Abstract

A high-temperature resistant coating composition, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 19-32 parts polyester acrylate, 8-17 parts isobornyl acrylate, 7-18 parts of a transition metal carbene complex, 5-11 parts azobisisobutyronitrile, 13-29 parts polyvinyl alcohol, 7-12 parts of a dispersant, 5-9 parts of a thickener, 31-38 parts of a bactericide, 4-7 parts of a defoamer, 1-3 parts of a pH adjuster, 42-59 parts silicon carbide hollow microspheres, 31-47 parts of a nano-ZSM-5 molecular sieve, and 17-26 parts distilled water. After an external electrode of an electronic component is fired, the coating is applied to the surface of the product by means of a mechanical method. After high-temperature firing, the coating is firmly bonded to the product and will not crack, and can also perfectly cover an exposed electrode on the product. Meanwhile, the high-temperature resistant coating composition is also provided with functionality, which further improves the service life of the product.
