Abstract
一种一次性自动充气式降噪头盔,包括由若干个塑料气囊单元(2)组成的气囊和至少一个自动充气装置(4);气囊单元(2)为多边形结构,各气囊单元(2)与周围其他多边形结构气囊单元(2)相连;气囊单元(2)具有若干分层;自动充气装置(4)设于与气囊单元(2)相连的充气单元内,自动充气装置(4)中的气体由充气单元进入气囊单元(2)使气囊鼓起,形成隔音降噪头盔;头盔整体形状为帽形,包括覆盖两侧耳部的头盔护耳和覆盖后脑的头盔后部;气囊设有放气口。降噪头盔能够贴合并包裹双耳以及人体后脑部位,有效的降低噪音的空气传导以及骨传导,方便携带,降噪效果好,能够满足生活场景中降低噪音的使用需求。
Description
本发明涉及防噪器械领域,具体涉及的是一种一次性自动充气式降噪头盔,该自动充气式的降噪头盔可以用于噪声场所中对耳朵的保护。
生活中有大量的场景存在对人耳损伤的噪声,为了保护耳朵,已开发出防噪音耳罩、防噪音耳塞等器械。然而,头部作为一个整体,还会对噪音进行骨传导,这就造成了即使带着防噪音耳罩或者防噪音耳机,仍可以听见嘈杂的背景音。此外,现有的防噪音耳罩体积较大,不方便携带。而防噪音耳塞体积过小,容易掉落丢失,并且还存在损伤人类外耳道的风险。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有的降噪耳罩不方便携带的缺点、现有的降噪耳机容易丢失且损伤耳道以及无法防止噪音骨传导的性质,提供一种能够自动充气的一次性降噪头盔,可用于日常降噪,并具有便携的特性。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种一次性自动充气式降噪头盔,包括由若干个塑料气囊单元组成的气囊和至少一个自动充气装置;所述的气囊单元为多边形结构,各气囊单元与周围其他多边形结构气囊单元相连;所述的气囊单元具有若干分层,每个气囊单元的各分层之间具有气囊通道,各相邻气囊单元的相应分层之间互相连通;所述的自动充气装置设于与气囊单元相连的充气单元内,所述的自动充气装置中的气体由充气单元进入气囊单元使气囊鼓起,形成隔音降噪头盔;所述的头盔整体形状为帽形,包括覆盖两侧耳部的头盔护耳和覆盖后脑的头盔后部;所述的气囊设有放气口。
作为优选的方案,所述的气囊单元为六边形或五边形结构。
作为优选的方案,所述气囊单元的材料为可降解塑料,有利于环保。
作为优选的方案,所述气囊单元的材质选自聚乳酸、生物降解聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚丁烯琥珀酸酯、聚丁烯已酸酯、聚羟基丁酸酯、聚丁烯琥珀戊酸酯、聚乙烯琥珀酸酯、聚酯酸胺、聚已内酯中的一种或两种及以上的混合物。
作为优选的方案,所述的自动充气装置集成在头盔护耳的末端。
作为优选的方案,所述的自动充气装置为压缩气瓶,压缩气瓶刺破后,气体由充气单元进入气囊单元,形成隔音降噪头盔。
作为优选的方案,所述的自动充气装置为带电池的气泵。
进一步的,所述的自动充气装置具有人工充气嘴。
作为优选的方案,所述的头盔在头盔护耳位置安装有MP3播放器和内置扬声器,可以在隔绝噪音的同时播放令人心情舒缓的歌曲。
进一步的,所述的头盔在两侧下部设有卡扣。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
一、本发明的降噪头盔对耳朵和头骨进行了包裹,有效的降低了噪音的空气传导和骨传导。
二、本发明的降噪头盔在未使用(放气状态)时仅有塑料袋大小,轻薄且方便携带。
三、本发明的降噪头盔是一个整体,避免了传统的防噪耳塞丢失的问题,且并未侵入耳道,不会造成损伤。
四、本发明的降噪头盔集成了音乐播放器,可以播放音乐放松心情。

以下结合具体实施例对上述方案做进一步说明。应理解,这些实施例是用于说明本发明而不限于限制本发明的范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所做的等效变换或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。实施例中未注明的实施条件通常为常规实验中的条件。
如图1-3和图6所示,一种一次性自动充气式降噪头盔,包括由若干个塑料气囊单元2组成的气囊和至少一个自动充气装置4;所述的气囊形成头盔本体1。
所述的气囊单元2为多边形结构,各气囊单元2与周围其他多边形结构气囊单元2相连;如图4和5所示,所述的气囊单元2具有若干分层,每个气囊单元2的各分层之间具有气囊通道3,各相邻气囊单元2的相应分层之间互相连通。
所述的自动充气装置4设于与气囊单元2相连的充气单元内,所述的自动充气装置4中的气体由充气单元进入气囊单元2使气囊鼓起,形成隔音降噪头盔;所述的头盔整体形状为帽形,包括覆盖两侧耳部的头盔护耳和覆盖后脑的头盔后部;所述的气囊设有放气口。
实施例中,所述的气囊单元2为六边形或五边形结构。
实施例中,所述气囊单元的材料为可降解塑料,有利于环保。

进一步的,所述的头盔在两侧下部设有卡扣7。
如图1所示,头盔本体1由多个六边形及少量五边形的气囊单元组成,排列成类似富勒烯的结构;如图6所示,其中头盔护耳部分末端还有卡扣7,连接后可以将头盔进一步固定。如图4所示,气囊单元内部为多层结构,进一步阻碍噪音的传播。如图5所示,每一个气囊单元的各层气囊之间存在通道,用于气体的联通。

- 一种一次性自动充气式降噪头盔,其特征在于:包括由若干个塑料气囊单元组成的气囊和至少一个自动充气装置;所述的气囊单元为多边形结构,各气囊单元与周围其他多边形结构气囊单元相连;所述的气囊单元具有若干分层,每个气囊单元的各分层之间具有气囊通道,各相邻气囊单元的相应分层之间互相连通;所述的自动充气装置设于与气囊单元相连的充气单元内,所述的自动充气装置中的气体由充气单元进入气囊单元使气囊鼓起,形成隔音降噪头盔;所述的头盔整体形状为帽形,包括覆盖两侧耳部的头盔护耳和覆盖后脑的头盔后部;所述的气囊设有放气口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一次性自动充气式降噪头盔,其特征在于:所述的气囊单元为六边形或五边形结构。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一次性自动充气式降噪头盔,其特征在于:所述的自动充气装置集成在头盔护耳的末端。
