背景技术
在一些相关技术中,在使用洗碗机时,采用手工添加洗涤液的方式,且需要频繁向洗涤腔内添加洗涤液,导致洗碗机的使用不方便。在另一些相关技术中,洗碗机通过电机控制投放装置投放洗涤液,并根据电机工作的时间控制洗涤液的投放量,由于电机转速不稳定,导致每次的洗涤液投放量不固定。在其他一些相关技术中,洗碗机的投放组件少,导致用户只能选择个别洗涤剂种类。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种洗碗机的投放装置,所述投放装置能够实现洗涤液的自动投放,解决了用户手工添加洗涤液与频繁投放洗涤液的痛点,使洗碗机的使用更方便。
本申请的另一个目的在于提出一种具有上述投放装置的洗碗机。
根据本申请实施例的洗碗机的投放装置,包括:储液容器,所述储液容器用于储存洗涤液;泵体,所述泵体安装于所述储液容器且具有泵头;驱动组件,所述驱动组件被构造成适于驱动所述泵头以将所述储液容器内的洗涤液泵入洗碗机的洗涤腔。
根据本申请实施例的洗碗机的投放装置,通过驱动组件驱动泵头,例如使泵头向靠近储液容器的方向移动,以将储液容器内的洗涤液泵入洗涤腔,实现洗涤液的自动投放,解决了用户手工添加洗涤液与频繁投放洗涤液的痛点,使洗碗机的使用更方便,并且泵出的洗涤液完全进入洗涤腔内,可以避免洗涤液残留。

参照图1-图5、图8所示,根据本申请实施例的投放装置100可以包括:储液容器10、泵体20与驱动组件30。
具体而言,储液容器10用于储存洗涤液,泵体20安装于储液容器10,且泵体20具有泵头21,泵头21可以相对于储液容器10移动,以将储液容器10内的洗涤液泵出,以实现洗涤液投放,使洗涤液泵出方便、快捷,且使洗涤液每次泵出的液量可控。
此外,如图2-图4所示,驱动组件30用于驱动泵头21,以将储液容器10内的洗涤液泵入洗碗机的洗涤腔内,例如驱动组件30可以与泵头21相抵,并驱动泵头21向靠近储液容器10的方向移动,实现泵头21的按压,以将储液容器10内的洗涤液泵出,使洗涤液能够被泵入洗碗机的洗涤腔,换言之,泵头21向靠近储液容器10的方向移动时,可以将储液容器10内的洗涤液泵入洗碗机的洗涤腔,从而实现洗涤液的自动投放,且用户无需每次洗涤餐具前向洗涤腔手动投放洗涤液,避免了用户手工添加洗涤液与频繁投放洗涤液的痛点,使洗碗机的使用更方便,也避免出现用户忘记投放洗涤液而影响餐具洗涤效果的情况。
并且,驱动组件30驱动泵头21的过程中,洗涤液可以直接泵入洗碗腔内,而不通过其他管道连通,可以避免洗涤液残留,从而避免残留的洗涤液污染变质等问题,有利于提高洗碗机的卫生状态。
具体地,在一些实施例中,如图2-图5所示,驱动组件30可以包括驱动件31和传动件32,驱动件31与传动件32相连,并且驱动件31可以驱动传动件32移动,传动件32用于与泵头21配合,以在传动件32移动时可以驱动泵头21移动,例如与泵头21相抵并按压泵头21,实现洗涤液的泵出。
在一些具体实施例中,继续参照图2-图5所示,驱动件31可以驱动传动件32沿第一方向向靠近储液容器10的方向移动(例如沿图4中所示的上下方向向下移动),以使传动件32与泵头21相抵,使传动件32能够驱动泵头21向靠近储液容器10的方向移动,由此实现洗涤液投放。
洗涤液投放过程中,储液容器10内的洗涤液直接通过泵头21泵入洗涤腔,而不会与驱动组件30接触,有效降低洗涤液泄漏的风险。且传动件32沿第一方向移动以驱动泵头21移动,传动阻力更小,避免出现传动件32或泵头21卡顿而影响洗涤液正常投放。此外,传动件32与泵头21相抵配合,在泵体20或驱动组件30发生损坏时,仅需更换损坏部件,有效降低了维修成本。在泵体20和储液容器10可拆卸的一些实施例中,还可以将传动件32与泵头21分离,拆装更容易。
需要说明的是,传动件32可以始终与泵头21相抵,也可以向靠近储液容器10的方向移动一定距离后再与泵头21相抵。例如,在一些实施例中,传动件32在初始位置时与泵头21分离,且传动件32可以在驱动件31的驱动下向下移动一定距离,使传动件32与泵头21相抵,传动件32继续向下移动,以驱动泵头21向下移动,从而将储液容器10内的洗涤液泵入洗涤腔,实现洗涤液的自动投放。
需要说明的是,为便于描述,本申请中“上下方向”和“左右方向”等方位是基于附图中所示方位关系,而并非对实际应用过程中方位的限定。
根据本申请实施例的投放装置100,通过驱动组件30驱动泵头21,例如通过驱动件31驱动传动件32沿第一方向向靠近储液容器10的方向移动,使传动件32驱动泵头21向靠近储液容器10的方向移动,以将储液容器10内的洗涤液泵入洗涤腔,实现洗涤液的自动投放,解决了用户手工添加洗涤液与频繁投放洗涤液的痛点,使洗碗机的使用更方便,且泵出的洗涤液完全进入洗涤腔内,可以避免洗涤液残留,使洗碗机更干净卫生。此外,传动件32和泵头21移动顺畅,不易卡顿或造成洗涤液泄漏,便于拆装且有利于降低维修成本。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图4所示,驱动件31还可以驱动传动件32沿第一方向向远离储液容器10的方向移动,以使传动件32复位到初始位置,使驱动组件30复位,以便于再次投放洗涤液。
在本申请的一些实施例中,泵体20还包括复位件(例如复位弹簧),在驱动组件30复位时,即驱动组件30处于按压泵头21的初始位置、对泵头21的按压程度最小时,例如在驱动组件30包括传动件32的实施例中、传动件32向远离储液容器10的方向移动以使驱动组件30复位时,复位件可以驱动泵头21向远离储液容器10的方向移动,以使泵头21复位到初始位置,便于驱动组件30再次按压泵头21,例如便于传动件32再次沿第一方向向靠近储液容器10的方向移动时,使泵头21可以再次向靠近储液容器10的方向移动。泵头21往复移动,实现洗涤液的多次投放,保证洗涤液的投放量,且投放简单、快捷。
例如,如图4所示,传动件32可以在驱动件31的驱动下向上移动,以取消对泵头21向下的驱动力,使复位件可以驱动泵头21向上移动,传动件32与泵头21复位。当传动件32再次向下移动时,传动件32驱动泵头21向下移动,将储液容器10内的洗涤液泵入洗涤腔,反复上述多次动作,以实现洗涤液的多次投放,保证洗涤液的投放量。
在相关技术中,洗碗机通过电机控制投放装置投放洗涤液,并通过控制电机工作预定时间控制洗涤液的投放量,由于电机转速不稳定,导致每次进行投放时,预定时间内的洗涤液投放量不固定。
例如,在一些具体实施例中,传动件32可以在第一预设位置和第二预设位置之间移动,例如在如图4所示的实例中,传动件32位于第一预设位置时的高度高于位于第二预设位置时的高度。传动件32由第一预设位置向第二预设位置移动时,驱动泵头21向靠近储液容器10的方向移动,以将储液容器10内的洗涤液泵入洗涤腔,传动件32由第二预设位置向第一预设位置移动时,泵头21可以向远离储液容器10的方向移动,以实现泵头21的复位,通过传动件32的上下移动,使洗涤液可以多次泵入洗碗腔,保证了洗涤液的投放量。并且传动件32和泵头21往复移动的行程一定,通过控制传动件32往复移动的次数即可控制洗涤液的投放量,投放量控制更容易。
根据本申请的一些实施例,储液容器10可更换,或者储液容器10内的洗涤液可添加,以保证投放装置100的长期使用。
例如,在一些实施例中,传动件32与泵头21可拆卸地配合,可靠性好,便于用户对泵体20与储液容器10的取放,方便更换新的泵体20与储液容器10,保证投放装置100内具有足够的洗涤液,能够 向洗涤腔内投放。例如,泵体20与储液容器10可以作为耗材整体进行更换,更换方便。
再例如,在一些实施例中,泵体20与储液容器10可拆卸地连接,在洗涤液液量不足时,用户可以拆卸泵体20与储液容器10,以向储液容器10内添加洗涤液,或者储液容器10可以作为耗材整体进行更换,确保储液容器10内具有充足的洗涤液,且操作方便,成本低。
或者,在一些实施例中,传动件32与泵头21可拆卸地配合,且泵体20与储液容器10可拆卸地连接,便于用户根据实际需要选择添加洗涤液的方式,以满足用户的不同的需求。
在本申请的实施例中,传动件32与泵头21可拆卸地配合的具体结构可以根据实际情况灵活设置。例如,传动件32与泵头21可以为卡接、紧固件连接等配合方式。
例如,在本申请的一些具体实施例中,如图3-图5所示,泵头21设有限位凹槽40,且传动件32的端部设有限位凸部41,限位凸部41插入限位凹槽40,限位凹槽40能够对限位凸部41起到限位作用,确保传动件32向下移动时对泵头21准确地施加作用力,不易偏移,使泵头21的受力可靠,且限位凸部41的下端与限位凹槽40的槽底面面接触,确保接触可靠,受力平稳,确保具有较好的投放量。
当然,限位凹槽40也可以设于传动件32,具体地,传动件32的端部设有限位凹槽40,且泵头21设有限位凸部41,限位凸部41插入限位凹槽40,这也在本申请的保护范围之内。
根据本申请的一些实施例,泵头21被构造成能够向洗涤腔内直接投放洗涤液,换言之,泵头21泵出的洗涤液不经过另外的管道即可进入洗涤腔内,从而避免管道过长导致洗涤液残留,有利于提高洗碗机的卫生状态。
在一些实施例中,泵头21上设有投放口,投放口被构造成直接连通洗涤腔,以使泵头21泵出的洗涤液由投放口泵出后,能够直接滴落至洗涤腔内,连通结构简单,且能够有效避免洗涤液残留。
根据本申请的一些实施例,图1-图5所示,投放装置100还包括座体50,泵体20可以固设于座体50,以使泵体20结构稳固,或者,泵体20可以可拆卸地设于座体50,以便于泵体20的维修和更换。
其中,泵体20和储液容器10可以设置成分体结构,也可以设置成一体结构,也就是说,可以将泵体20和储液容器10装配完成后装入到座体50上,也可以将泵体20和储液容器20分别安装到座体50上。
例如,将泵体20安装到座体50上,泵体20与座体50之间可以采用固定连接的方式,也可以采用可拆卸地连接的方式。储液容器10与泵体20设置成分体的结构,储液容器10可以设置成可拆卸地安装于座体50上,从而可以将储液容器10卸下以填充洗涤液,在储液容器10安装到座体50上之后,可以将储液容器10与泵体20相接,从而实现泵体20与储液容器10的连接,以便于泵送洗涤液。当然,在该实施方式中,也可以先将储液容器10安装到座体50上之后,再将泵体20安装到座体50上;还可以将储液容器10设置成不可拆卸地连接座体50的形式,并通过其他方式进行洗涤液的添加和更换。
另外,也可以将泵体20与储液容器10装配在一起后,然后将装配完成后的一体结构安装到座体50上,其中,泵体20与储液容器10可以为可拆卸地连接、也可以为不可拆卸地连接等。
在本申请的一些具体实施例中,泵体21与储液容器10可以集成为一体结构。需要说明的是,泵体21与储液容器10可以固定连接为一体,或者可以可拆卸地连接为一体,以使该一体结构可以一起移动,以便于操作,一体结构还可以减少机体上的安装结构,使装配简单,生产成本低。
具体地,该一体结构可以可拆卸地安装于机体上,例如安装于安装腔,以便于添加洗涤液,例如可以将一体结构拆下后再添加洗涤液,使操作方便。或者,该一体结构可以固设于机体上,如固设于安装腔,以使泵体21与储液容器10安装稳定,不易振动或损坏。
在一些实施例中,继续参照图1-图5所示,座体50具有沿第一方向延伸的导向通道51,传动件32至少一部分位于导向通道51内,以使传动件32能够在导向通道51的导向下移动,确保传动件32沿第一方向移动,从而确保传动件32移动过程中能够与泵头21准确配合。
在一些实施例中,座体50可以为洗碗机的门体或洗涤腔的腔壁,换言之,驱动组件30和储液容器10安装于洗碗机的门体或洗涤腔的腔壁,有利于减少零部件数量,减轻洗碗机的重量,实现洗碗机的轻量化。
在另一些实施例中,座体50可以安装于洗碗机的门体或洗涤腔的腔壁,便于投放装置100拆装以及洗涤液的添加。
在一些实施例中,如图4与图5所示,座体50还具有安装腔52与连通口53,储液容器10和泵体20安装于安装腔52,以使投放装置100外观整洁,也有利于防止投放装置100进水。连通口53连通导向通道51和安装腔52,传动件32穿设于连通口53,以使传动件32能够与泵头21相抵,便于传动件32驱动泵头21移动。
在包括座体50的一些实施例中,如图2所示,座体50具有安装腔52,安装腔52的腔壁设有过口522,泵头21可以穿过过口522并伸入洗涤腔内,以便于将储液容器10内的洗涤液输送至洗涤腔,实现洗涤液的添加,结构简单,有利于防止洗涤腔内的液体进入安装腔52而导致液体积存。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4与图5所示,投放装置100还包括密封件60,密封件60用于密封传动件32和连通口53的内周面之间的间隙,以避免灰尘、杂质、洗涤水等物质通过连通口53进入导向通道51内,防止驱动组件30进水损坏,保证驱动组件30正常工作。并且密封件60可以对传动件32的移动进行限位,确保传动件32沿第一方向移动。
在一些实施例中,如图1-图4所示,座体50包括座本体501和盖体502,座本体501具有安装腔52,安装腔52具有开口521,盖体502用于打开和关闭开口521,储液容器10安装于安装腔52内,以确保储液容器10稳固地位于安装腔52内,避免由于储液容器10的移动或掉出而影响洗碗机的正常使用,且便于添加洗涤液。
在泵体20与储液容器10可拆卸地连接的一些实施例中,通过盖体502打开开口521,便于对储液容器10进行取放拆装,以便于更换新储液容器10或向储液容器10内添加洗涤液。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,盖体502可以与座本体501铰接,以实现盖体502与座本体501的 连接,连接效果好,且盖体502开闭开口521操作更方便。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图8所示,驱动件31包括驱动电机311和连接件312,连接件312与驱动电机311的输出端相连,且传动件32与连接件312连接,以使驱动电机311可以驱动连接件312运动,进而通过连接件312驱动传动件32移动。
例如,在一些实施例中,如图8所示,连接件312可以为偏心轮,偏心轮在驱动电机311的驱动下转动。偏心轮设有配合凸部313,传动件32设有配合凹槽321,配合凸部313可以沿配合凹槽321移动,以将偏心轮的转动转换为传动件32的移动,通过偏心轮做圆周运动或摆动可以带动传动件32往复运动,无需其他复位结构,结构简单,占用空间小,且生产成本低。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图4与图8所示,配合凹槽321沿第二方向(例如图4中所示的左右方向)延伸,且偏心轮的转动轴线、第一方向和第二方向两两垂直,实现空间利用的最大化,降低占用空间,以减小投放装置100占用洗碗机的空间,提高了洗碗机的洗涤腔空间。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图6-图8所示,投放装置100还包括投放量检测机构,投放量检测机构能够用于检测泵头21泵出的洗涤液的液量,从而实现洗涤液的投放量的检测,使洗涤液自动投放更准确,避免出现洗涤液不够而清洗不干净、或者洗涤液过多而漂洗不干净等问题。
在本申请的一些实施例中,泵头21被构造成能够在第一预设位置和第二预设位置之间往复运动,以投放洗涤液。投放量检测机构能够检测泵头21往复运动的次数,以获取泵出洗涤液的液量,使洗涤液投放量控制更准确。
根据泵头21往复运动的次数检测投放量,而非根据泵头21往复运动的工作时间控制洗涤液的投放量,从而不受泵头21往复运动的速度等因素的影响,能够在洗涤餐具时更准确控制洗涤液的投放量,且控制方便。
此外,通过投放量检测机构还可以检测泵头21是否复位等情况,避免泵头21发生卡死而影响洗涤液正常投放。
在一些实施例中,如图6-图8所示,投放量检测机构包括位置检测组件70,位置检测组件70用于检测泵头21的位置。
由此,可以根据位置检测组件70的检测结果判断泵头21往复运动的次数、位移等,进而判断洗涤液的投放量,使洗涤液投放量控制更准确。根据泵头21位置检测投放量,而非根据泵头21的工作时间控制洗涤液的投放量,从而不受泵头21往复运动的速度等因素的影响,能够在洗涤餐具时更准确控制洗涤液的投放量,且控制方便。
此外,通过位置检测组件70还可以检测驱动组件30驱动泵头21运动的驱动情况、是否复位等情况,避免驱动组件30或泵头21发生卡死而影响洗涤液正常投放。
在一些实施例中,投放量检测机构还包括控制组件,控制组件与位置检测组件70和驱动组件30相连,控制组件可以根据位置检测组件70的检测结果控制驱动组件30的工作状态。例如,可以在根据位 置检测判断洗涤液投放量达到所需液量时,可以控制驱动组件30停止工作;或者可以根据位置检测判断驱动组件30或泵头21卡死时,可以控制驱动组件30停止工作,还可以控制投放装置100发出故障提醒信息,以提醒用户进行维修。
在一些实施例中,在位置检测组件70检测到泵头21移动至第一预设位置时,控制组件计数,以确定投放量,保证泵头21单次往复运动的投放量固定、精准。
此外,并在计数值达到预设阈值时,控制组件可以控制驱动组件30停止工作。在泵头21每次移动至第一预设位置时表示完成了一次完整投放,且保证每次完整投放的投放量固定。通过对泵头21往复运动的次数进行控制,以对洗涤液进行定量投放的次数进行控制,从而对每次洗涤过程中洗涤液的投放量进行准确的控制,保证了洗涤液的投放精度,从而确保了洗碗机的洗净性能。
在驱动组件30包括驱动电机311的一些实施例中,在计数值达到预设阈值时,控制组件可以切断驱动电机311的电源,不仅停止投放洗涤液,而且可以降低能量损耗,节省电量,有利于实现洗碗机的低能耗。
此外,在传动件32具有第一预设位置和第二预设位置的实施例中,控制组件能够控制传动件32处于第一预设位置,即传动件32保持复位至初始位置,便于用户对储液容器10进行安装与拆卸。
在一些实施例中,预设阈值大于等于1,具体取值可以根据餐具洗涤效果等实际情况设置,例如预设阈值可以出厂前设置或者由用户自行设置。在一些具体实施例中,预设阈值可以为1、2、3、4、5等。
当然,在驱动组件30包括驱动件31和传动件32的实施例中,位置检测组件70也可以用于检测传动件32的位置,具体地,控制组件设置成在位置检测组件70检测到传动件32移动至第一预设位置时计数并在计数值达到预设阈值时控制驱动件31停止工作,这也在本申请的保护范围之内。
在本申请的一些实施例中,泵头21可以在第一预设位置和第二预设位置之间移动,并且泵头21被构造成由第一预设位置向第二预设位置移动时,将储液容器10内的洗涤液泵出,从而实现洗涤液的投放。在泵头21由第二预设位置向第一预设位置移动时,泵头21可向远离储液容器10的方向移动,以复位。
在一些实施例中,泵体20还可以包括复位件,复位件用于驱动泵头21由第二预设位置向第一预设位置移动,以复位,以保证泵头21可以顺利地往复运动,并且保证泵头21能够每次精准复位至第一预设位置,有利于实现洗涤液投放量的精准控制。
需要说明的是,位置检测组件可以直接检测泵头21的位置,也可以间接检测泵头21的位置,这都可以判断洗涤液的投放量,同样具有投放量控制精准的有益效果。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图6-图8所述,驱动组件30包括传动件32和驱动件31,传动件32可以用于驱动泵头21移动,驱动件31用于驱动传动件32移动,以使传动件32带动泵头21移动。位置检测组件被构造为可以检测传动件32和泵头21中至少一个的位置,以获取泵头21的位置,并确定泵送液量。这都可以保证泵头21位置检测的准确性,以及洗涤液投放量检测的准确性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,位置检测组件70包括微动开关、霍尔元件、干簧管和光电感应器中的至少一个,均可以实现对传动件32的位置检测,体积小,重量轻,检测灵敏。
例如,在第一实施例中,如图6-图8所示,位置检测组件70可以包括微动开关,微动开关与控制组件相连,传动件32具有触发凸部322。在传动件32移动至第一预设位置时,触发凸部322触发微动开关,控制组件在微动开关被触发时计数。由此,根据触发凸部322触发微动开关的次数即可获取传动件32移动至第一预设位置的次数,从而得知传动件32的往复次数以实现对洗涤液投放量的控制,结构简单,控制效果好。
在一些实施例中,如图6-图8所示,座体50具有用于容纳传动件32的容纳腔54,传动件32安装于容纳腔54内,传动件32包括传动本体,传动本体的一端与驱动件31配合,例如通过配合凹槽321和配合凸部313相配合;传动本体的另一端与泵头21配合,例如通过限位凹槽40和限位凸部41相配合。触发凸部322设于传动本体的外周面,且触发凸部322位于容纳腔54内,微动开关安装于座体50,且微动开关具有触点541,触点541伸入容纳腔54,使触发凸部322可以与触点541接触,以触发微动开关,从而实现对驱动件31的位置检测。
例如,在第二实施例中,位置检测组件70可以包括干簧管和磁性件,干簧管与控制组件相连,磁性件设于传动件32,在传动件32移动至第一预设位置时,磁性件驱动干簧管导通,传动件32离开第一预设位置时,干簧管断开,控制组件在干簧管导通时计数。由此,根据干簧管导通的次数即可获取传动件32移动至第一预设位置的次数,从而得知传动件32的往复次数,以实现对洗涤液投放量的控制,结构简单,控制效果好。
例如,在第三实施例中,位置检测组件70可以包括光电感应器,光电感应器与控制组件相连,光电感应器具有发光端和接收端,接收端用于接收发光端发出的光线。传动件32具有遮挡部,遮挡部在传动件32移动至第一预设位置时,遮挡部遮挡光线,传动件32离开第一预设位置时,接收端能够再次接受发光端发出的光线,控制组件在光线被遮挡时计数。由此,根据接收端被遮挡的次数即可获取传动件32移动至第一预设位置的次数,从而得知传动件32的往复次数,以实现对洗涤液投放量的控制,结构简单,控制效果好。
例如,在第四实施例中,位置检测组件70可以包括霍尔元件与磁性件,霍尔元件与控制组件相连,磁性件设于传动件32,在传动件32移动至第一预设位置时,霍尔元件检测到磁性件并产生脉冲信号,传动件32离开第一预设位置时,霍尔元件无法检测到磁性件,控制组件在霍尔元件产生脉冲信号时计数。由此,根据霍尔元件产生脉冲信号的次数即可获取传动件32移动至第一预设位置的次数,从而得知传动件32的往复次数,以实现对洗涤液投放量的控制,结构简单,控制效果好。
在驱动件31包括驱动电机311的一些实施例中,在计数值达到预设阈值时,控制组件可以切断驱动电机311的电源,不仅停止投放洗涤液,而且可以降低能量损耗,节省电量,有利于实现洗碗机的低能耗。
在一些实施例中,如图1-图4所示,投放装置100还包括洗涤粉投放组件80,洗涤粉投放组件80用于向洗涤腔内投放洗涤粉。在洗涤餐具时,用户可以根据需求,选择通过投放装置100投放洗涤液,还是通过洗涤粉投放组件80投放洗涤粉,用户选择更多,洗碗机能够满足更多用户的使用需求。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图1-图4所示,投放装置100可以包括座体50和分配器,分配器安装于座体50,并且分配器可以用于投放多种洗涤用品。需要说明的是,分配器可以为一体集成件,也可以为分体件。
在一些实施例中,如图1-图4所示,分配器用于投放洗涤液和洗涤粉,例如,分配器可以包括洗涤液投放组件和洗涤粉投放组件80,洗涤液投放组件用于投放洗涤液,洗涤粉投放组件80用于向洗涤腔内投放洗涤粉。例如,洗涤液投放组件可以包括储液容器10、泵体20和驱动组件30。
在洗涤餐具时,用户可以根据需求,选择通过投放装置100投放洗涤液,还是通过洗涤粉投放组件80投放洗涤粉,用户选择更多,洗碗机能够满足更多用户的使用需求。
在一些实施例中,如图1-图4所示,分配器可以用于投放亮碟剂,例如,分配器可以包括洗涤液投放组件和亮碟剂投放组件81,亮碟剂投放组件81用于向洗涤腔内投放亮碟剂,以对洗涤后的餐具进行增亮保养,去除水珠和灰斑等残留。
在一些实施例中,如图1-图4所示,分配器用于投放洗涤液、洗涤粉和亮碟剂,例如,分配器可以同时包括洗涤液投放组件、洗涤粉投放组件80与亮碟剂投放组件81,用户可以对洗涤液、洗涤粉与亮碟剂进行选择,进一步满足用户对洗碗机更多的使用需求,实用性更强。
参照图1-图5所示,根据本申请实施例的投放装置100可以包括:座体50、洗涤液投放组件、洗涤粉投放组件80与亮碟剂投放组件81。
具体而言,洗涤液投放组件、洗涤粉投放组件80与亮碟剂投放组件81分别安装于座体50。洗涤液投放组件用于向洗碗机的洗涤腔内投放洗涤液,洗涤粉投放组件80用于向洗涤腔内投放洗涤粉。在洗涤餐具时,用户可以根据需求,选择通过洗涤液投放组件投放洗涤液,还是通过洗涤粉投放组件80投放洗涤粉,用户选择更多,洗碗机能够满足更多用户的使用需求。此外,亮碟剂投放组件81用于向洗涤腔内投放亮碟剂,以对洗涤后的餐具进行增亮保养,去除水珠和灰斑等残留。用户可以对洗涤液、洗涤粉与亮碟剂进行选择,进一步满足用户对洗碗机更多的使用需求,实用性更强。
根据本申请实施例的投放装置100,通过设置洗涤液投放组件、洗涤粉投放组件80与亮碟剂投放组件81,用户可以对洗涤液、洗涤粉与亮碟剂进行选择,进一步满足用户对洗碗机更多的使用需求,实用性更强。
在一些实施例中,座体50可以为洗碗机的门体或洗涤腔的腔壁,换言之,洗涤液投放组件、洗涤粉投放组件80与亮碟剂投放组件81可以安装于洗碗机的门体或洗涤腔的腔壁,有利于减少零部件数量,减轻洗碗机的重量,实现洗碗机的轻量化。
在另一些实施例中,座体50可以安装于洗碗机的门体或洗涤腔的腔壁,便于投放装置100拆装以及洗涤液、洗涤粉和亮碟剂的添加。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图4与图5所示,座体50具有安装腔52,洗涤液投放组件包括储液容器10和泵头21,储液容器10用于储存洗涤液,储液容器10安装于安装腔52内,以使投放装置100外观整洁,也有利于防止投放装置100进水。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图1-图4所示,座体50包括座本体501和盖体502,座本体501具有安装腔52,安装腔52具有开口521,盖体502用于打开和关闭开口521,以确保洗涤液投放组件固定于安装腔52内,避免由于洗涤液投放组件的移动或掉出而影响洗碗机的正常使用,且便于添加洗涤液。
在一些实施例中,如图4与图5所示,洗涤液投放组件还包括泵体20与驱动组件30。泵体20安装于储液容器10,且泵体20具有泵头21,泵头21可以相对于储液容器10移动,以将储液容器10内的洗涤液泵出,使洗涤液泵出方便、快捷,且使洗涤液每次泵出的液量可控。
此外,如图2-图4所示,座体50还具有容纳腔54,驱动组件30安装于容纳腔54内,且驱动组件30用于驱动泵头21向靠近储液容器10的方向移动,实现泵头21的按压,以将储液容器10内的洗涤液泵入洗涤腔,从而实现洗涤液的自动投放,且用户无需每次洗涤餐具前向洗涤腔手动投放洗涤液,避免了用户手工添加洗涤液与频繁投放洗涤液的痛点,使洗碗机的使用更方便,也避免出现用户忘记投放洗涤液而影响餐具洗涤效果的情况。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图1-图4所示,储液容器10可拆卸地安装于安装腔52内,以便于对储液容器10更换,或者向储液容器10内添加洗涤液,以保证投放装置100的长期使用。
在座体50包括座本体501和盖体502的一些实施例中,通过盖体502的打开和关闭开口521,确保储液容器10固定于安装腔52内,避免由于储液容器10的移动或掉出而影响洗碗机的正常使用,且便于对储液容器10进行取放拆装,以便于更换新储液容器10或向储液容器10内添加洗涤液。
下面参考附图详细描述根据本申请的一个具体实施例的投放装置100,值得理解的是,下述描述只是示例性说明,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
参照图2、图4、图5与图8所示,投放装置100包括储液容器10、座体50、泵体20、驱动组件30、位置检测组件70、控制组件、密封件60、洗涤粉投放组件80与亮碟剂投放组件81。
座体50包括座本体501和盖体502,盖体502与座本体501铰接,座体50安装于洗碗机的门体。座体50具有安装腔52、连通口53与左右延伸的导向通道51,连通口53连通导向通道51和安装腔52,安装腔52具有开口521,安装腔52的腔壁设有过口522。驱动组件30包括驱动件31和传动件32,驱动件31包括驱动电机311和连接件312,连接件312为偏心轮,偏心轮设有配合凸部313,传动件32的上部设有配合凹槽321,配合凹槽321沿左右方向延伸,偏心轮连接驱动电机311的输出端和传动件32,传动件32穿设于连通口53,密封件60密封传动件32和连通口53的内周面之间的间隙。储液容器10用于储存洗涤液,泵体20与储液容器10可拆卸地连接,储液容器10和泵体20可拆卸地安装于安装 腔52内。泵体20包括泵头21与复位件,泵头21设有限位凹槽40,传动件32的下部设有限位凸部41,传动件32与泵头21可拆卸地配合。泵头21穿过过口522并伸入洗涤腔内。位置检测组件70包括微动开关,微动开关安装于座体50,控制组件与微动开关和驱动件31相连。微动开关具有触点541,传动件32的中部设有触发凸部322,且触发凸部322位于容纳腔54内,触点541伸入容纳腔54内。
参照图4、图5与图8所示,传动件32常处于初始位置,即第一预设位置。投放装置100启动时,偏心轮在驱动电机311的驱动下转动,配合凸部313沿配合凹槽321移动,以将偏心轮的转动转换为传动件32沿上下方向的往复运动,使传动件32在第一预设位置和第二预设位置之间往复移动。传动件32由第一预设位置向第二预设位置移动时,传动件32向下移动,传动件32与泵头21相抵,限位凸部41插入限位凹槽40,传动件32能够驱动泵头21向下移动,以将储液容器10内的洗涤液泵入洗涤腔;传动件32由第二预设位置向第一预设位置移动时,驱动件31驱动传动件32向上移动复位至第一预设位置,复位件驱动泵头21向上移动,实现泵头21的复位,如此重复上述运动过程,实现多次将储液容器10内的洗涤液泵入洗碗机的洗涤腔。并且在传动件32移动至第一预设位置时,触发凸部322与触点541接触以触发微动开关,控制组件在微动开关被触发时计数。随着上述运动过程重复,计数值增加,在计数值达到预设阈值时,控制组件控制驱动件31停止工作,且切断驱动电机311的电源,从而完成本次洗涤过程中洗涤液的自动投放。
根据本申请实施例的洗碗机包括根据本申请实施例的洗碗机的投放装置100。由于根据本申请实施例的投放装置100具有上述有益的技术效果,因此根据本申请实施例的洗碗机,通过驱动件31驱动传动件32沿第一方向向靠近储液容器10的方向移动,使传动件32驱动泵头21向靠近储液容器10的方向移动,以将储液容器10内的洗涤液泵入洗涤腔,实现洗涤液的自动投放,解决了用户手工添加洗涤液与频繁投放洗涤液的痛点,使洗碗机的使用更方便,且传动件32和泵头21移动顺畅,不易卡顿或造成洗涤液泄漏,便于拆装且有利于降低维修成本。通过控制组件根据位置检测组件70的检测结果控制驱动件31的工作状态,以便于在洗涤餐具时更准确控制洗涤液的投放量,且控制方便。
根据本申请实施例的洗碗机,通过设置洗涤液投放组件、洗涤粉投放组件80与亮碟剂投放组件81,用户可以对洗涤液、洗涤粉与亮碟剂进行选择,进一步满足用户对洗碗机更多的使用需求,实用性更强。
根据本申请实施例的投放装置100与洗碗机的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (41)

  1. 一种洗碗机的投放装置,其中,包括:
    储液容器,所述储液容器用于储存洗涤液;
    泵体,所述泵体安装于所述储液容器且具有泵头;
    驱动组件,所述驱动组件被构造成适于驱动所述泵头以将所述储液容器内的洗涤液泵入洗碗机的洗涤腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述驱动组件与所述泵头相抵,并适于驱动所述泵头向靠近所述储液容器的方向移动,以将所述储液容器内的洗涤液泵入洗碗机的洗涤腔。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述驱动组件包括驱动件和传动件,所述驱动件与所述传动件相连且适于驱动所述传动件沿第一方向向靠近所述储液容器的方向移动,使所述传动件与所述泵头相抵并驱动所述泵头向靠近所述储液容器的方向移动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述驱动件还适于驱动所述传动件沿所述第一方向向远离所述储液容器的方向移动,以使所述驱动组件复位;和/或,
    所述泵体还包括复位件,在所述传动件向远离所述储液容器的方向移动时,所述复位件适于驱动所述泵头向远离所述储液容器的方向移动;和/或,
    所述泵头和所述传动件的端部中的其中一个设有限位凹槽,且另一个设有插入所述限位凹槽的限位凸部。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,还包括:
    座体,所述座体具有沿所述第一方向延伸的导向通道,所述传动件在所述导向通道的导向下移动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述座体还具有安装腔以及连通所述导向通道和所述安装腔的连通口,所述储液容器和所述泵体安装于所述安装腔,所述传动件穿设于所述连通口。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,还包括:
    密封件,所述密封件用于密封所述传动件和所述连通口的内周面之间的间隙。
  8. 根据权利要求3-6中任一项所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述驱动件包括驱动电机和连接件,所述连接件连接所述驱动电机的输出端和所述传动件,所述驱动电机通过所述连接件驱动所述传动件移动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述连接件为偏心轮,所述偏心轮在所述驱动电机的驱动下转动,所述偏心轮设有配合凸部,所述传动件设有配合凹槽,其中,
    所述配合凸部沿所述配合凹槽可移动,以将所述偏心轮的转动转换为所述传动件的移动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述配合凹槽沿第二方向延伸,且所述偏心轮的转动轴线、所述第一方向和所述第二方向两两垂直。
  11. 根据权利要求3或4所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述传动件与所述泵头可拆卸地配合。
  12. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述泵头被构造成适于向洗涤腔内直接投放洗涤液。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述泵头上设有投放口,所述投放口被构造成适于直接连通洗涤腔。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述投放装置还包括座体,所述泵体固设于所述座体或可拆卸地设于所述座体。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述座体内具有安装腔,所述安装腔的腔壁上设有过口,所述泵头可穿过所述过口伸入洗碗机的洗涤腔内,以便于将所述储液容器内的洗涤液输送至洗涤腔。
  16. 根据权利要求14或15所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,
    所述泵体与所述储液容器集成为一体结构,并可拆卸地安装于安装腔或固定设于所述安装腔;或,
    所述储液容器与所述泵体分体设置,且所述储液容器可拆卸地安装于所述座体上,所述储液容器安装于所述座体上时与所述泵体相接。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述座体包括座本体和盖体,所述座本体具有所述安装腔,所述安装腔具有开口,所述盖体用于开闭所述开口。
  18. 根据权利要求1-17中任一项所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述泵体与所述储液容器固定连接或可拆卸地连接。
  19. 根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,还包括:投放量检测机构,所述投放量检测机构用于检测泵出洗涤液的液量。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述投放量检测机构包括:
    位置检测组件,所述位置检测组件用于检测所述泵头的位置;
    控制组件,所述控制组件与所述位置检测组件和所述驱动组件相连,所述控制组件用于根据所述位置检测组件的检测结果控制所述驱动组件的工作状态。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述控制组件设置成在所述位置检测组件检测到所述泵头移动至第一预设位置时计数,以确定投放量。
  22. 根据权利要求20或21所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述控制组件在计数值达到预设阈值时控制所述驱动组件停止工作。
  23. 根据权利要求20-22中任一项所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述驱动组件包括:
    传动件;
    驱动件,所述驱动件驱动所述传动件移动以带动所述泵头移动,
    其中,所述位置检测组件被构造成适于检测所述传动件和/或所述泵头的位置以获取所述泵头的位 置并确定泵送液量。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述位置检测组件包括与所述控制组件相连的微动开关,所述传动件具有触发凸部,所述触发凸部在所述传动件移动至第一预设位置时触发所述微动开关,所述控制组件在所述微动开关被触发时计数。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,还包括座体,所述座体具有容纳腔,所述传动件包括传动本体,所述传动本体的一端与所述驱动件配合且另一端与所述泵头配合,所述触发凸部设于所述传动本体的外周面且位于所述容纳腔内,所述微动开关安装于所述座体且具有伸入所述容纳腔的触点,所述触发凸部适于与所述触点接触以触发所述微动开关。
  26. 根据权利要求23所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述位置检测组件包括与所述控制组件相连的干簧管和设于所述传动件的磁性件,所述磁性件在所述传动件移动至第一预设位置时驱动所述干簧管导通,所述控制组件在所述干簧管导通时计数。
  27. 根据权利要求23所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述位置检测组件包括与所述控制组件相连的光电感应器,所述光电感应器具有发光端和用于接收所述发光端发出的光线的接收端,所述传动件具有遮挡部,所述遮挡部在所述传动件移动至第一预设位置时遮挡所述光线,所述控制组件在所述光线被遮挡时计数。
  28. 根据权利要求23所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述位置检测组件包括与所述控制组件相连的霍尔元件和设于所述传动件的磁性件,在所述传动件移动至第一预设位置时所述霍尔元件检测到所述磁性件并产生脉冲信号,所述控制组件在所述霍尔元件产生所述脉冲信号时计数。
  29. 根据权利要求21所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述驱动组件包括驱动电机,所述控制组件在计数值达到所述预设阈值时切断所述驱动电机的电源。
  30. 根据权利要求19-29中任一项所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述泵头在第一预设位置和第二预设位置之间可移动,所述泵头由所述第一预设位置向所述第二预设位置移动时向靠近所述储液容器的方向移动,以将所述储液容器内的洗涤液泵入所述洗涤腔,所述泵头由所述第二预设位置向所述第一预设位置移动时,所述泵头可向远离所述储液容器的方向移动以复位。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述泵体还包括复位件,所述复位件用于驱动所述泵头由所述第二预设位置向所述第一预设位置移动以复位。
  32. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,还包括:
    座体;
    洗涤液投放组件,所述洗涤液投放组件安装于所述座体且用于向所述洗碗机的洗涤腔内投放洗涤液;
    洗涤粉投放组件,所述洗涤粉投放组件安装于所述座体且用于向所述洗涤腔内投放洗涤粉;
    亮碟剂投放组件,所述亮碟剂投放组件安装于所述座体且用于向所述洗涤腔内投放亮碟剂。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述座体为所述洗碗机的门体或所述洗涤腔的腔壁。
  34. 根据权利要求32所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述座体安装于所述洗碗机的门体或所述洗涤腔的腔壁。
  35. 根据权利要求32所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述座体具有安装腔,所述安装腔的腔壁设有过口,所述洗涤液投放组件包括安装于所述安装腔内的所述储液容器且包括所述泵头,所述泵头穿过所述过口并伸入所述洗涤腔内,以将所述储液容器内的洗涤液输送至所述洗涤腔。
  36. 根据权利要求32-35中任一项所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述座体包括座本体和盖体,所述座本体具有所述安装腔,所述安装腔具有开口,所述盖体用于开闭所述开口且所述盖体设有所述过口。
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述盖体与所述座本体铰接。
  38. 根据权利要求32-35中任一项所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述座体具有容纳腔,所述洗涤液投放组件还包括:
    所述泵体,所述泵体与所述储液容器相连且具有所述泵头,所述泵头相对于所述储液容器可移动以将所述储液容器内的洗涤液泵入所述洗涤腔;
    所述驱动组件,所述驱动组件安装于所述容纳腔且用于驱动所述泵头移动。
  39. 根据权利要求32-35中任一项所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述储液容器可拆卸地安装于所述安装腔。
  40. 根据权利要求38所述的洗碗机的投放装置,其中,所述泵体可拆卸地与所述储液容器相连,所述驱动组件与所述泵头可分离地配合。
  41. 一种洗碗机,其中,包括根据权利要求1-40中任一项所述的洗碗机的投放装置。
