Description

挂绳装置 【技术领域】
本申请涉及电子设备周边器材技术领域,具体涉及一种挂绳装置。
【背景技术】
电子设备如手机在很多情形下需要一种固定装置将手机固定在身体的某处,如手腕或手臂或脖颈上,如蹲下搬东西或其他情况时,此时手机不便收纳在衣服裤子或包包中;或一些爱好在游玩的,需要时时将手机拿出来拍照,此时手机就不便于收纳在衣服裤子或包包中,如果放置衣服裤子上的容易错过一些最佳的拍摄时机,面对这种情况,通常现有技术中采用的是设置挂绳,通过挂绳将手机壳和手机固定在手腕或手臂或脖颈,但目前均是需要通过手机壳,不能直接在手机上设置挂绳,且手机壳与挂绳装置为一体设置,不能拆卸,导致不能灵活搭配。
【发明内容】
本申请提供一种挂绳装置,以解决现有技术中手机壳与挂绳装置一体设置,不能灵活搭配的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种挂绳装置,包括:
主体部,包括一顶壁以及围绕顶壁的侧壁,顶壁和侧壁围合形成容置空间,顶壁设有条形通孔;
弹性支架,对应条形通孔设置于容置空间内,弹性直接设置有交叉条形孔,交叉条形孔包括第一卡置条形孔和与第一卡置条形孔相交的第二卡置条形孔,第一卡置条形孔与条形通孔相通;
胶体,至少封闭部分容置空间,用于将挂绳装置粘贴于电子设备上;
旋转拉头,包括拉头本体、拉头轴以及卡接块,拉头本体的一侧连接拉头轴的一端,拉头本体背离拉头轴的一侧设置有挂钩,拉头轴的另一端连接卡接块;
挂绳,与挂钩连接;
其中,挂绳装置处于常规状态时,旋转拉头的卡接块与第二卡置条形孔卡接配合固定,当需要拆卸时,旋转旋转拉头,使得旋转拉头的卡接块与第一卡置条形孔和条形通孔对应。
其中,挂绳装置还包括刚性件,刚性件设于胶体内侧。
其中,主体部内部还凸设有多个支撑柱,刚性件与多个支撑柱对应处设有通孔。
其中,支撑柱通过超声波方式焊接。
其中,弹性支架还设有避让孔,避让孔环绕交叉条形孔设置。
其中,避让孔为四条,相邻避让孔之间设有加强筋。
其中,卡接块呈跑道型。
其中,第一卡置条形孔和第二卡置条形孔呈正十字相交。
其中,挂绳装置还包括垫片,垫片设置于顶壁与旋转拉头之间。
其中,交叉条形孔、条形通孔以及旋转拉头均为两个。
本申请的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本申请提供一种挂绳装置通过设置弹性支架,并在弹性支架设置交叉条形孔,旋转拉头通过旋转即可方便安装和取出,从而拆卸挂绳,且本申请的挂绳装置可通过胶体直接粘贴于电子设备或电子设备保护壳的背面,本申请的挂绳装置结构简单,拆卸方式和挂绳收纳方便,使用方式搭配灵活。

请结合参考图1和图2,是本申请挂绳装置一实施例的结构示意图,图1所示的挂绳装置的分解结构示意图,其中,省略挂绳。在本实施例中,挂绳装置包括主体部10、弹性支架20、胶体30、旋转拉头40以及挂绳(图未示)。
具体而言,请结合参阅图3,图3是图1所示的挂绳装置的主体部的一视角结构示意图。主体部10优选为塑胶材质,主体部10包括一顶壁11以及围绕顶壁11的侧壁12,顶壁11和侧壁12围合形成容置空间13,顶壁11设有条形通孔14。主体部10优选为长条形。
请结合参阅图4,图4是图1所示的挂绳装置的弹性支架的结构示意图。弹性支架20对应条形通孔14设置于容置空间13内,弹性直接设置有交叉条形孔,交叉条形孔包括第一卡置条形孔21和与第一卡置条形孔21相交的第二卡置条形孔22,第一卡置条形孔21与条形通孔14相通。在本实施例中,弹性支架20优选为金属支架,金属支架具有一定弹性,且耐磨性好。其中,第一卡置条形孔21和第二卡置条形孔22优选呈正十字相交,当然,在其他实施例中,也可呈其他角度相交,只要相交就属于本实用新型思路的保护范畴,可实现本实用新型的目的。
其中,为了对旋转拉头40旋转时进行避让,进一步提高弹性支架20的使用寿命,弹性支架20还设有避让孔23,避让孔23环绕交叉条形孔设置。优选地,避让孔23为四条,相邻避让孔23之间设有加强筋24。此种结构的弹性支架20既能保证结构强度,又能保证使用寿命。
胶体30至少封闭部分容置空间13,用于将挂绳装置粘贴于电子设备上,本申请的挂绳装置可直接通过胶体30与电子设备本身或者电子设备的保护壳的背面粘贴连接,相比现有技术中,挂绳装置与电子设备的保护壳一体设置,本申请的挂绳装置可随意搭配使用,成本低。在本实施例中,胶体30优选为粘性较强的可移胶,对可移胶的具体类型不做限定。
请结合参阅图5,图5是图1所示的挂绳装置的旋转拉头的结构示意图。旋转拉头40包括拉头本体41、拉头轴42以及卡接块43,拉头本体41的一侧连接拉头轴42的一端,拉头本体41背离拉头轴42的一侧设置有挂钩44,拉头轴42的另一端连接卡接块43,为了在旋转时能够减小卡接块43与交叉条形孔的摩擦,优选卡接块43呈跑道型。
优选地,挂绳装置还包括刚性件50,刚性件50设于胶体30内侧。刚性件50能够增加挂绳装置的整体强度,增加平整度,方便胶体30粘贴,刚性件50通过超声波方式焊接。
优选地,主体部10内部还凸设有多个支撑柱15,刚性件50与多个支撑柱15对应处设有通孔。在本实施例中,支撑柱15通过超声波方式焊接,通过多重设置,主体部10的容置空间13被填充满,结构紧密连接,强度好。优选地,支撑柱15围绕弹性支架20设置,因为弹性支架20处为受力处,通过支撑柱15的设置能够很大程度上提升挂绳装置的结构强度。
优选地,挂绳装置还包括垫片70,垫片70设置于顶壁11与旋转拉头40之间。垫片70优选为PC材料塑胶片,垫片70能够使得旋转拉头40与主体部10连接紧密,同时可以防止用户划伤以及被旋转拉头40划伤,且外观漂亮。
优选地,挂绳与挂钩44连接。
优选地,交叉条形孔、条形通孔14以及旋转拉头40均为两个。
需要说明的是,只要采用以上主体部10与旋转拉头40配合的结构即落入本申请的保护范围,为了佩戴舒适,可设置两套以上结构,即交叉条形孔、条形通孔14以及旋转拉头40均为两个(如图1-3所示)。
以上介绍了挂绳装置的结构,下面说明挂绳装置的工作过程:
挂绳装置处于常规状态时,旋转拉头40的卡接块43与第二卡置条形孔22卡接配合,挂绳装置可通过挂绳佩戴在人体身上,当需要拆卸时,旋转旋转拉头40,使得旋转拉头40的卡接块43与第一卡置条形孔21和条形通孔14对应时,旋转拉头40可从主体部10拆卸下来,为了方便拆卸,本实施例中,还将第一卡置条形孔21的宽度设置为大于卡接块43的宽度,如此,当旋转拉头40旋转至一定角度时,可轻易将旋转拉头40拆卸。
本申请的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本申请提供一种挂绳装置通过设置弹性支架,并在弹性支架设置交叉条形孔,旋转拉头通过旋转即可方便安装和取出,从而拆卸挂绳,且本申请的挂绳装置可通过胶体直接粘贴于电子设备或电子设备保护壳的背面,本申请的挂绳装置结构简单,拆卸方式和挂绳收纳方便,使用方式搭配灵活。

    主体部,包括一顶壁以及围绕顶壁的侧壁,所述顶壁和所述侧壁围合形成容置空间,所述顶壁设有条形通孔;
    弹性支架,对应所述条形通孔设置于所述容置空间内,所述弹性直接设置有交叉条形孔,所述交叉条形孔包括第一卡置条形孔和与所述第一卡置条形孔相交的第二卡置条形孔,所述第一卡置条形孔与所述条形通孔相通;
    胶体,至少封闭部分所述容置空间,用于将所述挂绳装置粘贴于电子设备上;
    旋转拉头,包括拉头本体、拉头轴以及卡接块,所述拉头本体的一侧连接所述拉头轴的一端,所述拉头本体背离所述拉头轴的一侧设置有挂钩,所述拉头轴的另一端连接所述卡接块;
    挂绳,与所述挂钩连接;
    其中,所述挂绳装置处于常规状态时,所述旋转拉头的卡接块与所述第二卡置条形孔卡接配合固定,当需要拆卸时,旋转所述旋转拉头,使得所述旋转拉头的卡接块与所述第一卡置条形孔和所述条形通孔对应。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的挂绳装置,其特征在于,所述挂绳装置还包括刚性件,所述刚性件设于所述胶体内侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的挂绳装置,其特征在于,所述主体部内部还凸设有多个支撑柱,所述刚性件与所述多个支撑柱对应处设有通孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的挂绳装置,其特征在于,所述支撑柱通过超声波方式焊接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的挂绳装置,其特征在于,所述弹性支架还设有避让孔,所述避让孔环绕所述交叉条形孔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的挂绳装置,其特征在于,所述避让孔为四条,相邻所述避让孔之间设有加强筋。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的挂绳装置,其特征在于,所述卡接块呈跑道型。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的挂绳装置,其特征在于,所述第一卡置条形孔和所述第二卡置条形孔呈正十字相交。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的挂绳装置,其特征在于,所述挂绳装置还包括垫片,所述垫片设置于所述顶壁与所述旋转拉头之间。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的挂绳装置,其特征在于,所述交叉条形孔、所述条形通孔以及所述旋转拉头均为两个。
