一种印染设备用面料烘干装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及面料生产领域,尤其涉及一种印染设备用面料烘干装置。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料,作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果,在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。
面料在我们的生活中十分常见,面料生产过程中需要进行烘干,现如今在烘干的过程中难以快速充分的对面料进行烘干,烘干速度慢,且烘干不够充分,降低了面料烘干的效率和效果,难以更好更快的保证面料的生产。

为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种印染设备用面料烘干装置,够快速充分的对面料进行烘干,烘干速度快,且烘干更加充分。
(二)技术方案
本实用新型提供了一种印染设备用面料烘干装置,包括第一箱体,第一箱体的两侧均固定连接有第二箱体,并且两个第二箱体内壁的一侧均开设有第一滑槽,第一滑槽的内部滑动连接有滑板,两个滑板相对的一侧均固定连接有连接杆,两个连接杆相对的一端均依次贯穿第二箱体和第一箱体并延伸至第一箱 体的内部,并且两个连接杆延伸至第一箱体内部的一端之间固定连接有横块,两个滑板的顶部均固定连接有竖块,竖块的一侧开设有第二滑槽,并且竖块一侧的顶部固定连接有固定块,第二滑槽的内部滑动连接有滑块,并且滑块的底部固定连接有夹紧板,滑块的顶部与固定块的底部之间固定连接有弹性件,第一箱体内壁的底部固定连接有电机,并且电机输出轴的一端固定连接有凸轮。
优选的,夹紧板的底部与滑板的顶部相接触,凸轮的外表面与横块的底部相接触。
优选的,第一箱体的两侧和第二箱体的一侧均开设有固定口。
优选的,第一箱体内壁的顶部与底部均固定连接有吹风管,并且吹风管的外表面开设有若干个吹风孔。
优选的,第一箱体的正面通过合页铰接有箱门,并且第一箱体底部的两侧均固定连接有万向轮。
优选的,第一箱体内壁的两侧之间固定连接有加热板。
优选的,吹风管的两端均固定连接有连接管,连接管远离吹风管的一端贯穿第一箱体并延伸至第一箱体的外部。

如图1-3所示,本实用新型提出的一种印染设备用面料烘干装置,包括第一箱体1,第一箱体1的两侧均固定连接有第二箱体2,并且两个第二箱体2内壁的一侧均开设有第一滑槽3,第一滑槽3的内部滑动连接有滑板4,两个滑板4相对的一侧均固定连接有连接杆5,两个连接杆5相对的一端均依次贯穿第二箱体2和第一箱体1并延伸至第一箱体1的内部,并且两个连接杆5延伸至第一箱体1内部的一端之间固定连接有横块6,两个滑板4的顶部均固定连接有竖块7,竖块7的一侧开设有第二滑槽8,并且竖块7一侧的顶部固定连接有固定块9,第二滑槽8的内部滑动连接有滑块10,并且滑块10的底部固定连接有夹紧板11,滑块10的顶部与固定块9的底部之间固定连接有弹性件12,第一箱体1内壁的底部固定连接有电机13,电机13具有防水功能,通过连接线与外部 电源连接,通过设置于第一箱体1背面的电源开关控制启动和关闭,并且电机13输出轴的一端固定连接有凸轮14。
本实用新型中,打开箱门18,通过固定口15向上拉动夹紧板11带动滑块10运动对弹性件12进行挤压,然后将面料的两侧通过固定口15伸入第二箱体2中,放在夹紧板11和滑板4之间,松开夹紧板11,滑块10在弹性件12的弹力作用带动夹紧板11与滑板4对面料进行夹紧,然后通过连接管21、吹风管16和吹风孔17向第一箱体1内部吹风,启动电机13和加热板20,加热板20对风进行升温加热,通过热风对面料进行烘干,电机13带动凸轮14转动,凸轮14在重力作用下带动横块6、连接杆5和滑板4上下往复运动,对面料进行甩动,使面料更加快速充分的受热烘干。
在一个可选的实施例中,夹紧板11的底部与滑板4的顶部相接触,凸轮14的外表面与横块6的底部相接触。
需要说明的是,通过凸轮14在重力作用下带动横块6、连接杆5和滑板4上下往复运动,对面料进行甩动,使面料更加快速充分的受热烘干。
在一个可选的实施例中,第一箱体1的两侧和第二箱体2的一侧均开设有固定口15。
需要说明的是,通过固定口15将面料伸入第二箱体2内部进行夹紧固定。
在一个可选的实施例中,第一箱体1内壁的顶部与底部均固定连接有吹风管16,并且吹风管16的外表面开设有若干个吹风孔17。
需要说明的是,通过若干个吹风孔17的设置能够更快速均匀的进行吹风,使面料烘干的更加快速充分。
在一个可选的实施例中,第一箱体1的正面通过合页铰接有箱门18,并且第一箱体1底部的两侧均固定连接有万向轮19。
需要说明的是,通过万向轮19的设置便于对该装置进行移动。
在一个可选的实施例中,第一箱体1内壁的两侧之间固定连接有加热板20。
需要说明的是,通过加热板20的设置对吹入的风进行加热升温能够更加快速充分的对面料进行烘干。
在一个可选的实施例中,吹风管16的两端均固定连接有连接管21,通过第一箱体1、第二箱体2、第一滑槽3、滑板4、连接杆5、横块6、竖块7、第二滑槽8、固定块9、滑块10、夹紧板11、弹性件12、电机13、凸轮14、固定口15、吹风管16、吹风孔17、箱门18、万向轮19、加热板20和连接管21的设置,能够快速充分的对面料进行烘干,烘干速度快,且烘干更加充分,大大的提高了面料烘干的效率和效果,使用效果好,更好更快的保证了面料的生产,连接管21远离吹风管16的一端贯穿第一箱体1并延伸至第一箱体1的外部。
需要说明的是,通过连接管21远离吹风管16的一端与鼓风机连接进行吹风,对第一箱体1内部面料进行烘干。
