Description
CLEANING PRODUCT AND METHOD FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF THE SAME
Subject of the Invention
The invention relates to a cleaning product, wherein a cleaning paper containing at least one cleaning agent that becomes active upon contact with water and a cleaning paper not containing any cleaning agent are provided for use together and successively according to an order, and to a method for the manufacture of said cleaning product.
State of the Art
Today, the cleaning cloths are frequently utilized for the purpose of cleaning in many spaces, notably in the kitchens, bathrooms and toilet rooms. In case said cloths are to be used for the purpose of drying, the cloths are left to dry after the drying process is finished and are reused once they are dried. In case said cloths are to be used for the purpose of cleaning, a detergent, a bleach or a similar cleaning agent is poured on the cloth or the surface, and after the cleaning process, the surface and the cloth are rinsed and the cloth is left to dry. The use of a cloth and a cleaner for the purpose of cleaning causes virtual pollution as a result of the cloth being left to dry after the use and further, the cloth that is used repeatedly by being washed leads to certain problems of hygiene and brings about the requirement for the user to keep available a cleaner in addition to the cloth.
The disposable cleaning papers may be preferred in order to preclude the drawbacks caused by the reuse of the cleaning cloths after washing the same. Said cleaning papers provide a solution for the user in cases where it is desired to remove a liquid from a surface. However, when they are used along with a cleaner for the purpose of cleaning a surface, they break up and fail to show the desired performance as they lack sufficient wet strength. Again, such use involves the necessity for the user to keep available an additional cleaner.
With the invention, a disposable cleaning paper, which has high wet strength and thus does not break up when it is wet, which is able to be maintained dry when not used owing to the cleaning agent it contains becoming active upon contact with water and which allows a desired surface to be cleaned without any need for an extra cleaner owing to the cleaning agent becoming active when said cleaning paper is wet, and a disposable cleaning paper, which does not contain any cleaner, are provided for use sequentially and successively, and in this way, it is made possible to provide the cleaning paper, which contains the cleaning agent, and the cleaning paper, which does not contain any cleaning agent and is intended for drying the cleaned surface, to the user sequentially and inside the same body.

An object of the invention is to develop a cleaning product wherein a cleaning paper that contains a cleaning agent and a cleaning paper that does not contain any cleaning agent are
provided for use inside the same body, and a method for the manufacture of said cleaning product.
Another object of the invention is to develop a cleaning product wherein a cleaning paper that contains a cleaning agent and a cleaning paper that does not contain any cleaning agent are provided for use sequentially, and a method for the manufacture of said cleaning product.
Another object of the invention is to develop a cleaning product, which enables a user to access with one hand the cleaning papers with and without a cleaning agent, and a method for the manufacture of said cleaning product.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The invention relates to a cleaning product, wherein two different cleaning papers are provided for use successively and according to a certain order, and to a method for the manufacture of said cleaning product. In other words, the invention relates to a cleaning product, wherein a cleaning paper (1) containing at least one cleaning agent that becomes active upon contact with water and a cleaning paper (2) not containing any cleaning agent are provided for use together and successively according to an order, and to a method for the manufacture of said cleaning product.
The cleaning product according to the invention comprises in its most basic form at least one cleaning paper with cleaning agent (1) and a cleaning paper without cleaning agent (2). A
preferred embodiment of the invention comprises a dispenser in which said cleaning papers are positioned and at least one dispenser opening which enables said cleaning papers to be provided for use from within the dispenser. In this preferred embodiment of the invention, the cleaning papers are positioned in the dispenser in the manner of V-folds. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the dispenser is a cardboard box or a packaging manufactured from polyethylene.
The cleaning papers start at the base and extend in a direction, and after they have advanced through a desired sheet size, they fold and advance in the other direction over the previous sheet, and this movement continues until a desired quantity of cleaning papers are obtained. Further, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the cleaning papers are disposed such that two plies of cleaning paper without cleaning agent (2) are positioned between two plies of cleaning paper with cleaning agent (1), or, two plies of cleaning paper with cleaning agent (1) are positioned between two plies of cleaning paper without cleaning agent (2). The cleaning papers are positioned one on the top of the other such that the sheets are nested, and thus, as a result of one piece of cleaning paper being pulled, the friction effect caused by said pulled cleaning paper on the other cleaning paper enables the other cleaning paper to come out of the dispenser and become ready for use. Accordingly, in case the cleaning paper with cleaning agent (1) is located on the top, upon the user pulling said cleaning paper with cleaning agent (1), the cleaning paper with cleaning agent (1) imparts, while coming out of the dispenser, a friction force on the cleaning paper without cleaning agent (2) that is located under the same, and as a result of this friction, the cleaning paper without cleaning agent (2) comes of the dispenser opening and becomes ready for use. In case the user subsequently pulls the cleaning paper without cleaning agent (2), the cleaning paper without cleaning agent (2) imparts a friction force on the cleaning paper with cleaning agent (1) that is located under the same and enables the cleaning paper with cleaning agent (1) to come out of the dispenser opening. In other words, the cleaning paper with cleaning agent (1) is positioned such that said cleaning paper with cleaning agent (1) will generate friction on the cleaning paper without cleaning agent (2) as a result of said cleaning paper with cleaning agent (1) being pulled and will enable the cleaning paper without cleaning agent (2) to be dragged with it towards the dispenser opening and the cleaning paper without cleaning agent (2) is positioned such that said cleaning paper without cleaning agent (2) will generate friction on the cleaning paper with cleaning agent (1) as a result of said cleaning paper without cleaning agent (2) being pulled and will enable the cleaning paper with cleaning agent (1) to be dragged with it towards the dispenser opening.
That the cleaning agent becomes active only as a result of wetting the cleaning paper with cleaning agent (1) allows the cleaning paper with cleaning agent (1) to be used also in dry form and to be stored in dry form. Thus, there is left no need for certain measures to be taken to enable the cleaning paper to preserve its wetness, the smear of the cleaning paper without cleaning agent (2) with the cleaning agent and/or the wetting of the cleaning agent
is/are prevented and/or minimized, and it becomes possible to provide for use the two cleaning papers in V-form and with nested sheets.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the cleaning paper with cleaning agent (1) is a cleaning paper with 2-4 plies. Each ply of said cleaning paper with cleaning agent (1) may have a weight of 10-50 g/m2 or a single ply with high wet strength having a weight of 30-130 g/m2 may be used. Likewise, the cleaning paper without cleaning agent (2) may be with 2-4 plies and each ply may have a weight of 10-50 g/m2 or a single ply with high wet strength having a weight of 30-130 g/m2 may be used. In the embodiments where a single-ply cleaning paper is used, the cleaning paper preferably has an airlaid nonwoven structure.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the cleaning agent applied to the cleaning paper with cleaning agent (1) comprises 5-20% by weight an anionic surfactant, 0.01-5% by weight an amphoteric surfactant, 0.01-5% by weight a nonionic surfactant, 0.01-5% by weight a soap, 0.01-0.15% by weight a preservative and 65-90% by weight water. In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the cleaning agent comprises 0.01-5% by weight an anionic surfactant, 0.01-5% by weight an amphoteric surfactant, 0.01-5% by weight a nonionic surfactant, 0.01-5% by weight a soap, 0.01-0.15% by weight a preservative and 80- 90% by weight water. In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the cleaning agent comprises 20-40% by weight a soap and 60-80% by weight water.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, 0.1-3 g/m2 cleaning agent is applied in dry form to the cleaning paper with cleaning agent (1).
The cleaning product according to the invention is manufactured by applying a cleaning agent to at least one cleaning paper and folding said cleaning paper together with a cleaning paper without cleaning agent (2) in V-form such that one cleaning paper will be disposed between two sheets of another cleaning paper.
Said manufacturing method comprises the steps of
• unreeling the papers located on two separate reels via the unreeling unit (3),
• of said papers, the paper to which the cleaning agent is to be applied advancing through the path for the cleaning paper with cleaning agent (1) and the paper to which the cleaning agent is not to be applied advancing through the path for the cleaning paper without cleaning agent (2),
• performing at the liquid transfer unit (4) the transfer of the cleaning agent to the cleaning paper to which the cleaning agent is to be applied by way of coating at the coating unit (41) and/or by way of spraying at the spraying unit (42), and
• cutting, folding and stacking in a nested manner the cleaning paper with cleaning agent (1) and the cleaning paper without cleaning agent (2) by means of the folding rollers (51) in the folding unit (5).
With the invention, it is made possible to sequentially provide for use a disposable cleaning paper, which has high wet strength and thus does not break up when it is wet, which is able to be maintained dry when not used owing to the cleaning agent it contains becoming active upon contact with water and which allows a desired surface to be cleaned without any need for an extra cleaner owing to the cleaning agent becoming active when said cleaning paper is wet, and a disposable cleaning paper, which does not contain any cleaner.
