锅具一般配备有锅盖,现在的锅盖通常与锅体分离设计,且将锅盖之间安装到锅体上。而另一种锅盖铰接在锅体上,锅盖与锅体通过锁定件锁定,但是对于这种锅具,锅盖从锅体上拆卸比较麻烦。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对上述技术问题,提供一种锅具及烹饪装置。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
如图1所示,图1为一个实施例中的锅具10的结构示意图。锅具10包括锅盖组件100和锅体200,锅盖组件100用于盖合在锅体200上。在图1所示的 实施例中,锅盖组件100的一端通过铰接件铰接于锅体200,图1中的100A为铰接轴,当需要将锅盖组件100盖合在锅体200上时,绕铰接轴100A旋转锅盖组件100,以使锅盖组件100盖住锅体200的开口,当需要开盖时,绕铰接轴100A反向旋转锅盖组件100即可。
如图2所示,图2为一个实施例中的锅盖组件100的爆炸结构示意图。图2所示的实施例中,锅盖组件100用于盖合在图1所示的锅体200上。锅盖组件100包括第一锅盖110和第二锅盖120,第一锅盖110和第二锅盖120转动连接,图2中示出了第一锅盖110和第二锅盖120相对转动的转动轴100B,也就是说,当第一锅盖110和第二锅盖120由图2所示的爆炸状态组装成图1所示的组合状态后,第一锅盖110是可以绕转动轴100B旋转的,第二锅盖120通过铰接轴100A连接于锅体200。结合图1和图2,例如,转动轴100B和铰接轴100A可以在空间上呈垂直状态。
例如,第一锅盖110可以为外锅盖,第二锅盖120可以为内锅盖。所述的内锅盖是指,外锅盖周向套设在内锅盖的外部。
如图2所示,第一锅盖110上设置有第一锁合单元111;当将锅盖组件100盖合在锅体200上时,第一锅盖110能够相对第二锅盖120和锅体200旋转以使第一锁合单元111锁合于锅体200上。
如图1所示,一个实施例中提供的锅具10包括锅盖组件100和锅体200,锅体200上可以设置有第二锁合单元210。锅盖组件100用于盖合在锅体200上。当将盖合锅盖组件100盖合到锅体200上时,第一锅盖110能够相对锅体200旋转以使第一锁合单元111和第二锁合单元210锁合且第一锅盖110在旋转时第二锅盖120相对锅体200静止。第一锅盖110相对锅体200旋转时,具体是第一锅盖110绕转动轴100B相对锅体200旋转。
如图1所示,第二锁合单元210为第一凸起结构,第一凸起结构连接锅体200且相对锅体200径向向外突出。如图2所示,第一锁合单元111为第二凸起结构,第二凸起结构为从第一锅盖110径向向里凸出的卡板。在卡板与第一锅盖110之间形成卡接空间100F,第一锁合单元111和第二锁合单元210锁合时,第一凸起结构会进入到卡接空间100F内。优选地,卡板还具有引导斜面,以方便第一凸起结构滑动进入到卡接空间100F内。
对于上述实施例中的锅盖组件100以及上述实施例中的锅具10,在使用时,即将锅盖组件100盖合在锅体200上之后,第二锅盖120主要起到盖合锅体200的开口的作用,第一锅盖110主要起到将锅盖组件100和锅体200锁定在一起的作用。在锁定的过程中,只需要旋转第一锅盖110,而第二锅盖120与锅体200的相对位置保持静止。进一步地,由于第二锅盖120主要起到盖合锅体200的开口的作用,因此第二锅盖120可以抵触到锅体200上,因此第二锅盖120与锅体200之间产生接触力。由于在锁定的过程中,只需要旋转第一锅盖110,第二锅盖120与锅体200的相对位置保持静止,因此第二锅盖120和锅体200之间无相对转动和摩擦力,使锁定和解锁的过程更加轻松。
进一步地,为了提高锅盖组件100对锅体200的密封性。第二锅盖120上设置有密封件130,密封件130可以为环形的密封圈。锅盖组件100盖合在锅体200上时,第二锅盖120和锅体200共同挤压密封件130,从而提高了锅盖组件100对锅体200的密封效果。对于设置有密封件130的实施例,由于第二锅盖120和锅体200共同挤压密封件130,因此密封件130与锅体200之间的摩擦力以及密封件130与第二锅盖120的摩擦力均较大。因此,对应该实施例中,锁定和解锁时,使第一锅盖110旋转,而第二锅盖120相对锅体200静止的方式,能够起到明显的省力效果。
当然,虽然图1所示的实施例中,第二锅盖120铰接于锅体200。在需要的时候,才将锅盖组件100盖合在锅体200上。对于第二锅盖120通过铰接件铰接于锅体200的实施例,在第二锅盖120设置有棱柱状的铰接轴100A,在锅体200上设置有圆柱状的铰接槽200A,铰接轴100A转动地设置在铰接槽200A内,以使得第二锅盖120铰接于所述锅体200。棱柱状(例如长方体形)的铰接轴100A使得在开盖时,锅盖组件100以一定的角度固定于锅体200,不需要找其他地方单独放置锅盖组件100,使用更加方便。对于铰接轴100A与铰接槽200A的具体尺寸,是本领域的技术人员可根据实际情况得出的,这里不再详细说明。而对于锅盖组件100和锅体200分离设置的实施例,可以将锅盖组件100与锅体200分离,从而方便清洗。
图3为图2所示结构的另一个视角的结构示意图。如图3所示,第二锅盖120上设置有第一限位结构121。如图2所示,第一锅盖110上设置有第二限位结构112,第一锅盖110相对锅体200和第二锅盖120旋转至第一锁合单元111和第二锁合单元210锁合时,第一限位结构121和第二限位结构112限位配合,以将第一锅盖110和第二锅盖120锁合在一起而组合成一个整体。
如图4所示,图4为一个实施例中的第一锅盖110的朝向第二锅盖120侧的正视图。首先参阅图3,第一限位结构121为径向向外延伸的凸块,然后参阅图4,第二限位结构112为凹槽100C,第一限位结构121和第二限位结构112限位配合时,凸块至少部分位于凹槽100C内。可以理解的是,第一限位结构121和第二限位结构112中的一个或两者可以为塑料结构件,塑料结构件具有一定的弹性,因此当第一限位结构121的与第二限位结构112刚接触并相对旋转时,第一锅盖110和第二锅盖120实际上就产生了相对运动的阻力。当对第一锅盖110和第二锅盖120进一步增大旋转力,会使第一限位结构121和第二限位结构 112产生微小的形变,当第一限位结构121运动至第二限位结构112的凹槽100C的位置后,进一步转动使得第一限位结构121伸入凹槽100C形成锁合,第一锅盖110与第二锅盖120也就相互结合在一起。
当然,在一些实施例中,第一限位结构121和第二限位结构112的锁合方式也可以采用其他形式。例如图2中,第二限位结构112上设置有多个凸起100D1、100D2和100D3,凸起100D1和100D2形成上述实施例中的凹槽100C。第二限位结构112还设置有止挡部100E,止挡部100E和凸起100D3在第一锅盖110的周向上间隔设置。图5为一个实施例中的锅盖组件100的爆炸结构示意图。如图3以及图5所示,第一限位结构121可以为凸块,凸块包括两个卡块121A1、121A2,卡块121A1和卡块121A2连接为一体,形成台阶状结构。第一限位结构121和第二限位结构112限位配合的过程可以为,当第一限位结构121的卡块121A1处于凸起100D1外侧,此时,第一限位结构121的卡块121A1远离凸起100D1、凸起100D2的一侧,第一锅盖110和第二锅盖120可以相互分离;以方便对第一锅盖110和/或第二锅盖120进行清洁;当第一锅盖110和第二锅盖120相对旋转时,第一限位结构121的卡块121A1先旋转到凸起100D1和100D2之间的凹槽100C,此时第一限位结构121的卡块121A1已经卡入到凹槽100C内,并实现了将第一锅盖110和第二锅盖120组合在一起形成锅盖组件,并且可以将锅盖组件安装到锅体200上;当继续将第一锅盖110和第二锅盖120相对旋转,第一限位结构121从凹槽100C中脱离并越过凸起100D3,最终第一限位结构121的卡块121A2位于凸起100D3和止挡部100E之间,此时第一锅盖110和第二锅盖120保持组合在一起,同时,第二锁合单元210会与第一锁合单元111锁合在一起,使得锅盖组件100盖合在锅体210上。另外,设置在第二锅盖120 上的活动销122(如下文所述)会被设置在第二锅盖120上的顶压件113推动而朝向锅体200突出。关于活动销122和顶压件113的动作将在下文详细描述。
在图2所示的实施例中,沿第一锅盖110的周向方向,第一锁合单元111和第二限位结构112间隔设置,并且第一锁合单元111和第二限位结构112均设置在第一锅盖110的内侧面上。即第一锁合单元111和第二限位结构112分别为两个独立的结构。在其他实施例中,也可以将第二限位结构112设置在第一锁合单元111上,即,绕第一锅盖110的周向方向移动第一锁合单元111或第二限位结构112,以使第二限位结构112设置在第一锁合单元111上,即,第二限位结构112和第一锁合单元111形成一个独立的部件,对应地也需要移动沿第二锅盖120的周向移动第一限位结构121至对应的位置,在该位置时,第一限位结构121和第二限位结构112锁合,且第一锁合单元111与锅体200锁合。
如图6所示,图6为一个实施例中的烹饪装置01结构示意图。烹饪装置01包括主机20和如上述任一项实施例的锅具10,主机20内部设置有控制机构(图中未示出)。锅具10可拆装地设置在主机20上,并且锅具10和主机20可以通过卡扣连接、凹凸配合或是螺纹连接等方式相连接。
如图1和图5所示,一个实施例中的第二锅盖120上设置有活动销122。如图7所示,图7为一个实施例中的锅盖组件100中的第一锅盖110的结构示意图。第一锅盖110上设置有顶压件113。如图1所示,锅体200侧壁上设置有顶杆220,第一锅盖110相对锅体200旋转使得第一锁合单元111和第二锁合单元210锁合时,顶压件113用于推动所述活动销122,活动销122将朝向锅体200突出以按压顶杆220,顶杆220触发控制机构以判定锅盖组件100盖合在锅体200上。
如图7所示,顶压件113上设置有导向斜面1131,导向斜面1131用于顶压活动销122。随着第一锅盖110相对第二锅盖120旋转,或随着第一锅盖110相对锅体200旋转,通过导向斜面1131逐渐顶压活动销122,只有在第一锁合单元111和第二锁合单元210完全锁合时,活动销122顶压活动销122才能够改变顶杆220的工作状态。
在一些实施例中,活动销122上设置有弹性回复件,弹性回复件连接第二锅盖120和活动销122,弹性回复件用于在顶压件113与活动销122脱离接触时使所述活动销122复位。
如图8所示,图8为一个实施例中的的锅具10的结构示意图。锅具10还包括锁盖机构,锁盖机构包括锁杆230以及锁孔114,锁杆230设置在锅体200侧壁上,并且锁杆230沿着锅体200的延伸方向设置在锅体200上。如图1所示,锁孔114设置在第二锅盖120上,并且锁孔114与锁杆230相匹配,在顶杆220触发控制机构后,控制机构驱动锁杆230向上运动至锁孔114内,由此锁杆230与锁孔114的配合使得锅盖组件100相对锅体200静止,能够阻止第一锅盖110相对锅体200转动,用于实现锅具10的锁盖,保证了使用的安全性。
应理解的是,锁杆230和顶杆220可各自通过弹簧(图中未示出)与锅体200相连。这样,例如在将锅具10从主机20上移除后,锁杆230可借助于与弹簧从锁孔114离开并复位,以便于打开锅盖组件100。在打开锅盖组件100后,顶杆220与活动销122分开并借助于弹簧复位。
在一个实施例中,锅具10在内设置有搅拌件,搅拌件由电机驱动,以对锅体200内的物料进行搅拌。连接搅拌件的电机与顶杆220能触发的控制机构通信。当锅盖组件100没有盖合在锅体200上时,活动销122没有按压顶杆220,控制机构使得电机不能启动。当锅盖组件100通过第一锁合单元111和第二锁 合单元210锁定在锅体200上后,顶压件113按压活动销122,活动销122按压顶杆220,此时控制机构可以通过开关启动电机。也就是说,该实施例,在锅盖组件100没有锁合在锅体200时,电机不能启动,从而保证了烹饪装置01的使用安全性。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接 接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并不表示是唯一的实施方式。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种锅具(10),其特征在于,包括锅盖组件(100)以及锅体(200),所述锅盖组件(100)通过铰接件铰接于所述锅体(200),其中:
    所述锅盖组件(100)包括第二锅盖(120)和转动连接所述第二锅盖(120)的第一锅盖(110),所述第一锅盖(110)上设置有第一锁合单元(111);
    所述锅体(200)上设置有第二锁合单元(210),所述锅盖组件(100)用于盖合在所述锅体(200)上,所述锅盖组件(100)与所述锅体(200)处于盖合状态时,所述第一锅盖(110)能够相对所述锅体(200)旋转以使所述第一锁合单元(111)和所述第二锁合单元(210)锁合,且所述第一锅盖(110)在旋转时所述第二锅盖(120)相对所述锅体(200)静止。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的锅具(10),其特征在于,所述锅具(10)包括设置于所述第二锅盖(120)内的密封件(130),所述锅盖组件(100)盖合在所述锅体(200)上时,所述第二锅盖(120)和所述锅体(200)共同挤压所述密封件(130)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的锅具(10),其特征在于,所述第二锅盖(120)通过所述铰接件铰接于所述锅体(200),
    优选地,所述铰接件包括设置在所述第二锅盖(120)和所述锅体(200)中的一个上的棱柱状的铰接轴(100A)和设置在两者中的另一个上的弧形面状的铰接槽(200A),所述铰接轴(100A)转动地设置在所述铰接槽(200A)内,以使得所述第二锅盖(120)铰接于所述锅体(200)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的锅具(10),其特征在于,所述第二锅盖(120)上设置有第一限位结构(121),所述第一锅盖(110)上设置有第二限位结构(112),所述第一锅盖(110)相对所述锅体(200)和所述第二锅盖(120)旋转至所述第一锁合单元(111)和所述第二锁合单元(210)锁合时,所述第 一限位结构(121)和所述第二限位结构(112)限位配合,并且所述第一锅盖(110)和所述第二锅盖(120)锁合在一起。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的锅具(10),其特征在于,所述第一限位结构(121)为凸块,所述第二限位结构(112)上设置有凹槽(100C),所述第一限位结构(121)和所述第二限位结构(112)限位配合时,所述凸块的至少部分位于所述凹槽(100C)内,
    优选地,所述第二限位结构(112)与所述第一锁合单元(111)均设置在所述第一锅盖(110)的内侧面上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的锅具(10),其特征在于,所述第二锁合单元(210)为径向向外延伸的第一凸起结构,所述第一锁合单元(111)为径向向里延伸的第二凸起结构,所述第二凸起结构为从所述第一锅盖(110)径向向里凸出的卡板,所述卡板与所述第一锅盖(110)形成卡接空间(100F),所述第一锁合单元(111)和所述第二锁合单元(210)锁合时,所述第一凸起结构至少部分位于所述卡接空间(100F)内。
  7. 一种烹饪装置(01),其特征在于,包括主机(20)和如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的锅具(10),所述主机(20)内部设置有控制机构,所述锅具(10)可拆装地设置在所述主机(20)上;
    在所述第二锅盖(120)上设置有活动销(122),所述第一锅盖(110)上设置有顶压件(113),所述锅体(200)的侧壁上设置有顶杆(220),所述第一锅盖(110)相对所述锅体(200)旋转使得所述第一锁合单元(111)和所述第二锁合单元(210)锁合时,所述顶压件(113)推动所述活动销(122)以使所述活动销(122)按压所述顶杆(220),所述顶杆(220)触发所述控制机构以判定所述锅盖组件(100)盖合在所述锅体(200)上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的烹饪装置(01),其特征在于,所述顶压件(113)上设置有导向斜面(1131),在所述第一锅盖(110)相对所述锅体(200)转动时,所述导向斜面(1131)用于顶压所述活动销(122)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的烹饪装置(01),其特征在于,所述活动销(122)上设置有弹性回复件,所述弹性回复件连接所述第二锅盖(120)和所述活动销(122),所述弹性回复件用于在所述顶压件(113)与所述活动销(122)脱离接触时使所述活动销(122)复位。
  10. 根据权利要求7到9中任一项所述的烹饪装置(01),其特征在于,所述锅具(10)还包括锁盖机构,所述锁盖机构包括锁杆(230)以及锁孔(114),所述锁杆(230)设置在所述锅体(200)侧壁上,所述锁孔(114)设置在所述第二锅盖(120)上且与所述锁杆(230)相匹配,在所述顶杆(220)触发所述控制机构后,所述控制机构驱动所述锁杆(230)运动至所述锁孔(114)内,使得所述锅盖组件(100)相对所述锅体(200)静止。
