一种实验信息管理系统、方法及扫描成像系统,该系统包括保存至少一个历史实验数据的实验数据中心模块;响应筛选操作,筛选并确定待处理实验数据的实验信息管理模块;响应修改操作,对待处理实验数据进行修改,生成目标实验数据的实验信息登记模块。

技术领域
本发明涉及生命科学技术领域,具体涉及一种实验信息管理系统、方法及扫描成像系统。
背景技术
动物实验在生命科学研究中具有不可替代的作用,例如新药物研发,重大脑疾病发病机理研究等,都需要利用适当的动物活体进行实验。而为了提高动物实验结果的可靠性和有效性,在动物实验中通常需要将动物进行分组,每组都会包含多个基本信息接近的动物个体,对每组中的多个动物个体均需要进行重复实验。
现有技术中每次实验前都需要实验人员对动物个体进行实验登记,由于动物实验中需要登记的实验信息较多,存在以下技术问题:由于需要登记的信息较多,导致实验信息登记易出现错登、漏登;由于需要实验人员对动物个体进行实验登记,导致登记时间较长,实验效率低。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种实验信息管理系统、方法及扫描成像系统,用以解决现有技术中存在的易发生登记错误以及由于登记时间长而导致动物实验效率降低的技术问题。
一方面,本发明一些实施例提供了一种实验信息管理系统,所述实验信息管理系统包括实验数据中心模块、实验信息管理模块以及实验信息登记模块;
所述实验数据中心模块用于保存已登记过的至少一个历史实验数据;
所述实验信息管理模块用于响应筛选操作,从所述实验数据中心模块中筛选出至少一个备选历史实验数据,并从所述至少一个备选历史实验数据中确定一个待处理实验数据;
所述实验信息登记模块用于响应修改操作,对所述待处理实验数据进行修改,生成目标实验数据;
所述实验数据中心模块还用于响应登记操作,将所述目标实验数据进行保存。
在一些实施例中,所述实验信息管理模块包括筛选单元以及选取单元;
所述筛选单元用于根据筛选关键词从所述实验数据中心模块中筛选出至少一个备选历史实验数据;
所述选取单元用于响应选取操作,从所述至少一个备选历史实验数据中确定所述待处理实验数据。
在一些实施例中,所述历史实验数据包括历史实验动物数据块和历史实验扫描数据块;所述修改操作包括整体替换子操作,所述实验信息登记模块包括数据块替换单元;
所述数据块替换单元用于响应整体替换子操作,对所述待处理实验数据中的历史实验动物数据块或所述历史实验扫描数据块进行整体替换。
在一些实施例中,所述数据块替换单元包括数据块查找子单元以及数据替换子单元;
所述数据块查找子单元用于根据替换关键词从所述实验数据中心模块中查找出至少一个待选历史实验数据;所述替换关键词与所述筛选关键词不相同;

在一些实施例中,所述历史实验数据包括多个历史实验数据项;所述修改操作还包括单体修改子操作,所述实验信息登记模块还包括数据修改单元;
所述数据修改单元用于响应单体修改子操作,对所述待处理实验数据中的多个历史实验数据项中的至少一个历史实验数据项进行修改。
在一些实施例中,所述实验信息登记模块还包括记忆单元;
所述记忆单元用于记录已登记的实验员和/或实验项目;
所述数据修改单元还用于响应单体修改子操作,从已登记所述实验员名称和/或实验项目名称中选择目标实验员和/或目标实验项目。
在一些实施例中,所述实验信息登记模块还用于生成一个新的实验编号,替换所述待处理实验数据中的历史实验编号,生成具有新的实验编号的目标实验数据。
在一些实施例中,所述数据替换子单元包括选定子单元、动物数据更新子单元以及动物数据替换子单元;
所述选定子单元用于响应选定操作,从所述至少一个待选历史实验数据中确定所述目标待选历史实验数据;
所述动物数据更新子单元用于对所述目标待选历史实验数据中的历史动物数据块进行更新;
所述动物数据替换子单元用于将所述待处理实验数据中的历史实验动物数据块替换为更新后的所述目标待选历史实验数据中的历史实验动物数据块。

在一些实施例中,所述历史实验动物数据块包括动物编号、动物名称、物种类型、动物年龄以及动物体重中的至少一种。
在一些实施例中,所述历史实验扫描数据块包括历史实验基础数据块、历史扫描协议以及历史摆位;所述历史实验基础数据块包括实验编号、实验名称、实验员以及实验项目中的至少一种。
另一方面,本发明还提供了一种实验信息管理方法,适用于上述任意一种实施例中所述的实验信息管理系统,实验信息管理方法包括:
通过实验数据中心模块保存已登记过的至少一个历史实验数据;
通过实验信息管理模块响应筛选操作,从实验数据中心模块中筛选出至少一个备选历史实验数据,并从所述至少一个备选历史实验数据中确定一个待处理实验数据;
通过实验信息登记模块响应修改操作,对所述待处理实验数据进行修改,生成目标实验数据;
通过实验数据中心模块响应登记操作,将所述目标实验数据进行保存。
另一方面,本发明还提供了一种扫描成像系统,包括实验信息管理系统及扫描系统;
所述扫描系统用于响应扫描操作,从所述实验信息管理系统中调取目标实验数据,并根据目标实验数据进行扫描;
其中,所述实验信息管理系统为上述任意一种实施例中所述的实验信息管理系统。
在一些实施例中,所述扫描系统包括接收单元、调取单元以及扫描单元;
所述接收单元用于接收所述目标实验数据的实验编号;
所述调取单元用于根据所述目标实验数据的实验编号,从所述实验数据中心模块中调取所述目标实验数据;
所述扫描单元用于根据所述目标实验数据进行扫描。
在一些实施例中,所述扫描系统包括校验模块,所述校验模块用于校验所述目标实验数据是否正确,当所述目标实验数据正确时,根据所述目标实验数据进行扫描。
根据本发明实施例提供的实验信息管理系统,首先通过实验信息管理模块从至少一个历史实验数据中筛选出一个待处理实验数据,然后再通过实验信息登记模块对待处理实验数据进行修改,即可生成目标实验数据,无需每次实验前都需要实验人员对动物个体进行实验登记,有效避免了登记错误的技术问题,并且缩短了登记时间,从而提高了动物实验效率。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明实施例的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。“和/或”,描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如:A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。

本发明提供了一种实验信息管理系统、方法及扫描成像系统,以下分别进行说明。
图1为本发明提供的实验信息管理系统的一个实施例结构示意图,如图1所示,实验信息管理系统10包括:实验数据中心模块100、实验信息管理模块200以及实验信息登记模块300;
实验数据中心模块100用于保存已登记过的至少一个历史实验数据;
实验信息管理模块200用于响应筛选操作,从实验数据中心模块100中筛选出至少一个备选历史实验数据,并从至少一个备选历史实验数据中确定一个待处理实验数据;
实验信息登记模块300用于响应修改操作,对待处理实验数据进行修改,生成目标实验数据;
实验数据中心模块100还用于响应登记操作,将目标实验数据进行保存。
本发明实施例提供的实验信息管理系统10,首先通过实验信息管理模块200从至少一个历史实验数据中筛选出一个待处理实验数据,然后再通过实验信息登记模块300对待处理实验数据进行修改,即可生成目标实验数据,即:在待处理实验数据上做修改即可生成目标实验数据,而无需每次实验前都需要实验人员对动物个体进行实验登记,有效避免了登记错误的技术问题,并且缩短了登记时间,从而提高了动物实验效率。
并且,本发明实施例通过将目标实验数据在实验数据中心模块100进行保存,可实现在进行扫描前生成至少一个目标实验数据,避免每次进行扫描前再对目标实验数据进行登记,即:实现预先登记,实验信息管理系统10通过设置预先登记,可进一步提高其动物实验效率。
应当理解的是:筛选操作、修改操作和登记操作可由进行登记的用户(例如实验员)发出。
在本发明的一些实施例中,历史实验数据包括历史实验动物数据块和历史实验扫描数据块;历史实验扫描数据块包括历史实验基础数据块、历史扫描协议以及历史摆位,历史实验动物数据块包括动物编号、动物名称、物种类型、动物年龄以及动物体重等扫描对象信息的实验数据项;历史实验基础数据块包括实验编号、实验名称、实验员以及实验项目等历史实验数据项。
为了提高实验信息管理系统的交互性,在本发明的一些实施例中,如图2所示,实验信息管理系统10还包括交互界面500,用户用于在交互界面500上进行筛选操作、修改操作、登记操作等。
并且,为了便于用户可直观的看到目标实验数据,交互界面500还用于显示目标实验数据。具体地,如图3所示,交互界面500包括动物实验数据块交互及显示区域510、实验基础数据块交互及显示区域520、扫描协议交互及显示区域530、摆位交互及显示区域540以及标题信息区550。
动物实验数据块交互及显示区域510用于显示动物实验数据块,并响应筛选操作、修改操作,对动物实验数据块中的动物编号、动物名称、物种类型、动物年龄以及动物体重等动物历史实验数据项进行修改。此外,动物实验数据块交互及显示区域510包括与上述动物历史实验数据项对应的动物实验数据项子区域,每一个动物实验数据项子区域均用于对与之对应的动物历史实验数据项进行修改和显示。
实验数据块交互及显示区域520用于显示实验数据块,并响应筛选操作、修改操作,对实验数据块中的实验名称、实验员、实验项目、扫描协议以及摆位等历史实验数据项进行修改。且实验数据块交互及显示区域520包括与上述历史实验数据项对应的历史实验数据项子区域,每一个实验数据项子区域均用于对与之对应的历史实验数据项进行修改和显示。
需要说明的是:实验编号是唯一的,每个历史实验数据和目标实验数据的实验编号均不相同。
因此,在本发明的一些实施例中,实验信息登记模块300还用于生成一个新的实验编号,替换待处理实验数据中的历史实验编号,生成具有新的实验编号的目标实验数据。
在本发明的一些实施例中,实验信息登记模块300的具体工作过程为:生成一个新的实验编号,替换待处理实验数据中的历史实验编号,然后根据修改 操作在对待处理实验数据中除了新的实验编号外的其他历史实验数据项进行修改,生成目标实验数据。
扫描协议交互及显示区域530包括四个子区域,分别为Category(种类)子区域531、BigbodyPart(部位)子区域532、Procedure(规程)子区域533以及目标Procedure子区域534,其中,Category子区域531的扫描协议为不同种类的扫描协议;BigbodyPart子区域532的扫描协议是任一种类的扫描协议中的不同部位的扫描协议;Procedure子区域533中的扫描协议是不同部位的扫描协议中任一部位的扫描协议对应的多个协议组;目标Procedure子区域534中的扫描协议是从Procedure子区域533中的多个协议组中选择的目标协议组。
扫描协议交互及显示区域530的具体工作流程为:更改Category子区域531中的种类扫描协议,BigbodyPart子区域532展示出更改后的种类扫描协议对应的部位协议列表;选中某一部位协议,Procedure子区域533展示当前选中的部位协议对应的协议组;可以对每个协议组进行展开,从而展示出当前协议组包含的所有协议;选中Procedure子区域的某一协议组,将其作为目标协议组,目标协议组被添加到目标Procedure子区域534,扫描系统可根据该区域的目标协议组对扫描对象进行扫描成像。
摆位交互及显示区域540用于选择动物的摆位。例如,动物的摆位可以为趴、平躺、侧躺、正向、反向等。
标题信息区550用于显示当前进行登记的实验名称。
应当理解的是:如图4所示,实验信息管理系统10还包括系统配置模块,系统配置模块用于响应点击,对系统配置进行自定义设置。在一些实施例中,系统配置模块包括工具箱560,可用于对“实验注册配置”进行自定义设置。具体的,在交互界面500点击工具箱560的图标,弹出“实验注册配置”弹窗,在该弹窗中可以对必填项、显示项进行配置。
在本发明的一些实施例中,筛选操作包括筛选关键词,筛选关键词为动物编号、动物名称、物种类型、动物年龄、动物体重、实验编号、实验名称、实验员以及实验项目等历史实验数据项中的至少一种。
如图5所示,实验信息管理模块200包括筛选单元210以及选取单元220。
具体的,筛选单元210用于根据筛选关键词从实验数据中心模块100中筛选出至少一个备选历史实验数据;可以理解的是,根据筛选关键词从实验数据中心模块100中筛选出至少一个备选历史实验数据,筛选出的备选历史实验数据可能只有一条,也可以是多条,其结果根据用户输入的关键词和匹配的历史实验数据进行显示。
选取单元220用于响应选取操作,从至少一个备选历史实验数据中确定待处理实验数据。
在本发明的具体实施例中,如图6所示,筛选关键词为动物编号和物种类型,当动物编号为“PID-20210602”,物种类型为“啮齿类”时,筛选单元210筛选出的3个备选历史实验数据,且3个备选历史实验数据以搜索弹窗的形式呈现给用户,用户可在搜索弹窗内进行选取操作,选取任意一个备选历史实验数据作为待处理实验数据。
在本发明的一个实施例中,用户可以在搜索弹窗内选择与目标实验数据最相似的备选历史实验数据作为待处理实验数据,以此来降低实验信息登记模块300中需要修改的数量,进一步提高动物实验的效率。
在本发明的一些实施例中,修改操作包括整体替换子操作,如图7所示,实验信息登记模块300包括数据块替换单元310。
具体的,数据块替换单元310用于响应整体替换子操作,对待处理实验数据中的历史实验动物数据块或历史实验扫描数据块进行整体替换。
需要说明的是:数据块替换单元310中对历史实验动物数据块或历史实验扫描数据块进行整体替换时,可以设置整体替换项,来实现对历史实验动物数 据块或历史实验扫描数据块中的所有数据项的替换,或实现对历史实验动物数据块或历史实验扫描数据块中的部分数据项的替换。其中,整体替换项可以是系统默认的整体替换项,整体替换项也可以通过系统配置模块进行用户自定义设置。
例如,当用户设置历史动物数据块的整体替换项为动物名称、物种类型、动物年龄时,在对历史动物数据块进行整体替换时,则不对除了上述整体替换项的其他动物数据项进行替换。
本发明实施例通过设置历史实验动物数据块或历史实验扫描数据块可进行整体替换,可避免用户对历史实验动物数据块中每一个历史实验动物数据项或对历史实验扫描数据块中的每一个历史实验扫描数据项依次修改,从而可实现减少修改次数,提高动物实验效率的技术效果。
在本发明的具体实施例中,整体替换子操作包括替换关键词,替换关键词为动物编号、动物名称、物种类型、动物年龄、动物体重、实验编号、实验名称、实验员以及实验项目等历史实验数据项中的至少一种,替换关键词与筛选关键词不相同。在一些实施例中,替换关键词为动物编号、动物名称、实验名称。对历史实验动物数据块可通过动物编号或动物名称进行查找,进行整体替换。对历史实验扫描数据块可通过实验名称进行查找,进行整体替换。
如图7所示,数据块替换单元310包括数据块查找子单元311以及数据替换子单元312。
具体的,数据块查找子单元311用于根据替换关键词从实验数据中心模块中查找出至少一个待选历史实验数据。
数据替换子单元312用于响应选定操作,从至少一个待选历史实验数据中确定目标待选历史实验数据,并将待处理实验数据中的历史实验动物数据块替换为目标待选历史实验数据中的历史实验动物数据块或将待处理实验数据中 的历史实验扫描数据块替换为待选历史实验数据中的历史实验扫描数据块,生成目标实验数据。
在本发明的一个实施例中,目标待选历史实验数据为与目标实验数据最相似的待选历史实验数据,以此来降低待选历史实验数据中需要修改的数量,进一步提高动物实验的效率。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图7所示,数据替换子单元312包括选定子单元3121、动物数据更新子单元3122以及动物数据替换子单元3123;
选定子单元3121用于响应选定操作,从至少一个待选历史实验数据中确定目标待选历史实验数据;
动物数据更新子单元3122用于对目标待选历史实验数据中的历史动物数据块进行更新;
动物数据替换子单元3123用于将待处理实验数据中的历史实验动物数据块替换为更新后的目标待选历史实验数据中的历史实验动物数据块。
本发明实施例通过设置动物数据更新子单元3122对目标待选历史实验数据中的历史动物数据块进行更新,可确保历史动物数据块的可靠性。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图7所示,动物数据更新子单元3122包括更新模型建立子单元31221以及动物数据信息更新子单元31222。
具体的,更新模型建立子单元31221用于建立动物个体的动物信息更新模型;
动物数据信息更新子单元31222用于基于动物信息更新模型对目标待选历史实验数据中的历史动物数据块进行更新。
其中,动物信息更新模型可根据动物个体的种类、动物个体的出生日期以及目标待选历史实验数据中的历史实验动物数据块的选定时间,自动确定出动物个体的动物年龄、动物体重、动物身长和健康状况。
在一些实施例中,动物个体包括但不限于大鼠、小鼠和兔子。
通过设置动物数据信息更新子单元31222,可无需工作人员每次都测量并手动计算动物个体的动物年龄、动物体重、动物身长和健康状况,通过动物信息更新模型自动确定动物年龄、动物体重、动物身长、健康状况等,提高目标实验数据生成效率的同时,还可降低目标实验数据的出错率。
在一些实施例中,动物数据信息更新子单元31222也可以对每个动物个体对应设定一个编号,每个动物个体的编号唯一,每个编号对应该动物个体的种类、出生日期、体重、身长以及健康状况等。在每个实验需要的动物个体不同或者更换了动物个体的情况下,可以编号获取对应的动物数据信息,对目标待选历史实验数据中的历史动物数据块进行更新。
由于当待处理实验数据与目标实验数据相似度较高时,无需对历史实验动物数据块进行整体替换,只需进行较少的修改即可;或者,当对历史实验动物数据块进行整体替换后,还可能需要对历史实验数据项进行修改。为了使实验信息管理系统10适用于上述两种场景,在本发明的一些实施例中,如图7所示,修改操作还包括单体修改子操作,实验信息登记模块300还包括数据修改单元320。
具体的,数据修改单元320用于响应单体修改子操作,对待处理实验数据中的多个历史实验数据项中的至少一个历史实验数据项进行修改。
其中,历史实验数据项为历史实验动物数据块中的动物编号、动物名称、物种类型、动物年龄、动物体重等以及历史实验扫描数据块中的实验名称、实验员以及实验项目等。
通过设置数据修改单元320对动物编号、动物名称、物种类型、动物年龄、动物体重、实验名称、实验员以及实验项目等历史实验数据项中的至少一种数据进行修改,为待处理实验数据的修改提供区别于数据块替换单元310的修改方式,提高了对待处理实验数据进行修改的修改多样性。
需要说明的是:数据修改单元320也可对数据块替换单元310修改后的至少一个历史实验数据项进行修改。
为了避免每次使用实验信息管理系统10都要对需要修改的实验员和实验项目进行人工输入,导致易输错的技术问题,针对使用实验信息管理系统10的人员和/或进行的实验项目较固定的场景,在本发明的一些实施例中,如图7所示,实验信息登记模块300还包括记忆单元330。
具体的,记忆单元330用于记录已登记的实验员和/或实验项目;
数据修改单元320还用于响应单体修改子操作,从已登记的实验员和/或实验项目中选择目标实验员和/或目标实验项目,以对实验员和/或实验项目进行修改。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,如图8所示,实验数据块交互及显示区域520包括实验员子区域521,实验员子区域521包括下拉栏,用户可点击下拉栏,从下拉栏中选取已经记录的实验员,而无需手动输入实验员。
通过设置记忆单元330,可进一步降低实验员或实验项目输错的概率,并可进一步提高动物实验的效率。
还需要说明的是:如图9所示,标题信息区550还用于显示所有登记的目标实验数据,具体的,显示所有登记的目标实验数据的实验名称。在实验扫描模块400进行扫描之前,当鼠标在各目标实验数据上悬停时,可生成各目标实验数据的预览信息,图9中的白色区域内的内容即为预览信息。预览信息可以包括动物编号、动物名称、物种类型、实验名称以及实验项目中的至少一种,通过预览信息,方便用户选择具体的目标实验数据进行实验。
本发明实施例还提供了一种实验信息管理方法,适用于上述实验信息管理系统实施例中的任意一个实施例,如图10所示,实验信息管理方法包括:
S1001、通过实验数据中心模块100保存已登记过的至少一个历史实验数据;
S1002、通过实验信息管理模块200响应筛选操作,从实验数据中心模块100中筛选出至少一个备选历史实验数据,并从至少一个备选历史实验数据中确定一个待处理实验数据;
S1003、通过实验信息登记模块300响应修改操作,对待处理实验数据进行修改,生成目标实验数据;
S1004、通过实验数据中心模块100响应登记操作,将目标实验数据进行保存。
上述实施例提供的实验信息管理方法可实现上述实验信息管理系统实施例中描述的技术方案,上述各单元或子单元具体实现的原理可参见上述集群升级系统实施例中的相应内容,此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例还提供了一种扫描成像系统,如图11所示,扫描成像系统1100包括实验信息管理系统10及扫描系统20;
扫描系统20用于响应扫描操作,从实验信息管理系统10中调取目标实验数据,并根据目标实验数据进行扫描;
其中,实验信息管理系统10为上述实验信息管理系统实施例中任意一个实施例中的实验信息管理系统。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图12所示,扫描系统20包括接收单元21、调取单元22以及扫描单元23;
接收单元21用于接收目标实验数据的实验编号;
调取单元22用于根据目标实验数据的实验编号,从实验数据中心模块100中调取目标实验数据;
扫描单元23用于根据目标实验数据进行扫描。
为了避免目标实验数据出错或遗漏实验数据,就进行扫描,导致扫描结果无效,在本发明的一些实施例中,如图12所示,扫描系统20还包括校验单元 24,校验单元24用于校验目标实验数据是否正确,当目标实验数据正确时,对目标实验数据进行扫描。
需要说明的是:为了避免当扫描系统20已经有正在扫描的实验时,扫描单元23对目标实验数据进行扫描,导致扫描系统20发生扫描错误,或当扫描系统20出现故障时,扫描单元23仍对目标实验数据进行扫描,导致无法有效扫描的技术问题,在本发明的一些实施例中,如图3所示,实验信息管理系统10的交互界面500还包括用于显示是否可以进行扫描的实验扫描显示区域570,当扫描系统20空闲且状态正常时,实验扫描显示区域570的“实验扫描”按钮才能被点击,并对目标实验数据进行扫描。在一个实施例中,实验扫描显示区域570还用于对目标实验数据的校验结果进行显示,当目标实验数据正确时,实验扫描显示区域570的“实验扫描”按钮才能被点击,并对目标实验数据进行扫描。当目标实验数据不正确或者当扫描系统20处于忙碌时,可以通过登记操作进行实验数据的预登记,从而扫描系统20和实验信息管理系统10可以并行操作,在扫描系统20忙碌时,可以同时进行实验数据的登记操作,待扫描系统20空闲和/或状态正常时,直接响应扫描操作,从实验信息管理系统10中调取目标实验数据,并根据目标实验数据进行扫描,提高工作效率。
本领域技术人员可以理解,实现上述实施例方法的全部或部分流程,可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,的程序可存储于计算机可读存储介质中。其中,计算机可读存储介质为磁盘、光盘、只读存储记忆体或随机存储记忆体等。
本发明实施例提供的实验信息管理系统、方法及扫描成像系统,首先通过实验信息管理模块从至少一个历史实验数据中筛选出一个待处理实验数据,然后再通过实验信息登记模块对待处理实验数据进行修改,即可生成目标实验数据,即:在待处理实验数据上做修改即可生成目标实验数据,而无需每次实验 前都需要实验人员对动物个体进行实验登记,有效避免了登记错误的技术问题,并且缩短了登记时间,从而提高了动物实验效率。
进一步地,本发明实施例通过设置实验信息登记模块包括数据块替换单元以及数据修改单元,分别实现对整个动物实验数据块进行替换以及对单个数据项进行修改,提供了多种对实验数据进行修改的方式,可进一步提高实验信息管理系统的适用性。
以上对本发明所提供的实验信息管理系统、方法及扫描成像系统进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想;同时,对于本领域的技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种实验信息管理系统,其特征在于,所述实验信息管理系统包括实验数据中心模块、实验信息管理模块以及实验信息登记模块;
    所述实验数据中心模块用于保存已登记过的至少一个历史实验数据;
    所述实验信息管理模块用于响应筛选操作,从所述实验数据中心模块中筛选出至少一个备选历史实验数据,并从所述至少一个备选历史实验数据中确定一个待处理实验数据;
    所述实验信息登记模块用于响应修改操作,对所述待处理实验数据进行修改,生成目标实验数据;
    所述实验数据中心模块还用于响应登记操作,将所述目标实验数据进行保存。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的实验信息管理系统,其特征在于,所述实验信息管理模块包括筛选单元以及选取单元;
    所述筛选单元用于根据筛选关键词从所述实验数据中心模块中筛选出至少一个备选历史实验数据;
    所述选取单元用于响应选取操作,从所述至少一个备选历史实验数据中确定所述待处理实验数据。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的实验信息管理系统,其特征在于,所述历史实验数据包括历史实验动物数据块和历史实验扫描数据块;所述修改操作包括整体替换子操作,所述实验信息登记模块包括数据块替换单元;
    所述数据块替换单元用于响应整体替换子操作,对所述待处理实验数据中的历史实验动物数据块或所述历史实验扫描数据块进行整体替换。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的实验信息管理系统,其特征在于,所述数据块替换单元包括数据块查找子单元以及数据替换子单元;
    所述数据块查找子单元用于根据替换关键词从所述实验数据中心模块中查找出至少一个待选历史实验数据;所述替换关键词与所述筛选关键词不相 同;
    所述数据替换子单元用于响应选定操作,从所述至少一个待选历史实验数据中确定目标待选历史实验数据,并将所述待处理实验数据中的历史实验动物数据块替换为所述目标待选历史实验数据中的历史实验动物数据块或将所述待处理实验数据中的历史实验扫描数据块替换为所述目标待选历史实验数据中的历史实验扫描数据块。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的实验信息管理系统,其特征在于,所述历史实验数据包括多个历史实验数据项;所述修改操作还包括单体修改子操作,所述实验信息登记模块还包括数据修改单元;
    所述数据修改单元用于响应单体修改子操作,对所述待处理实验数据中的多个历史实验数据项中的至少一个历史实验数据项进行修改。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的实验信息管理系统,其特征在于,所述实验信息登记模块还包括记忆单元;
    所述记忆单元用于记录已登记的实验员名称和/或实验项目名称;
    所述数据修改单元还用于响应单体修改子操作,从已登记的所述实验员名称和/或实验项目名称中选择目标实验员和/或目标实验项目。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的实验信息管理系统,其特征在于,所述实验信息登记模块还用于生成一个新的实验编号,替换所述待处理实验数据中的历史实验编号,生成具有新的实验编号的目标实验数据。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的实验信息管理系统,其特征在于,所述数据替换子单元包括选定子单元、动物数据更新子单元以及动物数据替换子单元;
    所述选定子单元用于响应选定操作,从所述至少一个待选历史实验数据中确定所述目标待选历史实验数据;
    所述动物数据更新子单元用于对所述目标待选历史实验数据中的历史动物数据块进行更新;
    所述动物数据替换子单元用于将所述待处理实验数据中的历史实验动物数据块替换为更新后的所述目标待选历史实验数据中的历史实验动物数据块。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的实验信息管理系统,其特征在于,所述动物数据更新子单元包括更新模型建立子单元以及动物数据信息更新子单元;
    所述更新模型建立子单元用于建立动物个体的动物信息更新模型;
    所述动物数据信息更新子单元用于基于所述动物信息更新模型对所述目标待选历史实验数据中的历史动物数据块进行更新。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的实验信息管理系统,其特征在于,所述历史实验动物数据块包括动物编号、动物名称、物种类型、动物年龄以及动物体重中的至少一种。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的实验信息管理系统,其特征在于,所述历史实验扫描数据块包括历史实验基础数据块、历史扫描协议以及历史摆位;所述历史实验基础数据块包括实验编号、实验名称、实验员以及实验项目中的至少一种。
  12. 一种实验信息管理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    通过实验数据中心模块保存已登记过的至少一个历史实验数据;
    通过实验信息管理模块响应筛选操作,从实验数据中心模块中筛选出至少一个备选历史实验数据,并从所述至少一个备选历史实验数据中确定一个待处理实验数据;
    通过实验信息登记模块响应修改操作,对所述待处理实验数据进行修改,生成目标实验数据;
    通过实验数据中心模块响应登记操作,将所述目标实验数据进行保存。
  13. 一种扫描成像系统,其特征在于,包括实验信息管理系统及扫描系统;
    所述扫描系统用于响应扫描操作,从所述实验信息管理系统中调取目标实验数据,并根据目标实验数据进行扫描;
    其中,所述实验信息管理系统为权利要求1-11任意一项所述的实验信息管理系统。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的扫描成像系统,其特征在于,所述扫描系统包括接收单元、调取单元以及扫描单元;
    所述接收单元用于接收所述目标实验数据的实验编号;
    所述调取单元用于根据所述目标实验数据的实验编号,从所述实验数据中心模块中调取所述目标实验数据;
    所述扫描单元用于根据所述目标实验数据进行扫描。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的扫描成像系统,其特征在于,所述扫描系统包括校验模块,所述校验模块用于校验所述目标实验数据是否正确,当所述目标实验数据正确时,根据所述目标实验数据进行扫描。
