钉仓主体100的第一表面110具有可容纳缝合钉500的容纳槽,容纳槽沿着长度方向成排状分布,由内向外依次形成第一排容纳槽130、第二排容纳槽140和第三排容纳槽150,每一排容纳槽包括多个沿长度方向间隔分布的单体容纳槽160。
其中第二排容纳槽140相对于第一排容纳槽130纵向错位设置,第三排容纳槽150与第一排容纳槽130沿纵向平行对称设置。
第一排容纳槽130、第二排容纳槽140和第三排容纳槽150内有对应的第一缝合钉510、第二缝合钉520和第三缝合钉530,第一缝合钉510、第二缝合钉520和第三缝合钉530的高度由内向外逐渐增高。
容纳槽的外侧边缘设置有导引凹槽170,导引凹槽170均布在钉仓主体100第一表面110的外侧边缘,使钉仓主体100的侧边形成凸凹排列结构。当钉仓 组件安装入吻合器后,夹持组织时,能够增加组织的夹持效果,防止组织滑移,同时还能够更有效地导引组织内体液的排出,促进更好的成钉效果。
本发明中,缝合钉500包括钉跨部540、钉腿部550和钉头部560,钉腿部550由钉跨部540两端倾斜向上延伸,钉头部560由钉腿部550顶端沿着竖直方向向上延伸。
钉头部560朝着需要缝合的组织并穿透组织进行缝合,钉头部560增加了预折弯形状,钉头部560顶端呈尖状,钉头部560主体呈直线状,方便钛钉从钉仓内出来缝合组织时更加顺畅,减少缝合力,同时钛钉进入钉槽时更容易成钉,可以形成更好的B字型,确保缝合效果。
单体容纳槽160包括可容纳推钉片400两侧端的支撑台161以及形成在两个支撑台161之间可容纳推钉齿片的支撑腔162,单体容纳槽160的形状大小与推钉片400匹配,使得推钉片400压紧在容纳槽内。
本发明中,推钉片400包括分开设置的外推钉片410、左推钉片420和右推钉片430,推钉片400受到推钉器的击发将容纳槽内的缝合钉弹出,实现组织吻合。
外推钉片410上具有一个外推钉齿片440,左推钉片420和右推钉片430上均设置有两个推钉齿片,为第一推钉齿片450和第二推钉齿片460,外推钉齿片440、第二推钉齿片460和第一推钉齿片450的高度分别与第三缝合钉530、第二缝合钉520和第一缝合钉510的高度对应设置。
外侧单齿推钉片和内侧的左右二齿推钉片能够分散成钉所需的压力,降低对器械吻合力的要求。
第一推钉齿片450和第二推钉齿片460之间设有横向加强筋470,横向加强筋440跨接于第一推钉齿片450和第二推钉齿片460之间,增加了结合面的强 度,提高了左推钉片420和右推钉片430的整体稳定性。
外推钉齿片440、第一推钉齿片450和第二推钉齿片460的顶表面具有推动缝合钉的钉座480,钉座480两端被形成为阶梯状凹槽口481可支撑缝合钉的钉跨部540以及钉跨部540与钉腿部550的接合处,使得推钉齿片接受到的作用力可全部传递至缝合钉500,促进缝合钉500的成型效果。
推钉片受到推钉器200的击发,沿着钉仓本体100的第一表面110从近端向远端运动,推钉齿片沿着容纳槽的竖直方向进行上下运动,将对应容纳槽内的缝合钉500朝着面向组织的方向进行上下运动,通过外推钉齿片440、第一推钉齿片450和第二推钉齿片460击发对应容纳槽内的缝合钉,并将缝合钉500弹出,实现缝合钉的成钉高度由切割口向外逐渐增高,实现组织吻合。
实施例二
一种吻合器,包括实施例一中的具有分开式推钉片的钉仓组件,当吻合器进行击发时,成钉高度由切割口向外逐渐增高。
吻合器的工作过程是:
推钉器200击发推钉片,推钉片沿着钉仓本体100的第一表面110从近端向远端运动,
同时外推钉齿片440、第二推钉齿片460和第一推钉齿片450将对应的第三排容纳槽150、第二排容纳槽140和第一排容纳槽130内的第三缝合钉530、第二缝合钉520和第一缝合钉510朝着面向组织的方向进行上下运动,
钉头部560的尖状顶端朝着需要缝合的组织运动并穿透组织,使得尖状钉头部560朝着钉腿部550和钉跨部540弯折,形成更好的B字型,实现组织的固定缝合。
本发明具有分开式推钉片的钉仓组件及吻合器的有益效果是:
采用分开式设置的外侧单齿推钉片和内侧的左右二齿推钉片,能够分散成 钉过程所需的压力,降低对器械吻合力的要求,成钉高度由切割口向外逐渐增高,能够在确保吻合切割效果的同时,确保钉不会因为组织过厚崩掉,防止组织缝合效果不好的缺点。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有分开式推钉片的钉仓组件,其特征在于,包括:
    钉仓主体,具有面向需要缝合组织的第一表面,第一表面的相对面为第二表面,第一表面上具有可容纳缝合钉的容纳槽,容纳槽的外侧边缘设置有导引凹槽;
    钉仓托架,具有面向钉仓主体第二表面的容置腔,钉仓主体保持在容置腔内部进行限位固定;
    推钉片,包括分开设置的外推钉片、左推钉片和右推钉片,推钉片受到推钉器的击发将容纳槽内的缝合钉弹出,实现组织吻合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有分开式推钉片的钉仓组件,其特征在于,缝合钉包括钉跨部、钉腿部和钉头部,钉腿部由钉跨部两端倾斜向上延伸,钉头部由钉腿部顶端沿着竖直方向向上延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有分开式推钉片的钉仓组件,其特征在于,钉头部被形成为预折弯段,钉头部主体呈直线状,钉头部的顶端呈尖状。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有分开式推钉片的钉仓组件,其特征在于,导引凹槽均布在钉仓主体第一表面的外侧边缘,使钉仓主体的侧边形成凸凹排列结构。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的具有分开式推钉片的钉仓组件,其特征在于,第一表面的容纳槽沿着长度方向成排状分布,由内向外依次形成第一排容纳槽、第二排容纳槽和第三排容纳槽,其中第二排容纳槽相对于第一排容纳槽纵向错位设置,第三排容纳槽与第一排容纳槽沿纵向平行对称设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的具有分开式推钉片的钉仓组件,其特征在于,每一排容纳槽包括多个纵向间隔分布的单体容纳槽,单体容纳槽的形状大小与推钉片匹配,单体容纳槽包括可容纳推钉片两侧端的支撑台以及形成在两个支撑台之间可容纳推钉齿片的支撑腔,
    第一排容纳槽、第二排容纳槽和第三排容纳槽内有对应的第一缝合钉、第二缝合钉和第三缝合钉,第一缝合钉、第二缝合钉和第三缝合钉的高度由内向外逐渐增高。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有分开式推钉片的钉仓组件,其特征在于,外推钉片上具有一个外推钉齿片,左推钉片和右推钉片上均具有两个推钉齿片,分别为第一推钉齿片和第二推钉齿片,第一推钉齿片和第二推钉齿片之间设有横向加强筋,外推钉齿片、第一推钉齿片和第二推钉齿片的高度分别与第三缝合钉、第二缝合钉和第一缝合钉的高度对应设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的具有分开式推钉片的钉仓组件,其特征在于,外 推钉齿片、第一推钉齿片和第二推钉齿片的顶表面具有推动缝合钉的钉座,钉座两端被形成为阶梯状凹槽口可支撑缝合钉的钉跨部以及钉跨部与钉腿部的接合处,使得推钉齿片接受到的作用力可全部传递至缝合钉。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的具有分开式推钉片的钉仓组件,其特征在于,推钉片受到推钉器的击发时可沿着钉仓本体的第一表面从近端向远端运动,推钉齿片沿着容纳槽的竖直方向进行上下运动,将对应容纳槽内的缝合钉朝着面向组织的方向进行上下运动。
  10. 一种吻合器,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1~9任一项所述的具有分开式推钉片的钉仓组件,当吻合器进行击发时,成钉高度由切割口向外逐渐增高。
