而在上述提拉笔的基础上,其DIY和组装的空间较小,并且笔芯的伸出距离是固定的,当然笔芯伸出距离的固定,并不影响人们的正常使用;但是,能够自由控制笔芯的伸缩距离,对部分笔具爱好者来说,则很大的突破;
并且上述的笔,其收芯方式都较为单一,往往只有一种;并且,无法结构锁定,不便于携带。

具体单向转动或棘轮结构的旋转方向是正向还是反向,受动轮组内齿轮的具体配合效果和位移件的由下往上移动时导致与其齿轮配合的齿轮的旋转方向决定,目的主要是为了使得内杆在外杆内只能单向往笔夹端移动;
作为优选:所述外杆上还设有撬杆槽,所述撬杆槽内还设有联动撬杆,所述联动撬杆与外杆之间通过铰连接配合;所述联动撬杆分为摁压部和联动部,所述联动撬杆的摁压部置于外杆的下半段,所述联动撬杆的联动部则置于外杆上半段,具体置于笔夹的夹持台下;
当笔芯处于露出状态且所述摁压部被摁压时,则所述联动部会上翘,而当所述联动部上翘时,则会带动所述夹持台,从而使得笔夹产生形变,使得配合倒钩与动轮组的齿轮分离;则笔芯重新藏于内杆内。
作为优选:所述动轮组中全部或部分的齿轮上还设有变速齿轮,从而改变位移件和配合倒钩之间的移动速率,所述移动速率由变速齿轮的组合方式决定,则在位移件移动距离不变的情况下,可以控制与配合倒钩齿和的齿轮的旋转距离,所述旋转距离越长,则所述与配合倒钩齿和的齿轮和配合倒钩之间发生的齿和次数越多,反之则越少;通过控制与配合倒钩齿和的齿轮和配合倒钩之间的齿和次数,可以实现不同的配合力度和产生的齿和声音次数。
当不采用笔夹时,通过外杆内的结构配合,也可实现相同的效果,具体方案如下:
一种机械齿轮笔,包括内杆、外杆、机械齿轮组、笔芯和复位弹簧;
机械齿轮组包括动轮组、外壳、活动位移件、笔芯限位底座和锁定件;所述活动位移件分为活动环和位移件,所述位移件上还设有一至多个配合齿;所述活动环的内径大于笔芯的外径;
所述外杆上还设有固定直槽;
所述动轮组由一至多个齿轮组成;所述动轮组内的齿轮之间相互齿和;
所述动轮组中至少有一个齿轮与配合齿之间呈齿轮配合;
所述动轮组安装于外壳内,形成动轮套件;
所述外杆内设有最大限位环台和动轮限位环台;所述笔芯限位底座的外径大于动轮限位环台的内径;所述活动位移件的外径小于动轮限位环台的内径,大于最大限位环台的内径;
所述笔芯限位底座上设有位移开口和底座固定凸条,所述位移开口用于位移件通过和移动;
所述底座固定凸条和外壳固定凸条滑动固定于固定直槽内;
所述活动位移件、笔芯限位底座、动轮套件、锁定件和笔夹由上而下依次装入外杆内;所述活动位移件、笔芯限位底座和动轮套件依次装入后,通过锁定件和外杆之间的螺纹或者卡扣配合,使得活动环只能上下活动于最大限位环台和动轮限位环台之间,所述动轮套件、笔芯限位底座被固定在锁定件和动轮限位环台之间;

3、所述外壳内设有一至多个棘轮爪,所述棘轮爪和外壳之间通过铰连接配合;所述动轮组中至少有一个与所述棘轮爪棘轮配合的棘轮;
4、所述外壳内设有一至多个棘轮爪,所述棘轮爪和外壳之间通过铰连接配合;所述动轮组中至少有一个与所述棘轮爪棘轮配合的棘轮,所述棘轮爪和外壳之间还设有棘轮弹簧;
5、所述外壳内设有一至多个棘轮爪,所述棘轮爪采用弹性材料制成;所述动轮组中至少有一个与所述棘轮爪棘轮配合的棘轮;
6、所述外壳内设有一至多个棘轮爪,所述棘轮爪和外壳之间通过铰连接配合;所述动轮组中至少有一个与所述棘轮爪棘轮配合的棘轮,所述棘轮爪和外壳之间还设有反弹件,所述反弹件由弹性材料制成;

当笔芯处于露出状态时,则切换滑柱靠近复位槽口的顶端,则此时,进一步将内杆往笔夹端移动,则可以通过切换坡使切换滑柱发生偏移,从而迫使位移件发生偏移,从而使位移件和动轮组之间的齿和状态消失,故而,位移件不受动轮组的棘轮效果约束,则所述位移件会受到复位弹簧的间接影响,往下位移,从而切换滑柱移动到复位槽口的底端,通过复位坡又使得位移件之前发生的偏移产生复位,从而使得位移件和动轮组之间的齿和状态重新建立,而此时所述活动环重新与最大限位环台相互抵触;此时,内杆和外杆的配合距离达到最大,则笔芯重新藏于内杆内。
作为优选:所述锁定件和笔夹之间还设有自锁组件;所述笔夹上还设有自锁通孔;
所述自锁组件至少存在以下三种组成方式:
1、由自锁件、锁体和锁件弹簧组成;所述锁体位于自锁件和锁件弹簧之间,所述锁件弹簧位于锁体和锁定件之间;
2、由自锁件组成;
3、由自锁件和锁止软套组成;所述锁止软套装于自锁件的最前端;
所述自锁件与外杆之间通过螺纹、卡扣、自锁结构和/或磁吸的方式配合;所述自锁件部分位于外杆内,部分位于自锁通孔内,剩余部分露出在外部,便于人们操作;
通过操作自锁件,使得自锁件、锁体或锁止软套与动轮组产生抵触,从而防止动轮组进行转动,从而使其笔芯的位置产生锁定状态。
若在笔芯处于隐藏状态时,操作自锁件使其动轮组达成锁定状态,则除非通过操作自锁件进行解锁,否则无法使得笔芯露出,达到便于携带,防止笔芯误操作露出的效果;
为了更好的保护动轮组避免其发生不必要的磨损和损坏,同时还可以便于更换磨损后的锁止软套或锁体,最好采用软性材料锁止动轮组,则所述锁体和锁止软胶采用硅胶、橡胶、塑料、树脂或纤维中的一种或两种以上混合的材料制成。
作为优选:所述自锁件、锁体或锁止软套上还设有一至多个收芯凸台;所述收芯凸台通过以下两种方式,使位移件和动轮组之间的齿和关系消失,从而使得笔芯藏于内杆内;
一、所述收芯凸台或位移件上还设有滑动倒角,通过将收芯凸台和滑动倒角往下移动的方式,使得所述位移件往与动轮组相反的方向弯曲,则弯曲使得位移件和动轮组之间的齿和关系消失,从而导致笔芯藏于内杆内;
二、所述收芯凸台通过旋转的方式,使得所述位移件产生旋转或形变,从而使得位移件和动轮组之间的齿和关系消失,从而导致笔芯藏于内杆内;
通过收芯凸块和自锁组件本身的自锁功能,可以使得笔在笔芯出芯状态,通过直接旋转自锁件后,可以直接使得笔芯收芯,且达成自锁。
作为优选:所述动轮组之间的齿轮,还可采用皮带传动,通过皮带可以应对空间过小,齿轮吻合度不佳,齿轮磨损过大和节约不必要齿轮的效果。
作为优选:所述内杆和活动环之间采用磁吸的配合方式时,则所述内杆和活动环之间还设有内杆环和套环;所述内杆环置于内杆的末端,所述套环置于活动环的前端;所述内杆环和套环皆为可磁吸物制成,所述内杆环或套环至少有个为永磁体制成;为了更好保护内杆环和套环,所述内杆环和套环之间还可设有一至多个防碰撞隔离件;所述防碰撞隔离件可避免内杆环和套环因为磁吸力过大而碰撞破碎;所述防碰撞隔离件具体装于内杆环和/或套环上。
作为优选:所述锁定件上设有调节槽;所述笔夹通过螺纹、卡扣和/或磁吸的方式,固定于外杆的末端;所述笔芯限位底座上还设有笔芯固定卡台。
与现有技术相比,采用了上述技术方案后,具有如下有益效果:
一、采用动轮组作为内部锁止结构的核心;而动轮组则可以由一至多个齿轮组成,不同的齿轮结构和数量,可以带来不同的操作体验;给人们乏味的生活带来非常大的惊喜。
二、利用棘轮结构或者通过其他结构,使动轮组单向转动,从而使得笔芯的露出距离,可随使用者的想法而决定,做到真正的随心所欲。
三、在采用动轮组的基础上,还确保了操作的快捷性和科学性。
四、增加了人性化的收芯方式,笔夹被操作时,则会自动收芯,从而在人们需要将笔挂于衣服上时,能够自动收芯,从而避免污染衣物。
五、增加了多个自锁结构,并且还存在尾部旋转自锁的强自锁方式;真正做到完全自锁,常规情况下,非人为旋转尾部的自锁结构的话,整只笔可持续保持自锁状态,不用担心复杂的环境不小心使其笔芯露出,污染了周边环境,如:包包和衣物。
六、通过增加皮带,进一步的增加了笔的传动方式,使其组合可更加多变丰富,并且也减少了齿轮之间的摩擦。
七、采用磁环进行快速装配内杆,从而达到快速换芯的目的。
八、尾部的强自锁结构,也可增加收芯的效果,从而避免使用者在笔芯未收芯时,进行了强自锁,做到真正的傻瓜式操作。
九、握笔区、握笔区附近或笔的中部区域,通过增设的联动撬杆,利用杠杆原理,巧妙的将收芯方式进行了扩展,可通过联动撬杆进行快速的收回笔芯。
十、通过多种快速收芯、人性化收芯、科学的收芯方式,最大限度的避免了人们忘记收回笔芯的情况,从而避免了笔芯损坏,污染周边环境和误伤人员的情况。

上述外杆2上还设有配合开槽24和固定直槽25。上述外壳32上还设有齿轮311开槽322和外壳固定凸条324。
上述动轮组31由一个齿轮311组成。

为了便于拆卸和组装,同时为了使用的稳定性,防止笔芯晃动,上述锁定件35上设有调节槽351。上述笔夹4通过螺纹的方式,固定于外杆2的末端。上述笔芯限位底座34上还设有笔芯固定卡台343。
实施例2:如图4~15所示的一种机械齿轮笔,包括内杆1、外杆2、机械齿轮组3、笔夹4、笔芯5和复位弹簧6。上述笔夹4上设有一至多个配合倒钩41。
机械齿轮组3包括动轮组31、外壳32、活动位移件33、笔芯限位底座34和锁定件35。上述活动位移件33分为活动环332和位移件331,上述位移件331上还设有一至多个配合齿3311。上述活动环332的内径大于笔芯5的外径。
上述外杆2上还设有配合开槽24和固定直槽25。上述外壳32上还设有齿轮311开槽322和外壳固定凸条324。
上述动轮组31由两个齿轮311组成。上述动轮组31中至少有一个齿轮311与配合齿3311之间呈齿轮配合;
上述动轮组31中另一个齿轮311与配合倒钩41的配合效果为棘轮结构。上述配合开槽24和齿轮311开槽322开口位置相同,上述与配合倒钩41配合的齿轮311穿过配合开槽24和齿轮311开槽322后,与配合倒钩41产生齿和。
上述动轮组31内的两个齿轮311通过皮带312进行联动配合,从而减少了部分齿轮的数量,便可实现差速或同速配合的效果,则虽然由于与配合齿3311配合的齿轮311直径较小,而与配合倒钩41配合的齿轮311直径较大,但这两个齿轮311的变速齿轮3111直径一致,两个齿轮之间的齿和转动圈数应该是不等的,小齿轮转动数圈,大齿轮方才转动一圈;而通过变速齿轮3111,则可以实现同速转动,即小齿轮转动一圈,大齿轮也转动一圈;而两个变速齿轮3111之间,需要齿轮传动,而为了省去多余的齿轮传动和节约空间,则直接通过皮带312即可实现。
则上述的动轮组31的操作阻力会增大,因为小齿轮需要拉动大齿轮也转同样的圈数;并且,产生的棘轮转动声也会增多;带来更强的机械感;并且,伸缩的精准度也会提升,因为棘轮转动的圈数增多后,棘轮齿之间的配合次数增多,从而可选择停留的配合距离也相应增多。
上述动轮组31安装于外壳32内,形成动轮套件。
上述外杆2内设有最大限位环台21和动轮限位环台22。上述笔芯限位底座34的外径大于动轮限位环台22的内径。上述活动位移件33的外径小于动轮限位环台22的内径,大于最大限位环台21的内径。
上述笔芯限位底座34上设有位移开口341和底座固定凸条342,上述位移开口341用于位移件331通过和移动。上述底座固定凸条342和外壳固定凸条324滑动固定于固定直槽25内。

上述外杆2上还设有撬杆槽23,上述撬杆槽23内还设有联动撬杆7,上述联动撬杆7与外杆2之间通过铰连接配合。上述联动撬杆7分为摁压部71和联动部72,上述联动撬杆7的摁压部71置于外杆2的下半段,上述联动撬杆7的联动部72则置于外杆2上半段,具体置于笔夹4的夹持台42下。
当笔芯5处于露出状态且上述摁压部71被摁压时,则上述联动部72会上翘,而当上述联动部72上翘时,则会带动上述夹持台42,从而使得笔夹4产生形变,使得配合倒钩41与动轮组31的齿轮311分离。则笔芯5重新藏于内杆1内。

为了实现强自锁,也就是直接锁定内杆和外杆之间的位置关系,使其内杆和外杆形成一个暂时的整体,内杆无法相对于外杆移动,则确保笔芯始终位于内杆和外杆内,不会露出。并且锁定后,面对复杂的外部环境,震动、撞击、摇晃和搅拌,皆不会导致笔芯瞬间露出又收回或笔芯持续露出的情况发生,故而采用以下方案:上述锁定件35和笔夹4之间还设有自锁组件。上述笔夹4上还设有自锁通孔43。
上述自锁组件至少存在以下三种组成方式:
1、由自锁件63、锁体62和锁件弹簧61组成。上述锁体62位于自锁件63和锁件弹簧61之间,上述锁件弹簧61位于锁体62和锁定件35之间。
2、由自锁件63组成。
3、由自锁件63和锁止软套64组成。上述锁止软套64装于自锁件63的最前端。
上述自锁件63与外杆2之间通过螺纹、卡扣、自锁结构和/或磁吸的方式配合。上述自锁件63部分位于外杆2内,部分位于自锁通孔43内,剩余部分露出在外部,便于人们操作。
通过操作自锁件63,使得自锁件63、锁体62或锁止软套64与动轮组31产生抵触,从而防止动轮组31进行转动,从而使其笔芯的位置产生锁定状态。
若在笔芯处于隐藏状态时,操作自锁件63使其动轮组31达成锁定状态,则除非通过操作自锁件63进行解锁,否则无法使得笔芯5露出,达到便于携带,防止笔芯误操作露出的效果。
为了更好的保护动轮组31避免其发生不必要的磨损和损坏,同时还可以便于更换磨损后的锁止软套64或锁体,最好采用软性材料锁止动轮组31,则上述锁体62和锁止软胶采 用硅胶、橡胶、塑料、树脂或纤维中的一种或两种以上混合的材料制成。
为了确保在进行强自锁操作前,笔芯处于收回状态,最佳的方案就是在强自锁的过程中,会自动触发收芯的操作,而通过下述方法则可以实现:上述自锁件63、锁体62或锁止软套64上还设有一至多个收芯凸台65。上述收芯凸台65通过以下两种方式,使位移件331和动轮组31之间的齿和关系消失,从而使得笔芯藏于内杆1内。
一、上述收芯凸台65或位移件331上还设有滑动倒角,通过将收芯凸台65和滑动倒角往下移动的方式,使得上述位移件331往与动轮组31相反的方向弯曲,则弯曲使得位移件331和动轮组31之间的齿和关系消失,从而导致笔芯藏于内杆1内。
二、上述收芯凸台65通过旋转的方式,使得上述位移件331产生旋转或形变,从而使得位移件331和动轮组31之间的齿和关系消失,从而导致笔芯藏于内杆1内。
通过收芯凸块65和自锁组件本身的自锁功能,使得笔在笔芯出芯状态时,通过直接旋转自锁件63后,直接使得笔芯收芯,且达成自锁。
为了应对空间过小,齿轮311吻合度不佳,齿轮311磨损过大和节约不必要齿轮311的效果。采用以下方案:上述动轮组31之间的齿轮311,还可采用皮带312传动。
为了快速更换笔芯和组装笔具,上述内杆1和活动环332之间采用磁吸的配合方式时,则上述内杆1和活动环332之间还设有内杆环81和套环82。上述内杆环81置于内杆1的末端,上述套环82置于活动环332的前端。上述内杆环81和套环82皆为可磁吸物制成,上述内杆环81或套环82至少有个为永磁体制成。为了更好保护内杆环81和套环82。
为了便于拆卸和组装,同时为了使用的稳定性,防止笔芯晃动,上述锁定件35上设有调节槽351。上述笔夹4通过螺纹、卡扣和/或磁吸的方式,固定于外杆2的末端。上述笔芯限位底座34上还设有笔芯固定卡台343。
实施例3:如图16~19和4所示的一种机械齿轮笔,包括内杆1、外杆2、机械齿轮组3、笔芯5和复位弹簧6。
机械齿轮组3包括动轮组31、外壳32、活动位移件33、笔芯限位底座34和锁定件35。上述活动位移件33分为活动环332和位移件331,上述位移件331上还设有一至多个配合齿3311。上述活动环332的内径大于笔芯5的外径。
上述外杆2上还设有固定直槽25。
上述动轮组31由一至多个齿轮311组成。上述动轮组31内的齿轮311之间相互齿和。
上述动轮组31中至少有一个齿轮311与配合齿3311之间呈齿轮配合。
上述动轮组31安装于外壳32内,形成动轮套件。
上述外杆2内设有最大限位环台21和动轮限位环台22。上述笔芯限位底座34的外径大于动轮限位环台22的内径。上述活动位移件33的外径小于动轮限位环台22的内径,大于最大限位环台21的内径。
上述笔芯限位底座34上设有位移开口341和底座固定凸条342,上述位移开口341用于位移件331通过和移动。上述底座固定凸条342和外壳固定凸条324滑动固定于固定直槽25内。
上述活动位移件33、笔芯限位底座34、动轮套件、锁定件35和笔夹4由上而下依次装入外杆2内。上述活动位移件33、笔芯限位底座34和动轮套件依次装入后,通过锁定件35和外杆2之间的螺纹或者卡扣配合,使得活动环332只能上下活动于最大限位环台21和动轮限位环台22之间,上述动轮套件、笔芯限位底座34被固定在锁定件35和动轮限位环台22之间。
上述笔芯5、复位弹簧6和内杆1由下而上依次装入外杆2内。上述内杆1装入外杆2后,与活动环332通过螺纹、卡合和/或磁吸的方式进行配合。上述复位弹簧6置于笔芯5和内杆1之间。上述笔芯5与笔芯限位底座34相互抵触。
上述位移件331通过动轮组31可以往笔夹4端单向移动,上述动轮套件内还设有单向转动锁止机构。则挤压内杆1往笔夹4端移动时,上述位移件331通过动轮组31往笔夹4端单向移动,而笔芯限位底座34的位置无法移动,则笔芯会逐步露出内杆1,此为笔芯出芯的方法。
而笔芯收回的办法,则是通过使配合齿3311暂时与动轮组31之间的齿和效果消失,即配合齿3311脱离与动轮组31的齿和状态,变相解除锁止状态,使得内杆1受复位弹簧6的弹力,往远离笔夹4端移动,上述活动环332重新与最大限位环台21相互抵触。此时,内杆1和外杆2的配合距离达到最大,则笔芯5重新藏于内杆1内。
上述单向转动锁止机构,可通过至少以下6种方法实现:
1、上述动轮组31中至少有一个齿轮311为单向齿轮311。
2、上述动轮组31中至少有一个齿轮311内部设有棘轮结构。
3、上述外壳32内设有一至多个棘轮爪323,上述棘轮爪323和外壳32之间通过铰连接配合。上述动轮组31中至少有一个与上述棘轮爪323棘轮配合的棘轮。
4、上述外壳32内设有一至多个棘轮爪323,上述棘轮爪323和外壳32之间通过铰连接配合。上述动轮组31中至少有一个与上述棘轮爪323棘轮配合的棘轮,上述棘轮爪323和外壳32之间还设有棘轮弹簧325。
5、上述外壳32内设有一至多个棘轮爪323,上述棘轮爪323采用弹性材料制成。上 述动轮组31中至少有一个与上述棘轮爪323棘轮配合的棘轮。
6、上述外壳32内设有一至多个棘轮爪323,上述棘轮爪323和外壳32之间通过铰连接配合。上述动轮组31中至少有一个与上述棘轮爪323棘轮配合的棘轮,上述棘轮爪323和外壳32之间还设有反弹件,上述反弹件由弹性材料制成。
具体单向转动或棘轮结构的旋转方向是正向还是反向,受动轮组31内齿轮311的具体配合效果和位移件331的由下往上移动时导致与其齿轮配合的齿轮311的旋转方向决定,目的主要是为了使得内杆1在外杆2内只能单向往笔夹4端移动。
为了进一步提高操作的实际效果和可扩展性,上述动轮组31中全部或部分的齿轮311上还设有变速齿轮3111,从而改变位移件331和棘轮爪323之间的移动速率,上述移动速率由变速齿轮3111的组合方式决定,则在位移件331移动距离不变的情况下,可以控制与棘轮爪323齿和的齿轮311的旋转距离,上述旋转距离越长,则上述与棘轮爪323齿和的齿轮311和棘轮爪323之间发生的齿和次数越多,反之则越少。通过控制与棘轮爪323齿和的齿轮311和棘轮爪323之间的齿和次数,可以实现不同的配合力度和产生的齿和声音次数。
为了使其用和出芯方式一样的操作方式,在确保外杆2不动的前提下,促使内杆1往外杆2侧收缩,使其动轮组和位移件331分离,通过下述方法实现:上述外壳32上还设有复位槽口321。上述复位槽口321最上方设有切换坡3211,最下方设有复位坡3212。上述位移件331上还设有切换滑柱3312。上述切换滑柱3312滑动于复位槽口321内,通过切换滑柱3312和复位槽口321之间的配合,可以使得笔芯5从书写状态切换到隐藏状态,具体配合方式如下:
当笔芯5处于露出状态时,则切换滑柱3312靠近复位槽口321的顶端,则此时,进一步将内杆1往笔夹4端移动,则可以通过切换坡3211使切换滑柱3312发生偏移,从而迫使位移件331发生偏移,从而使位移件331和动轮组31之间的齿和状态消失,故而,位移件331不受动轮组31的棘轮效果约束,则上述位移件331会受到复位弹簧6的间接影响,往下位移,从而切换滑柱3312移动到复位槽口321的底端,通过复位坡3212又使得位移件331之前发生的偏移产生复位,从而使得位移件331和动轮组31之间的齿和状态重新建立,而此时上述活动环332重新与最大限位环台21相互抵触。此时,内杆1和外杆2的配合距离达到最大,则笔芯5重新藏于内杆1内。

通过收芯凸块65和自锁组件本身的自锁功能,可以使得笔在笔芯出芯状态,通过直接旋转自锁件63后,可以直接使得笔芯收芯,且达成自锁。

为了便于拆卸和组装,同时为了使用的稳定性,防止笔芯晃动,上述锁定件35上设有调节槽351。上述笔夹4通过螺纹、卡扣和/或磁吸的方式,固定于外杆2的末端。上述笔芯限位底座34上还设有笔芯固定卡台343。
以上上述为本发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干变型和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围。

    机械齿轮组(3)包括动轮组(31)、外壳(32)、活动位移件(33)、笔芯限位底座(34)和锁定件(35);所述活动位移件(33)分为活动环(332)和位移件(331),所述位移件(331)上还设有一至多个配合齿(3311);所述外杆(2)上还设有配合开槽(24)和固定直槽(25);所述外壳(32)上还设有齿轮开槽(322)和外壳固定凸条(324);

    所述笔芯(5)、复位弹簧(6)和内杆(1)由下而上依次装入外杆(2)内;所述内杆(1)装入外杆(2)后,与活动环(332)通过螺纹、卡合或磁吸的方式进行配合;所述复位弹簧(6)置于笔芯(5)和内杆(1)之间;所述笔芯(5)与笔芯限位底座(34)相互抵触;挤压内杆(1)往笔夹(4)端移动时,所述位移件(331)通过动轮组(31)往笔夹(4)端单向移动,而笔芯限位底座(34)的位置无法移动,则笔芯会逐步露出内杆(1),此为笔芯出芯的方法;
    而笔芯收回的办法,则是通过使配合倒钩(41)或配合齿(3311)与动轮组(31)之间的齿和效果消失,使得内杆(1)受复位弹簧(6)的弹力,往远离笔夹(4)端移动,所述活动环(332)重新与最大限位环台(21)相互抵触;此时,内杆(1)和外杆(2)的配合距离达到最大,则笔芯(5)重新藏于内杆(1)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械齿轮笔,其特征在于:所述外杆(2)上还设有撬杆槽(23), 所述撬杆槽(23)内还设有联动撬杆(7),所述联动撬杆(7)与外杆(2)之间通过铰连接配合;所述联动撬杆(7)分为摁压部(71)和联动部(72),所述联动撬杆(7)的摁压部(71)置于外杆(2)的下半段,所述联动撬杆(7)的联动部(72)则置于外杆(2)上半段,具体置于笔夹(4)的夹持台(42)下;
    当笔芯(5)处于露出状态且所述摁压部(71)被摁压时,则所述联动部(72)会上翘,而当所述联动部(72)上翘时,则会带动所述夹持台(42),从而使得笔夹(4)产生形变,使得配合倒钩(41)与动轮组(31)的齿轮(311)分离;则笔芯(5)重新藏于内杆(1)内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械齿轮笔,其特征在于:所述动轮组(31)中的全部或部分齿轮(311)上还设有变速齿轮(3111),从而改变位移件(331)和配合倒钩(41)之间的移动速率,所述移动速率由变速齿轮(3111)的组合方式决定,则在位移件(331)移动距离不变的情况下,控制与配合倒钩(41)齿和的齿轮(311)的旋转距离,所述旋转距离越长,则所述与配合倒钩(41)齿和的齿轮(311)和配合倒钩(41)之间发生的齿和次数越多,反之则越少。
  4. 一种机械齿轮笔,其特征在于:包括内杆(1)、外杆(2)、机械齿轮组(3)、笔芯(5)和复位弹簧(6);
    机械齿轮组(3)包括动轮组(31)、外壳(32)、活动位移件(33)、笔芯限位底座(34)和锁定件(35);所述活动位移件(33)分为活动环(332)和位移件(331),所述位移件(331)上还设有一至多个配合齿(3311);
    所述外杆(2)上还设有固定直槽(25);
    所述动轮组(31)由一至多个齿轮(311)组成;所述动轮组(31)内的齿轮(311)之间相互齿和;
    所述动轮组(31)中至少有一个齿轮(311)与配合齿(3311)之间呈齿轮配合;
    所述动轮组(31)安装于外壳(32)内,形成动轮套件;
    所述外杆(2)内设有最大限位环台(21)和动轮限位环台(22);所述笔芯限位底座(34)上设有位移开口(341)和底座固定凸条(342),所述底座固定凸条(342)和外壳固定凸条(324)滑动固定于固定直槽(25)内;
    所述活动位移件(33)、笔芯限位底座(34)、动轮套件、锁定件(35)和笔夹(4)由上而下依次装入外杆(2)内;所述活动位移件(33)、笔芯限位底座(34)和动轮套件依次装入后,通过锁定件(35)和外杆(2)之间的螺纹或者卡扣配合,使得活动环(332)只能上下活动于最大限位环台(21)和动轮限位环台(22)之间,所述动轮套件、笔芯限位底座(34)被固定在锁定件(35)和动轮限位环台(22)之间;
    所述笔芯(5)、复位弹簧(6)和内杆(1)由下而上依次装入外杆(2)内;所述内杆(1)装入外杆(2)后,与活动环(332)通过螺纹、卡合和/或磁吸的方式进行配合;所述复位弹簧(6)置于笔芯(5)和内杆(1)之间;所述笔芯(5)与笔芯限位底座(34)相互抵触;所述位移件(331)通过动轮组(31)往笔夹(4)端单向移动,所述动轮套件内还设有单向转动锁止机构;则挤压内杆(1)往笔夹(4)端移动时,所述位移件(331)通过动轮组(31)往笔夹(4)端单向移动,而笔芯限位底座(34)的位置无法移动,则笔芯会逐步露出内杆(1),此为笔芯出芯的方法;

    c、所述外壳(32)内设有一至多个棘轮爪(323),所述棘轮爪(323)和外壳(32)之间通过铰连接配合;所述动轮组(31)中至少有一个与所述棘轮爪(323)棘轮配合的棘轮;
    d、所述外壳(32)内设有一至多个棘轮爪(323),所述棘轮爪(323)和外壳(32)之间通过铰连接配合;所述动轮组(31)中至少有一个与所述棘轮爪(323)棘轮配合的棘轮,所述棘轮爪(323)和外壳(32)之间还设有棘轮弹簧(325);
    e、所述外壳(32)内设有一至多个棘轮爪(323),所述棘轮爪(323)采用弹性材料制成;所述动轮组(31)中至少有一个与所述棘轮爪(323)棘轮配合的棘轮;
    f、所述外壳(32)内设有一至多个棘轮爪(323),所述棘轮爪(323)和外壳(32)之间通过铰连接配合;所述动轮组(31)中至少有一个与所述棘轮爪(323)棘轮配合的棘轮,所述棘轮爪(323)和外壳(32)之间还设有反弹件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种机械齿轮笔,其特征在于:所述动轮组(31)中的全部或部分齿轮(311)上还设有变速齿轮(3111),从而改变位移件(331)和棘轮爪(323)之间的移动速率,则在位移件(331)移动距离不变的情况下,控制与棘轮爪(323)齿和的齿轮(311)的旋转距离,所述旋转距离越长,则所述与棘轮爪(323)齿和的齿轮(311)和棘轮爪(323)之间发生的齿和次数越多,反之则越少。

    当笔芯(5)处于露出状态时,则切换滑柱(3312)靠近复位槽口(321)的顶端,则此时,进一步将内杆(1)往笔夹(4)端移动,则通过切换坡(3211)使切换滑柱(3312)发生偏移,从而迫使位移件(331)发生偏移,从而使位移件(331)和动轮组(31)之间的齿和状态消失,故而,位移件(331)不受动轮组(31)的棘轮效果约束,则所述位移件(331)会受到复位弹簧(6)的间接影响,往下位移,从而切换滑柱(3312)移动到复位槽口(321)的底端,通过复位坡(3212)又使得位移件(331)之前发生的偏移产生复位,从而使得位移件(331)和动轮组(31)之间的齿和状态重新建立,而此时所述活动环(332)重新与最大限位环台(21)相互抵触;此时,内杆(1)和外杆(2)的配合距离达到最大,则笔芯(5)重新藏于内杆(1)内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种机械齿轮笔,其特征在于:所述锁定件(35)和笔夹(4)之间还设有自锁组件;所述笔夹(4)上还设有自锁通孔(43);
    所述自锁组件存在以下三种组成方式:
    a、由自锁件(63)、锁体(62)和锁件弹簧(61)组成;所述锁体(62)位于自锁件(63)和锁件弹簧(61)之间,所述锁件弹簧(61)位于锁体(62)和锁定件(35)之间;
    b、由自锁件(63)组成;
    c、由自锁件(63)和锁止软套(64)组成;所述锁止软套(64)装于自锁件(63)的最前端;所述自锁件(63)与外杆(2)之间通过螺纹、卡扣、自锁结构或磁吸的方式配合;所述自锁件(63)部分位于外杆(2)内,部分位于自锁通孔(43)内,剩余部分露出在外部;通过操作自锁件(63),使得自锁件(63)、锁体(62)或锁止软套(64)与动轮组(31)产生抵触,防止动轮组(31)进行转动,从而使其笔芯的位置产生锁定状态。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种机械齿轮笔,其特征在于:所述自锁件(63)、锁体(62)或锁止软套(64)上还设有一至多个收芯凸台(65);所述收芯凸台(65)通过以下两种方式,使位移件(331)和动轮组(31)之间的齿和关系消失,从而使得笔芯藏于内杆(1)内:
    a、所述收芯凸台(65)或位移件(331)上还设有滑动倒角,通过将收芯凸台(65)和滑动倒角往下移动的方式,使得所述位移件(331)往与动轮组(31)相反的方向弯曲,则弯曲使得位移件(331)和动轮组(31)之间的齿和关系消失,从而导致笔芯藏于内杆(1)内;
    b、所述收芯凸台(65)通过旋转的方式,使得所述位移件(331)产生旋转或形变,所述位移件(331)和动轮组(31)之间的齿和关系消失,从而导致笔芯藏于内杆(1)内;
    通过收芯凸台(65)和自锁组件本身的自锁功能,使得笔在笔芯出芯状态时,通过直接旋转 自锁件(63)后,直接使得笔芯收芯,且达成自锁。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种机械齿轮笔,其特征在于:所述动轮组(31)之间的齿轮(311)和/或变速齿轮(3111),采用皮带(312)传动。
  10. 根据权利要求1或4所述的一种机械齿轮笔,其特征在于:所述内杆(1)和活动环(332)之间采用磁吸的配合方式时,则所述内杆(1)和活动环(332)之间还设有内杆环(81)和套环(82);所述内杆环(81)置于内杆(1)的末端,所述套环(82)置于活动环(332)的前端;所述内杆环(81)和套环(82)皆为可磁吸物制成,所述内杆环(81)或套环(82)至少有1个为永磁体制成;为了更好保护内杆环(81)和套环(82),所述内杆环(81)和套环(82)之间设有一至多个防碰撞隔离件(83);所述防碰撞隔离件(83)可避免内杆环(81)和套环(82)因为磁吸力过大而碰撞破碎;所述防碰撞隔离件(83)具体装于内杆环(81)和/或套环(82)上。
