Description

一种散热型网络设备放置箱 技术领域
本发明涉及网络设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种散热型网络设备放置箱。
背景技术
网络设备是连接到网络中的物理实体。网络设备的种类繁多,且与日俱增。基本的网络设备有:计算机(无论其为个人电脑或服务器)、集线器、交换机、网桥、路由器、网关、网络接口卡(NIC)、无线接入点(WAP)、打印机和调制解调器、光纤收发器、光缆等;在对其放置时,需要使用到放置箱。
但是现有的放置仍存在一些弊端,当放置在放置箱本体内的设备在工作时,会产生一定的震动,使得放置箱本体内的设备可能会随着震动的影响出现晃动,致使设备可能存在损坏的问题,为此我们提出一种散热型网络设备放置箱。
技术解决方案
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种散热型网络设备放置箱,通过设置的固定机构,能够便于对放置在放置箱本体内的设备进行夹持、固定,继而保障了放置箱本体对设备放置时的稳定性,从而提高了放置箱本体在使用时的安全性与稳固性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种散热型网络设备放置箱,包括放置箱本体,所述放置箱本体的顶端固定有正反转电机,所述正反转电机的输出轴转动穿设有转轴,所述转轴延伸至放置箱本体的空腔并于末端套接有第一锥齿轮,所述第一锥齿轮的两侧均啮合连接有第二锥齿轮,所述第二锥齿轮的内壁贯穿有丝杆,所述丝杆与放置箱本体轴承连接,所述丝杆的外壁螺纹套接有滚珠螺母,所述滚珠螺母的底端固定有滑动块;所述放置箱本体的顶端内壁开设有用于滑动块滑动的滑动槽,所述滑动块延伸至滑动槽的外壁并于末端固定有固定板,所述固定板的内部固定有均匀分布的连接弹簧,所述连接弹簧的末端固定有连接板,所述连接板的一侧表面活动连接有防磨垫。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防磨垫的两侧表面均固定有对称的滑块;所述连接板的两侧内部均开设有对称的与滑块滑合的滑槽,所述连接板的两侧外壁均螺纹穿设有对称的固定螺栓;所述滑块的一侧表面开设有与固定螺栓螺纹卡合的螺纹卡槽。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述放置箱本体的内腔底部固定有放置板,所述放置板的底部固定有缓冲垫。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述 放置箱本体的两侧表面均开设有散热窗,所述散热窗的内部固定有防尘网。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述放置箱本体的底部固定有两两对称的底座,所述底座的底部固定有软质垫。

有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明能达到的有益效果是:1、通过设置的安装架,有效避免了当放置在放置箱本体内的设备在工作时,会产生一定的震动,使得放置箱本体内的设备可能会随着震动的影响出现晃动,致使设备可能存在损坏的问题,能够便于对放置在放置箱本体内的设备进行夹持、固定,继而保障了放置箱本体对设备放置时的稳定性,从而提高了放置箱本体在使用时的安全性与稳固性。
1、通过设置的安装架,有效避免了当放置箱本体长时间使用后,防磨垫的表面会存在一定程度的磨损,使得降低了防磨垫对设备外壁的防磨效果,能够便捷、快速的对磨损的防磨垫进行拆卸、更换,继而保障了防磨垫对设备外壁的防磨、保护的作用。

实施例:如图1-图3所示,一种散热型网络设备放置箱,包括放置箱本体1,放置箱本体1的顶端固定有正反转电机2,正反转电机2的输出轴转动穿设有转轴,转轴延伸至放置箱本体1的空腔并于末端套接有第一锥齿轮5,第一锥齿轮5的两侧均啮合连接有第二锥齿轮6,第二锥齿轮6的内壁贯穿有丝杆7,丝杆7与放置箱本体1轴承连接,丝杆7的外壁螺纹套接有滚珠螺母8,滚珠螺母8的底端固定有滑动块9;放置箱本体1的顶端内壁开设有用于滑动块9滑动的滑动槽10,滑动块9延伸至滑动槽10的外壁并于末端固定有固定板3,固定板3的内部固定有均匀分布的连接弹簧11,连接弹簧11的末端固定有连接板12,连接板12的一侧表面活动连接有防磨垫4。
在对放置箱本体1内的设备进行固定时,首先启动正反转电机2,使得转动能够转动,带动着啮合在第一锥齿轮5两侧的第二锥齿轮6跟着转动,使得两组固定板3分别通过两组丝杆7与滚珠螺母8之间的螺纹转动,能够在放置箱本体1的内腔进行左右位置的移动,直至将安装在两组固定板3一侧的防磨垫4通过连接弹簧11的弹性作用力移动至紧贴于设备的左右两侧,使得两组防磨垫4能够对放置箱本体1内的设备进行固定,继而能够实现便于对放置在放置箱本体1内的设备进行夹持、固定,继而保障了放置箱本体1对设备放置时的稳定性,从而提高了放置箱本体1在使用时的安全性与稳固性。
在其他实施例中,本实施例公开了连接机构的安装位置,如图1-图4所示,防磨垫4的两侧表面均固定有对称的滑块13;连接板12的两侧内部均开设有对称的与滑块13滑合的滑槽14,连接板12的两侧外壁均螺纹穿设有对称的固定螺栓15;滑块13的一侧表面开设有与固定螺栓15螺纹卡合的螺纹卡槽16。
在对防磨垫4进行更换时,首先将四组固定螺栓15分别朝着逆时针方向转动,使得四组固定螺栓15的末端分别离开四组螺纹卡槽16的内部,继而这时便可将防磨垫4与连接板12的固定状态打开,然后再将防磨垫4通过滑块13在滑槽14的内部向远离连接板12的方向滑动,使得滑块13滑出滑槽14的内部,继而这时能够将防磨垫4从连接板12的一侧拆卸下来,从而能够实现便捷、快速的对磨损的防磨垫4进行拆卸、更换,继而保障了防磨垫4对设备外壁的防磨、保护的作用。
在其他实施例中,本实施例公开了放置板与缓冲垫的安装位置,如图1所示,放置箱本体1的内腔底部固定有放置板,放置板的底部固定有缓冲垫。
通过在放置箱本体1的内腔底部安装放置板与缓冲垫,使得设备能够稳定的放置在放置箱本体1的内部。
在其他实施例中,本实施例公开了散热窗与防尘网的安装位置,如图1所示, 放置箱本体1的两侧表面均开设有散热窗,散热窗的内部固定有防尘网。
通过在放置箱本体1的两侧开设内部装有防尘网的散热窗,使得能够对放置箱本体1内的设备起到散热、降温的作用,同时也起到了防尘、保护的丛。
在其他实施例中,本实施例公开了底座与软质垫的安装位置,如图1所示,放置箱本体1的底部固定有两两对称的底座,底座的底部固定有软质垫。
通过在放置箱本体1的底部安装底座与软质垫,使得能够对放置箱本体1起到支撑、固定的作用。
在其他实施例中,本实施例公开了防滑条的安装位置,如图3所示,防磨垫4的一侧表面固定有防滑条,防滑条呈“S”状等距分布。
通过在防磨垫4的一侧设置呈“S”状等距分布的防滑条,使得能够增大防磨垫4一侧表面的摩擦力,继而提高了防磨垫4对设备夹持时的防滑效果。
在其他实施例中,本实施例公开了防撞条的安装位置,如图1所示,放置箱本体1的外表面固定有防撞条,防撞条呈“W”状等距分布。
通过在放置箱本体1的外壁上设置呈“W”状等距分布的防撞条,使得能够减少外部因素对放置箱本体1造成的损坏,继而你刚刚延长放置箱本体1的使用寿命。
在其他实施例中,本实施例公开了减震座的安装位置,如图1所示,放置箱本体1的底部固定有两两对称的减震座,减震座的底部开设有防滑纹。
通过在放置箱本体1的底部安装底面开设有防滑纹的减震座,使得能够缓冲正反转电机2在工作时的震动,继而提高了正反转电机2在工作时的稳定性。
在其他实施例中,本实施例公开了轮子的安装位置,如图1所示,减震座的底部固定有轮子,轮子为万向轮。
通过在减震座的底部安装万向轮,使得能够方便使用者对放置箱本体1的移动与固定。

  1. 一种散热型网络设备放置箱,包括放置箱本体(1),其特征在于:所述放置箱本体(1)的顶端固定有正反转电机(2),所述正反转电机(2)的输出轴转动穿设有转轴,所述转轴延伸至放置箱本体(1)的空腔并于末端套接有第一锥齿轮(5),所述第一锥齿轮(5)的两侧均啮合连接有第二锥齿轮(6),所述第二锥齿轮(6)的内壁贯穿有丝杆(7),所述丝杆(7)与放置箱本体(1)轴承连接,所述丝杆(7)的外壁螺纹套接有滚珠螺母(8),所述滚珠螺母(8)的底端固定有滑动块(9);所述放置箱本体(1)的顶端内壁开设有用于滑动块(9)滑动的滑动槽(10),所述滑动块(9)延伸至滑动槽(10)的外壁并于末端固定有固定板(3),所述固定板(3)的内部固定有均匀分布的连接弹簧(11),所述连接弹簧(11)的末端固定有连接板(12),所述连接板(12)的一侧表面活动连接有防磨垫(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种散热型网络设备放置箱,其特征在于:所述防磨垫(4)的两侧表面均固定有对称的滑块(13);所述连接板(12)的两侧内部均开设有对称的与滑块(13)滑合的滑槽(14),所述连接板(12)的两侧外壁均螺纹穿设有对称的固定螺栓(15);所述滑块(13)的一侧表面开设有与固定螺栓(15)螺纹卡合的螺纹卡槽(16)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种散热型网络设备放置箱,其特征在于:所述放置箱本体(1)的内腔底部固定有放置板,所述放置板的底部固定有缓冲垫。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种散热型网络设备放置箱,其特征在于:所述 放置箱本体(1)的两侧表面均开设有散热窗,所述散热窗的内部固定有防尘网。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种散热型网络设备放置箱,其特征在于:所述放置箱本体(1)的底部固定有两两对称的底座,所述底座的底部固定有软质垫。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种散热型网络设备放置箱,其特征在于:所述防磨垫(4)的一侧表面固定有防滑条,所述防滑条呈“S”状等距分布。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种散热型网络设备放置箱,其特征在于:所述放置箱本体(1)的外表面固定有防撞条,所述防撞条呈“W”状等距分布。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种散热型网络设备放置箱,其特征在于:所述放置箱本体(1)的底部固定有两两对称的减震座,所述减震座的底部开设有防滑纹。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种散热型网络设备放置箱,其特征在于:所述减震座的底部固定有轮子,所述轮子为万向轮。
