发明内容
本发明提供了一种直插式LED气球架,结构简单,发光支杆可以实现快速的插接通电发光,可以随时增减发光支杆的数量和维修更换,可以灵活增减气球的数量和调整气球的位置,十分方便。

作为优选,所述的气球连接座包括轴套,所述的轴套的一端设置有气球支撑环,所述的气球支撑环通过若干根连接杆与轴套相连,所述的轴套的外侧设置有呈T形的气球锚接部,所述的轴套的另一端侧壁上设置有延伸至端部的开槽,开槽使轴套的端部直径可以进行一定放大,可以快速套接在主杆上,还不容易脱落。
所述的气球支撑环通过若干根连接杆与轴套相连,气球支撑环用于支撑气球的底部,使气球不会随意晃动,气球锚接部用于气球收口部的卷绕锚接,这样就无需对气球收口部进行打结密封,方便气球的安装和拆卸。
作为优选,所述的底座的下端可拆卸连接有配重座,所述的配重座的内部设置有配重块且下端安装有防滑片,所述的防滑片的表面设置有若干防滑 凸条,通过配重座可以使整个气球架可以稳定地放置在平面上,不容易被风吹倒,而带有防滑凸条的防滑片具有防滑效果,当气球架放置在光滑平面上时不容易进行滑动。
作为优选,所述的插孔处设置有向下延伸的导向壁,导向壁可以对支杆的插入就行导向。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
结构简单,采用直插的方式实现支杆的安装,发光支杆可以实现快速的插接通电发光,可以随时增减发光支杆的数量和维修更换;
通过设置分叉杆和气球连接座可以实现气球的固定,并通过灵活调整分叉杆的位置和数量来灵活增减气球的数量和调整气球的位置十分方便。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行 清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-4示,本发明提供一种直插式LED气球架,包括底座1和支杆7,所述的底座1的内部安装有若干个供电插座14,所述的底座1的顶部设置有若干个与供电插座14一一对应的插孔6,所述的支杆7包括透明管体71和设置在透明管体71内部的光源,所述的透明管体71的下端设置有与光源电性连接的供电插接头9,所述的支杆7竖直插入到插孔6中,同时供电插接头9插入到对应的供电插座14中与供电插座14内部的导电针15相插接。
支杆7内的光源供电就是通过供电插接头9与导电针15相插接来实现的,在供电插座14始终有电的情况下,将支杆7插入到插孔6内就可以使光源亮起来,而将支杆7拔出来就可以实现断电,随插随用,十分方便。
另外,所述的支杆7上设置有至少一个可沿着支杆7上下移动和转动的分叉杆2,所述的分叉杆2的顶部和/或支杆7的顶部套接有气球连接座3,气球连接座3用于连接气球,一根分叉杆2上可以安装一个气球,所以可以通过增加支杆7上分叉杆2的数量来增加气球的数量,而一个气球架上往往不止一个支杆7,所以可以灵活调整气球的数量。
而通过分叉杆2在支杆的上下移动和转动可以调整气球的位置和朝向,从而调整整个气球架上气球的整体布局,达到最优的美观度。
如图9所示,所述的底座1内部设置有底板11,所述的底板11上设置有若干个插座固定座13,所述的供电插座14固定在插座固定座13内,通过插座固定座13可以牢固且准确地固定供电插座14,保证供电插座14与插孔6一一对应。
所述的底板11上还安装有内置电池的电池仓16和开关座18,所述的供电插座14、电池仓16以及开关座18内的电源开关10依次串联连接,电池仓 16用于给整个气球架提供电源,而电池仓16的底部安装有可拆卸的电池盖板,可以方便更换电池。
如图7所示,通过电源开关10可以一键控制气球架的发光,电源开关10露出在底座1顶面,方便操作。
如图3-6所示,所述的透明管体71的下端塞入设置有插接头固定件8,所述的插接头固定件8呈柱形,由对分的第一半柱体81和第二半柱体82对接组成,所述的供电插接头9的上部位于第一半柱体81和第二半柱体82之间,安装的时候先将第一半柱体81和第二半柱体82把供电插接头9夹住,然后塞入到透明管体71的端部,位于第一半柱体81和第二半柱体82可以发生一定的形变,所以插接头固定件8可以牢牢地固定在透明管体71的端部并夹紧电插接头9。
当然在实际使用的时候,可以在插接头固定件8的外侧涂抹胶水,实现插接头固定件8的牢固安装。
其中,所述的插接头固定件8的一端外侧形成一圈台阶83,所述的透明管体71的一端与台阶83顶住,所述的第一半柱体81和第二半柱体82之间上部形成通线孔85,所述的第一半柱体81或第二半柱体82的外侧壁上开有延伸至供电插接头9的通孔84,所述的通孔84的上侧设置有沿着第一半柱体81或第二半柱体82的侧壁往上延伸的置线槽86,与光源相连的导线4有两根,一根从通线孔85进入与供电插接头9相连,另一根沿着置线槽86进入到通孔85中与供电插接头9相连,在供电插接头9固定的同时方便供电插接头9的接线,方便后期进行维修。
所述的光源为沿着支杆7的长度方向设置的若干个LED灯珠5,所述的LED灯珠5通过导线4进行串联且与供电插接头9进行电性连接,通过LED灯珠5可以呈现出整根支杆7都在发光的效果,而且各个LED灯珠5可以发出不同颜色的灯光。
如图10-11所示,所述的分叉杆2包括斜向布置的主杆21和设置在主杆21一端水平布置的C形夹22,所述的C形夹22夹住支杆7的外壁,所述的主杆21的另一端套接有气球连接座3,所述的C形夹22的内径小于支杆的外径,这样C形夹22可以产生一定的弹性并夹住支杆7,使分叉杆2不会自行下落。
而且所述的主杆21的截面呈十字形,十字形截面的主杆21不但可以节省材料,还可以提高主杆21的强度,不容易出现弯折的情况。
如图12所示,所述的气球连接座3包括轴套31,所述的轴套31的一端设置有气球支撑环36,所述的气球支撑环36通过若干根连接杆35与轴套31相连,所述的轴套31的外侧设置有呈T形的气球锚接部33,所述的轴套31的另一端侧壁上设置有延伸至端部的开槽34,开槽34使轴套的端部直径可以进行一定放大,可以快速套接在主杆上,还不容易脱落。
所述的气球支撑环36通过若干根连接杆35与轴套31相连,气球支撑环36用于支撑气球的底部,使气球不会随意晃动,气球锚接部33用于气球收口部的卷绕锚接,这样就无需对气球收口部进行打结密封,方便气球的安装和拆卸。
如图2和8所示,所述的底座1的下端可拆卸连接有配重座12,所述的配重座12的内部设置有配重块且下端安装有防滑片19,所述的防滑片19的表面设置有若干防滑凸条191,通过配重座12可以使整个气球架可以稳定地放置在平面上,不容易被风吹倒,而带有防滑凸条191的防滑片19具有防滑效果,当气球架放置在光滑平面上时不容易进行滑动。
同时,所述的插孔6处设置有向下延伸的导向壁61,导向壁可以对支杆的插入就行导向。
虽然在上文中已经参考实施例对本发明进行了描述,然而在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部 件。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,本发明所披露的实施例中的各项特征均可通过任意方式相互结合起来使用,在本说明书中未对这些组合的情况进行穷举性的描述仅仅是出于省略篇幅和节约资源的考虑。因此,本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种直插式LED气球架,包括底座(1)和支杆(7),其特征在于,所述的底座(1)的内部安装有若干个供电插座(14),所述的底座(1)的顶部设置有若干个与供电插座(14)一一对应的插孔(6),所述的支杆(7)包括透明管体(71)和设置在透明管体(71)内部的光源,所述的透明管体(71)的下端设置有与光源电性连接的供电插接头(9),所述的支杆(7)竖直插入到插孔(6)中,同时供电插接头(9)插入到对应的供电插座(14)中与供电插座(14)内部的导电针(15)相插接,所述的支杆(7)上设置有至少一个可沿着支杆(7)上下移动和转动的分叉杆(2),所述的分叉杆(2)的顶部和/或支杆(7)的顶部套接有气球连接座(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的直插式LED气球架,其特征在于:所述的底座(1)内部设置有底板(11),所述的底板(11)上设置有若干个插座固定座(13),所述的供电插座(14)固定在插座固定座(13)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的直插式LED气球架,其特征在于:所述的底板(11)上还安装有内置电池的电池仓(16)和开关座(18),所述的供电插座(14)、电池仓(16)以及开关座(18)内的电源开关(10)依次串联连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的直插式LED气球架,其特征在于:所述的透明管体(71)的下端塞入设置有插接头固定件(8),所述的插接头固定件(8)呈柱形,由对分的第一半柱体(81)和第二半柱体(82)对接组成,所述的供电插接头(9)的上部位于第一半柱体(81)和第二半柱体(82)之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的直插式LED气球架,其特征在于:所述的插接头固定件(8)的一端外侧形成一圈台阶(83),所述的透明管体(71)的一端与台阶(83)顶住,所述的第一半柱体(81)和第二半柱体(82)之间上部形成通线孔(85),所述的第一半柱体(81)或第二半柱体(82)的外侧壁上开有延伸至供电插接头(9)的通孔(84),所述的通孔(84)的上侧设 置有沿着第一半柱体(81)或第二半柱体(82)的侧壁往上延伸的置线槽(86)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的直插式LED气球架,其特征在于:所述的光源为沿着支杆(7)的长度方向设置的若干个LED灯珠(5),所述的LED灯珠(5)通过导线(4)进行串联且与供电插接头(9)进行电性连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的直插式LED气球架,其特征在于:所述的分叉杆(2)包括斜向布置的主杆(21)和设置在主杆(21)一端水平布置的C形夹(22),所述的C形夹(22)夹住支杆(7)的外壁,所述的主杆(21)的另一端套接有气球连接座(3)。
  8. 根据权利要求1或7所述的直插式LED气球架,其特征在于:所述的气球连接座(3)包括轴套(31),所述的轴套(31)的一端设置有气球支撑环(36),所述的气球支撑环(36)通过若干根连接杆(35)与轴套(31)相连,所述的轴套(31)的外侧设置有呈T形的气球锚接部(33),所述的轴套(31)的另一端侧壁上设置有延伸至端部的开槽(34)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的直插式LED气球架,其特征在于:所述的底座(1)的下端可拆卸连接有配重座(12),所述的配重座(12)的内部设置有配重块且下端安装有防滑片(19),所述的防滑片(19)的表面设置有若干防滑凸条(191)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的直插式LED气球架,其特征在于:所述的插孔(6)处设置有向下延伸的导向壁(61)。
