本发明涉及一种清洁装置上的支架及清洁装置,属于清洁技术领域。
背景技术
清洁工具主要用于打扫卫生,现有的清洁工具种类繁多,但是既能实现清洁打扫又能实现自身擦拭物清洁的不多;如旋转拖把,旋转拖把在水洗时是泡洗,泡洗后需要脱水,现有的脱水方式为离心甩水,操作时,从水洗位置到脱水位置需要人工转移,转移过程中,擦拭物上的水液极易外溅。
公开号为CN211985274U的发明专利公开了一种清洁工具清洁装置,包括清洗腔,所述的清洗腔内设有刮擦件;清洗腔设有排污口,从所述排污口排出的污水流向污水收集腔;擦地机在清洗时,清洗腔内的水接触擦地机的擦拭物;擦地机在除水时,刮擦件与擦地机的擦拭物相刮擦,清洗腔内的水从排污口排向污水收集腔。
上述现有技术中,利用擦拭件与擦地机的相对转动实现对擦地机的清理,实现了清理过程的自动化,仍然需要另一个装置对擦地机进行刮干,且没有流动的污水仍会残留在机器上没有实现清理干净。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种清洗刮干一体的清洁装置上的支架。
为了实现创新本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种清洁装置上的支架及清洁装置,包括托盘,所述的托盘上设有出水通道,所述的出水通道两侧形成高度差,使得托盘内用于清洁的流体沿从高到低方向流动时可跨过出水通道保持流体不由出水通道流出,当托盘内的流体沿从低到高方向流动时,流体可经出水通道流出。
利用出水通道两侧形成的高度差将托盘对擦地机拖布清洗、刮干与流体的排除结合在一起,擦地机带动流体沿从高到低方向流动时跨过出水通道完成对拖布的清洗同时流体不由出水通道流出,清洗完成后带动流体从低到高流通,流体落入出水通道中,拖布被高度差形成的高端刮干。
现有技术辊轮式的清洁装置往往会在辊轮的安装架上留有污水,托盘与所需清理的擦拭物全面接触,在擦地机的带动下流体可以全部排出实现清洗后托盘的 整洁,没有残留的污水。
在上述清洁装置上的支架中,所述的托盘位于出水通道两侧分别为高端和低端,所述的高端形成倾斜的导向面,所述的导向面使得高端沿靠近出水通道方向高度逐渐增加。导向面可以形成储水空间,可以通过设置导向面的角度与长度来控制储水空间的大小,也可以将储水空间作为注水口,还能起到定量所需用水的作用;导向面还使流动方向形成向上的角度,以使流体更好的跨越出水通道由高端直接流至低端。
在上述清洁装置上的支架中,所述的导向面为弧面或斜面。
在上述清洁装置上的支架中,所述的导向面上端形成当擦拭物清洗时与擦拭物摩擦的刮擦部,所述的导向面侧部形成当擦拭物刮干时可对擦拭物进行刮干的刮干部。导向面上端在清洗时将擦拭物中的脏物在清水的帮助下刮下,完成清洁效果,刮干部在需要刮干时挤压擦拭物,将擦拭物中的水分挤出,实现刮干。
在上述清洁装置上的支架中,所述的低端靠近出水通道一侧的高度高于远离出水通道一侧的高度。低端的一侧也形成储水空间,方便储水。
在上述清洁装置上的支架中,所述的低端具有呈弧形的储水面,所述的储水面使得低端靠近出水通道一侧的高度高于远离出水通道一侧的高度。弧形的储水面便于储存流体,方便拖布的清洗。
在上述清洁装置上的支架中,所述的低端靠近出水通道一侧设有台阶,所述的台阶使得低端形成储水空间。
在上述清洁装置上的支架中,所述的托盘呈圆形,所述的出水通道由托盘圆心向外发散。
在上述清洁装置上的支架中,所述的托盘内还设有刮除件。刮除件为设置在托盘平面上的突触用于与清洁装置进行接触,增加接触面积便于清洗。

作为另一种方案,在上述清洁装置上的支架中,所述的高端和低端之间设有连接件,所述的出水通道为设置于连接件上出水孔。连接件的作用在于增加托盘强度,在成型的过程中可以一体式成型,无需切割形成出水通道中断托盘降低强 度,在连接件侧部设置出水孔,方便污水流出也能实现出水通道的功能。
在上述清洁装置上的支架中,所述的出水通道包括高端与低端连接形成的导水槽,所述的导水槽端部设有出水孔。在托盘的内周面和/或外周面或设置出水孔,刮除的水经导水槽导向由出水孔排出。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种应用上述支架的清洁装置,包括底座,所述的支架设置于底座内,所述的底座内设有污水腔,所述的出水通道与污水腔连通。将该支架安装于清洁装置内,利用底座上的污水腔方便污水的收集。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种清洁装置,包括清洁桶,所述的清洁桶内设有污水腔,所述的污水腔上方设有托盘,所述的托盘上设有出水通道,所述的出水通道两侧形成高度差,使得托盘内用于清洁的流体沿从高到低方向流动时可跨过出水通道保持流体不由出水通道流出,当托盘内的流体沿从低到高方向流动时,流体可经出水通道流入污水腔。托盘与清洁桶为一体式,无需装配。
在上述的清洁装置中,清洁桶下方设有污水桶,所述的污水桶内形成上述污水腔,所述的污水桶可拆卸连接于清洁桶内。可拆卸的污水桶方便托盘与清洁桶在一体式的情况下处理污水。
在上述的清洁装置中,所述的清洁桶侧部设有排污口,所述的排污口与污水腔相通。在侧部设置排污口,需要排污时打开排污口即可。
在上述的清洁装置中,所述的污水腔内设有排污泵。排污泵将污水直接从污水腔中抽出。
其中,所述的进水箱内设置有水箱隔板,所述的水箱隔板将进水箱分隔成相连通的储水腔和定量水腔,所述的定量水腔内设有当储水腔与定量水腔相连通时可关闭定量水腔出口的阀门组件,且当所述的定量水腔出口开启时所述的出水腔与定量水腔的连接通道关闭。
其中,所述的阀门组件包括上阀芯和下阀芯,所述的上阀芯用于开启和关闭储水腔和定量水腔之间的连接通道,所述的下阀芯用于开启和关闭定量水腔的出口,所述的上阀芯与下阀芯之间设有可使下阀芯始终具有关闭定量水腔出口运动趋势的弹性组件。
其中,所述的进水箱内还设有清洁液存放腔,所述的清洁液存放腔下方设有与定量水腔相通的清洁液出水口,所述的清洁液出水口处设有清洁液阀门,所述的清洁液阀门与阀门组件同步动作,且当所述的定量水腔出口开启时所述的清洁 液阀门同步开启。

与现有技术相比,本发明在出水通道两侧设置高度差,利用出水通道两侧形成的高度差将托盘对擦地机拖布的清洗、刮干与流体的排出结合在一起,结构简洁实用;在高端设置导向面,对清水形成定量、导向、储存的功能,清理过程效率高不浪费。本发明通过设置储水腔、定量水腔以及阀门组件,当擦地机在清洗时,阀门组件能够将定量水腔出口打开并将出水腔与定量水腔的连接通道关闭,使擦地机在清洗时仅能够使用定量水腔中的水,从而对清洗的水进行定量,减少水资源的浪费,节约用水;完成清洗后,阀门组件能够将定量水腔出口关闭并将出水腔与定量水腔的连接通道打开,使储水腔内的水流入定量水腔中,为下一次清洗进行定量储水。

以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例1
如图1-3所示:一种清洁装置上的支架,包括托盘1,所述的托盘1上设有出水通道2,所述的出水通道2两侧形成高度差,使得托盘1内用于清洁的流体沿从高到低方向流动时可跨过出水通道2保持流体不由出水通道2流出,当托盘1内的流体沿从低到高方向流动时,流体可经出水通道2流出。利用出水通道2两侧形成的高度差将托盘1对擦地机拖布的清洗、刮干与流体的排除结合在一起,擦地机的转盘带动流体沿从高到低方向流动时跨过出水通道2完成对擦地机拖布的清洗同时流体不由出水通道2流出,清洗完成后带动流体从低到高流通,流体落入出水通道2中,拖布被高度差形成的高端3刮干。
托盘1位于出水通道2两侧分别为高端3和低端4,所述的高端3形成倾斜的导向面5,所述的导向面5使得高端3沿靠近出水通道2方向高度逐渐增加。所述的导向面5为弧面或斜面。
导向面5可以形成储水空间,可以通过设置导向面5的角度与长度来控制储水空间的大小,也可以将储水空间作为注水口,还能起到定量所需用水的作用;导向面5还使流动方向形成向上的角度,以使流体更好的跨越出水通道2由高端3直接流至低端4。导向面5上端形成当擦拭物清洗时与擦拭物摩擦的刮擦部,所述的导向面侧部形成当擦拭物刮干时可对擦拭物进行刮干的刮干部。导向面上 端在清洗时将擦拭物中的脏物在清水的帮助下刮下,完成清洁效果,刮干部在需要刮干时挤压擦拭物,将擦拭物中的水分挤出,实现刮干。
所述的低端4靠近出水通道2一侧的高度高于远离出水通道2一侧的高度。低端4的一侧也形成储水空间。低端4具有呈弧形的储水面,所述的储水面使得低端4靠近出水通道2一侧的高度高于远离出水通道2一侧的高度。弧形的储水面便于储存流体,方便拖布的清洗。作为另一种实施方式,还可以在低端4靠近出水通道2一侧设有台阶,所述的台阶使得低端4形成储水空间。
如图3所示,所述的托盘1呈圆形,所述的出水通道2由托盘1圆心向外发散。托盘1内还设有刮除件6。刮除件6为设置在托盘1平面上的突触用于与拖布接触,以刮除拖布上的赃物。托盘1轴心还设有方便清洁装置定位的定位座。用于与擦地机对接。托盘1为两个,方便双转盘擦地机的对接。。
本实施例的支架应用于清洁装置,包括底座,所述的支架设置于底座内,所述的底座内设有污水腔,所述的出水通道2与污水腔连通。
本发明的工作过程如下:需要清洗时,将清水直接倒入托盘1中,清水停留在托盘内,高端3的导向面5和低端的储水面形成托盘的储水区域,将擦地机与托盘1进行对接,开启擦地机,擦地机开始正向旋转,带动托盘1中的清水从高到低方向流动,由于高度差的存在,清水被擦地机带动正转时,经高端3跨过出水通道2,使得清水在正转时几乎不会从出水通道2流出,且由于高端形成的刮擦部对拖布的挤压和摩擦,加上托盘内刮除件6的刮除作用,使得拖布上的污渍经过冲洗、挤压和刮除,完成拖布的清洗;完成清洗后,擦地机反转,此时储水区域内清洗拖布后的污水反向转动,由低端4向高端3方向流动,由于高端3的高度高于低端4,因此污水在高端3的阻挡作用下,沿出水通道2流出,另外,由于高端3的刮干部对拖布起到刮擦作用,还可将拖布上的污水刮干,从而完成刮干拖布和排出污水的动作。
实施例2
如图4所示,本实施例的结构和原理与实施例1基本相同,不同的地方在于:所述的高端3和低端4之间设有连接件,所述的出水通道2为设置于连接件上出水孔。连接件的作用在于增加托盘1强度,在成型的过程中可以一体式成型,无需切割形成出水通道2中断托盘1降低强度,在连接件侧部设置出水孔,方便污水流出也能实现出水通道2的功能。
实施例3
如图5-11所示,本实施例的结构和原理与实施例1基本相同,不同的地方在于,所述的底座上设有进水箱7,所述的进水箱为定量进水箱,所述的进水箱7的出水至托盘上。利用定量进水箱实现定量进水,同时进水箱内7还可加入清洁液电解水等起到加强清洁效力的作用。底座上设置有与托盘2相连通的进水箱7,进水箱7内设置有水箱隔板2-4,水箱隔板2-4将进水箱7分隔成相连通的储水腔31和定量水腔32,定量水腔32内设有当储水腔31与定量水腔32相连通时可关闭定量水腔32出口的阀门组件2-5,且当定量水腔32出口开启时出水腔与定量水腔32的连接通道关闭。
阀门组件2-5包括上阀芯51和下阀芯52,上阀芯51用于开启和关闭储水腔31和定量水腔32之间的连接通道,水箱隔板2-4上设置有顶芯支架53,顶芯支架53上设置有上下滑动的顶芯连杆54,顶芯连杆54两端贯穿顶芯支架53,上阀芯51和下阀芯52位于顶芯连杆54的两端,顶芯连杆54被顶起时上阀芯51可将连接口封闭,顶芯连杆54被落下时下阀芯52可将出水口封闭。
下阀芯52用于开启和关闭定量水腔32的出口,上阀芯51与下阀芯52之间设有可使下阀芯52始终具有关闭定量水腔32出口运动趋势的弹性组件2-6,弹性组件2-6包括设置于顶芯连杆54与连接支架之间的第二弹簧61。当清洗完成后,取下擦地机,使连杆结构9被擦地机下压的一端上翘,另一端下落,使下阀芯52失去支撑力,第二弹簧61受挤压后的回弹力能够使下阀芯52快速回复至初始位置,使下阀芯52将出水口封闭,停止出水,同时上阀芯51下移,开通储水腔31与定量水腔32之间的连接口,使储水腔31内的水通入定量水腔32内,为下一下清洗进行尽量储水;第二弹簧61对下阀芯52始终具有一定向下压的弹力,从而提高出水顶芯与出水口之间的密封性,防止进水箱7漏水。
底座上设有驱动阀门组件2-5动作的连杆结构9,连杆结构9包括设置于托盘2下方的第一连杆91,第一连杆91铰接于底座上,第一连杆91一端与第二连杆92铰接,第二连杆92穿过托盘2与阀门组件2-5连接,第一连杆91另一端与第三连杆93铰接,第三连杆93穿过托盘2形成控制端。第一连杆91位于托盘2下方,使得托盘2上方仅能看到控制端,更加美观,且第一连杆91分别与第二连杆92和第三连杆93铰接,利用铰接结构可实现第二连杆92和第三连杆93始终垂直托盘2方向上下运动,保证了擦地机下压时固定在同一受力点上; 且能保证阀门组件2-5定期时作用于同一受力点。
第一连杆91上设有铰接轴10,第二连杆92的铰接孔11套接于铰接轴10上,铰接孔11的内径大于铰接轴10的外径。第一连杆91的摆动使得第一连杆91端部呈弧形运动,因此形成了上下方向和左右方向的位移,而第二连杆92在托盘2上仅有上下方向的运动趋势,因此铰接孔11与铰接轴10形成间隙后,在左右方向上的位移可被该间隙抵消。同理,所述的第一连杆91与第三连杆93之间的铰接关系也形成间隙配合,使得第一连杆91摆动时第三连杆93仅实现上下方向的动作。
第三连杆93的控制端上设有避震模块,避震模块包括缓冲块12。擦地机在清洗过程中能够产生振动,由于阀门组件2-5通过擦地机按压连杆结构9控制,擦地机的振动能够传递通过连杆结构9传递给阀门组件2-5,而避震模块的设置能够将该振动减小,防止阀门组件2-5松动或影响阀门组件2-5控制精度,防止阀门组件2-5漏水。
缓冲块12可拆卸连接于控制端,缓冲块12为软胶或硅胶或橡胶。
进水箱7内还设有清洁液存放腔2-7,清洁液存放腔2-7下方设有与定量水腔32相通的清洁液出水口13,清洁液出水口13处设有清洁液阀门8,清洁液阀门8与阀门组件2-5同步动作,且当定量水腔32出口开启时清洁液阀门8同步开启。
清洁液阀门8包括阀芯安装架81、清洁液阀芯82和清洁液阀杆83,清洁液阀杆83设置在阀芯安装架81上且上下滑动于阀芯安装架81,清洁液阀芯82设置于清洁液阀杆83的底端,清洁液阀芯82用于关闭清洁液出水口13,阀芯安装架81与阀芯之间设置有第一弹簧84,第一弹簧84使得清洁液阀门8始终具有关闭的趋势。第一弹簧84使得清洁液阀门8始终具有关闭的趋势能够提高出清洁液阀芯82与清洁液出水口13之间的密封性,防止清洁液存放腔2-7内的清洁液漏入定量水腔32内。
清洁液阀门8与阀门组件2-5之间设有连接件14,通过连接件14连接后清洁液阀门8与阀门组件2-5同步运动。在本实施例中,连接件14可为连接杆,连接杆的两端分别与上阀芯51与清洁液阀芯82相连接且用于带动上阀芯51与清洁液阀芯82同步运动,在清洗过程中,擦地机按压连杆结构9时阀门组件2-5打开,连接件14能够使阀门组件2-5在打开的同时清洁液阀门8也随之打开, 将清洁液容纳腔的的清洁液通入定量水腔32内,从而提高对擦地机的清洗效果。
工作原理:在清洗时,将擦地机放置在托盘2上,擦地机通过自身重力将第三连杆93向下压,使另一端的第二连杆92向上移动,下阀芯52被顶起时,顶芯连杆54向上移动带动上阀芯51上移,直至上阀芯51完全封闭储水腔31与定量水腔32的连接口时,定量水腔32与清洁液存放腔2-7的连接通道与定量水腔32的出水口同时打开,使清洁液流入定量水腔32内,定量水腔32内的水流入托盘2内,对擦地机进行清洗,当清洗完成后,取下擦地机,使第三连杆93一端上翘,第二连杆92下落,使下阀芯52失去支撑力,第二弹簧61受挤压后的回弹力能够使下阀芯52快速回复至初始位置,使下阀芯52将出水口关闭,同时连接件14带动清洁液阀芯82将定量水腔32与清洁液腔存放腔的连接通道关闭,同时上阀芯51下移,储水腔31与定量水腔32之间的连接口打开,使净水箱内的水通入定水箱内,为下一下清洗进行尽量储水。
本发明通过设置储水腔31、定量水腔32以及阀门组件2-5,当擦地机在清洗时,阀门组件2-5能够将定量水腔32出口打开并将出水腔与定量水腔32的连接通道关闭,使擦地机在清洗时仅能够使用定量水腔32中的水,从而对清洗的水进行定量,减少水资源的浪费,节约用水;完成清洗后,阀门组件2-5能够将定量水腔32出口关闭并将出水腔与定量水腔32的连接通道打开,使储水腔31内的水流入定量水腔32中,为下一次清洗进行定量储水。
实施例4
如图6所示,本实施例的结构和原理与实施例1基本相同,不同的地方在于,托盘1与清洁桶为一体式,所述的清洁桶内设有污水腔,所述的污水腔上方设有托盘,所述的托盘上设有出水通道2,所述的出水通道2两侧形成高度差,使得托盘内用于清洁的流体沿从高到低方向流动时可跨过出水通道保持流体不由出水通道流出,当托盘内的流体沿从低到高方向流动时,流体可经出水通道流入污水腔。托盘1与清洁桶为一体式,处理污水可以直接将桶中的污水倒出。清洁桶下方设有污水桶,所述的污水桶内形成上述污水腔,所述的污水桶可拆卸连接于清洁桶内。可拆卸的污水桶方便托盘1与清洁桶在一体式的情况下处理污水。所述的清洁桶侧部设有排污口,所述的排污口与污水腔相通。作为另一种方案,还可在侧部设置排污口,需要排污时打开排污口即可。或者在上述的污水腔内设有排污泵,排污泵将污水直接从污水腔中抽出。
实施例5
如图7所示,本实施例中,所述的托盘1呈平板状,所述的托盘1上设有出水通道2,所述的出水通道2两侧形成高度差,使得托盘1内用于清洁的流体沿从高到低方向流动时可跨过出水通道2保持流体不由出水通道2流出,当托盘1内的流体沿从低到高方向流动时,流体可经出水通道2流出。利用出水通道2两侧形成的高度差将托盘1对擦地机拖布的清洗、刮干与流体的排除结合在一起,擦地机的转盘带动流体沿从高到低方向流动时跨过出水通道2完成对擦地机拖布的清洗同时流体不由出水通道2流出,清洗完成后带动流体从低到高流通,流体落入出水通道2中,拖布被高度差形成的高端3刮干。
托盘1位于出水通道2两侧分别为高端3和低端4,清洗时,拖布由高端向低端滑动时可带动流体由高端跨过出水通道流至低端,以实现清洗,并利用高端的刮擦部刮除污垢;刮干时,拖布由低端向高端滑动,可带动流体沿出水通道流出,并利用高端的刮干部将拖布上的污水刮干。
本文中所描述的具体实施例仅仅是对本发明精神作举例说明。本发明所属技术领域的技术人员可以对所描述的具体实施例做各种各样的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代,但并不会偏离本发明的精神或者超越所附权利要求书所定义的范围。

Claims (31)

  1. 一种清洁装置上的支架,包括托盘(1),所述的托盘(1)上设有出水通道(2),其特征在于,所述的出水通道(2)两侧形成高度差,使得托盘(1)内的流体沿从高到低方向流动时可跨过出水通道(2)保持流体不由出水通道(2)流出,当托盘(1)内的流体沿从低到高方向流动时,流体可经出水通道(2)流出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置上的支架,其特征在于:所述的托盘(1)位于出水通道(2)两侧分别为高端(3)和低端(4),所述的高端(3)形成倾斜的导向面(5),所述的导向面(5)使得高端(3)沿靠近出水通道(2)方向高度逐渐增加。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁装置上的支架,其特征在于:所述的导向面(5)为弧面或斜面。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁装置上的支架,其特征在于:所述的导向面上端形成当擦拭物清洗时与擦拭物摩擦的刮擦部,所述的导向面侧部形成当擦拭物刮干时可对擦拭物进行刮干的刮干部。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁装置上的支架,其特征在于:所述的低端(4)靠近出水通道(2)一侧的高度高于远离出水通道(2)一侧的高度。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的清洁装置上的支架,其特征在于:所述的低端(4)具有呈弧形的储水面。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁装置上的支架,其特征在于:所述的低端(4)靠近出水通道(2)一侧设有台阶,所述的台阶使得低端(4)形成储水空间。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置上的支架,其特征在于:所述的托盘(1)呈圆形,所述的出水通道(2)由托盘(1)圆心向外发散。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置上的支架,其特征在于:所述的托盘(1)内还设有刮除件(6)。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁装置上的支架,其特征在于:所述的高端(3)和低端(4)之间设有连接件,所述的出水通道(2)为设置于连接件上出水孔。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁装置上的支架,其特征在于:所述的出水通道(2)包括高端(3)与低端(4)连接形成的导水槽,所述的导水槽端部设有出水孔。
  12. 一种清洁装置,包括如权利要求1至11任意一项权利要求所述的清洁装置上的支架,其特征是,还包括底座,所述的支架设置于底座内,所述的底座 内设有污水腔,所述的出水通道(2)与污水腔连通。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的底座上设有高于托盘(1)高度的进水口。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的底座上还设有进水箱(7),所述的进水箱(7)为定量进水箱,所述的进水箱(7)出水至托盘上。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的进水箱(7)内设置有水箱隔板(2-4),所述的水箱隔板(2-4)将进水箱(7)分隔成相连通的储水腔(31)和定量水腔(32),所述的定量水腔(32)内设有当储水腔(31)与定量水腔(32)相连通时可关闭定量水腔(32)出口的阀门组件(2-5),且当所述的定量水腔(32)出口开启时所述的出水腔与定量水腔(32)的连接通道关闭。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的一种清洁装置定量出水结构,其特征在于:所述的阀门组件(2-5)包括上阀芯(51)和下阀芯(52),所述的上阀芯(51)用于开启和关闭储水腔(31)和定量水腔(32)之间的连接通道,所述的下阀芯(52)用于开启和关闭定量水腔(32)的出口,所述的上阀芯(51)与下阀芯(52)之间设有可使下阀芯(52)始终具有关闭定量水腔(32)出口运动趋势的弹性组件(2-6)。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的一种清洁装置定量出水结构,其特征在于:所述的进水箱(7)内还设有清洁液存放腔(2-7),所述的清洁液存放腔(2-7)下方设有与定量水腔(32)相通的清洁液出水口(13),所述的清洁液出水口(13)处设有清洁液阀门(8),所述的清洁液阀门(8)与阀门组件(2-5)同步动作,且当所述的定量水腔(32)出口开启时所述的清洁液阀门(8)同步开启。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的一种清洁装置定量出水结构,其特征在于:所述的清洁液阀门(8)与阀门组件(2-5)之间设有连接件(14),通过连接件(14)连接后所述的清洁液阀门(8)与阀门组件(2-5)同步运动。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的一种清洁装置定量出水结构,其特征在于:所述的清洁液阀门(8)包括阀芯安装架(81)、清洁液阀芯(82)和清洁液阀杆(83),所述的清洁液阀芯(82)用于关闭清洁液出水口(13),所述的阀芯安装架(81)与阀芯之间设置有第一弹簧(84),所述的第一弹簧(84)使得清洁液阀门(8)始终具有关闭的趋势。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的一种清洁装置定量出水结构,其特征在于:所述的弹性组件(2-6)包括设置于顶芯连杆(54)与连接支架之间的第二弹簧(61)。
  21. 根据权利要求15或16所述的一种清洁装置定量出水结构,其特征在于:所述的基座(1)上设有驱动阀门组件(2-5)动作的连杆结构(9);所述的连杆结构(9)包括设置于托盘(2)下方的第一连杆(91),所述的第一连杆(91)铰接于基座(1)上。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的一种清洁装置定量出水结构,所述的第一连杆(91)一端与第二连杆(92)铰接,所述的第二连杆(92)与阀门组件(2-5)连接,所述的第一连杆(91)另一端与第三连杆(93)铰接,所述的第三连杆(93)形成控制端。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的一种清洁装置定量出水结构,其特征在于:所述的第一连杆(91)上设有铰接轴(10),所述的第二连杆(92)的铰接孔(11)套接于铰接轴(10)上。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的一种清洁装置定量出水结构,其特征在于:所述的铰接孔(11)的内径大于铰接轴(10)的外径。
  25. 根据权利要求22所述的一种清洁装置定量出水结构,其特征在于:所述的控制端上设有避震模块,所述的避震模块包括缓冲块(12)。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的一种清洁装置定量出水结构,其特征在于:所述的缓冲块(12)可拆卸连接于控制端,所述的缓冲块(12)为软胶或硅胶或橡胶。
  27. 一种清洁装置,包括清洁桶,其特征在于,所述的清洁桶内设有污水腔,所述的污水腔上方设有托盘,所述的托盘(1)上设有出水通道(2),所述的出水通道(2)两侧形成高度差,使得托盘(1)内的流体沿从高到低方向流动时可跨过出水通道(2)保持流体不由出水通道(2)流出,当托盘(1)内的流体沿从低到高方向流动时,流体可经出水通道(2)流入污水腔。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的清洁桶下方设有污水桶,所述的污水桶内形成上述污水腔,所述的污水桶可拆卸连接于清洁桶内。
  29. 根据权利要求27所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的清洁桶侧部设有排污口,所述的排污口与污水腔相通。
  30. 根据权利要求27所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述的污水腔内设有排污泵。
  31. 根据权利要求27所述的清洁装置,其特征在于:还包括一擦地机,擦地机的转盘正向转动时带动流体跨过出水通道从高到低方向流动,清洗完成后,擦地机的转盘反向带动流体从出水通道流出。
