技术领域
本申请涉及通信设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种卡座装置及电子设备。
背景技术
随着用户需求的提升,电子设备的性能持续在优化。我们知道,电子设备通常配置有卡托,卡托用于承载智能卡(例如SIM卡、T卡),智能卡通过卡托的拆装实现在电子设备上的拆装。
相关技术中的电子设备配置有顶出机构和检测机构,检测机构可检测卡托的状态(安装状态和拆卸状态),顶出机构则负责将卡托顶出,进而实现后续对卡托的拆卸。但是,目前顶出机构和检测机构位于卡托的侧方,进而会导致顶出机构和检测机构占据较大的电路板的板面空间,这会导致电路板的板面空间利用率较低,进而不利于电子设备的集成化发展。
发明内容
本申请公开一种卡座装置及电子设备,以解决相关技术中电子设备内的顶出机构和检测机构存在占用电路板的板面空间较大的问题。
为解决上述问题,本申请采用下述技术方案:
第一方面,本申请实施例公开一种卡托卡座装置,应用于电子设备,包括压卡罩体、检测顶出机构、电路板、卡托和卡座,其中:
所述压卡罩体固定在所述电路板上,所述压卡罩体与所述电路板形成第 一容纳空间,所述卡托和所述卡座均设置于所述第一容纳空间之内;
所述卡托包括检测配合部和拨杆配合部,
所述检测顶出机构叠置在所述压卡罩体上,所述检测顶出机构包括拨杆和检测部,所述拨杆转动地设置于所述压卡罩体上,所述检测部设置于所述压卡罩体上,所述拨杆的第一端部用于与所述电子设备的顶针孔相对设置,所述拨杆的第二端部与所述拨杆配合部相对设置,所述第二端部可随所述拨杆在第一方向上的转动与所述拨杆配合部接触,以驱动所述卡托的至少部分移动至所述第一容纳空间之外;

本申请公开的卡托卡座装置通过对相关技术进行改进,通过将检测顶出机构叠置在压卡罩体上,在确保检测顶出机构本身功能的情况下,能够避免检测顶出机构直接设置在电路板上,进而能够避免对电路板的板面空间产生占用,进而能够解决相关技术中卡托卡座装置占用电路板较大的板面空间,进而导致电路板的板面空间利用率较低的问题。

以下结合附图,详细说明本申请各个实施例公开的技术方案。
请参考图1至图20,本申请实施例公开一种卡托卡座装置。所公开的卡托卡座装置应用于电子设备。
本申请实施例公开的卡托卡座装置包括压卡罩体100、检测顶出机构200、电路板300、卡托400和卡座500。
电子设备通常包括壳体,壳体能够为卡托卡座装置提供安装位置,同时 也能够对卡托卡座装置提供防护。电路板300通常固定在壳体内,电路板300是卡托卡座装置的基础,压卡罩体100、检测顶出机构200、卡托400和卡座500直接或间接地安装在电路板300上。可选地,电路板300可以为电子设备的主板,当然,也可以为电子设备的副板,当然,还可以为电子设备内的其它电路板,本申请实施例不作限制。
卡座500与电路板300电连接,进而实现电路板300之间的供电连接和通信连接。卡座500可以通过贴片工艺直接固定在电路板300上,当然,卡座500也可以设置在压卡罩体100上,并通过压卡罩体100间接地固定在电路板300上,当然,卡座500也可以通过压卡罩体100间接地实现与电路板300之间的电连接。
在本申请实施例中,压卡罩体100固定在电路板300上,压卡罩体100与电路板300共同形成卡托卡座装置的主要支撑骨干。压卡罩体100可以通过粘接、卡接、焊接、连接件(例如铆钉、螺纹连接件)连接等方式固定在电路板300上,本申请实施例不限制压卡罩体100与电路板300之间的具体固定方式。
压卡罩体100与电路板300形成第一容纳空间,卡托400和卡座500均设置于第一容纳空间之内。卡托400用于承载智能卡800,例如SIM卡。卡托400能够通过移动,从而实现进出第一容纳空间,进而能够携带智能卡800实现安装或拆卸,在卡托400位于第一容纳空间之内的情况下,携带有智能卡800的卡托400被固定在第一容纳空间之内。压卡罩体100还能够对卡托400上承载的智能卡800进行压紧,使得智能卡800更稳定地与卡座500实施电接触,确保配合的稳定性。在本申请实施例中,卡托400包括检测配合部410和拨杆配合部420。
卡托400具有安装状态和拆卸状态。在卡托400处于安装状态,卡托400安装在第一容纳空间之内,卡座500承载的智能卡800能够与卡座500电接触,从而通过卡座500实现智能卡800与电路板300之间的通信连接,在此 种情况下,智能卡800通过卡托400实现安装。在卡托400处于拆卸状态,卡托400至少部分从第一容纳空间之内移动至第一容纳空间之外,用户可以通过拆卸卡托400,从而实现对智能卡800的拆卸。
在本申请实施例中,卡托400可以承载一张智能卡800,也可以承载多张智能卡800,卡座500可以为一个,也可以为多个。每个卡座500可以对应一张智能卡800,从而方便每张智能卡800都能通过独立的卡座500实现与电路板300之间的通信。当然,本申请实施例不限制智能卡800与卡座500的数量对应关系。
检测顶出机构200为用于顶出卡托400,进而实现卡托400拆卸的机构,同时也是能够检测卡托400是否安装到位的机构,也就是检测卡托状态,在本申请实施例中,卡托状态包括安装状态和拆卸状态。
在本申请实施例中,检测顶出机构200叠置在压卡罩体100上。可选地,在垂直于电路板300的方向上,电路板300、压卡罩体100和检测顶出机构200依次设置,当然,还可以是,在垂直于电路板300的方向上,电路板300、检测顶出机构200和压卡罩体100依次设置。
检测顶出机构200固定在压卡罩体100上,进而通过压卡罩体100间接地固定在电路板300上,从而实现安装。在此种情况下,检测顶出机构200避免直接设置在电路板300上,而占用电路板300的板面空间。
检测顶出机构200包括拨杆210和检测部220。拨杆210用于驱动卡托400移动,进而实现卡托400的拆卸。检测部220与检测配合部410配合,用于检测卡托状态。
拨杆210转动地设置在压卡罩体100上,从而能够相对压卡罩体100进行转动。在一种可选的方案中,拨杆210直接与压卡罩体100转动连接。在另一种可选的方案中,拨杆210可以直接转动地设置在后文所述的保护罩体600上,进而通过保护罩体600间接地设置在压卡罩体100上。
电子设备设置有顶针孔,在通常情况下,顶针孔开设在电子设备的壳体 上。拨杆210的第一端部用于与顶针孔相对设置。顶针孔能够供顶针900穿过,进而实现顶针900推动拨杆210的第一端部,从而实现拨杆210的转动。拨杆210的第二端部与拨杆配合部420相对设置,拨杆210的第二端部可随拨杆210在第一方向上的转动,并与拨杆配合部420接触,继而拨杆210的第二端部则能够推动拨杆配合部420,继而实现对整个卡托400的推动,以驱动所述卡托400的至少部分移动至所述第一容纳空间之外。在拨杆210的第二端部的推动作用下,卡托400携带智能卡800从壳体中移出,达到拆卸的目的。
当然,在卡托400安装的过程中,用户会推动卡托400,拨杆配合部420会接触拨杆210的第二端部,进入通过第二端部推动拨杆210向第二方向转动,从而实现拨杆210的回位。需要说明的是,第一方向和第二方向相反。
在本申请实施例中,检测部220设置在压卡罩体100上,检测部220用于与检测配合部410对应设置,进而能够与检测配合部410配合,从而检测卡托状态,需要说明的是,本文中,卡托状态包括安装状态和拆卸状态。
本申请实施例公开的卡托卡座装置通过对相关技术进行改进,通过将检测顶出机构200叠置在压卡罩体100上,在确保检测顶出机构200本身功能的情况下,能够避免检测顶出机构200直接设置在电路板300上,进而能够避免对电路板300的板面空间产生占用,进而能够解决相关技术中卡托卡座装置占用电路板300较大的板面空间,进而导致电路板300的板面空间利用率较低的问题。
如上文所述,压卡罩体100能够对智能卡800进行压紧,使其更紧密地与卡座500电接触。一种可选的方案中,压卡罩体100包括弹性折弯压紧部116,弹性折弯压紧部116朝向第一容纳空间折弯,从而能够在卡托400安装到位后对卡托400上的智能卡800实施压紧,使得智能卡800与卡座500的电接触更加稳定。可选地,弹性折弯压紧部116为多个,且阵列分布在压卡罩体100上。具体的,可以阵列分布于后文所述的罩体本体110上。
当然,压卡罩体100也可以对卡托400和智能卡800实施固定,从而使得卡托400在不受外力的情况下更稳定地保持在第一容纳空间中。一种可选的方案中,压卡罩体100可以包括抱持弹臂114,抱持弹臂114可以包括弹性凸起,卡托400可以开设有定位槽400b1。在卡托400装入第一容纳空间的过程中,抱持弹臂114会弹性变形,进而使得弹性凸起与定位槽400b1弹性卡接,最终实现卡托400在第一容纳空间内的固定。在卡托400拆卸的过程中,只要控制卡托400朝着拆卸的方向移动,进而使得弹性凸起与定位槽400b1分离,即可实现卡托400的进一步的拆卸。
在卡托400的安装过程中,用户将携带有智能卡800的卡托400自壳体上的穿孔推至壳体之内,此过程中,在用户外力的作用下,卡托400会顶起弹性凸起,直至定位槽400b1移动至与弹性凸起相对的位置,最终弹性凸起与定位槽400b1弹性定位配合,最终实现卡托400安装到第一容纳空间,与此同时,检测配合部410会与检测部220配合,检测部220确定卡托400安装到位。
在卡托400的拆卸过程中,用户采用顶针900穿过顶针孔而推动拨杆210的第一端部,进而使得拨杆210转动,拨杆210的第一端部向着远离顶针孔的方向转动,由于拨杆210的第二端部与拨杆配合部420相对设置,而且拨杆210的转动中心位于其两端部之间,因此在拨杆210在转动的过程中第二端部能够向着靠近穿孔的方向转动,最终能够通过推动拨杆配合部420,达到推动卡托400至少部分通过穿孔伸出至壳体之外的目的,此过程中,拨杆210施加于拨杆配合部420的推力,能够克服弹性凸起与定位槽400b1之间的弹力,从而使得卡托400向壳体之外移动。最终,用户可将卡托400抽离。在卡托400向着壳体之外移动的过程中,检测部540会通过与检测配合部410的配合,从而确定卡托400处于拆卸状态。
在本申请实施例中,压卡罩体100通常通过焊接的方式固定在电路板300上,为此,压卡罩体100可以设置有焊接贴脚118,焊接贴脚118与电路板 300焊接配合,从而提高焊接面积,达到提高装配稳定性的目的。
在一种可选的方案中,电路板300可以开设有定位孔310,压卡罩体100可以包括插接定位部115,插接定位部115与定位孔310插接配合,从而能够进一步避免压卡罩体100在焊接过程中可能发生的位置偏移,进而能够进一步提高装配质量。
为了方便卡托400的安装,压卡罩体100可以包括导向折弯部119,导向折弯部119能够与卡托400导向配合,从而使得卡托400更容易滑入第一容纳空间中,进而方便装配。
在本申请实施例中,压卡罩体100可以设置有第二观察孔117,第二观察孔117可以为多个,多个第二观察孔117阵列分布,从而方便操作人员透过第二观察孔观看第一容纳空间内的装配情况。
在本申请实施例中,压卡罩体100可以包括罩体本体110和设置在罩体本体110上的连接轴120,拨杆210开设有转动配合孔211,连接轴120与转动配合孔211转动配合。一种可选的方案中,连接轴120可以为圆柱状连接轴,转动配合孔211可以为圆孔,圆柱状连接轴与圆孔转动配合。参考图10至图11,为了方便装配,可选的方案中,连接轴120的端部可以设置有倒直角或倒圆角。
在另一种可选的方案中,连接轴120的横截面形状可以为长条形,转动配合孔211可以为条形孔。连接轴120与转动配合孔211在预设角度范围内转动配合。此种情况下,条形孔与横截面形状为长条形的连接轴120配合,从而使得拨杆210能够在有限的预设角度范围内转动,也能够满足卡托400拆装所需要的拨杆210的转动角度。而且,转动配合孔211为条形孔,对拨杆210的强度影响较小。可选地,连接轴120的横截面形状为长方形。需要说明的是,连接轴120的横截面,指的是在垂直于连接轴120的轴线方向截得的截面。长条形具有长度尺寸和宽度尺寸,长度尺寸大于宽度尺寸。
可选地,预设角度范围可以为30°,45°等,本领域技术人员可以根据 卡托400拆卸时需要拨杆210转动范围来确定预设角度范围,本申请实施例不限制预设角度范围的具体数值。
连接轴120可以通过装配的方式固定在罩体本体110上,例如,连接轴120可以通过焊接、过盈配合式的卡接等方式固定在罩体本体110上。当然,连接轴120可以与罩体本体110为一体式结构,此种能够节省装配操作。具体的,连接轴120和罩体本体110可以通过注塑、折弯工艺或切割工艺成形,本申请对此不作限制。
一种可选的方案中,连接轴120可以为自罩体本体110折弯形成的片状结构,也就是说,连接轴120可以从用于形成罩体本体110的坯料上撕料成形。当然,在此种情况下,罩体本体110会在形成连接轴120的区域形成撕料孔。此种结构成型方便,而且节省物料,无需专门配置单独结构的连接轴120。
在进一步的技术方案中,本申请实施例公开的卡托卡座装置还可以包括保护罩体600。保护罩体600设置在压卡罩体100上。保护罩体600与压卡罩体100形成第二容纳空间,拨杆210可以设置在第二容纳空间之内。第二容纳空间可以作为防护空间,从而为拨杆210实施防护,也避免外部构件对拨杆210运动的干涉。当然,检测部220的至少部分可以位于第二容纳空间之内,从而能够被第二容纳空间防护。
拨杆210可以包括曲面凸缘212,曲面凸缘212位于拨杆210背向拨杆配合部420的边缘。保护罩体600可以包括内支撑侧壁610,内支撑侧壁610支撑在压卡罩体100上,且位于拨杆210背向顶针孔的一侧。曲面凸缘212与内支撑侧壁610滚动配合。在拨杆210转动的过程中,曲面凸缘212相当于拨杆210的转动支点,从而使得拨杆210更容易绕连接轴120转动,也有利于拨杆210转动过程中施加推力。在卡托400拆卸的过程中,内支撑侧壁610还能够与拨杆210限位配合,从而起到约束拨杆210转动范围的目的,避免拨杆210进行过多而无用的转动。
保护罩体600还可以包括外支撑侧壁620,外支撑侧壁620支撑在压卡罩体100上。外支撑侧壁620位于拨杆210的朝向拨杆配合部420的一侧,在拨杆210沿第二方向转动的情况下,外支撑侧壁620与拨杆210限位配合,第二方向与第一方向相反。在卡托400安装的过程中,拨杆配合部420会推动拨杆210的第二端部,从而推动拨杆210回转(即沿第二方向转动),拨杆210能够与外支撑侧壁620限位配合,从而避免拨杆210过度回转,进而能够避免拨杆210的第一端部过度转动而偏离顶针孔。
本申请实施例公开的卡托卡座装置中,压卡罩体100邻近拨杆210的端部开设有第一避让豁口111,拨杆210的第一端部设置有第一增厚部213,第一增厚部213位于第一避让豁口111中。第一增厚部213能够使得拨杆210的第二端部上与拨杆配合部420配合的面积较大,从而拨杆210更有效地推动拨杆配合部420,避免拨杆210的第二端部与拨杆配合部420由于接触面积减小而产生的变形卡死现象。
如上文所述,检测部220用于检测卡托状态,该卡托状态包括安装状态和拆卸状态。在本申请实施例中,检测部220的种类可以有多种。检测部220可以为光学检测部,也可以为电学检测部。例如,在检测部220为光学检测部的情况下,检测部220可以通过获取检测配合部410的影像从而来判断卡托状态。
一种可选的方案中,在卡托400处于安装状态下,检测配合部410与检测部220接触。在卡托400处于拆卸状态下,检测配合部410与检测部540分离。在此种情况下,通过界定检测部220与检测配合部410是否接触,来确定卡托400的状态,从而达到检测卡托400是否安装到位的目的。例如,检测部220可以为自电容极板,在检测配合部410与检测部220分离后,检测部220的电容值为第一电容值,在检测配合部410与检测部220接触后,检测部220的电容值为第二电容值,第一电容值与第二电容值不相等,在检测的过程中,可以通过判定电容值从而来确定卡托状态。
在进一步的技术方案中,检测部220可以包括检测弹片221和检测端子222,检测弹片221的一端与保护罩体600或压卡罩体100相连,检测弹片221的另一端为电连接端,检测端子222设置在保护罩体600或压卡罩体100上,在卡托400处于第一状态的情况下,检测配合部410与检测弹片221接触,且驱使电连接端与所述检测端子222分离;在卡托400处于第二状态的情况下,检测配合部410与检测弹片221分离,且电连接端与检测端子222电接触。其中,第一状态和第二状态中,一者为拆卸状态,另一者为安装状态。
例如,检测弹片221可以为接地弹片。在此种情况下,检测端子222可以接信号源,在检测端子222与电连接端接触的情况下,检测端子222的信号通过检测弹片221接地,此时电子设备能够检测出检测端子222处于低电平信号,在检测端子222与电连接端分离的情况下,检测端子222未通过电连接端接地,此时电子设备能够检测出检测端子222处于高电平信号。在具体的检测过程中,电子设备可以通过获取检测端子222的电平信号是高电平信号还是低电平信号,来确定卡托状态。需要说明的是,本文中,低电平信号和高电平信号为相对概念,本申请实施例不限制低电平信号和高电平信号的具体数值。
一种可选的方案中,第一状态为拆卸状态,第二状态为安装状态,在此情况下,在卡托400拆卸的过程中,随着卡托400从第一容纳空间中逐渐移出,检测配合部410会逐渐接触检测弹片221,从而驱使检测弹片221与检测端子222分离,从而使得检测弹片221与检测端子222之间的电连接断开,从而通过电路检测将此种状态界定为拆卸状态。在卡托400装配的过程中,随着卡托400逐渐进入到第一容纳空间中,检测配合部410逐渐与检测弹片221分离,检测弹片221在弹性恢复力的作用下恢复至与检测端子222接触的状态,在此种情况下,检测弹片221与检测端子222电连接,从而通过电路检测将此种状态界定为安装状态。
在另一种可选的方案中,第一状态为安装状态,第二状态分拆卸状态,在此种情况下,在卡托400拆卸的过程中,随着卡托400从第一容纳空间中逐渐移出,检测配合部410会逐渐与检测弹片221分离,检测弹片221在弹性恢复力的作用下恢复至与检测端子222接触的位置,从而使得检测弹片221与检测端子222之间形成电连接,从而通过电路检测将此种状态界定为安装状态。在卡托400装配的过程中,随着卡托400逐渐进入到第一容纳空间中,检测配合部410逐渐与检测弹片221接触,从而推动检测弹片221变形,进而与检测端子222分离,从而使得检测弹片221与检测端子222之间的电连接断开,进而通过电路检测将此种状态界定为拆卸状态。
在本申请实施例中,压卡罩体100和保护罩体600中的至少一者可以开设有防积尘孔112,防积尘孔112与检测部220相对设置,且与第二容纳空间连通。如上文所述,检测部220包括检测弹片221和检测端子222,在卡托400拆装的过程中,检测弹片221与检测端子222会在接触与分离之间转换。为了避免灰尘等异物沉积在检测弹片221与检测端子222之间而使得检测弹片221与检测端子222形成常接触模式,防积尘孔112能够与第二容纳空间连通,并与检测部220相对设置,因此能够将第二容纳空间内沉积在检测弹片221与检测端子222之间的灰尘泄放掉,从而避免沉积。
第二容纳空间内可以固定有绝缘部700,可选地,绝缘部700可以为注塑在保护罩体600上的塑胶部。检测端子222固定在绝缘部700上,检测端子222通过绝缘部700与保护罩体600绝缘连接。在进一步的技术方案中,保护罩体600可以包括第一定位翻边640和第二定位翻边650,第一定位翻边640和第二定位翻边650可以相交,具体的,第一定位翻边640可以与第二定位翻边650相垂直。塑胶部可以注塑在第一定位翻边640和第二定位翻边650上,从而提高与保护罩体600的连接的稳定性。
在本申请实施例中,压卡罩体100可以开设有第二避让豁口113,检测弹片221的至少部分可以伸至第二避让豁口113中。在此种情况下,检测弹 片221的至少部分能够被第二避让豁口113容纳,从而能够使得检测弹片221与压卡罩体100之间的装配更加紧凑。
在进一步的技术方案中,检测弹片221可以设置有第二增厚部2211,第二增厚部2211至少部分伸至第二避让豁口113中。由于第二增厚部2211的至少部分能够容纳于第二避让豁口113中,因此上述结构能够使得电子设备的整机尺寸不变的情况下,较容易使得在检测弹片221形成更大的接触面,从而能够使得检测弹片221与检测端子222之间的配合更加稳定。
在本申请实施例中,检测弹片221可以与保护罩体600可以为一体式结构,或者,检测弹片221与压卡罩体100可以为一体式结构,或者,检测弹片221装配到保护罩体600或压卡罩体100上。上文一体式的结构具有方便安装的优势。
在进一步的技术方案中,压卡罩体100或保护罩体600可以开设有与检测部220相对应的第一观察孔630,第一观察孔630能够用操作人员观察检测部220的配合情况。
在本申请实施例中,拨杆210的结构可以有多种,一种可选的方案中,拨杆210可以包括主体部214和设置在主体部214的端部的折弯部215,主体部214与压卡罩体100转动配合,主体部214位于压卡罩体100的第一侧,折弯部215位于压卡罩体100的第二侧,第一侧和第二侧为压卡罩体100相邻的两侧,主体部214与压卡罩体100的叠置方向为卡托400的厚度方向,折弯部215与顶针孔相对设置。在此种情况下,折弯部215在电子设备的厚度方向的位置与卡托400在电子设备的厚度方向的位置较为靠近,从而能够缓解在折弯部215受到顶针900的推动时导致卡托400受力不均的问题。
在进一步的技术方案中,主体部214可以为第一片状结构,第一片状结构的厚度方向与检测顶出机构200在压卡罩体100上的叠置方向一致。此种情况下,能够有利于减小卡托卡座装置的厚度,更有利于电子设备向着更薄的方向设计。
在进一步的技术方案中,折弯部215可以为第二片状结构,第二片状结构的厚度方向与卡托400的移动方向一致。在此种情况下,折弯部215面积较大的区域会与顶针900相对,有利于避免由于与顶针900的配合面积较小导致的顶针900对拨杆210的驱动的稳定性。
如上文所述,卡托400的拆卸需要用户抓握顶针900推动拨杆210的第一端部实现。在操作的过程中,用户将顶针900穿过顶针孔而推动拨杆210的第一端部的过程中,顶针900与拨杆210接触的端部有可能会发生滑动而捅伤电子设备的其它部分的器件,基于此,一种可选的方案中,拨杆210的第一端部朝向顶针孔的表面设有限位槽2151,限位槽2151的槽口朝向顶针孔,限位槽2151朝向其槽口的底壁为顶针作用面,在顶针推动拨杆210的第一端部转动的过程中,顶针900与拨杆210接触的端部可伸入限位槽2151之内,并与限位槽2151限位配合,在限位槽2151的限位作用下,能够避免顶针900的端部滑动带来的不良后果。
当然,本申请实施例公开的电子设备还可以通过其它方式解决顶针900可能产生的捅伤问题。在另一种可选的方案中,拨杆210的第一端部朝向顶针孔的表面可以设置有防滑结构,具体的,防滑结构可以为磨砂面或防滑纹路。在此种情况下,防滑结构能够提高拨杆210与顶针900的端部的摩擦系数,降低顶针900的端部发生滑动的概率。
在本申请实施例中,卡托400的结构可以有多种。具体的,检测配合部410和拨杆配合部420均可以为形成于卡托400上的凸起,也就是说,检测配合部410为第一凸起,拨杆配合部420为第二凸起。
在进一步的技术方案中,卡托400可以包括卡托帽400a和卡托主体400b,卡托主体400b设有用于容纳智能卡的卡槽,卡托帽400a朝向卡托主体400b的一侧设置有凸出于卡槽的槽口的条状凸台400c,条状凸台400c包括检测配合部410和拨杆配合部420。此种结构使得检测配合部410和拨杆配合部420的结构更为简单。
基于本申请实施例公开的卡托卡座装置,本申请实施例公开一种电子设备,所公开的电子设备包括上文实施例所述的卡托卡座装置。
在本申请实施例中,壳体具有内腔、穿孔和顶针孔,穿孔和顶针孔均与内腔连通。顶针孔可用于与顶针900配合,供顶针900穿过以拆卸卡托400。穿孔供卡托400穿过,进而实现卡托400的拆装。
在通常情况下,壳体包括中框,穿孔和顶针孔均可以开设于中框上,在电子设备(例如手机、平板电脑)在使用的过程中,中框通常不正对用户,因此穿孔和顶针孔开设于中框上,能够提升电子设备的外观性能,同时能够提升用户的视觉体验。
本申请实施例公开的电子设备可以是手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、可穿戴设备、游戏机等设备,当然还可以为其他种类的设备,本申请实施例不限制电子设备的具体种类。
本申请上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本申请的实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请。对于本领域技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种卡托卡座装置,应用于电子设备,包括压卡罩体(100)、检测顶出机构(200)、电路板(300)、卡托(400)和卡座(500),其中:
    所述压卡罩体(100)固定在所述电路板(300)上,所述压卡罩体(100)与所述电路板(300)形成第一容纳空间,所述卡托(400)和所述卡座(500)均设置于所述第一容纳空间之内;
    所述卡托(400)包括检测配合部(410)和拨杆配合部(420);
    所述检测顶出机构(200)叠置在所述压卡罩体(100)上,所述检测顶出机构(200)包括拨杆(210)和检测部(220),所述拨杆(210)转动地设置于所述压卡罩体(100)上,所述检测部(220)设置于所述压卡罩体(100)上,所述拨杆(210)的第一端部用于与所述电子设备的顶针孔相对设置,所述拨杆(210)的第二端部与所述拨杆配合部(420)相对设置,所述第二端部可随所述拨杆(210)在第一方向上的转动并与所述拨杆配合部(420)接触,以驱动所述卡托(400)的至少部分移动至所述第一容纳空间之外;
    所述检测部(220)与所述检测配合部(410)配合,所述检测部(220)用于检测卡托状态,所述卡托状态包括安装状态和拆卸状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卡托卡座装置,其中,所述压卡罩体(100)包括罩体本体(110)和设置在所述罩体本体(110)上的连接轴(120),所述拨杆(210)开设有转动配合孔(211),所述连接轴(120)与所述转动配合孔(211)在预设角度范围内转动配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的卡托卡座装置,其中,所述连接轴(120)与所述罩体本体(110)为一体式结构,所述连接轴(120)为自所述罩体本体(110)折弯形成的片状结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的卡托卡座装置,其中,所述卡托卡座装置还包括保护罩体(600),所述保护罩体(600)设置在所述压卡罩体(100)上,所述保护罩体(600)与所述压卡罩体(100)形成第二容纳空间,所述拨杆 (210)设置于所述第二容纳空间之内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的卡托卡座装置,其中,所述拨杆(210)包括曲面凸缘(212),所述曲面凸缘(212)位于所述拨杆(210)背向所述拨杆配合部(420)的边缘,所述保护罩体(600)包括内支撑侧壁(610),所述内支撑侧壁(610)支撑在所述压卡罩体(100)上,且位于所述拨杆(210)背向所述顶针孔的一侧,所述曲面凸缘(212)与所述内支撑侧壁(610)滚动接触。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的卡托卡座装置,其中,所述保护罩体(600)还包括外支撑侧壁(620),所述外支撑侧壁(620)支撑在所述压卡罩体(100)上,所述外支撑侧壁(620)位于所述拨杆(210)的朝向所述拨杆配合部(420)的一侧,在所述拨杆(210)沿第二方向转动的情况下,所述外支撑侧壁(620)与所述拨杆(210)限位配合,所述第一方向与所述第二方向相反。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的卡托卡座装置,其中,所述连接轴(120)的横截面形状为长条形,所述转动配合孔(211)为条形孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的卡托卡座装置,其中,所述卡托卡座装置还包括保护罩体(600),所述保护罩体(600)设置在所述压卡罩体(100)上,所述保护罩体(600)与所述压卡罩体(100)形成第二容纳空间,所述检测部(220)的至少部分和所述拨杆(210)均设置于所述第二容纳空间之内,在所述卡托(400)处于所述安装状态下,所述检测配合部(410)与所述检测部(220)接触;在所述卡托(400)处于所述拆卸状态下,所述检测配合部(410)与所述检测部(540)分离。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的卡托卡座装置,其中,所述检测部(220)包括检测弹片(221)和检测端子(222),所述检测弹片(221)的一端与所述保护罩体(600)或所述压卡罩体(100)相连,所述检测弹片(221)的另一端为电连接端,所述检测端子(222)设置在所述保护罩体(600)或所述压卡罩体(100)上,在所述卡托(400)处于第一状态的情况下,所述检测配 合部(410)与所述检测弹片(221)接触,且驱使所述电连接端与所述检测端子(222)分离;在所述卡托(400)处于第二状态的情况下,所述检测配合部(410)与所述检测弹片(221)分离,且所述电连接端与所述检测端子(222)电接触;
    所述第一状态和所述第二状态中的一者为所述安装状态,另一者为所述拆卸状态。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的卡托卡座装置,其中,所述压卡罩体(100)开设有第二避让豁口(113),所述检测弹片(221)的至少部分伸至所述第二避让豁口(113)中。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的卡托卡座装置,其中,所述检测弹片(221)设置有第二增厚部(2211),所述第二增厚部(2211)至少部分伸至所述第二避让豁口(113)中。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的卡托卡座装置,其中,所述检测弹片(221)与所述保护罩体(600)为一体式结构,或者,所述检测弹片(221)与所述压卡罩体(100)为一体式结构,或者,所述检测弹片(221)装配到所述保护罩体(600)或所述压卡罩体(100)上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的卡托卡座装置,其中,在所述检测弹片(221)与所述保护罩体(600)为一体式结构的情况下,所述第二容纳空间内固定有绝缘部(700),所述检测端子(222)固定在所述绝缘部(700)上,且所述检测端子(222)通过所述绝缘部(700)与所述保护罩体(600)绝缘连接。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的卡托卡座装置,其中,所述拨杆(210)包括主体部(214)和设置在所述主体部(214)的端部的折弯部(215),所述主体部(214)与所述压卡罩体(100)转动配合,所述主体部(214)位于所述压卡罩体(100)的第一侧,所述折弯部(215)位于所述压卡罩体(100)的第二侧,所述第一侧和所述第二侧为所述压卡罩体(100)相邻的两侧,所述主体部(214)与所述压卡罩体(100)的叠置方向为所述卡托(400)的厚度 方向,所述折弯部(215)与所述顶针孔相对设置。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的卡托卡座装置,其中,所述主体部(214)为第一片状结构,所述第一片状结构的厚度方向与所述检测顶出机构(200)在所述压卡罩体(100)上的叠置方向一致。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的卡托卡座装置,其中,所述折弯部(215)为第二片状结构,所述第二片状结构的厚度方向与所述卡托(400)的拆装移动方向一致。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的卡托卡座装置,其中,所述卡托(400)包括卡托帽(400a)和卡托主体(400b),所述卡托主体(400b)设有用于容纳智能卡(800)的安装空间,所述卡托帽(400a)朝向所述卡托主体(400b)的一侧设置有凸出于所述安装空间的开口的条状凸台(400c),所述条状凸台(400c)包括所述检测配合部(410)和所述拨杆配合部(420)。
  18. 一种电子设备,包括权利要求1至17中任一项所述的卡托卡座装置。
