Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de perforation pliable (100), comprenant une tête de perforation (10) et un ensemble manchon pliable (20). La tête de perforation (10) est utilisée pour percer des tissus ; une extrémité distale de l'ensemble manchon pliable (20) est pourvue d'une section pliable (201) ; une extrémité distale de la tête de perforation (10) est exposée hors de la section pliable (201) ; une extrémité proximale de la tête de perforation (10) est fixée à l'extrémité distale de la section pliable (201) ; et l'ensemble manchon pliable (20) comprend un corps de tube ayant une fonction pliable. Le dispositif de perforation pliable (100) comprend en outre un élément de traction (30) dans le corps de tube ayant une fonction pliable ; et l'extrémité distale de l'élément de traction (30) est fixée à la tête de perforation (20) ou de la section pliable (201), de telle sorte que la tête de perforation (10) peut être alignée plus précisément avec les tissus cibles à perforer, les dommages du dispositif de perforation pouvant être courbé (100) lors d'un passage pour une opération de perforation dans le corps peuvent être empêchés, et la perforation est plus précise et plus rapide.
