技术方案:为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种用于螃蟹分拣的自动分拣机,包括:送料机构和分拣机构,所述送料机构设于分拣机构的前方,所述分拣机构中设有称重机构和分拣装置,所述送料机构通过传输带与分拣装置连接,所述称重机构设于传输带的下方,且位于传输带的一侧设有控制机构,所述称重机构和分拣装置均与控制机构连接。

本发明中所述分拣装置中设有分拣支撑架和分拣单元,所述分拣支撑架的上设有上支撑架和下支撑架,所述上支撑架上设有导轨,所述导轨上设有滑台,所述滑台一端与伺服电机连接,且所述分拣支撑架的顶部设有安装架;
所述分拣单元中设有分拣挡板组件、下料机构和一组分拣框,所述分拣挡板组件安装于安装架上,所述下料机构通过安装板与滑台做滑动式连接,所述分拣框安装于下支撑架上。在分拣的过程中,通过伺服电机驱动下料机构来回移动,让其将螃蟹分拣到对应重量的分拣框 中。
本发明中所述分拣挡板组件中设有挡板、步进电机和罩壳,所述罩壳靠近运输带的一端设有入料口,所述罩壳的下方设有出料口,所述挡板设于罩壳的内部,所述步进电机设于罩壳的斜上角,且所述挡板与步进电机连接,所述出料口与下料机构相配合。通过步进电机带动挡板实现左右摆动,进而将螃蟹分拣到左右两侧的对应的下来机构中。

  1. 一种用于螃蟹分拣的自动分拣机,其特征在于:包括:送料机构(1)和分拣机构(2),所述送料机构(1)设于分拣机构(2)的前方,所述分拣机构(2)中设有称重机构(3)和分拣装置(4),所述送料机构(1)通过传输带(5)与分拣装置(4)连接,所述称重机构(3)设于传输带(5)的下方,且位于传输带(5)的一侧设有控制机构(6),所述称重机构(3)和分拣装置(4)均与控制机构(6)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于螃蟹分拣的自动分拣机,其特征在于:所述送料机构(1)中设有送料支撑架(11)和送料框(12),所述送料框(12)安装于送料支撑架(11)上方,且所述送料框(12)靠近传输带(5)的一侧设有出料口(13)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于螃蟹分拣的自动分拣机,其特征在于:所述分拣装置(4)中设有分拣支撑架(41)和分拣单元(42),所述分拣支撑架(41)的上设有上支撑架(411)和下支撑架(412),所述上支撑架(411)上设有导轨(413),所述导轨(413)上设有滑台(414),所述滑台(414)一端与伺服电机(415)连接,且所述分拣支撑架(41)的顶部设有安装架(7);
    所述分拣单元(42)中设有分拣挡板组件(43)、下料机构(44)和一组分拣框(45),所述分拣挡板组件(43)安装于安装架(7)上,所述下料机构(44)通过安装板与滑台(413)做滑动式连接,所述分拣框(45)安装于下支撑架(412)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于螃蟹分拣的自动分拣机,其特征在于:所述分拣挡板组件(43)中设有挡板(431)、步进电机(432)和罩壳(433),所述罩壳(433)靠近运输带(5)的一端设有入料口,所述罩壳(433)的下方设有出料口,所述挡板(431)设于罩壳(433)的内部,所述步进电机(432)设于罩壳(433)的斜上角,且所述挡板(431)与步进电机(432)连接,所述出料口与下料机构(44)相配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于螃蟹分拣的自动分拣机,其特征在于:所述罩壳(433)靠近入料口的一侧设有承接板(434),所述承接板(434)呈倾斜状,其与运输带(5)相配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的用于螃蟹分拣的自动分拣机,其特征在于:所述下料机构(44)中设有一组下料口,所述下料口呈喇叭状。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的用于螃蟹分拣的自动分拣机,其特征在于:所述出料口(13)呈倾斜状,其与传输带(5)相配合。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的用于螃蟹分拣的自动分拣机,其特征在于:还包括下料袋(46),所述下料袋(46)通过固定架(8)与上支撑架(411)连接,且所述下料袋(46)与分拣框(45)相配合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用于螃蟹分拣的自动分拣机,其特征在于:所述固定架(8)中设有用于安装下料袋(46)的框架(81),所述框架(81)的两侧设有侧板(82),所述侧板(82)上设有支撑架(83),所述支撑架(83)的顶部与上支撑架(411)连接。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的用于螃蟹分拣的自动分拣机,其特征在于:所述分拣框(45)通过平衡固定架(9)安装于下支撑架(412)上,所述分拣框(45)成对设置。
