请参阅图1和图2,本申请实施例提供一种电子设备支架30,通过磁吸方式可拆卸地连接的电子设备的外壳10上,所述电子设备支架30包括第一磁吸构件33,所述外壳10上设有第二磁吸构件11,所述电子设备支架30通过第一磁吸构件33磁吸固定于电子设备上。其中,所述电子设备支架30可以为本申请任一实施例所述的电子设备支架30,详细介绍如下。
请结合参阅图3和图4,本申请实施例另一方面,还提供一种电子设备支架30,包括底座31、设于底座31一侧的连接部32以及设于底座31另一侧的第一磁吸构件33,所述电子设备支架30用于磁吸固定于背面设有第二磁吸构件11的电子设备上,所述第二磁吸构件11呈环形,所述第一磁吸构件33包括呈环形的内层磁吸件331和绕设于所述内层磁吸件外围的外层磁吸件332,所述内层磁吸件331的内径小于所述第二磁吸构件11的内径,所述外层磁吸件332的外径大于所述第二磁吸构件11的外径。
上述实施例中,电子设备的外壳10内部设有第二磁吸构件11,电子设备支架30通过内层磁吸件331和外层磁吸件332的重叠设置,内层磁吸件331和外层磁吸件332分别与电子设备的第二磁吸构件11吸附连接,不仅方便将电子设备支架30稳定地装设于电子设备上,实现支架功能,而且方便在不需要使用支架的场合将电子设备支架30从电子设备上拆卸下来,不会对电子设备的外观造成任何影响。
可选的,如图5和图6所示,所述内层磁吸件331包括呈圆环状分布且两两间隔排列的多个第一磁铁,所述外层磁吸件332包括呈圆环状分布且两两间 隔排列的多个第二磁铁,第一磁铁的数量与第二磁铁的数量相同,例如均为6个弧形的磁铁。第一磁吸构件33整体呈圆环形,且内层磁吸件331由多段分离的弧形的第一磁铁沿圆环两两间隔排列组成,外层磁吸件332由多段分离的弧形的第二磁铁沿圆环两两间隔排列组成,外层磁吸件332所在圆环的直径大于内层磁吸件331所在圆环的直径,所述第一磁铁分别与对应的第二磁铁相互内外叠置,共同组成所述第一磁吸构件33。在另一些实施例中,所述内层磁吸件331和外层磁吸件332也可以分别形成为整体的圆环状。
可选的,所述第二磁吸构件11呈一侧设有缺口的圆环状。第二磁吸构件11由能够与第一磁吸构件33相互吸合连接的材料制成,如铁或者磁铁。第二磁吸构件11呈圆环状,外径小于第一磁吸构件33的外径,且内径大于第一磁吸构件33的内径,当电子设备支架30吸合固定于电子设备上时,第二磁吸构件11与第一磁吸构件33的圆心重合且第二磁吸构件11与第一磁吸构件33的中间部分重叠,可以形成更加稳定可靠的连接。在一些实施例中,将所述内层磁吸件331的内缘直径定义为第一内径Φ1,并将所述外层磁吸件332的外缘直径定义为第一外径Φ2,将所述第二磁吸构件11的内缘直径定义为第二内径Φ4,并将所述第二磁吸构件的外缘直径定义为第二外径Φ3,其中,所述第一内径Φ1大于或等于44mm、且小于46mm,所述第一外径Φ2大于54.1mm、且小于或等于56.1mm。所述第二内径Φ4为46mm,且所述第二外径Φ3为54.1mm,电子设备支架30磁吸固定于电子设备上时,第二磁吸构件11位于内层磁吸件331和外层磁吸件332相互贴合的位置,第二磁吸构件11相对靠近圆心的内层部分与内层磁吸件331的部分重合,相对远离圆心的外层部分与外层磁吸件332的部分重合。可选的,所述第一外径Φ2与所述第二外径Φ3的差值与所述第二内径Φ4与第一内径Φ4的差值相等,使得所述第一磁吸构件33与所述第二磁吸构件11吸附连接时,两者的圆心重合而可靠的连接。
可选的,如图7所示,所述第一磁吸构件33的厚度范围为2mm至4mm。所述第二磁吸构件11的厚度小于所述第一磁吸构件33的厚度。第一磁吸构件33的厚度以T1表示,第二磁吸构件11的厚度以T2表示。其中,内层磁吸件331的厚度与外层磁吸件332的厚度相等,也即是说,第一磁铁的厚度等于第二磁铁的厚度。所述第二磁吸构件11的厚度设计较薄,可以避免增加电子设备外壳10的厚度和重量。第一磁吸构件33的厚度在2mm至4mm之间,以确保第一磁吸构件33提供合适大小的磁吸力,以与第二磁吸构件11之间稳定地吸合连接。
在一些实施例中,所述电子设备支架30还包括顶盖34,所述顶盖34与所述底座31共同限定形成收容所述第一磁吸构件33在内的容置空间。通过顶盖34和底座31配合将第一磁吸构件33收容在内,从而电子设备支架30的结构简单、容易装配且外观整体简洁。所述顶盖34包括顶板341及从所述顶板341边缘朝所述底座31方向延伸的侧板342,所述顶板341靠近所述侧板342的位置形成有与所述第一磁吸构件33形状匹配的安装槽343,所述底座31包括底壁311及从所述底壁311边缘朝所述顶盖34方向延伸的侧壁312,所述第一磁吸构件33收容于所述安装槽343内,所述底座31的所述侧壁312的内表面与所述顶盖34的所述侧板342的外表面相贴合而连接。顶板341的直径与第一磁吸构件33的外径大致相等,安装槽343设于顶板341的边缘,所述安装槽343的槽宽与所述内层磁吸件331和外层磁吸件332叠置后的整体宽度大致相等,安装槽343的槽深小于或等于第一磁吸构件33的厚度,从而组装时可以先将第一磁吸件嵌设于顶盖34的安装槽343内,再将顶盖34的侧板342沿底座31的侧壁312的内表面插入,顶盖34可以与底座31之间形成紧配合连接,或者侧板342与侧壁312之间可以通过涂布粘结材料连接,使得装配简单方便。其中,所述第一磁吸构件33于远离顶板341的一侧还设有圆盘状的铁片35,所述铁片35的直径与第一磁吸构件33的外径大致相等,顶盖34与底座31组装后,铁片35和顶板341分别紧紧抵靠于第一磁吸构件33相对两端的端面,可以避免第一磁吸构件33松动。
在一些实施例中,所述连接部32为从所述底壁311远离所述顶盖34的一侧向外延伸的连接套筒,所述连接套筒的外表面设有螺纹结构。电子设备支架30磁吸固定于电子设备的背面后,再通过连接部32将电子设备固定于指定的所需位置,方便解放双手使用电子设备。需要说明的是,所述连接部32并不限于本实施例所述的连接套筒,也可以是其它能够使得电子设备侧立或者将电子设备固定于指定所需位置的其它结构。可选的,所述底壁311面向所述顶盖34的一侧设有从中心向外辐射状延伸的第一加强肋条313以及连接于所述第一加强肋条313之间的环形第二加强肋条314。第一加强肋条313和第二加强肋条314可以增强底座31的整体结构强度。
在一些实施例中,所述电子设备支架30还包括无线充电模组,无线充电模组包括电路板以及设置在电路板上表面的充电线圈,内层磁吸件331环绕于充电线圈的外围,充电线圈与电路板电连接,使得电子设备支架30与外部电源接 通后,通过无线充电模组对具有无线充电功能的电子设备进行无线充电。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电子设备支架,其特征在于,包括底座、设于底座一侧的连接部以及设于底座另一侧的第一磁吸构件,所述电子设备支架用于磁吸固定于背面设有第二磁吸构件的电子设备上,所述第二磁吸构件呈环形,所述第一磁吸构件包括呈环形的内层磁吸件和绕设于所述内层磁吸件外围的外层磁吸件,所述内层磁吸件的内径小于所述第二磁吸构件的内径,所述外层磁吸件的外径大于所述第二磁吸构件的外径。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于,所述内层磁吸件包括呈圆环状分布且两两间隔排列的多个第一磁铁,所述外层磁吸件包括呈圆环状分布且两两间隔排列的多个第二磁铁。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于,所述第二磁吸构件呈一侧设有缺口的圆环状。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于,所述第一磁吸构件的厚度为2mm至4mm之间。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于,所述第二磁吸构件的厚度小于所述第一磁吸构件的厚度。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于,所述第二磁吸构件的内径与所述内层磁吸件的内径的差值等于所述外层磁吸件与所述第二磁吸构件的外径的差值。
  7. 如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于,所述电子设备支架还包括顶盖,所述底座包括底壁及从所述底壁边缘朝所述顶盖方向延伸的侧壁,所述顶盖与所述底座共同限定形成收容所述第一磁吸构件在内的容置空间。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于,所述连接部为从所述底壁远离所述顶盖的一侧向外延伸的连接套筒,所述连接套筒的外表面设有螺纹结构;和/或
    所述底壁面向所述顶盖的一侧设有从中心向外辐射状延伸的第一加强肋条以及连接于所述第一加强肋条之间的环形第二加强肋条。
  9. 一种电子设备支架,其特征在于,包括底座、设于底座一侧的连接部以 及设于底座另一侧的第一磁吸构件,所述电子设备支架用于磁吸固定于背面设有第二磁吸构件的电子设备上,所述第二磁吸构件呈环形,所述第一磁吸构件包括呈环形的内层磁吸件和绕设于所述内层磁吸件外围的外层磁吸件,所述内层磁吸件的内径大于或等于44mm、且小于46mm,所述外层磁吸件的外径大于54.1mm、且小于或等于56.1mm,所述电子设备支架吸附固定于所述电子设备背面时,所述内层磁吸件和所述外层磁吸件均至少部分与所述第二磁吸构件相互重合。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于,所述第二磁吸构件的内径为46mm,且外径为54.1mm。
  11. 一种电子设备支架,其特征在于,包括底座、设于底座一侧的连接部以及设于底座另一侧的第一磁吸构件,所述第一磁吸构件用于磁吸固定电子设备,所述第一磁吸构件包括呈环形的内层磁吸件和绕设于所述内层磁吸件外围的外层磁吸件。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于,所述内层磁吸件包括呈圆环状分布且两两间隔排列的多个第一磁铁,所述外层磁吸件包括呈圆环状分布且两两间隔排列的多个第二磁铁。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于,所述第一磁铁的厚度等于所述第二磁铁的厚度。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于,所述第一磁铁的数量与所述第二磁铁的数量相同。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于,所述第一磁吸构件的厚度范围为2mm至4mm。
  16. 如权利要求11所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于,所述电子设备支架还包括顶盖,所述顶盖与所述底座共同限定形成收容所述第一磁吸构件在内的容置空间。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于,所述顶盖包括顶板及从所述顶板边缘朝所述底座方向延伸的侧板,所述顶板靠近所述侧板的位置形成有与所述第一磁吸构件形状匹配的安装槽。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于,所述第一磁吸构件于远离所述顶板的一侧还设有圆盘状的铁片,所述铁片和所述顶板分别抵靠于 所述第一磁吸构件相对两端的端面。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于,所述底座包括底壁及从所述底壁边缘朝所述顶盖方向延伸的侧壁,所述侧壁的内表面与所述侧板的外表面相贴合而连接,所述底壁面向所述顶盖的一侧设有从中心向外辐射状延伸的第一加强肋条以及连接于所述第一加强肋条之间的环形第二加强肋条。
  20. 如权利要求11所述的电子设备支架,其特征在于,还包括无线充电模组,所述无线充电模组包括电路板以及设置在所述电路板上表面的充电线圈,所述内层磁吸件环绕于所述充电线圈的外围。
