背景技术
TWS耳机(TWS:True Wireless Stereo,真正无线立体声),例如:无线蓝牙耳机通常包括耳机部分和充电盒部分。用户在不使用耳机的时候,会把耳机放入充电盒进行充电。现有技术中,用户在使用耳机时,需要打开充电盒的盖体,然后再将耳机取出,用户在取出耳机时会比较困难,降低用户体验。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的是提供一种电子设备组件,至少可以解决现有技术中耳机装入充电盒后取出困难的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请是这样实现的:
本申请实施例提供了一种充电盒,包括:盒体、盖体、第一磁性件和传动机构;所述盒体与所述盖体连接,所述盒体设有容纳槽,所述传动机构设置于所述容纳槽内,所述传动机构与所述盖体连接,所述第一磁性件与所述传动机构连接;所述盖体可驱动所述传动机构活动,所述传动机构可改变所 述第一磁性件的第一磁极和第二磁极的位置;在所述盖体相对于所述盒体具有第一角度的情况下,所述传动机构处于第一位置,所述第一磁性件的第一磁极朝向所述容纳槽的槽口;在所述盖体相对于所述盒体具有第二角度的情况下,所述传动机构处于第二位置,所述第一磁性件的第二磁极朝向所述容纳槽的槽口;

在本申请实施例中,在盒体内设置有第一磁性件和传动机构,并通过盖体驱动传动机构活动,从而改变第一磁性件的第一磁极和第二磁极的位置。在耳机满足预设条件下,当盖体与盒体具有第一角度时,耳机中的第二磁性件与充电盒内的第一磁性相吸,保证耳机可以吸附在充电盒上充电。当盖体与盒体具有第二角度时,第一磁性件与第二磁性件相斥,耳机在斥力作用下,自动脱离充电盒,方便用户充完电后取出耳机,提升用户体验。

如图1至图10所示,根据本发明实施例的充电盒100包括盒体10、盖体20、第一磁性件30和传动机构40。
具体而言,盒体10与盖体20连接,盒体10设有容纳槽11,传动机构40设置于容纳槽11内,传动机构40与盖体20连接,第一磁性件30与传动机构40连接;盖体20可驱动传动机构40活动,传动机构40可改变第一磁性件30的第一磁极和第二磁极的位置。在盖体20相对于盒体10具有第一角度的情况下,传动机构40处于第一位置,第一磁性件30的第一磁极朝向容纳槽11的槽口。在盖体20相对于盒体10具有第二角度的情况下,传动机构40处于第二位置,第一磁性件30的第二磁极朝向容纳槽11的槽口。
其中,在耳机50满足预设条件且盖体20与盒体10具有第一角度的情况下,第二磁性件60与第一磁性件30相吸;在耳机50满足预设条件且盖体20与盒体10具有第二角度的情况下,第二磁性件60与第一磁性件30相斥;预设条件为耳机50设有第二磁性件60且耳机50处于容纳槽11中。
换言之,如图1至图6所示,根据本发明实施例的充电盒100主要由盒体10、盖体20、第一磁性件30和传动机构40组成。其中,盒体10与盖体20连接,盖体20可以打开,也可以盖合在盒体10上。盒体10内设置有容纳槽11,传动机构40设置于容纳槽11内,传动机构40与盖体20连接,第一磁性件30与传动机构40连接。盖体20相对盒体10在打开和盖合的过程中,可以驱动传动机构40活动,并可以通过传动机构40改变第一磁性件30的第一磁极和第二磁极的位置。
在盖体20相对于盒体10具有第一角度的情况下,如图3至图6所示,传动机构40处于第一位置,第一磁性件30的第一磁极朝向容纳槽11的槽口。在盖体20相对于盒体10具有第二角度的情况下,如图7和图8所示,传动 机构40处于第二位置,第一磁性件30的第二磁极朝向容纳槽11的槽口。在本申请中,第一角度可以为盖体20与盒体10盖合时的角度,第二角度可以为盖体20相对盒体10打开时的角度。在本申请的下述实施例中,以盖体20与盒体10盖合时的角度为第一角度进行说明,以盖体20相对盒体10完全打开时的角度为第二角度进行说明。
当盖体20盖合在盒体10上时,第一磁性件30的第一磁极朝向容纳槽11的槽口,当盖体20相对盒体10处于打开状态时,第一磁性件30的第二磁极朝向容纳槽11的槽口。当然,充电盒100中盖体20相对盒体10的第一角度和第二角度可以根据实际情况进行具体设定,在本申请中不再详细赘述。
在本申请中,当耳机50满足预设条件,并且盖体20与盒体10具有第一角度的情况下,第二磁性件60与第一磁性件30相吸,保证耳机50可以吸附在充电盒100上充电。在耳机50满足预设条件,并且盖体20与盒体10具有第二角度的情况下,第二磁性件60与第一磁性件30相斥,耳机50在斥力作用下,自动脱离充电盒100,方便用户充完电后取出耳机50,提升用户体验。耳机50所满足的预设条件可以为耳机50设置有第二磁性件60,并且耳机50处于充电盒100的容纳槽11中。
需要说明的是,本申请所述的耳机50可以以TWS耳机(TWS:True Wireless Stereo,真正无线立体声)为例进行具体说明,在本申请的下述实施例中,TWS耳机可以简称为耳机50,TWS耳机具有第二磁性件60,充电盒100可以与TWS耳机配套使用。
当用户不使用耳机50时,可以将耳机50放入充电盒100中进行充电,此时,盖体20相对于盒体10具有第一角度,例如,盖体20盖合在盒体10上,盖体20驱动传动机构40处于第一位置,第一磁性件30的第一磁极(例 如:S极)与耳机50的第二磁性件60的N极相吸,保证耳机50放入充电盒100后被吸力吸住,使耳机50充电更加可靠。
当用户需要使用耳机50时,盖体20可以相对盒体10打开至第二角度,例如,盖体20相对盒体10完全打开时,盖体20驱动传动机构40处于第二位置,此时,第一磁性件30中与第二磁性件60的N极相对的磁极变为第二磁极(N极),第一磁性件30与第二磁性件60相斥,耳机50在斥力作用下从充电盒100自动脱离,方便用户取出耳机50进行佩戴,极大提升了用户体验。
由此,在本申请实施例中,在盒体10内设置有第一磁性件30和传动机构40,并通过盖体20驱动传动机构40活动,从而改变第一磁性件30的第一磁极和第二磁极的位置。在耳机50满足预设条件下,当盖体20与盒体10具有第一角度时,耳机50中的第二磁性件60与充电盒100内的第一磁性相吸,保证耳机50可以吸附在充电盒100上充电。当盖体20与盒体10具有第二角度时,第一磁性件30与第二磁性件60相斥,耳机50在斥力作用下,自动脱离充电盒100,方便用户充完电后取出耳机50,提升用户体验。
根据本发明的一个实施例,如图3至图6所示,传动机构40包括转动件41,转动件41与盖体20活动连接,盖体20可驱动转动件41转动,第一磁性件30与转动件41连接,转动件41可带动第一磁性件30转动。具体地,在盖体20相对于盒体10具有第一角度的情况下,参见图3至图6,盖体20带动转动件41转动至第一位置,转动件41带动第一磁性件30转动,以使第一磁性件30的第一磁极朝向容纳槽11的槽口,此时,第一磁性件30可以与第二磁性件60相吸,保证耳机50可以吸附在充电盒100上充电。在盖体20相对于盒体10具有第二角度的情况下,参见图7和图8,盖体20带动转动 件41转动至第二位置,转动件41带动第一磁性件30转动,以使第一磁性件30的第二磁极朝向容纳槽11的槽口,此时,第一磁性件30可以与第二磁性件60相斥,耳机50可以在斥力作用下,自动脱离充电盒100,方便用户充完电后取出耳机50,提升用户体验。
在本发明的一些具体实施方式中,如图6所示,盖体20的端部设置有齿纹21,转动件41可以设置成齿轮,齿纹21与齿轮啮合。盖体20相对盒体10在第一角度和第二角度之间转动时,盖体20端部上的齿纹21与齿轮啮合,带动齿轮转动,从而带动第一磁性件30在容纳槽11内转动,使第一磁性件30的第一磁极和第二磁极的位置发生改变。
可选地,参见图4、图6和图8,传动机构40还包括驱动轴42,驱动轴42可以绕其自身的轴线可转动地设于容纳槽11。转动件41设置在驱动轴42上,转动件41与驱动轴42在驱动轴42的转动方向上限位配合。盖体20在转动的过程中,可以带动转动件41转动,并通过转动件41的转动进一步带动驱动轴42转动,驱动轴42的端部与第一磁性件30连接,从而实现第一磁性件30在容纳槽11内转动。
当用户不使用耳机50时,可以将耳机50放入充电盒100中进行充电,此时,盖体20与盒体10盖合,盖体20端部的齿纹21驱动齿轮处于第一位置,齿轮可以带动驱动轴42转动至与第一位置相对应的位置处。此时,第一磁性件30的第一磁极(例如:S极)与耳机50的第二磁性件60的N极相吸,保证耳机50放入充电盒100后被吸力吸住,使耳机50充电更加可靠。

根据本发明的一个实施例,如图5和图6所示,盖体20还包括转轴22,转轴22可以穿设于盖体20的端部,盖体20可以通过转轴22与盒体10活动连接。当盖体20通过转轴22在相对盒体10具有第一角度和第二角度之间活动时,盖体20可以驱动齿纹21转动,并通过齿纹21带动齿轮转动,同时通过齿轮的转动进一步带动驱动轴42转动,驱动轴42的端部与第一磁性件30连接,从而实现第一磁性件30在容纳槽11内转动。
在本发明的一些具体实施方式中,如图4所示,充电盒100还包括第一安装部71,第一安装部71设置在容纳槽11中,驱动轴42可转动地设于第一安装部71。第一安装部71可以设置成由两个将隔开布置的板体构成的安装座,驱动轴42可转动地插接在两个板体之间。当然,第一安装部71的具体结构可以根据实际需要进行具体设定。当盖体20相对盒体10在盖合状态和打开状态切换时,通过盖体20活动可以带动转动件41同步转动,然后通过转动件41带动驱动轴42转动,使第一磁性件30在盒体10内发生180°旋转,第一磁性件30的两个磁极(N极和S极)的位置发生变化。

在本申请的下述实施例中,可以以第一状态为闭合状态,第二状态为断开状态进行具体说明。在盖体20相对于盒体10具有第一角度的情况下,例如:盖体20盖合时,盖体20驱动极性开关43处于闭合状态,极性开关43闭合,第一磁性件30充电,并在电场作用下,使第一磁性件30的第一磁极朝向容纳槽11的槽口。以第一磁极为S极为例,第二磁性件60的朝向第一磁性件30的一端为N极,此时,第一磁性件30与第二磁性件60相吸,保证耳机50可以吸附在充电盒100上充电。在盖体20相对于盒体10具有第二角度的情况下,例如:盖体20完全打开时,盖体20驱动极性开关43处于断开状态,使第一磁性件30收到的电场方向发生改变,此时,第一磁性件30 的朝向容纳槽11的槽口的磁极为N极(即第二磁极),第一磁性件30与第二磁性件60相斥,耳机50可以在斥力作用下,自动脱离充电盒100,方便用户充完电后取出耳机50,提升用户体验。
在本发明的一些具体实施方式中,如图10所示,盖体20的端部设有凸起23,凸起23在盖体20相对于盒体10具有第一角度的情况下,凸起23与极性开关43分离,极性开关43处于第一状态;凸起23在盖体20相对于盒体10具有第二角度的情况下,凸起23与极性开关43抵接,以使极性开关43处于第二状态。

在本发明的一些具体实施方式中,如图5和图8所示,充电盒100还包 括安装板80,安装板80设于盒体10,安装板80设有与容纳槽11连通的插孔,耳机50在插接在插孔内的状态下,耳机50的第一端位于安装板80的第一侧,耳机50的第二端位于安装板80的第二侧。

根据本发明的一个实施例,如图7和图9所示,充电盒100设有耳机50,耳机50设有与第一磁性件30相对设置的第二磁性件60。在盖体20相对于盒体10具有第一角度的情况下,耳机50插接于盒体10,第二磁性件60与第一磁性件30相吸,以对耳机50充电;在盖体20相对于盒体10具有第二角度的情况下,第二磁性件60与第一磁性件30相斥,耳机50脱离盒体10。
也就是说,充电盒100可以设置有耳机50,充电盒100可以设置耳机50的个数可以根据实际需要进行具体限定。在本申请中,可以以充电盒100内设置有两个耳机50为例进行说明。每个耳机50上均可以设置有第二磁性件60,第一磁性件30的个数与第二磁性件60的个数相对应,并且每个第二磁 性件60均可以与一个第一磁性件30相对应。
耳机50在满足预设条件下,耳机50的第二磁性件60与充电盒100的第一磁性件30相对。在盖体20相对于盒体10具有第一角度的情况下,耳机50插接于盒体10,第二磁性件60与第一磁性件30相吸,保证耳机50可以吸附在充电盒100上充电,提高耳机50充电的可靠性。在盖体20相对于盒体10具有第二角度的情况下,第二磁性件60与第一磁性件30相斥,耳机50可以在斥力作用下,自动脱离充电盒100,方便用户充完电后取出耳机50,提升用户体验。
可选地,第二磁性件60可以设置在耳机50的第一端,第一磁性件30设置在容纳槽11内,并且第一磁性件30与第二磁性件60的磁极相对。
在本发明的一个实施例中,参见图3至图6,当用户不使用耳机50时,可以将耳机50放入充电盒100中进行充电,此时,盖体20与盒体10盖合,盖体20端部的齿纹21驱动齿轮处于第一位置,齿轮可以带动驱动轴42转动至与第一位置相对应的位置处。此时,第一磁性件30的第一磁极(例如:S极)与耳机50的第二磁性件60的N极相吸,保证耳机50放入充电盒100后被吸力吸住,使耳机50充电更加可靠。
当用户需要使用耳机50时,参见图7和图8,盖体20可以相对盒体10打开,盖体20端部的齿纹21带动转动件41转动,通过转动件41带动驱动轴42转动,使第一磁性件30的S极和N极产生180°旋转。此时,驱动轴42带动第一磁性件30转动,使第一磁性件30中与第二磁性件60的N极相对的磁极变为第二磁极(N极),第一磁性件30与第二磁性件60相斥,耳机50在斥力作用下从充电盒100自动脱离,方便用户取出耳机50进行佩戴,极大提升了用户体验。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,在盖体20相对于盒体10具有第一角度的情况下,例如:盖体20盖合时,盖体20驱动极性开关43处于闭合状态,极性开关43闭合,第一磁性件30充电,并在电场作用下,使第一磁性件30的第一磁极朝向容纳槽11的槽口。以第一磁极为S极为例,第二磁性件60的朝向第一磁性件30的一端为N极,此时,第一磁性件30与第二磁性件60相吸,保证耳机50可以吸附在充电盒100上充电。在盖体20相对于盒体10具有第二角度的情况下,例如:盖体20完全打开时,如图9和图10所示,盖体20驱动极性开关43处于断开状态,使第一磁性件30收到的电场方向发生改变,此时,第一磁性件30的朝向容纳槽11的槽口的磁极为N极(即第二磁极),第一磁性件30与第二磁性件60相斥,耳机50可以在斥力作用下,自动脱离充电盒100,方便用户充完电后取出耳机50,提升用户体验。
总而言之,根据本发明实施例的充电盒100,在盒体10内设置有第一磁性件30和传动机构40,并通过盖体20驱动传动机构40转动,从而改变第一磁性件30的第一磁极和第二磁极的位置。在耳机50满足预设条件下,当盖体20与盒体10具有第一角度时,耳机50中的第二磁性件60与充电盒100内的第一磁性相吸,保证耳机50可以吸附在充电盒100上充电。当盖体20与盒体10具有第二角度时,第一磁性件30与第二磁性件60相斥,耳机50在斥力作用下,自动脱离充电盒100,方便用户充完电后取出耳机50,提升用户体验。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种充电盒(100),包括:盒体(10)、盖体(20)、第一磁性件(30)和传动机构(40);
    所述盒体(10)与所述盖体(20)连接,所述盒体(10)设有容纳槽(11),所述传动机构(40)设置于所述容纳槽(11)内,所述传动机构(40)与所述盖体(20)连接,所述第一磁性件(30)与所述传动机构(40)连接;所述盖体(20)可驱动所述传动机构(40)活动,所述传动机构(40)可改变所述第一磁性件(30)的第一磁极和第二磁极的位置;
    在所述盖体(20)相对于所述盒体(10)具有第一角度的情况下,所述传动机构(40)处于第一位置,所述第一磁性件(30)的第一磁极朝向所述容纳槽(11)的槽口;
    在所述盖体(20)相对于所述盒体(10)具有第二角度的情况下,所述传动机构(40)处于第二位置,所述第一磁性件(30)的第二磁极朝向所述容纳槽(11)的槽口;
    其中,在耳机(50)满足预设条件且所述盖体(20)与所述盒体(10)具有第一角度的情况下,第二磁性件(60)与所述第一磁性件(30)相吸;在所述耳机(50)满足预设条件且所述盖体(20)与所述盒体(10)具有第二角度的情况下,所述第二磁性件(60)与所述第一磁性件(30)相斥;所述预设条件为所述耳机(50)设有所述第二磁性件(60)且所述耳机(50)处于所述容纳槽(11)中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的充电盒(100),其中,所述传动机构(40)包括:转动件(41),所述转动件(41)与所述盖体(20)活动连接,所述盖体(20)可驱动所述转动件(41)转动,所述第一磁性件(30)与所述转动件(41)连接,所述转动件(41)可带动所述第一磁性件(30)转动;
    在所述盖体(20)相对于所述盒体(10)具有第一角度的情况下,所述盖体(20)带动所述转动件(41)转动至所述第一位置,所述转动件(41) 带动所述第一磁性件(30)转动,以使所述第一磁性件(30)的第一磁极朝向所述容纳槽(11)的槽口;
    在所述盖体(20)相对于所述盒体(10)具有第二角度的情况下,所述盖体(20)带动所述转动件(41)转动至所述第二位置,所述转动件(41)带动所述第一磁性件(30)转动,以使所述第一磁性件(30)的第二磁极朝向所述容纳槽(11)的槽口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的充电盒(100),其中,所述盖体(20)的端部设有齿纹(21),所述转动件(41)为齿轮,所述齿纹(21)与所述齿轮啮合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的充电盒(100),其中,所述传动机构(40)还包括:驱动轴(42),所述驱动轴(42)绕其自身的轴线可转动地设于所述容纳槽(11),所述转动件(41)设于所述驱动轴(42)上,所述转动件(41)与所述驱动轴(42)在所述驱动轴(42)的转动方向上限位配合,所述驱动轴(42)的端部与所述第一磁性件(30)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的充电盒(100),其中,所述盖体(20)还包括:转轴(22),所述转轴(22)穿设于所述盖体(20)的端部,所述盖体(20)通过所述转轴(22)与所述盒体(10)活动连接,以驱动所述齿纹(21)转动。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的充电盒(100),其中,所述充电盒(100)还包括:
    第一安装部(71),所述第一安装部(71)设于所述容纳槽(11),所述驱动轴(42)可转动地设于所述第一安装部(71)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的充电盒(100),其中,所述传动机构(40)包括:极性开关(43),所述极性开关(43)设于所述容纳槽(11),所述极性开关(43)与所述第一磁性件(30)电连接;
    在所述盖体(20)相对于所述盒体(10)具有第一角度的情况下,所述盖体(20)驱动所述极性开关(43)处于第一状态,所述第一磁性件(30) 的第一磁极朝向所述容纳槽(11)的槽口;
    在所述盖体(20)相对于盒体(10)具有第二角度的情况下,所述盖体(20)驱动所述极性开关(43)处于第二状态,所述第一磁性件(30)的第二磁极朝向所述容纳槽(11)的槽口;
    其中,所述第一状态为闭合状态和断开状态中一者,第二状态为闭合状态和断开状态中另一者。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的充电盒(100),其中,所述盖体(20)的端部设有凸起(23),所述凸起(23)在所述盖体(20)相对于所述盒体(10)具有第一角度的情况下,所述凸起(23)与所述极性开关(43)分离,所述极性开关(43)处于第一状态;所述凸起(23)在所述盖体(20)相对于所述盒体(10)具有第二角度的情况下,所述凸起(23)与所述极性开关(43)抵接,以使所述极性开关(43)处于第二状态。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的充电盒(100),其中,还包括:
    第二安装部(72),所述第二安装部(72)设于所述容纳槽(11),所述第一磁性件(30)设于所述第二安装部(72)的靠近所述盖体(20)端部的侧面。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的充电盒(100),其中,还包括:
    安装板(80),所述安装板(80)设于所述盒体(10),所述安装板(80)设有与所述容纳槽(11)连通的插孔,所述耳机(50)在插接在所述插孔内的状态下,所述耳机(50)的第一端位于所述安装板(80)的第一侧,所述耳机(50)的第二端位于所述安装板(80)的第二侧。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的充电盒(100),其中,所述充电盒(100)设有所述耳机(50),所述耳机(50)设有与所述第一磁性件(30)相对设置的所述第二磁性件(60);
    在所述盖体(20)相对于所述盒体(10)具有第一角度的情况下,所述耳机(50)插接于所述盒体(10),所述第二磁性件(60)与所述第一磁性件 (30)相吸,以对所述耳机(50)充电;
    在所述盖体(20)相对于所述盒体(10)具有第二角度的情况下,所述第二磁性件(60)与所述第一磁性件(30)相斥,所述耳机(50)可脱离所述盒体(10)。
