Abstract
L'invention concerne un module optique monomode à base de protocole MLG2.0, comprenant un substrat de circuit graphique (8), un PCBA (1), un module optique et un boîtier. Le module optique est fixé sur le PCBA, et le PCBA est monté fixe dans un espace défini par une base (19) du boîtier et un couvercle supérieur (20). Le module optique comprend un module de réception optique et un module d'émission optique. Le module de réception optique comprend un ensemble de réception optique et une puce de photodétecteur (21) qui sont disposés de manière séquentielle le long d'un trajet de lumière incidente. Le module d'émission optique comprend un réseau de lasers VCSEL à mode unique (6), un prisme de réflexion (11), un réseau de lentilles (14), un isolateur (13) et un sous-ensemble d'extrémité d'émission (16) qui sont disposés de manière séquentielle le long d'un trajet de lumière émergente. Le sous-ensemble d'extrémité d'Émission (16) comprend une rainure de limitation en forme de V, un réseau de fibres optiques et une plaque de recouvrement. Le réseau de fibres optiques est ajusté par encliquetage dans la rainure de limitation en forme de V, et la rainure de limitation en forme de V, le réseau de fibres optiques et la plaque de recouvrement sont reliés de manière fixe au moyen d'un adhésif. Le module optique peut réaliser un conditionnement intégré à haute densité, présente de faibles exigences sur la précision de positionnement de la puce, est facile à produire par lots, réduit le nombre de composants optiques dans la plus grande mesure, est facile à coupler et offre une meilleure fiabilité optique.
