超声手术刀由于出血少、对周围组织伤害少等优点,广泛应用于临床手术中,超声手术刀的普通的刀杆组件依靠设置在刀杆上的支撑环将刀杆支撑于外套管的内部,支撑环贴设于外套管的内壁上,容易增加刀杆的阻抗,使得刀杆在工作过程容易发热,影响刀杆组件的正常使用;支撑环在刀杆上通过注塑一体成型,在加工过程中容易溢胶,在清理溢胶的过程中容易划伤刀杆的表面,使得刀杆的振动频率发生改变。
发明内容

如图4所示,可选地,第一凸起3111为环形凸起,以实现内管2与刀杆1之间的密封连接,避免在刀杆组件工作时,血液从内管2与刀杆1之间回流。如图2-3所示,可选地,刀杆组件还包括外管4,外管4套设于内管2外,第二支撑体312与外管4间隙配合,以留出可以使刀杆1插入内管2的充足空间。通过在内管2上注塑有支撑环3,在内管2上套设外管4,最后将刀杆1插入内管2,以实现刀杆组件的装配。在装配时,由于第一凸起3111使得刀杆1挤压支撑环3向外管4偏移,第二支撑体312与外管4间隙配合可以留出使刀杆1进入的空间,便于刀杆1的安装,待刀杆1安装到位后,支撑环3上的第一凸起3111与刀杆1形成密封连接,以实现支撑环3对刀杆1的支撑和刀杆1与内管2之间的密封。可选地,支撑环3设有两个,分别为第一支撑环31和第二支 撑环32,第一支撑环31设于内管2的首端,第二支撑环32设于内管2的尾端,第一支撑环31和第二支撑环32对刀杆1的安装进行导向。可选地,第一支撑环31与第二支撑环32中的至少一个上设有环形的第二凸起3121,第二凸起3121设于所述第一支撑环31与第二支撑环32中的至少一个的第二支撑体312的外壁上,并向远离内管2的方向延伸,直至与外管4的内壁抵接,以实现内管2与外管4之间的密封。内管2与外管4之间的密封不仅使得刀杆组件与患者体内形成密闭的空间,以免药物气体泄漏,还进一步避免了在进行手术时,患者的血液回流。在本实施例中,第一支撑环31的第二支撑体312上设有第二凸起3121,第二支撑环32的第二支撑体312与外管4间隙配合,便于刀杆1插入内管2的同时还实现了刀杆1与外管4之间的密封。
刀杆1、内管2与支撑环3呈同轴心设置,以使刀杆组件的结构合理。可选地,第一凸起3111与刀杆1的接触为线接触,进一步减小了刀杆1的阻抗。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种超声手术刀的刀杆组件,包括:
    刀杆(1);
    内管(2),所述内管(2)套设于所述刀杆(1)外;
    支撑环(3),所述支撑环(3)包括第一支撑体(311),所述第一支撑体(311)设于所述内管(2)的内壁上,所述第一支撑体(311)向远离所述内管(2)的方向凸设有第一凸起(3111),所述第一凸起(3111)与所述刀杆(1)抵接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的刀杆组件,其中,所述支撑环(3)还包括:
    第二支撑体(312),所述第二支撑体(312)设于所述内管(2)的外壁上;
    连接件(313),所述内管(2)上设有通孔(21),所述连接件(313)设于所述通孔(21)内,所述连接件(313)连接所述第一支撑体(311)和所述第二支撑体(312)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的刀杆组件,其中,所述第一支撑体(311)、所述连接件(313)和所述第二支撑体(312)为一体式结构。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的刀杆组件,其中,所述通孔(21)设有多个,所述多个通孔(21)沿所述内管(2)的周向均匀分布。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的刀杆组件,其中,所述支撑环(3)通过注塑的方式一体成型于所述内管(2)上。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的刀杆组件,其中,所述支撑环(3)的材料为硅橡胶。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的刀杆组件,还包括:外管(4),所述外管(4)套设于所述内管(2)外,所述第二支撑体(312)与所述外管(4)间隙配合。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的刀杆组件,其中,所述第一凸起(3111)为环形凸起。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的刀杆组件,其中,所述支撑环(3)设有两个,所述两个支撑环分别为第一支撑环(31)和第二支撑环(32),所述第一支撑环(31)设于所述内管(2)的首端,所述第二支撑环(32)设于所述内管(2)的尾端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的刀杆组件,其中,所述第一支撑环(31)和所述第二支撑环(32)中的至少一个上设有环形的第二凸起(3121),所述第二凸起(3121)设于所述第一支撑环(31)和所述第二支撑环(32)中的至少一个的第二支撑体(312)的外壁上,并向远离所述内管(2)的方向延伸,直至与所述外管(4)的内壁抵接。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的刀杆组件,其中,所述刀杆(1)、所述内管(2)与所述支撑环(3)同轴心设置。
