上述风扇灯存在以下问题,由于风扇灯是风扇和照明灯具的组合装置,所以一般结构较为复杂,搬运不方便,对包装的要求很高;装配成一个整体运输,各个结构之间会有相互的作用力,为避免相互作用力对结构发生损坏,需要提高结构材料的规格要求,会提高成本;出厂前装配好,运输过程中如果发生跌落、碰撞等意外,对风扇灯的任一部件造成损坏,整个风扇灯就不能使用。
发明内容
本发明公开一种风扇灯,照明模块和风扇模块可分开设置,分开运输,使用时将照明模块和风扇模块组装在一起,以解决现有技术中装配成一个整体运输中的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种风扇灯,包括吊架、电机、风扇模块、照明模块及连接组件,所述电机包括定子轴和转子壳,所述转子壳和所述风扇模块连接,所述连接组件包括第一连接件和第二连接件,所述定子轴的一端与所述吊架连接,所述定子轴的另一端与所述第一连接件固定连接,所述第二连接件与所述照明模块固定连接,所述第一连接件包括第一电连接部和第一结构连接部,所述第二 连接件包括第二电连接部和所述第二结构连接部,所述第一电连接部和所述第二电连接部接触连接,所述第一结构连接部和所述第二结构连接部可拆卸连接。
本发明采用的技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
采用本发明的风扇灯,风扇模块和转子壳固定连接,照明模块和定子轴可拆卸连接,照明模块和风扇模块可分开设置,分开运输,使用时再将照明模块和风扇模块组装在一起,这样分开设置,可以分别进行包装,降低包装的难度;由于分开包装、分开运输,分开的结构可以降低材料规格,降低重量、降低成本,例如灯盘可以采用塑料制成;在运输过程中对其中的一个模块造成损坏,可以仅更换该模块即可,不用对整个风扇灯进行更换;而且本发明的照明模块的拆装简单,便于操作。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明具体实施例及相应的附图对本发明技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
以下结合附图,详细说明本发明各个实施例公开的技术方案。
如图1-4所示,本发明实施例提供一种风扇灯,是一种集风扇功能和灯具功能为一体的风扇灯,该风扇灯包括吊架100、电机200、风扇模块300、照明模块400及连接组件500,吊架100用于将风扇灯安装至安装基础,通常为通过吊架100吊装至天花板,风扇模块300为提供风扇功能的模块,照明模块400为提供照明功能的模块,其中照明模块400是可拆卸的,出厂时,照明模块400是单独包装的,安装风扇灯时,将照明模块400安装至风扇灯。
本实施例中照明模块400分开设置,可以单独进行包装,降低包装的难度;由于分开包装、分开运输,分开的结构可以降低材料规格,降低重量、降低成本,例如灯盘410可以采用塑料制成;在运输过程中对其中的一个模块造成损坏,可以仅更换该模块即可,不用对整个风扇灯进行更换。
其中电机200为风扇模块300提供动力,同时电机200也起到连接的作用,风扇模块300和照明模块400分别通过电机200连接至吊架100,电机200包括定子轴210和转子壳220,定子轴210的一端与吊架100连接,定子轴210的另一端与照明模块400可拆卸连接,转子壳220和风扇模块300连接,从而通过电机200实现风扇模块300和照明模块400的连接,且电机200 的转子壳220转动带动风扇模块300的扇叶320转动。
本实施例中定子轴210的另一端与照明模块400通过连接组件500可拆卸连接,连接组件500包括第一连接件510和第二连接件,定子轴210的一端与吊架100连接,定子轴210的另一端与第一连接件510固定连接,第二连接件与照明模块400固定连接,第一连接件510和第二连接件可拆卸连接,使用时,将照明模块400上的第二连接件安装至定子轴210上的第一连接件510即可实现照明模块400和风扇模块300的连接。
第一连接件510包括第一电连接部511和第一结构连接部512,第二连接件包括第二电连接部521和第二结构连接部522,第一电连接部511和第二电连接部521接触连接,第一结构连接部512和第二结构连接部522可拆卸连接。
第一结构连接部512安装至第二结构连接部522后,第一电连接部511和第二电连接部521接触连接,实现第一电连接部511和第二电连接部521的电连接,其中第一电连接部511与电源电连接,第二电连接部521与照明模块400的光源基板430电连接,第一电连接部511和第二电连接部521的电连接后,可以对照明模块400的光源基板430供电,使发光体420发光进行照明。第一结构连接部512从第二结构连接部522拆除后,第一电连接部511和第二电连接部521断开连接。
本实施例中照明模块400通过连接组件500与电机200的定子轴210实现可拆卸连接,而且本实施例中的连接组件500在实现结构连接的同时,还能够实现电连接,从而保证了对照明模块400的供电,安装照明模块400时,不需要使用者进行接线,从而很大程度上降低了安装难度。
本实施例中第一电连接部511和第二电连接部521的其中之一包括弹片5111,第一电连接部511和第二电连接部521的另一个包括插头5211,插头5211与弹片5111接触连接。本实施例中,第一电连接部511包括弹片5111,第二电连接部521包括插头5211,其中弹片5111包括三路弹片,分别为火 线弹片、零线弹片和地线弹片,插头5211包括三路插头,分别为火线插头、零线插头和地线插头,火线弹片、零线弹片、地线弹片和火线插头、零线插头、地线插头一一对应。
其中地线插头可以为柱形插头,零线插头可以为围绕地线插头的环形插头,火线插头可以为围绕零线插头的环形插头,零线插头和火线插头是以地线插头为圆心的环形插头,该种结构使得插头5211与弹片5111接触后,相对转动第一结构连接部和第二结构连接部不会影响弹片5111和插头5211的电连接。
本实施例中可拆卸连接可以为任何方便拆卸的连接方式,例如螺纹连接或卡接连接。
其中可拆卸连接为卡接连接时,第一结构连接部512和第二结构连接部522的其中之一包括卡槽5221,第一结构连接部512和第二结构连接部522的另一个包括卡凸5121,本实施例中第一结构连接部512包括卡凸5121,第二结构连接部522包括卡槽5221,卡凸5121伸入卡槽5221与卡槽5221卡接连接。
卡槽5221的开口朝向第一方向,卡凸5121朝向第二方向,第一方向和第二方向均为圆周方向,且第一方向和第二方向相反。使得相对转动照明模块400时,卡凸5121可以伸入卡槽5221内,实现卡凸5121和卡槽5221的卡接连接,从而实现第一结构连接部512和第二结构连接部522的连接,进而实现照明模块400和定子轴210的连接。该卡接连接的可拆卸连接方式,操作简单,便于使用者安装照明模块400。
本实施例中照明模块400包括灯盘410、发光体420、光源基板430和灯罩440,发光体420安装在光源基板430上,光源基板430与灯盘410连接,灯罩440与灯盘410连接,且第二连接件与灯盘410固定连接。灯盘410为照明模块400提供安装,同时灯盘410为照明模块400的上壳与灯罩440一起组成照明模块400的壳体,为光源基板430和发光体420提供安装空间, 灯盘410可采用塑料件制成。灯罩440可以通过卡接件卡接连接在灯盘410上,卡接件可以一体注塑在塑料件制成的灯盘410上。
一种可选的方式,第二连接件可以与灯盘410一体成型。第二连接件连接至电机200的定子轴210时,将照明模块400安装至电机200的定子轴210,第二连接件与灯盘410一体成型,简化了将第二连接件组装至灯盘410的步骤,从而进一步简化了照明模块400的组装过程,而且一体成型还可提高强度。
另一种可选的方式,灯盘410可以包括固定部,固定部位于第一连接件510和第二连接件之间被第一连接件510和第二连接件夹持固定。第一连接件510和第二连接件连接后将固定部夹持在中间,从而实现灯盘410的连接,第二连接件和灯盘410分开设置,可以简化第二连接件和灯盘410的加工。
本实施例中风扇模块300包括转动盘310和扇叶320,扇叶320安装在转动盘310上,转动盘310与转子壳220固定连接。转子壳220的转动带动转动盘310转动,转动盘310带动扇叶320转动。
本实施例中吊架100可以包括吊杆110和吊盅120,其中吊杆110与电机200的定子轴210连接,吊盅120与安装基础连接,同时吊盅120内还可安装其他电器元件。
本实施例中转动盘310的中部朝向照明模块400的一侧包括凹部311,该凹部311为照明模块400提供的安装空间。第一连接件510设置在凹部311内,第一连接件510与转动盘310之间具有间隙,设置间隙可以避免第一连接件510和转动盘310之间的摩擦。
本发明实施例所提供的风扇灯,照明模块400为可拆卸连接,可单独设置,单独包装,单独运输,降低包装的难度;可以降低材料规格,降低重量、降低成本;在运输过程中对其中的一个模块造成损坏,可以仅更换该模块即可,不用对整个风扇灯进行更换;而且拆装简单,便于操作。
如图5-7所示,本发明另一实施例提供一种风扇灯,是一种集风扇功能 和灯具功能为一体的风扇灯,该风扇灯包括吊架100、电机200、风扇模块300、照明模块400及连接组件500,吊架100用于将风扇灯安装至安装基础,通常为通过吊架100吊装至天花板,风扇模块300为提供风扇功能的模块,照明模块400为提供照明功能的模块,其中照明模块400是可拆卸的,出厂时,照明模块400是单独包装的,安装风扇灯时,将照明模块400安装至风扇灯。
本实施例中照明模块400分开设置,可以单独进行包装,降低包装的难度;由于分开包装、分开运输,分开的结构可以降低材料规格,降低重量、降低成本,例如灯盘410可以采用塑料制成;在运输过程中对其中的一个模块造成损坏,可以仅更换该模块即可,不用对整个风扇灯进行更换。
其中电机200为风扇模块300提供动力,同时电机200也起到连接的作用,风扇模块300和照明模块400分别通过电机200连接至吊架100,电机200包括定子轴210和转子壳220,定子轴210的一端与吊架100连接,定子轴210的另一端与照明模块400可拆卸连接,转子壳220和风扇模块300连接,从而通过电机200实现风扇模块300和照明模块400的连接,且电机200的转子壳220转动带动风扇模块300的扇叶320转动。
本实施例中定子轴210的另一端与照明模块400通过连接组件500可拆卸连接,连接组件500包括第一连接件510和第二连接件,定子轴210的一端与吊架100连接,定子轴210的另一端与第一连接件510固定连接,第二连接件与照明模块400固定连接,第一连接件510和第二连接件可拆卸连接,使用时,将照明模块400上的第二连接件安装至定子轴210上的第一连接件510即可实现照明模块400和风扇模块300的连接。
第一连接件510包括第一通孔513和第一结构连接部512,第二连接件包括第二通孔523和第二结构连接部522,第一通孔513和第二通孔523配合形成用于电线通过的通道,第一结构连接部512和第二结构连接部522可拆卸连接。
第一结构连接部512安装至第二结构连接部522后,第一通孔513和第二通孔523配合形成用于电线通过的通道,通过该通道电线连接至照明模块400,给照明模块400的光源基板430供电,使发光体420发光进行照明。
本实施例中照明模块400通过连接组件500与电机200的定子轴210实现可拆卸连接,而且本实施例中的连接组件500在实现结构连接的同时,给照明模块400的电线预留出通道,安装照明模块400时,使用者只需将电线与照明模块400的光源基板430连接即可,便于使用者操作。
本实施例中可拆卸连接可以为任何方便拆卸的连接方式,例如螺纹连接或卡接连接。
其中可拆卸连接为螺纹连接时,第一结构连接部512和第二结构连接部522的其中之一包括外螺纹5122,第一结构连接部512和第二结构连接部522的另一个包括内螺纹5222,第一结构连接部512和第二结构连接部522通过外螺纹5122和内螺纹5222连接。通过螺纹连接,使用者可以很方便的将第二结构连接部522连接至第一结构连接部512,从而将照明模块400安装至定子轴210,实现照明模块400和风扇模块300的组装。
第一结构连接部512包括外螺纹5122,第二结构连接部522包括内螺纹5222,第二连接件套设在第一连接件510的外部,且第一连接件510和第二连接件通过外螺纹5122和内螺纹5222连接。
第一通孔513位于第一连接件510的中心,第二通孔523位于第二连接件的中心,安装照明模块400时,第一通孔513和第二通孔523对准,避免对其中的电线造成影响,内螺纹5222可以设置在第二通孔523的内壁上。
本实施例中照明模块400包括灯盘410、发光体420、光源基板430和灯罩440,发光体420安装在光源基板430上,光源基板430与灯盘410连接,灯罩440与灯盘410连接,且第二连接件与灯盘410固定连接。灯盘410为照明模块400提供安装,同时灯盘410为照明模块400的上壳与灯罩440一起组成照明模块400的壳体,为光源基板430和发光体420提供安装空间, 灯盘410可采用塑料件制成。灯罩440可以通过卡接件卡接连接在灯盘410上,卡接件可以一体注塑在塑料件制成的灯盘410上。
一种可选的方式第二连接件可以与灯盘410一体成型。第二连接件连接至电机200的定子轴210时,将照明模块400安装至电机200的定子轴210,第二连接件与灯盘410一体成型,简化了将第二连接件组装至灯盘410的步骤,从而进一步简化了照明模块400的组装过程,而且一体成型还可提高强度。
另一种可选的方式,灯盘410可以包括固定部411,固定部411位于第一连接件510和第二连接件之间被第一连接件510和第二连接件夹持固定。第一连接件510和第二连接件连接后将固定部411夹持在中间,从而实现灯盘410的连接,第二连接件和灯盘410分开设置,可以简化第二连接件和灯盘410的加工。
本实施例中风扇模块300包括转动盘310和扇叶320,扇叶320安装在转动盘310上,转动盘310与转子壳220固定连接。转子壳220的转动带动转动盘310转动,转动盘310带动扇叶320转动。
本实施例中吊架100可以包括吊杆110和吊盅120,其中吊杆110与电机200的定子轴210连接,吊盅120与安装基础连接,同时吊盅120内还可安装其他电器元件。
本实施例中转动盘310的中部朝向照明模块400的一侧包括凹部311,该凹部311为照明模块400提供的安装空间。第一连接件510设置在凹部311内,第一连接件510与转动盘310之间具有间隙,设置间隙可以避免第一连接件510和转动盘310之间的摩擦。
本发明实施例所提供的风扇灯,照明模块400为可拆卸连接,可单独设置,单独包装,单独运输,降低包装的难度;可以降低材料规格,降低重量、降低成本;在运输过程中对其中的一个模块造成损坏,可以仅更换该模块即可,不用对整个风扇灯进行更换;而且拆装简单,便于操作。
如图1、图5和图7所示,本发明的扇叶320为可折叠扇叶,扇叶320折叠后,在径向方向上,扇叶320的外边缘不超过灯盘410的外边缘。使用风扇功能时,扇叶320伸展开,不使用风扇功能时,扇叶320折叠至不超过灯盘410的外边缘,不影响照明功能,也不影响照明灯具的外观。
风扇模块300可以包括多个扇叶320,多个扇叶320均匀安装在转动盘310上,扇叶320折叠后,相邻转动盘310之间部分重叠或彼此不重叠。
本发明上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种风扇灯,其中,包括吊架(100)、电机(200)、风扇模块(300)、照明模块(400)及连接组件(500),所述电机(200)包括定子轴(210)和转子壳(220),所述转子壳(220)和所述风扇模块(300)连接,所述连接组件(500)包括第一连接件(510)和第二连接件(520),所述定子轴(210)的一端与所述吊架(100)连接,所述定子轴(210)的另一端与所述第一连接件(510)固定连接,所述第二连接件(520)与所述照明模块(400)固定连接,所述第一连接件(510)包括第一电连接部(511)和第一结构连接部(512),所述第二连接件(520)包括第二电连接部(521)和第二结构连接部(522),所述第一电连接部(511)和所述第二电连接部(521)接触连接,所述第一结构连接部(512)和所述第二结构连接部(522)可拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的风扇灯,其中,所述第一电连接部(511)和所述第二电连接部(521)的其中之一包括弹片(5111),所述第一电连接部(511)和所述第二电连接部(521)的另一个包括插头(5211),所述插头(5211)与所述弹片(5111)接触连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的风扇灯,其中,所述可拆卸连接为螺纹连接或卡接连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的风扇灯,其中,所述可拆卸连接为卡接连接,所述第一结构连接部(512)和所述第二结构连接部(522)的其中之一包括卡槽(5221),所述第一结构连接部(512)和所述第二结构连接部(522)的另一个包括卡凸(5121),所述卡凸(5121)伸入所述卡槽(5221)与所述卡槽(5221)卡接连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的风扇灯,其中,所述卡槽(5221)的开口朝向第一方向,所述卡凸(5121)朝向第二方向,所述第一方向和所述第二方向 均为圆周方向,且所述第一方向和所述第二方向相反。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的风扇灯,其中,所述照明模块(400)包括灯盘(410)、发光体(420)、光源基板(430)和灯罩(440),所述发光体(420)安装在所述光源基板(430)上,所述光源基板(430)与所述灯盘(410)连接,所述灯罩(440)与所述灯盘(410)连接,且所述第二连接件(520)与所述灯盘(410)固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的风扇灯,其中,所述第二连接件(520)与所述灯盘(410)一体成型。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的风扇灯,其中,所述灯盘(410)包括固定部,所述固定部位于所述第一连接件(510)和所述第二连接件(520)之间被所述第一连接件(510)和所述第二连接件(520)夹持固定。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的风扇灯,其中,所述风扇模块(300)包括转动盘(310)和扇叶(320),所述扇叶(320)安装在所述转动盘(310)上,所述转动盘(310)与所述转子壳(220)固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的风扇灯,其中,所述转动盘(310)的中部朝向所述照明模块(400)的一侧包括凹部(311),所述第一连接件(510)设置在所述凹部(311)内,所述第一连接件(510)与所述转动盘(310)之间具有间隙。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的风扇灯,其中,所述扇叶(320)为可折叠扇叶,所述扇叶(320)折叠后,在径向方向上,所述扇叶(320)的外边缘不超过所述灯盘(410)的外边缘。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的风扇灯,其中,所述风扇模块(300)包括多个所述扇叶(320),多个所述扇叶(320)均匀安装在所述转动盘(310)上,所述扇叶(320)折叠后,相邻所述转动盘(310)之间部分重叠或彼此 不重叠。
