随着我国经济的发展,人民生活水平日益提高,办公及家庭场所的装修愈来愈普遍,但装修不当也能给人们的健康带来隐患。近年来,因室内装修引发的空气污染危害居民身体健康的事件时有发生,尤其是甲醛,已被确认的一种致癌物,甲醛是一种有机化学物质,又称蚁醛,是无色有刺激性气体,对人眼、鼻等有刺激作用,装修时所用的一些材料中交含有甲醛,导致刚装修好的房屋内部空气中含有甲醛,即使通风一段时间,室内空气中依旧存在少量甲醛,所以刚装修的房屋都会利用甲醛净化装置,对室内甲醛进行清除。
目前所用的甲醛清除装置大多是将含有甲醛的空气吸到内部,然后利用滤网吸收掉空气中的甲醛,但是空气灰尘之类的异物也会跟随空气进入装置中,且吸附在滤网上,影响滤网过滤空气中的甲醛,从而降低了甲醛净化效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种室内甲醛清除装置,以解决目前所用的甲醛清除装置大多是将含有甲醛的空气吸到内部,然后利用滤网吸收掉空气中的甲醛,但是空气灰尘之类的异物也会跟随空气进入装置中,且吸附在滤网上,影响滤网过滤空气中的甲醛,从而降低了甲醛净化效果的问题。

具体的,使用本发明时,将本发明移动到工作的地方,接通电源,通过箱体1上设置的开关启动吸风机10和箱体1内部设置的照明灯,通过照明灯为光触媒滤网13提供能源,吸风机10将外部空气吸到风管11中,然后空气通过风管11排到水箱3内的水中,空气中灰尘之类的异物会溶入水中,同时空气中的少量甲醛也会被吸收掉,然后空气通过箱盖4上的通孔5排到箱体1内部,并通过通槽12进入挡风壳14的内部,排出箱体1,此过程中,光触媒滤网13会吸收掉空气中残留的甲醛,除掉室内空气中的甲醛,一段时间后, 可打开箱门16,并向上滑动滑板96,使滑板96上安装的第二磁铁环97吸附在顶板92上安装的第一磁铁环93上,将滑板96固定在顶板92上,且将风管11从水箱3的内部拔出来,此过程中滑板96和顶板92之间的部分风管11会被压缩在一起,再将水箱3从箱体1的内部拉出来,并取下箱盖4,此时可向水箱3内的水中投入少量碳酸氢铵,中和水箱3内的水中含有的少量甲醛,然后更换水箱3内的水,将箱盖4卡回水箱3上,并将水箱3放回箱体1的内部,再向下滑动滑板96,将风管11重新插在水箱3内部的水中,关上箱门16,继续使用即可。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“同轴”、“底部”、“一端”、“顶部”、“中部”、“另一端”、“上”、“一侧”、“顶部”、“内”、“前部”、“中央”、“两端”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”、“第四”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量,由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”、“第三”、“第四”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“设置”、“连接”、“固定”、“旋接”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是 两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种室内甲醛清除装置,其特征在于,包括箱体(1),所述箱体(1)的内部下端固定连接有两个定位板(2),两个所述定位板(2)之间共同卡接有水箱(3),所述水箱(3)的内部灌有水,所述水箱(3)的背面抵触连接在箱体(1)的背面内壁上,所述水箱(3)的上端抵触连接有箱盖(4),所述箱盖(4)的内部开设有若干通孔(5),所述箱体(1)的一侧中部侧壁上贯穿且固定连接有安装壳(8),所述安装壳(8)的内部固定连接有风管(11),所述风管(11)远离安装壳(8)的一端贯穿箱盖(4)的中部且插在水箱(3)内部的水中,所述风管(11)远离安装壳(8)的一端通过调节机构(9)安装在箱体(1)的内部,所述风管(11)连接安装壳(8)的一端内部固定连接有吸风机(10),所述箱体(1)的一侧中部外壁上通过螺栓可拆卸连接有防撞框(17),所述防撞框(17)位于安装壳(8)的外侧,所述箱体(1)的另一侧中部侧壁上开设有通槽(12),所述通槽(12)的内侧通过螺栓可拆卸连接有光触媒滤网(13),所述箱体(1)的正面侧壁上通过铰链铰接有箱门(16),所述箱门(16)的背面和水箱(3)的正面相接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种室内甲醛清除装置,其特征在于:所述调节机构(9)包括立板(91),所述立板(91)固定连接在箱体(1)的背面内壁上,所述立板(91)的正面上端固定连接有顶板(92),所述顶板(92)远离立板(91)的一侧套设且固定连接在风管(11)上,所述顶板(92)下端远离立板(91)的一侧固定连接有第一磁铁环(93),所述第一磁铁环(93)套设在风管(11)上,所述顶板(92)下方的部分立板(91)正面开设有滑槽(94),所述滑槽(94)的内部下端滑动连接有滑块(95),所述滑块(95) 的正面固定连接有滑板(96),所述滑板(96)位于顶板(92)的正下方,所述滑板(96)和顶板(92)之间的部分风管(11)呈褶皱状,所述滑板(96)远离立板(91)的一侧套设且固定连接在风管(11)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种室内甲醛清除装置,其特征在于:所述滑板(96)上端远离立板(91)的一侧固定连接有第二磁铁环(97),所述第二磁铁环(97)套设在风管(11)的外部,所述第二磁铁环(97)和第一磁铁环(93)的直径相同且位于同一条中心线上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种室内甲醛清除装置,其特征在于:所述通槽(12)外侧的部分箱体(1)外壁上固定连接有挡风壳(14),所述挡风壳(14)的内部上端和通槽(12)相通,所述挡风壳(14)的内部下端设有开口且开口的内部卡接有防尘网(15)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种室内甲醛清除装置,其特征在于:所述水箱(3)内部的两侧上端均固定连接有挡板(7),所述挡板(7)靠近水箱(3)中部的一侧均呈半圆形结构且均卡接在风管(11)上,所述挡板(7)均位于同一个垂直平面上且呈交错设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种室内甲醛清除装置,其特征在于:所述箱盖(4)的宽度和水箱(3)的宽度相同,所述箱盖(4)的下端固定连接有卡框(6),所述卡框(6)卡接在水箱(3)的上端内外壁中。
