背景技术
灯具可包括灯体边框和面罩。面罩一般由塑料材料制成,塑料件随着使用时间的增加,容易发生变形。相关技术中,面罩一般通过螺纹连接件固定在灯体边框上,由于螺纹连接件会限制面罩的伸展,面罩变形后将在螺纹连接件的限制作用下将不能自由伸展,会导致面罩波浪扭曲,会影响灯体的整体美观性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种面罩与灯体边框的连接结构,其中,包括:面罩(110)、灯体边框(120)和压条(130);所述灯体边框(120)的第一端(1201)设置有朝所述灯体边框(120)的内侧延伸的延伸部(1203),所述灯体边框(120)上设置有卡口(1206),所述压条(130)包括卡勾(1301)和压接部(1302),所述卡勾(1301)与所述卡口(1206)卡接,所述面罩(110)夹设在所述压接部(1302)与所述延伸部(1203)之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接结构,其中,所述卡口(1206)与所述灯体边框(120)的内侧壁(1204)围成T型槽(1205),所述卡勾(1301)卡接在所述T型槽(1205)中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的连接结构,其中,所述延伸部(1203)上与所述面罩(110)相对的表面上设置有第一凸起(12061),所述第一凸起(12061)与所述灯体边框(120)的内侧壁(1204)之间具有第一间隙(120611),所述灯体边框(120)的内侧壁(1204)上设置有支撑部(12063),所述支撑部(12063)上设置有第二凸起(12062),所述第二凸起(12062)朝向所述延伸部(1203)伸出,所述第二凸起(12062)与所述灯体边框(120)的内侧壁(1204)之间具有第二间隙(120621),所述第一凸起(12061)、所述延伸部(1203)、所述灯体边框(120)的内侧壁(1204)、所述支撑部(12063)和所述第二凸起(12062)共同围成所述T型槽(1205)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的连接结构,其中,所述压条(130)还包括连接骨架(1303)和抵接部(1304),所述压接部(1302)和所述抵接部(1304)分别设置在所述连接骨架(1303)的两端,所述卡勾(1301)包括第三凸起(13011)和第四凸起(13012),所述第三凸起(13011)设置在所述压接部 (1302)上,所述第四凸起(13012)设置在所述抵接部(1304)上,所述第三凸起(13011)卡接在所述第一间隙(120611)中,所述第四凸起(13012)卡接在所述第二间隙(120621)中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的连接结构,其中,所述第二凸起(12062)上设置有第一导入斜面(120622),所述第四凸起(13012)上设置有第二导入斜面(130121)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的连接结构,其中,所述连接骨架(1303)为弹性变形体。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的连接结构,其中,所述连接骨架(1303)为弧形骨架。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的连接结构,其中,所述抵接部(1304)上设置有第五凸起(1305),所述第二凸起(12062)夹设在所述第四凸起(13012)与所述第五凸起(1305)之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的连接结构,其中,所述灯体边框(120)为环状结构,所述延伸部(1203)周设在所述灯体边框(120)的所述第一端(1201)上,所述面罩(110)的外周尺寸大于所述延伸部(1203)的内周尺寸,所述面罩(110)的外周尺寸小于所述灯体边框(120)的第二端(1202)的开口尺寸。
  10. 一种灯具,其中,包括光源(200)和权利要求1至9中任一项所述的连接结构;所述灯体边框(120)包括收容腔(1207),所述光源(200)设置在所述收容腔(1207)中
