(4)本发明通过在金属线圈外层均包覆有绝缘材料,能够避免金属线圈线路交叉处出现短路现象,通过在折叠板两侧面均设置绝缘膜,绝缘膜用于防止金属线圈内电流穿过包装布料流向人体,进一步保证使用者佩戴时的安全性。
(5)本发明通过将包装布料整体设置为扇形状,且包装布料内侧边缘具有一定凹陷弧度,外侧边缘具有一定凸起弧度,充分利用人体工学,使其形状与耳垂后方凹陷处贴合更完美,间接提高其心率检测的精确性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。

如图1所示,一种适用于耳部位置的心率检测装置及其检测方法,包括:具有内外两层结构的包装布料200以及包覆在包装布料200之间的若干连接线210和若干检测组件100,包装布料200整体为扇形状,且包装布料200内侧边缘具有一定凹陷弧度,外侧边缘具有一定凸起弧度,包装布料200包覆有若干连接线210,若干连接线210汇总成一条集成线220,集成线220连接数据处理芯片(图中未示出),数据处理芯片将检测数据信号传输至手机软件,若干连接线210分别连接一个检测组件100。
如图2和图3所示,检测组件100包括:矩形框架130以及设置在矩形框架130内侧两端的微型磁块120,微型磁块120之间并列设置若干折叠板110,矩形框架130和折叠板110两端均连接包装布料200,折叠板110高度大于矩形框架130高度,折叠板110处内层布料形成凸起部,每个折叠板110内包覆有若干金属线圈112,金属线圈112环形设置在折叠板110内部,金属线圈112两端分别线接于连接线210。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,通过在折叠板110内包覆有弹性条,能够辅助 增强折叠板110的弹性强度,在其被挤压后能及时回到原始状态。在若干折叠板110两端均设置粘接部111,粘接部111与包装布料200粘接,能够保证折叠板110与包装布料200紧密结合。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,利用耳垂后方凹陷处明显的脉搏跳动带动折叠板110振动,折叠板110产生一定的振动频率,包覆在折叠板110内的金属线圈112会出现不同程度的上下运动,进而改变其折叠程度,利用金属线圈112切割磁感线的频率,根据金属线圈112切割磁感线的电流大小,利用电流信号与心率检测数据信号的转换,快速检测出心脏跳动的频率,通过数据处理芯片将数据信号传输至手机软件,手机软件对数据进行记录、处理和分析,得到心率检测的详细数据,且能够进一步将检测数据以图表形式展现,使数据展现更直观,方便观察和分析。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,微型磁块120一侧可拆卸安装在矩形框架130上,微型磁块120另一侧面为凹形弧面,通过将微型磁块120一侧可拆卸安装在矩形框架130上,由于在一些特殊情况下,高温、强烈的交变磁场会导致磁铁退磁,通过将微型磁块120可拆卸安装,能够对磁性减弱的微型磁条120进行更换,进一步保证心率检测装置的精确性,且微型磁块120另一侧面为凹形弧面,在同样长度的情况下,能够产生更大的磁感强度,增加产生的电流强度,使心率检测数据反馈更明显。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,包装布料200内层由棉质材料制成,包装布料200外层为无纺布材料制成,且包装布料200整体厚度在1mm-2mm之间,由于包装布料200由棉线制成,利用其具有透气性的性质,避免敏感性皮肤的使用者不适应,且通过将包装布料200整体厚度设置在1mm-2mm之间,在使用时明显增加其舒适度,包装布料200内侧面设置透气性粘贴,透气性粘贴用于将包装布料200贴合在人体皮肤表面,使心率检测装置检测更精确,同时不影响其透 气性。同时包装布料200外层为无纺布材料制成,具有一定的抗菌性,防止其被细菌污染。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,通过在金属线圈112外层均包覆有绝缘材料,能够避免金属线圈112线路交叉处出现短路现象,通过在折叠板110两侧面均设置绝缘膜,绝缘膜用于防止金属线圈112内电流穿过包装布料200流向人体,进一步保证使用者佩戴时的安全性。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,将包装布料200整体设置为扇形状,且包装布料200内侧边缘具有一定凹陷弧度,外侧边缘具有一定凸起弧度,充分利用人体工学,使其形状与耳垂后方凹陷处贴合更完美,间接提高其心率检测的精确性。
本发明使用时,将包装布料200贴在耳垂后方凹陷处,耳垂后方凹陷处明显的脉搏跳动带动折叠板110振动,在折叠板110振动的同时,包覆在折叠板110内的金属线圈112会不断切割磁感线,脉搏每跳动一次折叠板110就会相应振动一个频率,金属线圈112内就会间断性产生电流,以电流信号方式传输至数据处理芯片,包装布料200内若干检测组件100同时对耳垂后方凹陷处脉搏进行检测,分别经过数据处理芯片将电流信号转换为数据信号传输至手机软件,手机软件对数据进行记录、处理和分析,得到心率检测数据,同时手机软件能够将检测数据以图表形式展现,更方便进行观察和分析。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种适用于耳部位置的心率检测装置,包括:具有内外两层结构的包装布料以及包覆在所述包装布料之间的若干连接线和若干检测组件,其特征在于,
    所述包装布料整体为扇形状,且所述包装布料内侧边缘具有一定凹陷弧度,外侧边缘具有一定凸起弧度,所述包装布料包覆有若干连接线,所述若干连接线汇总成一条集成线,所述集成线连接数据处理芯片,所述数据处理芯片将检测数据信号传输至手机软件,所述若干连接线分别连接一个检测组件;
    所述检测组件包括:矩形框架以及设置在所述矩形框架内侧两端的微型磁块,所述微型磁块之间并列设置若干折叠板,所述矩形框架和所述折叠板两端均连接所述包装布料,所述折叠板高度大于所述矩形框架高度,所述折叠板处内层布料形成凸起部;
    每个所述折叠板内包覆有若干金属线圈,所述金属线圈环形设置在所述折叠板内部,所述金属线圈两端分别线接于连接线。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于耳部位置的心率检测装置,其特征在于:所述微型磁块一侧可拆卸安装在所述矩形框架上,所述微型磁块另一侧面为凹形弧面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于耳部位置的心率检测装置,其特征在于:所述折叠板内包覆有弹性条,所述弹性条用于辅助增强折叠板的弹性强度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于耳部位置的心率检测装置,其特征在于:所述包装布料内层由棉质材料制成,所述包装布料外层为无纺布材料制成,且所述包装布料整体厚度在1mm-2mm之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于耳部位置的心率检测装置,其特征在于:所述金属线圈外层均包覆有绝缘材料,所述绝缘材料用于避免金属线圈线路交叉处出现短路现象。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于耳部位置的心率检测装置,其特征在 于:若干所述折叠板两端均设置粘接部,所述粘接部与所述包装布料粘接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于耳部位置的心率检测装置,其特征在于:所述包装布料内侧面设置粘贴,所述粘贴用于将包装布料贴合在人体皮肤表面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于耳部位置的心率检测装置,其特征在于:所述折叠板两侧面均设置绝缘膜,所述绝缘膜用于防止金属线圈内电流穿过包装布料流向人体。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于耳部位置的心率检测装置,其特征在于:
    步骤S1:将包装布料贴在耳垂后方凹陷处,耳垂后方凹陷处明显的脉搏跳动带动折叠板振动;
    步骤S2:在折叠板振动的同时,包覆在折叠板内的金属线圈会不断切割磁感线,脉搏每跳动一次折叠板就会相应振动一个频率,金属线圈内就会间产生断性的电流,以电流信号方式传输至数据处理芯片;
    步骤S3:包装布料内若干检测组件同时对脉搏进行检测,经过数据处理芯片将数据信号传输至手机软件,手机软件对数据进行记录、处理和分析,得到心率检测数据。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于耳部位置的心率检测装置,其特征在于:所述手机软件以APP形式存在,且所述手机软件能够将检测数据以图表形式展现。
