Description
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其涉及一种医用袢环及其制作方法。
袢环作用于骨科重建手术中韧带或肌腱与骨的固定,常用于膝关节的前后交叉韧带重建手术,肩锁关节脱位固定等。例如,在交叉韧带手术中,需要分别在股骨和胫骨上钻取骨隧道,使用带袢钛板与螺钉将两端不带骨块的韧带移植物固定在股骨与胫骨的骨隧道内。
在膝关节的交叉韧带重建手术中,韧带移植物应尽可能的完整填充股骨隧道,现有的带袢钛板分为定长型带袢钛板与可调节型带袢钛板。图1为现有技术的定长型带袢钛板的结构示意图,参考图1,定长型带袢钛板线圈通常为不同尺寸的固定规格,不具备调节线圈长度的能力,在使用前需要测量计算,且很难完整填充股骨隧道,会增加不必要的手术时间,存在手术风险,同时手术室也需要更多的空间以备库。图2为现有技术的可调节型带袢钛板的结构示意图,参考图2,可调节型带袢钛板可以解决定长型带袢钛板存在的问题,但市面上目前存在的产品在实际使用中由于肌腱等移植物的反作用力使线圈容易回退,不利于手术进行;且加工工艺复杂,需要使用专用设备进行绕线编织以满足与定长型带袢钛板同样的力学强度,投入成本高。

因此,有必要设计一种新型的医用袢环及其制作方法以避免现有技术中存在的上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种医用袢环及其制作方法,以解决现有技术中线圈长度不能进行调整,线圈容易在移植物的反作用力下回退,不利于手术进行的问题。

为解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种医用袢环,包括固定板和至少一根缝合线,所述固定板设有至少2个穿线孔,所述缝合线绕成第一线圈,所述第一线圈的两端部均穿过所述穿线孔,且所述第一线圈与所述固定板连接以形成用于固定移植物的第一固定部和第二固定部,使得所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部能共同分摊所述移植物的拉力,增大了医用袢环的整体受力强度,使得所述医用袢环更牢固,可以满足临床对结构力学的要求,能适用于固定具有不同拉力的移植物,而且在移植物的作用下所述第一线圈能自行滑动调整所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部的长度,保证所述第一固定部的长度和所述第二固定部的长度相同,使得无需在手术时进行多余的计算,缩短了手术时间,降低手术风险;所述第一线圈的两端部分别为第一伸缩端和第一固定端,所述第一伸缩端和所述第一固定端活动连接形成第一松紧部,使得在人为外力作用下通过所述第一松紧部能调节所述第一线圈的长度,即所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部的总体长度,同时所述第一松紧部对第一伸缩端和第一固定端形成锁紧力,而且因为所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部共同固定所述移植物,使得第一线圈的长度不会因为移植物的拉力作用而发生改变,即所述第一线圈在没有人为外力作用时不会因移植物的拉力作用而变长回退,保证了手术顺利进行,降低了手术风险。

图5为本发明另一些实施例中第一种松紧部的结构示意图。本发明另一些具体实施例中,参考图5,所述第一伸缩端113与所述第一固定端114通过穿线工艺活动连接形成所述第一松紧部(图中未标示),由于缝合线本身的编织工艺,缝合线的外表面粗糙度较高,缝合线内部的线孔也为粗糙内表面;借助穿线工艺将所述第一伸缩端113的部分缝合线段穿入所述第一固定端114的部分缝合线段中,使得所述第一伸缩端113的缝合线的外表面与所述第一固定端114的缝合线内部的线孔过盈配合,通过彼此的摩擦力提供防回退的作用。
本发明又一些具体实施例中,所述第一伸缩端与所述第一固定端通过捆绑方式活动连接形成所述第一松紧部,所述第一伸缩端与所述第一固定端通过捆绑方式活动连接,使得所述第一伸缩端与所述第一固定端的连接处的所述第一松紧部具有一定的摩擦力的同时也不会完全丧失活动能力,使得在手术进行时,所述第一线圈长度在人为外力下可以通过第一松紧部实现调节,具体的捆绑方 法为本领域的常规手段,在此不赘述。
本发明再一些具体实施例中,所述第一伸缩端与所述第一固定端均设置有卡扣件,所述第一伸缩端与所述第一固定端通过卡扣方式活动连接形成所述第一松紧部,卡扣件的具体结构为本领域的常规手段,在此不赘述,卡扣件可以对所述第一伸缩端与所述第一固定端形成锁紧力的同时,也不会使所述第一伸缩端相对所述第一固定端完全丧失活动能力,使得在手术进行时,所述第一线圈的长度在人为外力下可以通过第一松紧部实现调节。

本发明一些实施例中,所述第二伸缩端与所述第二固定端通过穿线工艺、嵌套方式、卡扣方式、卡夹方式和捆绑方式中的任意一种活动连接形成第二松 紧部,所述第二松紧部一方面对所述第二伸缩端与所述第二固定端形成锁紧力,使得在移植物的作用下所述第二线圈的长度不会自行变化,另一方面,所述第二松紧部也不会使所述第二伸缩端相对所述第二固定端完全丧失活动能力,使得在人为外力作用下可以通过所述第二松紧部活动调节所述第二线圈的长度。
本发明一些具体实施例中,所述第二固定端设有第二嵌套部,所述第二伸缩端穿过所述第二嵌套部与所述第二固定端活动连接形成所述第二松紧部,所述第二伸缩端穿过所述第二嵌套部简单容易,操作简单方便,便于制造医用袢环。
本发明另一些具体实施例中,所述第二伸缩端与所述第二固定端通过穿线工艺活动连接形成所述第二松紧部,由于缝合线本身的编织工艺,缝合线的外表面粗糙度较高,缝合线内部的线孔也为粗糙内表面;借助穿线工艺将所述第二伸缩端的部分缝合线段穿入所述第二固定端的部分缝合线段中,使得所述第二伸缩端的缝合线的外表面与所述第二固定端的缝合线内部的线孔过盈配合,通过彼此的摩擦力提供防回退的作用。
本发明又一些具体实施例中,所述第二伸缩端与所述第二固定端通过捆绑方式活动连接形成所述第二松紧部,所述第二伸缩端与所述第二固定端通过捆绑方式活动连接,使得所述第二伸缩端与所述第二固定端的连接处的所述第二松紧部具有一定的摩擦力的同时也不会完全丧失活动能力,使得在手术进行时,所述第二线圈长度在人为外力下可以通过第二松紧部实现调节,具体的捆绑方法为本领域的常规手段,在此不赘述。

本发明一些实施例中,将所述至少一根缝合线中的两根缝合线分别绕成所述第一线圈和所述第二线圈,所述第一线圈通过将一根所述缝合线按所述步骤S111进行编织,且形成所述第一松紧部后顺次执行以下步骤:
S122、将另一根所述缝合线的一端穿过所述步骤S111中的所述第一线圈形成所述相套结构后绕成所述第二线圈;
S123、将所述第二线圈的第二伸缩端和所述第二线圈的第二固定端活动连接形成第二松紧部或固定连接,以使所述第一线圈在所述固定板的第二侧形成用于固定移植物的所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部。
本发明一些具体实施例中,将所述至少一根缝合线中的两根缝合线分别绕成第一线圈和第二线圈时,所述第一伸缩端和所述第一固定端穿过不同的穿线孔,所述第二伸缩端和所述第二固定端穿过不同的穿线孔,且所述第二伸缩端穿过的穿线孔、所述第二固定端穿过的穿线孔与所述第一伸缩端穿过的穿线孔可以相同或不同,所述第二伸缩端穿过的穿线孔、所述第二固定端穿过的穿线孔与所述第一固定端穿过的穿线孔可以相同或不同。
本发明的另一些实施例中,所述步骤S123之后还包括:将所述第二固定端与所述第一固定端固定连接,此时在本发明一些具体实施例中,所述第二固定端穿过的穿线孔与所述第一固定端穿过的穿线孔不同,而所述第一伸缩端穿过的穿线孔和所述第一固定端穿过的穿线孔可以相同或不同,所述第二伸缩端穿过的穿线孔和所述第二固定端穿过的穿线孔可以相同或不同,而在本发明另一些具体实施例中,所述第二固定端穿过的穿线孔与所述第一固定端穿过的穿线孔相同,且所述第一伸缩端穿过的穿线孔和所述第一固定端穿过的穿线孔不同,所述第二伸缩端穿过的穿线孔和所述第二固定端穿过的穿线孔可以相同或不 同,而在本发明又一些具体实施例中,所述第二固定端穿过的穿线孔与所述第一固定端穿过的穿线孔相同,且所述第二伸缩端穿过的穿线孔和所述第二固定端穿过的穿线孔不同,所述第一伸缩端穿过的穿线孔和所述第一固定端穿过的穿线孔可以相同或不同。
本发明一些具体实施例中,参考图9和图14,一种医用袢环的制作方法,包括:
S1200、提供固定板200和2根缝合线(图中未标示),所述固定板200设有4个穿线孔201,所述穿线孔201分别为依次排列设置的第一穿线孔2011、第二穿线孔2012、第三穿线孔2013和第四穿线孔2014;
S1211、将一根所述缝合线(图中未标示)一端穿过所述第三穿线孔2013并在所述固定板200的第二侧(图中未标示)形成第一线圈110后,将所述第一线圈110的第一伸缩端113穿过第四穿线孔2014到所述固定板200的第一侧202,再将所述第一伸缩端113和所述第一线圈110的第一固定端114活动连接形成第一松紧部115;
S1222、将另一根所述缝合线(图中未标示)的一端穿过所述步骤S1211中的所述第一线圈110形成相套结构130后绕成第二线圈120;
S1233、将所述第二线圈120的第二伸缩端(图中未标示)和所述第二线圈120的第二固定端(图中未标示)分别穿过所述第三穿线孔2013和所述第四穿线孔2014到所述固定板200的第一侧202后,再将所述第二线圈120的第二伸缩端(图中未标示)和所述第二线圈120的第二固定端(图中未标示)固定连接,以使所述第一线圈110在所述固定板200的第二侧(图中未标示)形成用于固定移植物的第一固定部111和第二固定部112。
虽然在上文中详细说明了本发明的实施方式,但是对于本领域的技术人员来说显而易见的是,能够对这些实施方式进行各种修改和变化。但是,应理解,这种修改和变化都属于权利要求书中所述的本发明的范围和精神之内。而且, 在此说明的本发明可有其它的实施方式,并且可通过多种方式实施或实现。
Claims (18)
- 一种医用袢环,包括固定板和至少一根缝合线,其特征在于,所述固定板设有至少2个穿线孔,所述缝合线绕成第一线圈,所述第一线圈的两端部均穿过所述穿线孔,且所述第一线圈与所述固定板连接以形成用于固定移植物的第一固定部和第二固定部,所述第一线圈的两端部分别为第一伸缩端和第一固定端,所述第一伸缩端和所述第一固定端活动连接形成第一松紧部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的医用袢环,其特征在于,所述缝合线还绕成第二线圈,所述第二线圈的两端部分别为第二伸缩端和第二固定端,所述第二伸缩端和所述第二固定端均穿过所述穿线孔,所述第一线圈通过与所述第二线圈形成相套结构以实现与所述固定板连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的医用袢环,其特征在于,所述至少一根缝合线包括一根连续缝合线,所述第一线圈和所述第二线圈由所述一根连续缝合线穿过所述固定板的所述穿线孔编织而成。
- 根据权利要求2所述的医用袢环,其特征在于,所述第一线圈和所述第二线圈分别由所述至少一根缝合线中的两根缝合线穿过所述固定板的所述穿线孔编织而成。
- 根据权利要求4所述的医用袢环,其特征在于,所述第一固定端与所述第二固定端固定连接。
- 根据权利要求3或5所述的医用袢环,其特征在于,所述第一伸缩端和所述第一固定端穿过同一所述穿线孔。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的医用袢环,其特征在于,所述第一伸缩端和所述第一固定端分别穿过不同的所述穿线孔,且所述第一伸缩端和所述第一固定端在所述固定板的第一侧活动连接形成所述第一松紧部。
- 根据权利要求3或5所述的医用袢环,其特征在于,所述第二伸缩端和所述 第二固定端穿过同一所述穿线孔,且所述第二伸缩端和所述第二固定端活动连接形成第二松紧部。
- 根据权利要求3或5所述的医用袢环,其特征在于,所述第二伸缩端和所述第二固定端穿过同一所述穿线孔,且所述第二伸缩端和所述第二固定端固定连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的医用袢环,其特征在于,所述第二伸缩端和所述第二固定端分别穿过不同的所述穿线孔,且所述第二伸缩端和所述第二固定端在所述固定板的第一侧活动连接形成第二松紧部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的医用袢环,其特征在于,所述第二伸缩端和所述第二固定端分别穿过不同的所述穿线孔,且所述第二伸缩端和所述第二固定端固定连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的医用袢环,其特征在于,所述第二伸缩端与所述第二固定端通过穿线工艺、嵌套方式、卡扣方式、卡夹方式和捆绑方式中的任意一种活动连接形成第二松紧部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的医用袢环,其特征在于,所述第一线圈通过穿过若干所述穿线孔在所述固定板的第一侧形成至少一个固定部以实现与所述固定板连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的医用袢环,其特征在于,所述第一伸缩端与所述第一固定端通过穿线工艺、嵌套方式、卡扣方式、卡夹方式和捆绑方式中的任意一种活动连接形成所述第一松紧部。
- 一种如权利要求1-14中任一项所述的医用袢环的制作方法,其特征在于,包括:S0、提供所述固定板和所述至少一根缝合线,所述固定板设有至少2个所述穿线孔;S1、将所述缝合线绕设成所述第一线圈,将所述第一线圈的两端部均穿过所述穿线孔,且将所述第一线圈与所述固定板连接以形成用于固定移植物的所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部,将所述第一线圈的所述第一伸缩端和所述第一线圈的所述第一固定端活动连接形成所述第一松紧部。
- 根据权利要求15所述的医用袢环的制作方法,其特征在于,所述第一线圈通过穿过若干所述穿线孔在所述固定板的第一侧形成至少一个固定部以实现与所述固定板连接,则所述步骤S1具体为:S101、将所述缝合线的一端穿过若干所述穿线孔在所述固定板的第一侧形成至少一个所述固定部以实现与所述固定板连接,以及在所述固定板的第二侧形成所述第一线圈;S102、将所述第一线圈的第一伸缩端和所述第一线圈的第一固定端活动连接形成所述第一松紧部并设置在所述固定板的第一侧,以使所述第一线圈在所述固定板的第二侧形成用于固定移植物的所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部。
- 根据权利要求15所述的医用袢环的制作方法,其特征在于,所述缝合线还绕成第二线圈,所述第一线圈通过与所述第二线圈形成相套结构以实现与所述固定板连接,且所述第一线圈和所述第二线圈由一根连续缝合线穿过所述固定板的所述穿线孔编织而成,则所述步骤S1具体为:S111、将所述一根连续缝合线部分穿过所述穿线孔并在所述固定板的第二侧形成所述第一线圈,且将所述第一线圈的第一伸缩端和所述第一线圈的第一固定端活动连接形成所述第一松紧部;S112、将所述第一固定端从所述固定板的第一侧穿过所述穿线孔并穿过所述第一线圈形成所述相套结构后绕设成所述第二线圈,将所述第二线圈的第二伸缩端和所述第二线圈的第二固定端活动连接形成所述第二松紧部或固定连接,以使所述第一线圈在所述固定板的第二侧形成用于固定移植物的所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部。
- 根据权利要求17所述的医用袢环的制作方法,其特征在于,将所述至少一根缝合线中的两根缝合线分别绕成所述第一线圈和所述第二线圈,所述第一线圈通过将一根所述缝合线按所述步骤S111进行编织,且形成所述第一松紧部后顺次执行以下步骤:S122、将另一根所述缝合线的一端穿过所述步骤S111中的所述第一线圈形成所述相套结构后绕成所述第二线圈;S123、将所述第二线圈的第二伸缩端和所述第二线圈的第二固定端活动连接形成所述第二松紧部或固定连接,以使所述第一线圈在所述固定板的第二侧形成用于固定移植物的所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部。
