not formed is formed in a part in the circumferential direction. That is, in the tip protrusion 512, a region in which no protrusion is formed is formed in a part in the circumferential direction, and the region extends along the axial direction. In other words, the tip protrusion 512 is provided with a plurality of spiral protrusions (tip deformation portion 5122) extending less than one circumference in the circumferential direction. Further, in the present embodiment, the outer diameter of the region 512a is smaller than the inner diameter of the tip tube body 6 (see FIG. 15). Therefore, the tip protrusion 512 can be easily removed from the mold. Further, the tip protrusion 512 is a protrusion spirally provided on the outer peripheral surface of the tip base 511. That is, the tip protrusion 512 is a protrusion provided on the outer peripheral surface of the tip base 511 so as to extend over a plurality of circumferences in a direction intersecting both the axial direction and the circumferential direction.
As shown in FIG. 22, the tip base portion 5121 is connected to the outer peripheral surface of the tip base portion 511. Further, the tip base portion 5121 is a portion extending outward in diameter from the outer peripheral surface of the tip base portion 511. Further, the tip base portion 5121 includes a tip base flat portion 5121a extending substantially parallel to the axis on the outer peripheral surface. Further, the tip base flat surface portion 5121a is a plane having a constant width in the axial direction. Further, the tip base flat surface portion 5121a is provided over the entire outer peripheral surface of the tip base portion 5121.
The tip deformed portion 5122 is a portion that protrudes outward in diameter from the tip base portion 5121. Further, the tip deforming portion 5122 is provided so as to project outward in diameter from the tip base flat surface portion 5121a. Further, the tip deformed portion 5122 has a shape in which the tip portion (end outside the diameter) is thinner (shorter in axial length) than the base end portion (connecting portion 53 with the tip base flat surface portion 5121a). The tip of the tip deformed portion 5122 of the present embodiment has an arc shape. Further, the tip deformed portion 5122 of the present embodiment is more easily deformed than the base end portion of the tip tube body 6. Further, since the tip deformed portion 5122 is relatively softer than the tip tube body 6, it is easily deformed. Specifically, the tip deformed portion 5122 can be deformed so that the tip portion in the radial direction abuts on the inner peripheral surface of the tip tube 6 and is crushed toward the proximal end side (inward diameter).
The base end main body 52 includes a base end base portion 521 having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the base end pipe body 7, and a base end protrusion 522 protruding outward from the outer peripheral surface of the base end base portion 521. Further, the outer diameter of the portion of the base end main body 52 where the base end protrusion 522 is provided is larger than the inner diameter of the tip end portion of the base end tube 7. Further, the base end main body portion 52 includes a base end pin insertion portion 523 in which a base end pin insertion hole 523a, which is a hole through which a pin P2 (see FIG. 23) can be inserted, is formed in the base end portion.
As shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, the proximal protrusion 522 has a proximal base portion 5221 protruding outward from the proximal base 521 and a proximal deformed portion 5222 protruding outward from the proximal base 5221. And. The configuration of the base end base portion 5221 is the same as the configuration of the tip base portion 5121. The configuration of the base end deformation portion 5222 is the same as the configuration of the tip end deformation portion 5122. That is, the base end deforming portion 5222 abuts on the inner peripheral surface of the base end pipe body 7 and is deformed so as to collapse inward in diameter. In the proximal projection portion 522 of the present embodiment, a region 522a in which a projection (base end deformed portion 5122) is not formed along the axial direction is formed in a part in the circumferential direction. Further, in the present embodiment, the outer diameter of the region 522a is smaller than the inner diameter of the proximal tube body 7. Therefore, the base end protrusion 522 can be easily removed from the mold.
The configuration and operation related to the above embodiment are summarized below.
According to the cleaning tool joint 5 having the above configuration, the tip main body 51 is on the inner peripheral surface of the tube body (tip tube 6) provided on the tip side, and the proximal body 52 is on the proximal side. It is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the provided pipe body (base end pipe body 7) at at least two points separated in the direction including the axial component. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the tubular body provided on the distal end side from wobbling with respect to the tubular body provided on the proximal end side.
Further, the tip protrusion 512 and the proximal protrusion 522 extend in a direction intersecting both the axial direction and the circumferential direction. Therefore, as compared with the case where the tip protrusion 512 and the proximal protrusion 522 extend in the circumferential direction, the tubular body provided on the distal end side (tip tubular body 6) and the tubular body provided on the proximal end side (base end tubular body 7). ) Will be easier to insert.
Further, the tip main body 51 is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the tip tube 6 over substantially one circumference, and the proximal body 52 is in close contact with the proximal tube 7 over substantially one circumference. Therefore, since the adhesion force is less likely to vary in the circumferential direction, it is possible to prevent the tip tube body 6 and the proximal tube body 7 from wobbling.
Further, the tip protrusion 512 and the proximal protrusion 522 are spiral. Therefore, the tip main body 51 can be easily inserted into the tip tube 6 and the proximal body 52 can be easily inserted into the proximal tube 7, and the tip body 6 and the proximal tube 7 can be reliably contacted with each other. be able to.
Further, the tip main body 51 has a region 512a in which the tip protrusion 512 is not provided in the axial direction, and the proximal body 52 is provided with the proximal protrusion 52 in the axial direction. There is no region 522a. Therefore, when the tip main body 51 and the base end main body 52 are removed from the mold for molding, the tip main body 51 and the base end main body 52 can be easily removed from the mold.
Further, the tip main body portion 51 and the base end main body portion 52 are provided symmetrically in the axial direction via the connecting portion 53. Therefore, the cleaning tool joint 5 can be used even if the direction in the axial direction is reversed, so that workability is improved.
The cleaning tool A and the cleaning tool joint 5 of the present invention have been described above with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications are made without departing from the gist of the present invention. Can be added. Further, the cleaning tool A and the cleaning tool joint 5 according to the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned effects.
In the above embodiment, the case where the tip main body portion 51 and the base end main body portion 52 are provided symmetrically in the axial direction via the connecting portion 53 has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to such a configuration. For example, the tip main body 51 and the proximal body 52 can be configured asymmetrically in the axial direction, and the tip main body 51 and the proximal body 52 can be configured in accordance with the distal tube 6 and the proximal tube 7. It is also possible to change the outer diameter and the length in the axial direction.
Further, the case where a hole penetrating in the axial direction is formed in the tip main body 51 and the base main body 52 is shown. However, it is not limited to such a configuration. For example, the tip main body 51 and the base main body 52 may not be formed with holes penetrating in the axial direction.
Furthermore, the cleaning tool joint 5 is not limited to the shape shown in the figure. For example, the dimensions of the cleaning tool joint 5 and the number of turns of the protrusions (tip protrusion 512 and proximal protrusion 522) can be arbitrarily changed. The shape of the radial tip portion of the protrusions (tip protrusion 512 and base end protrusion 522) and the shape of the tip portion and base end portion of the cleaning tool joint 5 can be arbitrarily changed.
Next, the cleaning tool joint 5 according to the third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 25 to 35. The same components as those in the second embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will not be repeated.
The connecting portion 53 of the present embodiment is configured to be able to come into contact with the end surface of the tip tube body 6 and the end surface of the base end tube body 7.
The cleaning tool joint 5 of the present embodiment has a different configuration of the tip main body portion 51 and the base end main body portion 52 from the second embodiment. In this embodiment, the tip main body 51 and the base main body 52 have the same configuration and are provided in the connecting portion 53 so as to be symmetrical in the axial direction. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the configuration of the tip main body portion 51 will be described, and the detailed description of the base end main body portion 52 will not be repeated. Further, the cleaning tool joint 5 of the present embodiment connects pipe bodies having substantially the same inner diameter.
The tip body portion 51 includes a tip base portion 511 having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the tip tube body 6 and a tip deformation portion 5122 protruding outward from the outer peripheral surface of the tip base portion 511. That is, the tip main body portion 51 of the present embodiment does not have a tip base portion. Further, the outer diameter of the portion of the tip main body portion 51 where the tip deformed portion 5122 is provided is larger than the inner diameter of the base end portion of the tip tube body 6. Further, the tip body portion 51 is provided with a tip pin insertion portion 513 in which a tip pin insertion hole 513a, which is a hole through which the pin P2 (see FIG. 34) can be inserted, is formed.
Further, the tip base portion 511 is formed with a hole that penetrates in the radial direction from the tip portion in the axial direction to the base end portion.
The tip deformation portion 5122 is a portion where the tip portion on the outer diameter abuts on the inner peripheral surface of the tip tube 6 and deforms inward in the diameter. Further, the tip deformed portion 5122 is a portion where the base end portion (inner diameter end portion) is connected to the outer peripheral surface of the tip base portion 511 and protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the tip base portion 511 toward the outer diameter. Further, the tip deformed portion 5122 has a shape in which the tip portion (end outside the diameter) is thinner than the base end portion (connecting portion 53 with the tip base portion 511) (the length in the axial direction is short). The tip deformed portion 5122 of the present embodiment has a semicircular tip. Further, the tip deformed portion 5122 of the present embodiment is more easily deformed than the base end portion of the tip tube body 6. Specifically, the tip deformed portion 5122 can be deformed so that the tip portion in the radial direction abuts on the inner peripheral surface of the tip tube 6 and is crushed toward the proximal end side (inward diameter).
The base end main body portion 52 includes a base end base portion 521 and a base end deformation portion 5222. The configuration of the base end base portion 521 is the same as the configuration of the tip end base portion 511. Further, the configuration of the base end deformation portion 5222 is the same as the configuration of the tip end deformation portion 5122. Further, the base end main body portion 52 includes a base end pin insertion portion 523 in which a base end pin insertion hole 523a, which is a hole through which a pin P2 (see FIG. 34) can be inserted, is formed in the base end portion.
According to the cleaning tool joint 5 having the above configuration, the deformed portion (tip deformed portion 5122 and base end deformed portion 5222) protrudes from the base portion (tip base portion 511 and base end base portion 521). Therefore, as compared with the case where the base portion is provided, the deformed portion is less likely to fall in the axial direction, so that the deformed portion can be reliably brought into contact with the pipe body.
The cleaning tool joint 5 is not limited to the shape shown in the figure. For example, the dimensions of the cleaning tool joint 5 and the number of turns of the protrusions (tip deformed portion 5122 and base end deformed portion 5222) can be arbitrarily changed. The shape of the radial tip portion of the protrusion (tip deformed portion 5122 and base end deformed portion 5222) and the shape of the tip portion and base end portion of the cleaning tool joint 5 can be arbitrarily changed.
