Description
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种俯卧用人体生态手术架。
俯卧式是很多疾病在治疗过程中需要采取的手术方式,现有技术对于病人俯卧姿势的手术或治疗没有成型的专用设备,解决方法是在病人身体下加入各种垫枕,头部用四根支柱的方型支撑架支撑,男性病人要捋顺阴部避免扭压、女性病人要避免胸部的挤压,口、鼻部要防止阻塞呼吸,如果是丧失自主行动能力的病人,就需要6至11名医护人员对病人进行翻身处置,为避免翻转过程中对病人的手臂、手指、颈部、脚趾等部分造成伤害,需要分工明确紧密配合,这已经是护理人员的一门专业课程,有关方面更是投入了很多的人、财、物力。俯卧式手术或治疗对于呼吸系统的危重患者而言更是如此。在治疗呼吸系统感染病人的紧急处理过程中,将病患俯卧固定已成为全球医护人员治疗危重症病人普遍采取的治疗策略,起到了非常明显的治疗效果。但把病人由仰躺翻转成俯卧也成为了医护人员最重的“体力劳动”。
然而,病人俯卧后由于是趴在各种垫枕上,双腿的开合、双臂的打开受到极大限制,医生需要再次处置,才能满足手术条件,人力、物力、时间成本非常繁重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种俯卧用人体生态手术架,有助于解决上述技术问题。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种俯卧用人体生态手术架,其包括生态架、横杆、升降杆和手术床;所述生态架设置在所述横杆上,所述横杆的两端分别设置有所述升降杆;所述升降杆包括上杆段、套筒和下杆段;所述上杆段的一端与所述横杆连接,另一端设置在所述套筒中;所述下杆段呈L形,所述下杆段的一端设置在所述套筒中,另一端用于设置在手术床上;所述生态架包括沿第一方向依次设置的头部生态架、躯干部生态架和腿部生态架,所述第一方向与所述横杆的长度方向垂直;所述躯干部生态架包括第一臂架、胸腹部生态架和第二臂架;所述第一臂架、所述胸腹部生态架和所述第二臂架沿所述横杆的长度方向依次设置,且所述第一臂架、所述胸腹部生态架和所述第二臂架均沿所述第一方向延伸;所述腿部生态架包括第一腿架和第二腿架;所述第一腿架和所述第二腿架沿所述横杆的长度方向依次设置,且所述第一腿架和所述第二腿架均沿所述第一方向延伸。
上述俯卧用人体生态手术架在使用时,起初病人仰躺在病床上,首先将固定在横杆的生态架通过横杆、升降杆固定在病床的上方,使生态架各个部位扣合在人体的上方。然后,通过调节压力螺柱的长短,把生态架和横杆、升降杆的重量作用在床面上,达到生态架与病人身体接抵,但不压迫病人的效果,再调节L形升降杆的方向并与手术床第二框架抵接、螺合,此时,病人处于生态架和手术床第二框架之间,通过升降装置的同步升起,把手术床的第二框架、生态架、病人举升至一定高度,再通过转动轴既能实现病人的翻转,此时,病人面朝下俯卧在生态架上,L形升降杆呈倒置方向。接着,下降升降装置的高度,使得病人位于病床上合理的高度位置,再逐个把倒置的L形升降杆从手术床的第二框架上拧下,绕横杆旋转90度 至L形向下的位置,调节L形升降杆的高度和固定方向,然后,逐一拧紧固定在手术床的第一框架上,或者利用其它结构的支撑架安置在地面上,也包括其它的多种安置生态架和病人的方式。撤去手术床的第二框架,拧入压力螺柱,降回升降装置,此时,病人就完成处于生态架之中。需要打开病人的双臂,通过卸下胸腹部的升降杆更换直杆实现,需要打开病人的双腿,卸下固定第一框架第一床架与第二床架的旋转子扣和固定母扣的连接,再拧开腿部生态架与其下方任一段床架与L形升降杆的连接,卸下腿部生态架的横杆和升降杆,使腿部生态架相对于胸腹部生态架实现独立转动,再固定在设置的其它结构的独立支撑架上,撤出腿部生态架下方的任一段床架。此时,病人头部、胸腹部位于另一段第一框架床架支撑的生态架上,腿部位于其它结构的独立支撑架支撑的腿部生态架上,双腿打开、裆部空旷无物,方便医护人员的治疗或手术操作。
进一步地,所述第一臂架与所述胸腹部生态架的铰接轴与所述套筒的轴线平行,所述第二臂架与所述胸腹部生态架的铰接轴与所述套筒的轴线平行;所述第一腿架与所述胸腹部生态架的铰接轴与所述套筒的轴线平行,所述第二腿架与所述胸腹部生态架的铰接轴与所述套筒的轴线平行。
进一步地,所述上杆段、所述下杆段均与所述套筒螺接;所述套筒设置有内螺纹,所述上杆段的外壁、所述下杆段的外壁分别设置有旋向相反的外螺纹。
进一步地,所述上杆段均与所述横杆转动连接;所述上杆段能够绕所述横杆的轴线旋转。
进一步地,还包括固定直杆;卸下所述升降杆后,所述横杆能够通过所述固定直杆固定安装到手术床上;所述横杆的横断面呈矩形。
进一步地,还包括压力螺柱;所述压力螺柱与所述横杆螺接,所述横杆通过所述压力螺柱放置在手术床的上表面。
进一步地,所述头部生态架包括支撑杆、弧形护罩和颚托,所述弧形护罩通过所述支撑杆设置在所述横杆上,用于承托头部;所述颚托通过两个固定片设置在所述支撑杆上,用于承托颚部;所述固定片的一端与所述颚托铰接,另一端与所述支撑杆铰接。
进一步地,所述手术床包括第一框架、第二框架、立柱和升降装置;所述第一框架和所述第二框架均为矩形框架,所述第二框架设置在所述第一框架内,所述第一框架和所述第二框架之间设置有转动轴,所述第二框架能够绕所述转动轴的轴线相对于所述第一框架旋转。
进一步地,所述第一框架包括第一床架和第二床架;所述第一床架包括第一横梁、第一纵梁和第二纵梁;所述第二床架包括第二横梁、第三纵梁和第四纵梁;所述第一横梁和所述第二横梁相互平行,所述第一纵梁与所述第三纵梁同轴设置,所述第二纵梁与所述第四纵梁同轴设置;当所述第一纵梁与所述第三纵梁贴合且所述第二纵梁与所述第四纵梁贴合时,所述第一横梁、第一纵梁、第三纵梁、第二横梁、第四纵梁、第二纵梁依次连接,使所述第一框架呈矩形。
进一步地,所述立柱的数量为八个;所述第一床架和所述第二床架分别与四个所述立柱连接;所述第一床架上设置有旋转子扣,所述第二床架上对应设置有固定母扣;或者,所述第一床架的所述立柱上设置有所述旋转子扣,所述第二床架的所述立柱上设置有所述固定母扣;所述旋转子扣和所述固定母扣可拆卸连接,用于将第一床架和第二床架连接或分离。
进一步地,所述升降装置包括第一升降器、第二升降器、第一升降座和第二升降座;所述第一升降座和所述第二升降座均设置在所述转动轴的下方,所述第一升降座和所述第二升降座沿所述第一方向依次设置;所述第一升降座和所述第二升降座均为弧形;所述第一升降器设置在所述第一升降座的下方,所述第一升降器的顶升杆与所述转动轴连接;所述第二升降器设置在所述第二升降座的下方,所述第二升降器的顶升杆与所述转动 轴连接。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的俯卧用人体生态手术架,利用上杆段、套筒和下杆段的可调节的升降杆和与固定在横杆上的生态架,能够将生态架在病人仰躺和俯卧的状态中分别安装固定,完成病人在仰躺状态和俯卧状态之间的自由转换。

在上述实施例的基础上,可选地,如图7所示,第一臂架121与胸腹部生态架122的铰接轴与套筒320的轴线平行,第二臂架123与胸腹部生态架122的铰接轴与套筒320的轴线平行;第一腿架131与胸腹部生态架122的铰接轴与套筒320的轴线平行,第二腿架132与胸腹部生态架122的铰接轴与套筒320的轴线平行。
在上述实施例的基础上,可选地,如图1、图2、图4所示,上杆段310、下杆段330均与套筒320螺接;套筒320设置有内螺纹,上杆段310的外壁、下杆段330的外壁分别设置有旋向相反的外螺纹,上杆段310的上部套设在横杆200上。
在上述实施例的基础上,可选地,如图3、图5所示,还包括固定直杆 500;卸下升降杆300后,横杆200能够通过固定直杆500固定安装到手术床700上;横杆200的横断面呈矩形。
在上述实施例的基础上,可选地,如图4所示,还包括压力螺柱600;压力螺柱600与横杆200螺接,横杆200通过压力螺柱600放置在手术床700的上表面。
在上述实施例的基础上,可选地,如图6所示,头部生态架110包括支撑杆111、弧形护罩112和颚托113,弧形护罩112通过支撑杆111设置在横杆200上,用于承托头部;颚托113通过两个固定片114设置在支撑杆111上,用于承托颚部;固定片114的一端与颚托113铰接,另一端与支撑杆111铰接。

- 根据权利要求1所述的俯卧用人体生态手术架,其特征在于,还包括固定直杆(500);卸下所述升降杆(300)后,所述横杆(200)能够通过所述固定直杆(500)固定安装到手术床(700)上;所述横杆(200)的横断面呈矩形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的俯卧用人体生态手术架,其特征在于,还包括压力螺柱(600);所述压力螺柱(600)与所述横杆(200)螺接,所述横杆(200)通过所述压力螺柱(600)放置在手术床(700)的上表面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的俯卧用人体生态手术架,其特征在于,所述头部生态架(110)包括支撑杆(111)、弧形护罩(112)和颚托(113),所述弧形护罩(112)通过所述支撑杆(111)设置在所述横杆(200)上,用于承托头部;所述颚托(113)通过两个固定片(114)设置在所述支撑杆(111)上,用于承托颚部;所述固定片(114)的一端与所述颚托(113)铰接,另一端与所述支撑杆(111)铰接。
