Abstract

Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un moule pourvu d'un espace interne dans lequel de l'acier fondu peut être injecté, le moule comprenant un corps présentant l'espace interne, la surface interne du corps opposée à l'espace interne comprenant une première surface inclinée qui s'incline progressivement vers le côté inférieur de celle-ci pour s'éloigner d'une surface externe, qui est la surface opposée à la surface interne, et une seconde surface inclinée qui est ménagée sur le côté inférieur de la première surface inclinée et qui s'incline progressivement vers le côté inférieur de celle-ci pour se rapprocher de la surface externe. Par conséquent, selon des modes de réalisation de la présente invention, un taux de compensation pour le retrait d'une coque solidifiée est amélioré. Le taux de compensation pour le retrait de la coque solidifiée dans les directions des côtés longs et courts de celle-ci est amélioré au moyen d'un élément convexe et des surfaces inclinées ménagées au niveau de la surface interne du corps. En particulier, le taux de compensation pour le retrait de la coque solidifiée au niveau de la partie supérieure de l'espace interne du moule est amélioré. Ainsi, il est possible de restreindre ou d'éviter de créer un espace entre la surface interne du moule et la coque solidifiée par le retrait de la coque solidifiée, et de limiter ou éviter le retard de solidification provoqué ainsi. Par conséquent, il est possible de limiter ou d'éviter l'apparition de défauts de surface sur une brame et l'apparition d'une cassure.
