- 一种信息确定方法,包括:通信设备根据第一信息,确定第一下行控制信息DCI格式;其中,所述第一信息根据以下至少一项确定:第一DCI格式对应的第一DCI的比特数信息;参考DCI格式对应的第二DCI的比特数信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的信息确定方法,其中,所述第一信息是根据所述第一DCI的总比特数与所述第二DCI的总比特数之间的差值N确定的。
- 根据权利要求2所述的信息确定方法,其中,还包括:通信设备根据网络侧设备的指示信息,确定所述第一DCI的总比特数与所述第二DCI的总比特数之间的差值N;或者,通信设备根据PDCCH中的预留比特数,确定所述第一DCI的总比特数与所述第二DCI的总比特数之间的差值N,其中,所述PDCCH承载的DCI的格式为所述参考DCI格式,所述PDCCH中的预留比特数是根据至少一个由第一无线网络临时标识RNTI加扰的PDCCH中的预留比特数确定的。
- 根据权利要求3所述的信息确定方法,其中,在所述PDCCH中的预留比特数是根据一个所述PDCCH中的预留比特数确定的情况下,所述N为所述PDCCH中的预留比特数的最大值或最小值;或者,在所述PDCCH中的预留比特数是根据至少两个所述PDCCH中的预留比特数确定的情况下,所述N为至少两个所述PDCCH中的预留比特数的平均值、最大值或最小值。
- 根据权利要求3所述的信息确定方法,其中,在所述N小于或者等于所述PDCCH中的预留比特数M的情况下,所述第一DCI格式中的预留比特数为M-N。
- 根据权利要求3所述的信息确定方法,其中,在所述N大于所述PDCCH中的预留比特数M的情况下,所述第一DCI格式中的预留比特数为0。
- 根据权利要求1所述的信息确定方法,其中,所述第一信息包括:所述参考DCI格式中的信息域的比特数;所述通信设备根据第一信息,确定第一下行控制信息DCI格式,包括:通信设备根据所述参考DCI格式中的信息域的比特数,确定所述第一DCI格式中的信息域的比特数。
- 根据权利要求7所述的信息确定方法,其中,所述第一DCI格式中的信息域的比特数与所述参考DCI格式中的信息域的比特数相同。
- 根据权利要求7所述的信息确定方法,其中,所述第一DCI格式中第一信息域的比特数小于所述参考DCI格式中第一信息域的比特数;所述通信设备根据所述参考DCI格式中的信息域的比特数,确定所述第一DCI格式中的信息域的比特数,包括:根据网络指示或者按照第一顺序,确定所述第一DCI格式中至少一个第一信息域的比特数;其中,所述第一DCI格式中第一信息域的比特数小于所述参考DCI格式中第一信息域的比特数,所述第一顺序为预定义的或者为网络配置的。
- 根据权利要求9所述的信息确定方法,其中,所述第一信息域的比特数为预定义的或者为网络配置的。
- 根据权利要求9所述的信息确定方法,其中,所述第一信息域的个数是根据预设规则确定的;其中,所述预设规则包括:在确定s个第一信息域之后,若第一DCI的总比特数小于或者等于所述第二DCI的总比特数与N的差值,则确定所述第一信息域的个数为s。
- 根据权利要求9所述的信息确定方法,其中,所述第一信息域满足以下至少一项:第一调度粒度为第二调度粒度的A倍,A为大于1的整数,所述第一调度粒度为所述第一信息域对应的调度粒度,所述第二调度粒度为所述参考DCI格式中相应的第一信息域对应的调度粒度;第一选项数小于第二选项数,所述第一选项数为所述第一信息域对应的选项数,所述第二选项数为所述参考DCI格式中相应的第一信息域对应的选项数;所述第一信息域的内容为网络设备配置的内容或预设内容。
- 根据权利要求3所述的信息确定方法,其中,所述PDCCH为公共搜索空间的PDCCH。
- 一种信息确定装置,包括:第一确定模块,用于根据第一信息,确定第一下行控制信息DCI格式;其中,所述第一信息根据以下至少一项确定:第一DCI格式对应的第一DCI的比特数信息;参考DCI格式对应的第二DCI的比特数信息。
- 根据权利要求14所述的信息确定装置,其中,所述第一信息是根据所述第一DCI的总比特数与所述第二DCI的总比特数之间的差值N确定的。
- 根据权利要求15所述的信息确定装置,其中,还包括:第二确定模块,用于根据网络侧设备的指示信息,确定所述第一DCI的总比特数与所述第二DCI的总比特数之间的差值N;或者,通信设备根据PDCCH中的预留比特数,确定所述第一DCI的总比特数与所述第二DCI的总比特数之间的差值N,其中,所述PDCCH承载的DCI的格式为所述参考DCI格式,所述PDCCH中的预留比特数是根据至少一个由第一无线网络临时标识RNTI加扰的PDCCH中的预留比特数确定的。
- 根据权利要求16所述的信息确定装置,其中,在所述PDCCH中的预留比特数是根据一个所述PDCCH中的预留比特数确定的情况下,所述N为所述PDCCH中的预留比特数的最大值或最小值;或者,在所述PDCCH中的预留比特数是根据至少两个所述PDCCH中的预留比特数确定的情况下,所述N为至少两个所述PDCCH中的预留比特数的平均值、最大值或最小值。
- 根据权利要求16所述的信息确定装置,其中,在所述N小于或者等于所述PDCCH中的预留比特数M的情况下,所述第一DCI格式中的预留比特数为M-N。
- 根据权利要求16所述的信息确定装置,其中,在所述N大于所述PDCCH中的预留比特数M的情况下,所述第一DCI格式中的预留比特数为0。
- 根据权利要求14所述的信息确定装置,其中,所述第一信息包括: 所述参考DCI格式中的信息域的比特数;所述第一确定模块用于根据所述参考DCI格式中的信息域的比特数,确定所述第一DCI格式中的信息域的比特数。
- 根据权利要求20所述的信息确定装置,其中,所述第一DCI格式中的信息域的比特数与所述参考DCI格式中的信息域的比特数相同。
- 根据权利要求20所述的信息确定装置,其中,所述第一DCI格式中第一信息域的比特数小于所述参考DCI格式中第一信息域的比特数;所述第一确定模块用于根据网络指示或者按照第一顺序,确定所述第一DCI格式中至少一个第一信息域的比特数;其中,所述第一DCI格式中第一信息域的比特数小于所述参考DCI格式中第一信息域的比特数,所述第一顺序为预定义的或者为网络配置的。
- 根据权利要求22所述的信息确定装置,其中,所述第一信息域的比特数为预定义的或者为网络配置的。
- 根据权利要求22所述的信息确定装置,其中,所述第一信息域的个数是根据预设规则确定的;其中,所述预设规则包括:在确定s个第一信息域之后,若第一DCI的总比特数小于或者等于所述第二DCI的总比特数与N的差值,则确定所述第一信息域的个数为s。
