优选地,所述顶杆组件包括:
顶杆,从所述槽道贯穿所述第一轨道组件的第一端穿设于所述槽道内部,并可沿所述槽道的长度方向被所述第二外沿结构顶起至所述槽道的第一端;
弹簧,设置于所述顶杆与所述开关组件之间,并在常态下将所述顶杆顶紧于所述第一轨道组件;以及

固定螺丝,从所述槽道的底部一侧穿过所述长条形通孔并固定连接于所述活动块,且螺帽的直径大于所述长条形通孔的宽度。
优选地,所述顶杆远离所述弹簧的一端设有圆锥状顶头,在所述顶杆被所述弹簧顶紧于所述第一轨道组件时,所述圆锥状顶头位于所述第一滑道和所述第二滑道之间,且所述圆锥状顶头的锥面至少部分地位于靠近所述槽道第一端的所述第一滑道或所述第二滑道内部。
优选地,所述活动块靠近所述槽道第二端的底部呈劈尖结构,且所述劈尖结构的斜面正对于靠近所述槽道第二端的所述第一滑道或所述第二滑道。
优选地,所述活动块在沿所述槽道深度方向的投影图形呈顶角朝向于所述槽道第二端的五边形,构成所述顶角的两条边分别对应于所述劈尖结构的两个斜面,而与两个斜面相邻的两个面互相平行,用以与所述槽道的侧壁相滑动配合。

在本发明的另一个方面,提供一种空气炸锅,包括如前文任一项实施例所述的抽屉式容器组件,其中所述顶杆组件被从所述第一轨道组件中顶起的方向朝向于所述容纳腔的顶面,所述空气炸锅还包括:
隔热罩,设置于所述容纳腔的顶面上方,用于隔绝所述容纳腔内的热量;以及
电机罩,设置于所述隔热罩的上方;
其中,所述开关组件被设置于所述电机罩远离所述容纳腔的一侧,所述隔热罩与所述电机罩设置有贯穿的第一顶杆孔和第二顶杆孔,以使所述顶杆组件通过第一顶杆孔和第二顶杆孔与所述开关组件相接触。
因此,根据本发明,通过设置具有两条滑道的第一轨道组件和与之配合的第二轨道组件,能够同时满足分体式抽屉和整体式抽屉抽拉动作的导向定位要求;而通过在第一轨道组件上设置推杆组件,能够将抽屉的抽拉动作与开关组件的控制相联动,从而实现无论对分体式抽屉还是对整体式抽屉,都能在被拉出时将开关组件断开,而在被推入时将开关组件闭合,从而提高操作便利性与安全性。

如图1~8所示:
在本发明的一个方面,提供一种抽屉式容器组件,包括容纳腔1、整体式抽屉2、至少两个分体式抽屉3、两个第一轨道组件4、至少一个第二轨道组件5、顶杆组件6和开关组件7。
其中,如图4所示,整体式抽屉2的左右两侧设有外伸的第一外沿结构21;如图3所示,至少两个分体式抽屉3中的每个分体式抽屉3的左右两侧设有外伸的第二外沿结构31;如图1所示,两个第一轨道组件4固定安装于容纳腔1的左右侧壁,设有沿容纳腔1 深度方向延伸的第一滑道41和第二滑道42,且第一滑道41较第二滑道42更靠近于容纳腔1的顶面,第一滑道41与第二外沿结构31可滑动地配合,第二滑道42与第一外沿结构21可滑动的配合;而如图8所示,至少一个第二轨道组件5设置于容纳腔1的顶面的下侧,并设有沿容纳腔1深度方向延伸的第三滑道51,第三滑道51与第二外沿结构31可滑动地配合。
由此,当容纳腔1仅用于放入一个整体式抽屉2时,两个第一轨道组件4的第二滑道42可互相配合,以对整体式抽屉2进行滑动导向。当容纳腔1用于放入至少两个分体式抽屉3时,第一轨道组件4的第一滑道41可与相邻的第二轨道组件5的第三滑道51相配合,以对最靠近于容纳腔1侧壁的分体式抽屉3进行滑动导向,同时地,相邻的两个第二轨道组件5中相向的两个第三滑道51可互相配合,以对位于容纳腔1中部的分体式抽屉3进行滑动导向。
由于本发明中的容纳腔1需要具有容纳至少两个分体式抽屉3的功能,而分体式抽屉3仅通过容纳腔1的两个侧壁上设置的第一轨道组件4难以完成对全部的第二外沿结构31的定位导向,因此需要在容纳腔1的顶面下方设置第二轨道组件5,对分体式抽屉3之间相邻的第二外沿结构31进行限位。
然而设置在容纳腔1中部的第二轨道组件5又会对整体式抽屉2产生干涉,因此,本发明通过在第一轨道组件4上设置不同高度的第一滑道41和第二滑道42,并使第一滑道41位于第二滑道42更靠近顶面的一侧,从而将整体式抽屉2的第一外沿结构21和分体式抽屉3的第二外沿结构31从高度上相互间隔,防止第二轨道组件5与整体式抽屉2之间的相互干涉。
在此基础上,如图2所示,为了实现无论是分体式抽屉3还是整体式抽屉2,都能在抽拉和推入的过程中控制厨电设备的开启或闭合,本发明还设有顶杆组件6和开关组件7。其中的顶杆组件6沿容纳腔1的高度方向可滑动地设置于第一轨道组件4,并可由设置于第一滑道41中的第二外沿结构31和设置于第二滑道42中的第一外沿结构21所顶起;而开关组件7则设置于顶杆组件6被从第一轨道组件4中顶起的一侧,并可由与顶杆组件6的接触情况来控制自身的通断。
可见,顶杆组件6与第一轨道组件4的相互运动关系将作为抽屉的推拉与开关组件7的通断之间的联系,而考虑到第一外沿结构21和第二外沿结构31分处于不同高度的第二滑道42和第一滑道41,因此,优选地,第一轨道组件4开设有用于可滑动地设置顶杆组 件6的槽道43,槽道43沿容纳腔1的高度方向连通第一滑道41和第二滑道42,并从第一滑道41远离第二滑道42的一侧或从第二滑道42远离第一滑道41的一侧贯穿第一轨道组件4。
由于槽道43依次经过第一滑道41和第二滑道42,因此无论是设置于第二滑道42内的第一外沿结构21还是设置于第一滑道41内的第二外沿结构31,都能对设置于槽道43内的导杆产生相互作用,并由此对开关组件7进行通断控制。
而槽道43贯穿第一轨道组件4的方向可以有两种,当槽道43从第一滑道41远离第二滑道42的一侧贯穿第一轨道组件4时,意味着开关组件7被设置于第一轨道组件4的上方;而当槽道43从第二滑道42远离第一滑道41的一侧贯穿第一轨道组件4时,意味着开关组件7被设置于第一轨道组件4的下方,在不考虑厨电设备其他结构设置位置的前提下,这两种贯穿方向没有区别。
然而,对于空气炸锅而言,由于其容纳腔1内会产生较多热量,对开关组件7不利,因此对于空气炸锅而言,优选地,顶杆组件6被从第一轨道组件4中顶起的方向朝向于容纳腔1的顶面。也即,如图7所示,空气炸锅还包括隔热罩8和电机罩9,其中的隔热罩8设置于容纳腔1的顶面上方,用于隔绝容纳腔1内的热量;而电机罩9则设置于隔热罩8的上方;并且,所述隔热罩8与所述电机罩9设置有贯穿的第一顶杆孔81和第二顶杆孔91,以使顶杆组件6通过第一顶杆孔81和第二顶杆孔91与开关组件7相接触。
基于隔热罩8和电机罩9的设置,将开关组件7设置在了远离容纳腔1的一侧,从而减少开关组件7受空气炸锅内容纳腔1的高温的影响,提高了开关组件7的寿命。相应的,若厨电设备是一种制冷或是保鲜设备,开关组件7也可以同样地被设置于远离容纳腔1的一侧,从而减少容纳腔1内的冷气对开关组件7的不利影响。
然而,对于一般的厨电设备而言,若其容纳腔1不会产生影响开关组件7的热量或冷量,那么槽道43贯穿第一轨道组件4的两个方向都是可行的,可以进一步依据于厨电设备中对其他结构的避让配合来灵活选取。因此,以下继续以两个方向均可行的情况对本发明各实施例进行论述。
在槽道43的导向作用下,优选地,如图5-6所示,顶杆组件6包括顶杆61、弹簧62和活动块63。其中的顶杆61从槽道43贯穿第一轨道组件4的第一端穿设于槽道43内部,并可沿槽道43的长度方向被第二外沿结构31顶起至槽道43的第一端;弹簧62 设置于顶杆61与开关组件7之间,并在常态下将顶杆61顶紧于第一轨道组件4;而活动块63则设置于槽道43第二端所在的第一滑道41或第二滑道42,与顶杆61相抵接,并可沿槽道43的长度方向被第一外沿结构21顶起至第一滑道41和第二滑道42之间。
在弹簧62的作用下,顶杆组件6中的顶杆61与活动块63沿槽道43互相抵接,以使第一外沿结构21沿第二滑道42滑动时,将活动块63向第一滑道41和第二滑道42之间顶起的同时,将顶杆61沿槽道43顶起,使弹簧62被压缩并使顶杆61与开关组件7相互作用。
而顶杆61与活动块63作为可分离的两个结构,当第二外沿结构31沿第一滑道41滑动时,顶杆61将被单独地沿槽道43顶起,使弹簧62被压缩并使顶杆61与开关组件7相互作用,而这一过程中活动块63并不受任何影响。由此,本发明通过设置了顶杆61、弹簧62和活动块63的顶杆组件6,实现了对第一滑道41和第二滑道42分别发生外沿结构滑动时的顶杆61顶升。
优选地,为了对活动块63的顶起过程的限位,如图6所示,槽道43的底部贯穿地设置有长条形通孔431,长条形通孔431的一端位于第一滑道41和第二滑道42之间,另一端位于槽道43的第二端,顶杆组件6还包括固定螺丝64,固定螺丝64从槽道43的底部一侧穿过长条形通孔431并固定连接于活动块63,且螺帽的直径大于长条形通孔431的宽度。
固定螺丝64与长条形通孔431的设置,将活动块63的活动范围限制在了槽道43内部,使其不会因为第一外沿结构21在第二滑道42内的推动作用而沿第二滑道42移动,确保了整体式抽屉2推入和拉出过程对开关组件7的正确控制。
而考虑到第一滑道41与槽道43之间具有一定的夹角,甚至该夹角可能是直角,因此,优选地,顶杆61远离弹簧62的一端设有圆锥状顶头611,在顶杆61被弹簧62顶紧于第一轨道组件4时,圆锥状顶头611位于第一滑道41和第二滑道42之间,且圆锥状顶头611的锥面至少部分地位于靠近槽道43第一端的第一滑道41或第二滑道42内部。
通过圆锥状顶头611的设置,能够实现将第二外沿结构31沿第一滑道41对顶杆61的推动转换为顶杆61沿槽道43的运动。
类似的,考虑到第一滑道41与槽道43之间的夹角,活动块63靠近槽道43第二端的底部呈劈尖结构631,且劈尖结构631的斜面正对于靠近槽道43第二端的第一滑 道41或第二滑道42。
结合活动块63沿槽道43运动的定位需求,和活动块63与第一外沿结构21相接触区域需要具有斜面的结构需求,优选地,活动块63在沿槽道43深度方向的投影图形呈顶角朝向于槽道43第二端的五边形,构成顶角的两条边分别对应于劈尖结构631的两个斜面,而与两个斜面相邻的两个面互相平行,用以与槽道43的侧壁相滑动配合。
而为了确保弹簧62两端的定位,如图5所示,优选地,顶杆61靠近弹簧62的一端设有圆形盲孔612,用以嵌设弹簧62,而开关组件7靠近弹簧62的一端设有外凸的开关触点71,开关触点71伸入至弹簧62内部,并在顶杆61被顶起时与顶杆61相接触,使开关组件7进入通路状态,而在顶杆61被弹簧62顶紧于第一轨道组件4时不再与顶杆61相接触,使开关组件7进入断路状态。
因此,根据本发明,通过设置具有两条滑道的第一轨道组件4和与之配合的第二轨道组件5,能够同时满足分体式抽屉3和整体式抽屉2抽拉动作的导向定位要求;而通过在第一轨道组件4上设置推杆组件,能够将抽屉的抽拉动作与开关组件7的控制相联动,从而实现无论对分体式抽屉3还是对整体式抽屉2,都能在被拉出时将开关组件7断开,而在被推入时将开关组件7闭合,从而提高操作便利性与安全性。
至此,已经详细描述了本公开的各实施例。为了避免遮蔽本公开的构思,没有描述本领域所公知的一些细节。本领域技术人员根据上面的描述,完全可以明白如何实施这里公开的技术方案。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种抽屉式容器组件,其特征在于,包括:
    容纳腔(1);
    整体式抽屉(2),左右两侧设有外伸的第一外沿结构(21);
    至少两个分体式抽屉(3),每个所述分体式抽屉(3)的左右两侧设有外伸的第二外沿结构(31);
    两个第一轨道组件(4),固定安装于所述容纳腔(1)的左右侧壁,设有沿所述容纳腔(1)深度方向延伸的第一滑道(41)和第二滑道(42),且所述第一滑道(41)较所述第二滑道(42)更靠近于所述容纳腔(1)的顶面,所述第一滑道(41)与所述第二外沿结构(31)可滑动地配合,所述第二滑道(42)与所述第一外沿结构(21)可滑动的配合;
    至少一个第二轨道组件(5),设置于所述容纳腔(1)的顶面的下侧,并设有沿所述容纳腔(1)深度方向延伸的第三滑道(51),所述第三滑道(51)与所述第二外沿结构(31)可滑动地配合;
    顶杆组件(6),沿所述容纳腔(1)的高度方向可滑动地设置于所述第一轨道组件(4),并可由设置于所述第一滑道(41)中的所述第二外沿结构(31)和设置于所述第二滑道(42)中的所述第一外沿结构(21)所顶起;以及
    开关组件(7),设置于所述顶杆组件(6)被从所述第一轨道组件(4)中顶起的一侧,并可由与所述顶杆组件(6)的接触情况来控制自身的通断。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉式容器组件,其特征在于,所述第一轨道组件(4)和所述第二轨道组件(5)被构造为:
    所述第一轨道组件(4)的所述第一滑道(41)可与相邻的所述第二轨道组件(5)的所述第三滑道(51)相配合,以对最靠近于所述容纳腔(1)侧壁的所述分体式抽屉(3)进行滑动导向;
    相邻的两个所述第二轨道组件(5)中相向的两个所述第三滑道(51)可互相配合,以对位于所述容纳腔(1)中部的所述分体式抽屉(3)进行滑动导向;以及
    两个所述第一轨道组件(4)的所述第二滑道(42)可互相配合,以对所述整体式抽屉(2)进行滑动导向。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉式容器组件,其特征在于,所述第一轨道组件(4)开 设有用于可滑动地设置所述顶杆组件(6)的槽道(43),所述槽道(43)沿所述容纳腔(1)的高度方向连通所述第一滑道(41)和所述第二滑道(42),并从所述第一滑道(41)远离所述第二滑道(42)的一侧或从所述第二滑道(42)远离所述第一滑道(41)的一侧贯穿所述第一轨道组件(4)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的抽屉式容器组件,其特征在于,所述顶杆组件(6)包括:
    顶杆(61),从所述槽道(43)贯穿所述第一轨道组件(4)的第一端穿设于所述槽道(43)内部,并可沿所述槽道(43)的长度方向被所述第二外沿结构(31)顶起至所述槽道(43)的第一端;
    弹簧(62),设置于所述顶杆(61)与所述开关组件(7)之间,并在常态下将所述顶杆(61)顶紧于所述第一轨道组件(4);以及
    活动块(63),设置于所述槽道(43)第二端所在的所述第一滑道(41)或所述第二滑道(42),与所述顶杆(61)相抵接,并可沿所述槽道(43)的长度方向被所述第一外沿结构(21)顶起至所述第一滑道(41)和所述第二滑道(42)之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的抽屉式容器组件,其特征在于,所述槽道(43)的底部贯穿地设置有长条形通孔(431),所述长条形通孔(431)的一端位于所述第一滑道(41)和所述第二滑道(42)之间,另一端位于所述槽道(43)的第二端,所述顶杆组件(6)还包括:
    固定螺丝(64),从所述槽道(43)的底部一侧穿过所述长条形通孔(431)并固定连接于所述活动块(63),且螺帽的直径大于所述长条形通孔(431)的宽度。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的抽屉式容器组件,其特征在于,所述顶杆(61)远离所述弹簧(62)的一端设有圆锥状顶头(611),在所述顶杆(61)被所述弹簧(62)顶紧于所述第一轨道组件(4)时,所述圆锥状顶头(611)位于所述第一滑道(41)和所述第二滑道(42)之间,且所述圆锥状顶头(611)的锥面至少部分地位于靠近所述槽道(43)第一端的所述第一滑道(41)或所述第二滑道(42)内部。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的抽屉式容器组件,其特征在于,所述活动块(63)靠近所述槽道(43)第二端的底部呈劈尖结构(631),且所述劈尖结构(631)的斜面正对于靠近所述槽道(43)第二端的所述第一滑道(41)或所述第二滑道(42)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的抽屉式容器组件,其特征在于,所述活动块(63)在沿所述槽道(43)深度方向的投影图形呈顶角朝向于所述槽道(43)第二端的五边形, 构成所述顶角的两条边分别对应于所述劈尖结构(631)的两个斜面,而与两个斜面相邻的两个面互相平行,用以与所述槽道(43)的侧壁相滑动配合。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的抽屉式容器组件,其特征在于,所述顶杆(61)靠近所述弹簧(62)的一端设有圆形盲孔(612),用以嵌设所述弹簧(62),而所述开关组件(7)靠近所述弹簧(62)的一端设有外凸的开关触点(71),所述开关触点(71)伸入至所述弹簧(62)内部,并在所述顶杆(61)被顶起时与所述顶杆(61)相接触,使所述开关组件(7)进入通路状态,而在所述顶杆(61)被所述弹簧(62)顶紧于所述第一轨道组件(4)时不再与所述顶杆(61)相接触,使所述开关组件(7)进入断路状态。
  10. 一种空气炸锅,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1~9任一项权利要求所述的抽屉式容器组件,其中所述顶杆组件(6)被从所述第一轨道组件(4)中顶起的方向朝向于所述容纳腔(1)的顶面,所述空气炸锅还包括:
    隔热罩(8),设置于所述容纳腔(1)的顶面上方,用于隔绝所述容纳腔(1)内的热量;以及
    电机罩(9),设置于所述隔热罩(8)的上方;
    其中,所述开关组件(7)设置于所述电机罩(9)远离所述容纳腔(1)的一侧,所述隔热罩(8)与所述电机罩(9)设置有贯穿的第一顶杆孔(81)和第二顶杆孔(91),以使所述顶杆组件(6)通过第一顶杆孔(81)和第二顶杆孔(91)与所述开关组件(7)相接触。
