Claims (15)
- 一种冰箱门体的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:提供具有门上梁、门外壳和门衬的门体,其中门衬上形成有容纳制冰组件的制冰室;提供连接制冰组件的支架,将门上梁和门外壳组装于一起,将所述支架安装于所述门上梁;提供给制冰组件供冷的制冷剂管,所述制冷剂管从所述门衬临近门体的枢转侧伸入所述制冰室,所述制冷剂管包括临近枢转侧的固定段以及与制冰组件接触的直接冷却段,将所述固定段支撑在所述支架上;提供固定件,将固定件与支架固定连接以把制冷剂管限制在固定件与支架之间;将门衬结合于门外壳的背面,所述门衬上形成有与制冰室连通的开口,所述支架的一部分贴合于所述门衬上对应所述开口的外围的位置,所述支架的另一部分自所述开口在制冰室中露出,所述门外壳、门上梁以及门衬之间限定出发泡空间;在所述发泡空间内进行发泡以挤压所述支架与所述门衬紧密贴合。
- 如权利要求1所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述开口包括连通的第一开口和第二开口,所述第一开口位于制冰室前部,所述第二开口位于制冰室临近门体的枢转侧的侧部,所述支架包括支架本体以及自支架本体临近门体的枢转侧的一端延伸出的支撑臂,所述支撑臂向远离门外壳的后部延伸,先把制冷剂管支撑在支撑臂上,再将固定件安装到支架本体和支撑臂上以固定制冷剂管,门衬结合于门外壳的背面时,所述支架本体封闭第一开口,所述固定件和支撑臂抵接在第二开口的边缘,然后再进行发泡,发泡后,所述固定件的一部分位于所述制冰室内。
- 如权利要求1所述的制造方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:提供换热器和储液包,将换热器、制冷剂管以及储液包进行流路连接,所述制冷剂管包括连接在所述储液包和所述直接冷却段之间的连接 部分,所述连接部分自下而上弯折后在支架背向制冰室的一侧水平延伸,再经过两个弯折进入所述制冰室。
- 如权利要求1所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述制冷剂管的固定段上固定连接有定位件,支撑臂上设有与制冷剂管对应的第一凹槽,将制冷剂管安装到支撑臂上具体为将制冷剂管放置在支撑臂上的第一凹槽内,使定位件卡在支撑臂上,通过定位件和支撑臂限制制冷剂管沿着直接冷却段的延伸方向运动,然后再安装固定件。
- 如权利要求1所述的制造方法,其特征在于,换热器包括连接在制冷系统和储液包之间的冷却管以及连接在制冷剂管和制冷系统之间的回气管,所述冷却管和回气管相互接触并在门体上形成多个折弯,将换热器固定在平板泡棉上,将平板泡棉固定在真空绝热板上,将真空绝热板固定在门外壳的背面,然后再将门衬结合于门外壳的背面;所述门上梁向下延伸出两个连接套筒,对应的支架上向上延伸出两个连接支柱,连接套筒的周壁上设有卡槽,支柱上设有卡块,将所述支架安装于所述门上梁具体为将两个连接支柱插入对应的连接套筒直至卡块卡入卡槽内。
- 如权利要求4所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述固定件上设有容纳制冷剂管的第二凹槽,固定件的前后两端分别设置卡勾或卡槽,对应的支架本体和支撑臂上分别设有与卡勾或者卡槽配合的卡接部,固定件向下伸出两个限位板,两个限位板沿着直接冷却段的延伸方向间隔设置,支撑臂上方形成台阶状,将固定件与支架固定连接具体为使第二凹槽对应固定段,下压固定件以使固定件前后两端的卡勾或卡槽与对应的卡接部连接,两个限位板分别卡在支撑臂的上台阶的两端。
- 一种冰箱门体,其特征在于,包括:门外壳;门衬,结合到所述门外壳的背面,所述门衬限定有容纳制冰组件的制冰室,所述门衬和门外壳之间填充保温层,所述门衬上设有与制冰室连通的开口;门上梁,安装于门外壳和门衬的顶部;支架,安装在所述门上梁的下方,用于连接所述制冰组件,所述支架的一部分贴合于所述门衬上对应开口外围的位置,所述支架的另一部分自所述开口在制冰室中露出;制冷剂管,自所述门衬临近门体的铰链的一侧伸入所述制冰室,所述制冷剂管包括临近门体的枢转侧的固定段以及与制冰组件接触的直接冷却段,所述固定段支撑在所述支架上;固定件,安装在所述支架上,所述固定段被限定在固定件和支架之间。
- 如权利要求7所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于,所述开口包括连通的第一开口和第二开口,所述第一开口位于制冰室前部,所述第二开口位于制冰室临近门体的枢转侧的侧部,所述支架包括支架本体以及自支架本体临近门体的枢转侧的一端延伸出的支撑臂,所述支撑臂向远离门外壳的后部延伸,所述固定段支撑在所述支撑臂上,所述固定件安装到所述支架本体和支撑臂上,所述支架本体封闭所述第一开口,所述固定件和支撑臂抵接在第二开口的边缘,所述固定件的一部分位于所述制冰室内。
- 如权利要求7所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于,还包括连接所述制冷剂管的换热器和储液包,制冷剂依次经过所述换热器、所述储液包以及所述制冷剂管,然后再自所述制冷剂管回到所述换热器,所述换热器和所述储液包设置于所述门衬和所述门外壳之间。
- 如权利要求9所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于,所述制冷剂管还包括连接在所述储液包和所述固定段之间的连接部分,所述连接部分自下而上弯折后在支架背向制冰室的一侧水平延伸,并经过两个弯折进入所述制冰室。
- 如权利要求8所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于,所述制冷剂管上固定连接有定位件,所述定位件连接于所述支撑臂上,所述支撑臂通过所 述定位件限制所述制冷剂管沿着直接冷却段的延伸方向运动。
- 如权利要求9所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于,所述换热器包括连接在制冷系统和储液包之间的冷却管以及连接在制冷剂管和制冷系统之间的回气管,所述冷却管和回气管相互接触并在门体上形成多个折弯,所述冷却管的直径大于所述回气管的直径,所述门外壳和门衬之间设有保温层,所述门衬包括形成所述制冰室的内门衬,所述保温层和所述换热器之间设置平板泡棉,所述换热器支撑在所述平板泡棉上,所述平板泡棉设置在所述保温层和所述内门衬之间。
- 如权利要求7所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于,所述门上梁向下延伸出至少两个连接套筒,对应的支架上向上延伸出至少两个连接支柱,每个连接套筒的周壁上设有卡槽,每个支柱上设有卡块,连接支柱插入对应的套筒并且所述卡块卡入卡槽中。
- 如权利要求7所述的冰箱门体,其特征在于,所述支撑臂上设有与固定段对应的第一凹槽,所述固定件上设有与固定段对应的第二凹槽,固定件的前后两端分别设置卡勾或卡槽,对应的支架本体和支撑臂上分别设有与卡勾或者卡槽配合的卡接部,固定件向下伸出两个限位板,两个限位板沿着直接冷却段的延伸方向间隔设置,支撑臂上方形成台阶状,所述固定段被限定在第一凹槽和第二凹槽内,所述固定件前后两端的卡勾或卡槽与对应的卡接部连接,两个限位板分别卡在支撑臂的上台阶的两端。
- 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括:箱体,所述箱体限定有制冷间室;制冷系统,用于给所述制冷间室提供冷量;门体,所述门体通过铰链可枢转地连接于所述箱体上用于打开和关闭所述制冷间室,其中所述门体为权利要求8-14中任一项所述的门体,所述制冷剂管通过制冷系统的管路穿过所述铰链与所述制冷系统连接。
