Description
A SYSTEM FOR ADDING PERSONS QUICKLY IN INSTANT MESSAGING APPLICATIONS
Technical Field
The present invention relates to system which ensures that when at least one of the users included in a group wants to add a new user to the group on digital messaging applications, the said user can participate in the group without being added to the group administrators’ directory.
Background of the Invention
The frequency of use for mobile devices have been increasing together with the frequency of use for applications being used on thereof and mobile applications provide solutions in different fields in our lives. Most of mobile applications are OTT applications which allow data transmission over Internet and provide service of audio, SMS, MMS and image among persons who use the application. Today, instant messaging applications head applications which are used in mobile devices. On instant messaging applications, users can message between each other or in groups consisting of a plurality of users and send image, audio file or video record. One or more persons/s usually become administrator in messaging groups and when new users want to participate in a group, an administrator has to add them or they have to be registered in the administrator directory. The number of transactions increase and the time of adding extends as well, in the event that it is requested to add a user who is not registered in an administrator’s directory to the group by the administrator. Therefore, today there is need for solutions which will enable to add a user -who is new and not registered in a directory- to a group without being added to the directory.
The United States patent document no. US2018337797A1, an application in the state of the art, discloses systems and methods for adding a new member to a chat group. The said invention can add a new member through a barcode-scanning process or an existing-member-invitation process, transmit the relationship of the added person with the existing members and the information of addition by creating a notification for the existing members and it keeps the user privacy when adding a new member and accelerates the transaction of adding a new member. The disclosed invention can enable an invitation to be approved by the group administrator when the existing member is created by an invitation process but the existing member is not the group administrator or it can enable to facilitate the group administrator’s work by creating an approval by means of a computer and enables to add persons by maintaining the information of the group administrator.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to realize a system which ensures that when at least one of the users included in a group wants to add a new user to the group on digital messaging applications, the said user can participate in the group without being added to the group administrators’ directory.
Another objective of the present invention is to realize a system which enables to send a notification stating that it is requested to add a new person to the group, to the group administrator upon words that evoke an adding transaction next to the user who is requested to be added in correspondences wherein it is requested to add a user to the group in digital messaging applications.
Detailed Description of the Invention
“A system for adding persons quickly in instant messaging applications” realized to fulfil the objective of the present invention is shown in the figure attached, in which:
Figure 1 is a schematic view of the inventive system for adding persons quickly in instant messaging applications.
The components illustrated in the figure are individually numbered, where the numbers refer to the following:

2. Electronic device
3. Instant messaging application
4. Application server
The inventive system (1) for enabling group administrators to add new users to groups without adding them to their own directory comprises: at least one electronic device (2) which is configured to run at least one application on it and to establish communication with at least one remove server by using any remote communication protocol; at least one instant messaging application (3) which is configured to be run on the electronic device (2) and to enable at least users to realize messaging with other users and/or in at least one group wherein a plurality of users are included in different message types such as text, sound, image; ensures that each messaging group has at least one administrator; enables users who are included in a group to make requests of adding a new user to the group and to take new users to the group upon the administrator’s approval; and at least one application server (4) which is configured to establish communication with electronic device (2) by using any remote
communication protocol; to realize data exchange with the instant messaging application (3) being run on the electronic device (2) over this communication established; to receive the request of adding user that is taken over at least one electronic device (2); to share the user’s request off adding with the “add to the group” feature of the administrator’s electronic device and to request approval from the administrator; to receive the approval given by the administrator with the instant messaging application (3) over the electronic device (2) and to add the new user to the instant messaging application (3).
The electronic device (2) included in the inventive system (1) is a device such as smartphone, tablet computer, desktop computer or portable computer configured to run at least one instant messaging application (3) on it. The said electronic device (2) is configured to establish connection with the application server (4) by using any remote communication protocol included in the state of the art and to ensure that data exchange is realized between the instant messaging application (3) and the application server (4) over this connection established. The electronic device (2) is configured to get service from a mobile network operator by means of a SIM card it has and/or to use a wireless data bus such as Internet. In the inventive system (1), the electronic device (2) is a mobile phone.
In the inventive system (1), the instant messaging application (3) is configured to be run on the electronic device (2) and to realize data exchange over the communication established between the electronic device (2) and the application server (4). The said instant messaging application (3) is configured to enable users to realize messaging with other users in a messaging group wherein other users and at least one administrator user is included in different message types such as text, sound, image. The instant messaging application (3) is configured to receive the information of the user who is requested to be added to the group from users by means of an identity/contact card and to share it with the application server (4)
over the electronic device (2). The instant messaging application (3) is configured to provide the information about the person who is requested to be added to group newly from the application server (4) and to present it to the user who is the administrator together with an option of “addition to the group”. The instant messaging application (3) which is configured to share the approval information with the application server (4) over the electronic device (2), upon the administrator gives approval.
The application server (4) included in the inventive system (1) is configured to establish communication with electronic device (2) by using any remote communication protocol included in the state of the art and to realize data exchange with the instant messaging application (3) being run on the electronic device (2) over this communication established. In one preferred embodiment of the invention, the application server (4) is configured to establish communication with electronic device (2) over a data network such as Internet and to receive the request of adding a user to the group from the instant messaging application (3) being run on the electronic device (2) over this communication established and to share it with the electronic device (2) user who is the administrator. The application server (4) is configured to present the information of adding a new user to the group such that an option of “add to the group” is included and to wait for an approval from the administrator. The application server (4) is configured to add a new user to the group automatically without adding him/her to the directory in the electronic device (2) in the event that an approval is received from the administrator.
In the inventive system (1), the application server (4) is configured to follow up the talks being realized by the instant messaging application (3) in a messaging group and to share information about a user who is requested to be added and the request to add with the administrator by means of the instant messaging application (3) over the electronic device (2) in the event that a request of adding at least one user to the group is received and words of adding, participation are
mentioned in the group before or after this request. The application server (4) is configured to ensure that a user is automatically included in the group without adding a new user to the group administrators’ directory, upon an approval information is received in the instant messaging application (3).
With the inventive system (1), when users who message over the instant messaging application (3) request a new person to be added to the group, the application server (4) offers an option of “add to the group” to the administrator without the need for adding the person to his/her electronic device (2) directory and thus the administrator can add the new user to the messaging group without adding the new user to his/her directory.
Within these basic concepts; it is possible to develop various embodiments of the inventive system (1) for adding persons quickly in instant messaging applications; the invention cannot be limited to examples disclosed herein and it is essentially according to claims.
Claims
1. A system (1) for enabling group administrators to add new users to groups without adding them to their own directory; characterized by at least one electronic device (2) which is configured to run at least one application on it and to establish communication with at least one remove server by using any remote communication protocol; at least one instant messaging application (3) which is configured to be run on the electronic device (2) and to enable at least users to realize messaging with other users and/or in at least one group wherein a plurality of users are included in different message types such as text, sound, image; ensures that each messaging group has at least one administrator; enables users who are included in a group to make requests of adding a new user to the group and to take new users to the group upon the administrator’s approval; and at least one application server (4) which is configured to establish communication with electronic device (2) by using any remote communication protocol; to realize data exchange with the instant messaging application (3) being run on the electronic device (2) over this communication established; to receive the request of adding user that is taken over at least one electronic device (2); to share the user’s request off adding with the “add to the group” feature of the administrator’s electronic device and to request approval from the administrator; to receive the approval given by the administrator with the instant messaging application (3) over the electronic device (2) and to add the new user to the instant messaging application (3).
2. A system (1) according to Claim 1; characterized by the electronic device (2) which is a device such as smartphone, tablet computer, desktop computer or portable computer configured to run at least one instant messaging application (3) on it.

A system (1) according to Claim 1 or 2; characterized by the electronic device (2) which is configured to establish connection with the application server (4) by using any remote communication protocol included in the state of the art and to ensure that data exchange is realized between the instant messaging application (3) and the application server (4) over this connection established.
4. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the electronic device (2) which is configured to get service from a mobile network operator by means of a SIM card it has and/or to use a wireless data bus such as Internet.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the instant messaging application (3) which is configured to be run on the electronic device (2) and to realize data exchange over the communication established between the electronic device (2) and the application server (4).

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the instant messaging application (3) which is configured to enable users to realize messaging with other users in a messaging group wherein other users and at least one administrator user is included in different message types such as text, sound, image.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the instant messaging application (3) which is configured to receive the information of the user who is requested to be added to the group from users by means of an identity /contact card and to share it with the application server (4) over the electronic device (2).
8. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the instant messaging application (3) which is configured to provide the

information about the person who is requested to be added to group newly from the application server (4) and to present it to the user who is the administrator together with an option of “addition to the group”.
9. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the instant messaging application (3) which is configured to share the approval information with the application server (4) over the electronic device (2), upon the administrator gives approval.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the application server (4) which is configured to establish communication with electronic device (2) by using any remote communication protocol included in the state of the art and to realize data exchange with the instant messaging application (3) being run on the electronic device (2) over this communication established.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the application server (4) which is configured to establish communication with electronic device (2) over a data network such as Internet and to receive the request of adding a user to the group from the instant messaging application (3) being run on the electronic device (2) over this communication established and to share it with the electronic device (2) user who is the administrator.
12. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the application server (4) which is configured to present the information of adding a new user to the group such that an option of “add to the group” is included and to wait for an approval from the administrator.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the application server (4) which is configured to add a new user to the group automatically without adding him/her to the directory in the electronic device (2) in the event that an approval is received from the administrator.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the application server (4) which is configured to follow up the talks being realized by the instant messaging application (3) in a messaging group and to share information about a user who is requested to be added and the request to add with the administrator by means of the instant messaging application (3) over the electronic device (2) in the event that a request of adding at least one user to the group is received and words of adding, participation are mentioned in the group before or after this request.

A system (1) according to Claim 14; characterized by the application server (4) which is configured to ensure that a user is automatically included in the group without adding a new user to the group administrators’ directory, upon an approval information is received in the instant messaging application (3).
