宠物饮水机 技术领域
本公开涉及宠物设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种宠物饮水机。
背景技术
现有技术提供的饮水机基本上都是用水泵抽取桶内的水,泵到饮水机顶部供宠物饮用,因是循环水,动物喝到的只是很微小的一部分,大部分都有流回到桶底,桶顶和桶底有个落差,这样流动的水会激发水声,形成噪音。有的产品根本不考虑噪声的问题,采用无视的做法;有的产品采用了一定的去除噪音的设计,但不彻底;有的产品没有噪音,但对水流的引导,使产品本身结构复杂化,增加成本,难以清洗。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的缺陷,本公开提供了一种宠物饮水机,其具有静音且结构简单的作用,具体如下:
宠物饮水机,包括:
桶体,所述桶体的内部形成储水腔;
水泵,设置在桶体内部;
出水盖;所述宠物饮水机被配置为桶体中的水经水泵抽取从出水盖中流出后流经桶体内壁滑落。
在一具体实施例中,所述宠物饮水机还包括过滤装置,水流经出水盖后从过滤装置排出后流经桶体内壁滑落。
在一具体实施例中,所述过滤装置上设置有泄水孔所述泄水孔被配置为使水流从泄水孔排出后经桶体内壁滑落。
在一具体实施例中,所述泄水孔至少设置在过滤装置面向桶体内侧的侧壁上。
在一具体实施例中,所述泄水孔和桶体内壁之间具有一定间距以使水顺利流出,所述泄水孔设置有多个。
在一具体实施例中,所述宠物饮水机被配置为桶体中的水经水泵抽取经出水通道从出水盖中流出,所述出水通道的通道面积从下至上逐渐增大。
在一具体实施例中,所述出水通道的出水口位于出水盖上,出水口上方外扩与周围面平滑过渡,周围面沿四周侧逐渐降低。

在一具体实施例中,所述水泵为无线水泵,所述通体外侧设置有控制装置,所述无线水泵和控制装置通过无线感应信号对应设置。
在一具体实施例中,所述桶体底部外侧设置有凹槽,所述控制装置设置在通体下侧的凹槽中。
在一具体实施例中,所述控制装置包括无线发射模块,所述无线水泵包括无线接收模块,所述无线发射模块和无线接收模块信号连接。
本公开提供的宠物饮水机,将过滤装置流出的水流经通体内表面,沿着通体内壁向下滑动,滑入水面,消除水的激荡声,来消除水声,不需要另外导流设计,只借助桶壁便可以实现噪音水声的消除。

如图1-图3所示,本公开提供的宠物饮水机一优选实施例,包括桶体100、水泵200、出水盖300、过滤装置400,桶体100中的水经水泵从出水盖的出水口311流出,流经出水盖的饮水槽后流经过滤装置上的泄水孔410,最后经桶体内壁滑落。泄水孔410设置有多个,径向分布在过滤装置上,使得桶体内壁滑落的水分散均匀。在过滤装置过滤后流向桶体底部的时候,这个巨大落差,容易形成水声,本设计根据水流流动的特性,把水流分成一条条的细流,再把细流流经物体表面,一条条细流会变换成连城一片的水膜,使正片水膜沿着桶的内壁向下滑动,滑入水面,消除水的激荡,来消除水声;本公开不需要另外的导流设计,只借助桶壁便可实现流水的功能和水声的消除。
如图1所示,水泵到出水口的出水通道的通道面积从水泵到出水口逐渐增大,在出水口311处,出水口上方圆滑外扩与周围面圆弧相切,周围面四周沿弧面降低;水泵上方连接有出水管500,出水管500上方外扩,出水管上方连接出水盖300的连接部310,连接部310搭接在出水管500内。出水口311与周围面圆弧相切,既减缓水流,又让喷起的水流沿着圆滑的圆弧面顺势流下,这样既有涌泉的视觉效果,又无涌泉的水声出现。
如图2所示,在出水盖300远离饮水槽一侧设置有提手330,方便拿取。
如图3和图1所示,出水盖300的侧壁上设置有入水口320,出水盖300的侧壁和桶体内壁之间具有足够的间距供水流下,入水口320面向侧壁下方开口,水流在出水盖侧壁如瀑布般联系流下,入水口320的宽度设置满足水流流向过滤装置不断开、保持水流连续的以进一步消除水声;出水盖的侧壁可抵接在过滤装置上。
如图4所示,水泵200为无线水泵,桶体底部设置有供控制装置放置的凹槽,通过在桶壁外设 置和无线水泵无线通讯链接的控制装置600,简化了桶体结构。控制装置600包括无线发射模块和控制线路板,所述无线发射模块与所述控制线路板连接。所述无线水泵包括泵体、控制板和无线接收模块,所述控制板和无线接收模块设置在所述泵体内,所述控制板与无线接收模块连接;所述无线发射模块与所述无线接收模块信号连接。本实施例还包括电源线610,电源线610与所述控制装置600连接。
在本实施例中,控制装置600用于对整个饮水机的运行进行控制,配合所述无线水泵实现饮水机的自动运行,具体的,控制装置600从电源线610处获取电流,所述控制线路板接收电流并驱动所述无线发射模块发射电磁波,所述泵体中的无线接收模块接收电磁波,将其转换成电流,通过控制板给无线水泵的电机供电,并控制所述无线水泵的工作。在本实施例中,控制装置600和无线水泵均为可拆卸地设置,可以将其取出清洗,且控制装置600结构简单,体积小巧,重量轻,外形平整圆滑,可以直接擦拭,水洗,方便清洁。另外,由于可拆卸设置,若其中一个部件出现故障,可单独更换该部件,不必整体更换,以延长其他部件的使用寿命。

    桶体(100),所述桶体(100)的内部形成储水腔;
    水泵(200),设置在桶体(100)内部;
    出水盖(300);所述宠物饮水机被配置为桶体(100)中的水经水泵(200)抽取从出水盖(300)中流出后流经桶体(100)内壁滑落。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物饮水机,其特征在于:所述宠物饮水机还包括过滤装置(400),水流经出水盖(300)后从过滤装置(400)排出后流经桶体(100)内壁滑落。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的宠物饮水机,其特征在于:所述过滤装置(400)上设置有泄水孔(410),所述泄水孔(410)被配置为使水流从泄水孔(410)排出后经桶体(100)内壁滑落。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的宠物饮水机,其特征在于:所述泄水孔(410)至少设置在过滤装置面向桶体内侧的侧壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的宠物饮水机,其特征在于:所述泄水孔(410)和桶体内壁之间具有一定间距以使水顺利流出,所述泄水孔(410)设置有多个。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的宠物饮水机,其特征在于:所述宠物饮水机被配置为桶体(100)中的水经水泵(200)抽取经出水通道从出水盖(300)中流出,所述出水通道的通道面积从下至上逐渐增大。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的宠物饮水机,其特征在于:所述出水通道的出水口(311)位于出水盖上(300),出水口上方外扩与周围面平滑过渡,周围面沿四周侧逐渐降低。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的宠物饮水机,其特征在于:出水口上方圆滑外扩与周围面圆弧相切,周围面四周沿弧面降低。
  9. 根据权利要求6或7所述的宠物饮水机,其特征在于:所述水泵上方连接有出水管(500),出水管(500)上方外扩,出水管上方连接出水盖(300)的连接部(310),连接部(310)搭接在出水管内,所述出水通道包括出水管的出水通道和连接部的出水通道两部分。
