一种理疗仓 技术领域
本发明涉及理疗技术领域,特别是指一种理疗仓。
背景技术
理疗,即物理疗法,是指利用人工或自然界物理因素作用于人体,使之产生有利的反应,达到预防和治疗疾病目的的方法。理疗学是一门既古老又年轻 的学科,公元前7000年的石器时代,当时原始人利用阳光、砭石、石针、水和 按摩等治疗疾病,维护健康。公元前5~3世纪(春秋战国时期)黄帝内经(素 问篇)详述了攻达(针灸)、角(拔罐)、药熨(温热)、导引(呼吸体操)、按骄(按摩)、浸渍发汗(水疗)等物理疗法。中国是世界上最早使用理疗治疗疾病的国家。
目前,随着社会发展,人们的生活节奏日益加快,同时大部分人的活动量越来越少,很多人已处于亚健康状态。疾病名目繁多,医药治疗疾病的效果多半是头疼医头脚疼医脚,较少进行系统化的调理。因此,防病、治病、保健就成了人们生活中的重要内容。为人们提供质量可靠,适应性强,操作简单的理疗器械是十分必要的。
躺式的理疗器是目前较为常见的理疗器械,其多半是用硬质材料制成一个仓体放在床上,人躺入在这个仓体内,头部露在仓体外,身体部分在仓内进行理疗,这种理疗仓存在以下缺点:
1、理疗效果和效率较低,同时密闭性较差,进一步降低了理疗效果和效率,并且舒适性较差;
2、使用者头部在外,身体部分在接受理疗时,无法对头部进行理疗,或者无法同时进行其它保养或治疗,例如氧气疗法等;
3、使用过程中,使用者基本无法调整理疗仓,当需要调整理疗仓时一般需要向他人求助或者暂停理疗,并且使用者在理疗过程中也无法处理其它事情,不能充分利用时间,同时他人也无法及时获取使用者的理疗情况;
4、整体长度固定,难以根据使用者的身高进行调整,适用性较差,其整体体积较大,不便进行运输。
5、由于仓体对头部和身体部分进行了限制,所以使用过程中,使用者的身体位置只能进行非常小幅度的移动调整,使用体验较差;
6、使用者头部在外,如果希望处于一个比较安静的环境,对场地要求较高,不容易实现

理疗装置,包括理疗灯和理疗板,理疗灯和理疗板均设置于仓盖本体上;
呼吸装置,呼吸装置设置于放置槽内。
进一步地,放置槽包括槽体和弹性卡接片,槽体设置于仓盖本体上,弹性卡接片设置于槽体内。
进一步地,放置槽包括固定带,固定带一端设置于放置槽一侧,固定带另一端设置于放置槽另一侧。
进一步地,呼吸装置包括密封框、透明罩、弹性带和可伸缩呼吸管,透明罩设置于密封框内,弹性带与密封框后侧连接,可伸缩呼吸管一端与密封框侧面连接,可伸缩呼吸管另一端通过仓盖本体与仓盖外界连通。
进一步地,伸缩呼吸管包括伸缩管本体、气流调节装置和快速插接头;气流调节装置设置于伸缩管本体中部;快速插接头设置于伸缩管本体两端,与密封框和仓盖本体连接。
进一步地,气流调节装置包括气流调节阀和气流调节旋钮,气流调节阀与伸缩管本体连通,气流调节旋钮与气流调节阀连接。

其中,仓盖边缘与底座平齐,仓盖可以紧密扣合在底座上,仓盖通过转动装置53与底座本体1的端部连接,转动装置27具体可以为合页或转轴,仓盖通过气压伸缩杆54与底座本体1的中后部连接,气压伸缩杆54可以避免漏油等情况发生,不会污染环境;仓盖可以设置头部伸出口55,也可以不设置头部伸出口55,当不设置头部伸出口55时,仓盖为透明仓盖,以减少压迫感;放置槽4设置于仓盖本体3内侧,美观整洁,放置槽4的形状与呼吸装置7的形状匹配,以便将呼吸装置7卡设在放置槽4内,当然,也可以通过其它方式,例如在放置槽4内设置磁铁,呼吸装置7为磁性呼吸装置或亲磁性呼吸装置,通过磁力将呼吸装置7设置在放置槽4内。
本发明所述的理疗仓,仓盖可以紧密扣合在底座上,可以提升理疗效果;底座本体1上设置的理疗垫2,以及仓盖本体3上的理疗灯5和理疗板6,可以进行全方位的理疗;仓盖本体3上设有放置槽4,放置槽4内设有呼吸装置7,可以将外界的空气、外界的氧气瓶内的氧气或外界的药物等输送至使用者面部,以便使用者顺畅呼吸,或者同时进行其它保养或治疗;仓盖设置头部伸出口55时,方便使用者在理疗时头部置于仓盖外,具有较好的视野和方便沟通,仓盖不设置头部伸出口55时,可以将使用者与外部环境隔离,以便让使用者更加安静、放松地进行理疗,同时也不打扰外界其他人。
本发明所述的理疗仓,还可以包括可升降头枕56,包括设置于底座本体1内的头枕升降装置和设置于头枕升降装置上的头枕,头枕升降装置只要能够实现有线或无线控制升降即可,具体的结构可以采用现有技术,例如升降桌或升降台的结构,本发明对此不进行限定。可升降头枕56可以对头枕的高低进行调整,让使用者更加舒适,可以让使用者的头部在较长时间使用时仍然能够保持良好的体验。
其中,放置槽4包括槽体8和弹性卡接片9,槽体8设置于仓盖本体3上,弹性卡接片9设置于槽体8内。
具体地,槽体8为凹槽,槽体8的形状与呼吸装置7的形状匹配,弹性卡接片9的数量大于等于三个,设置于槽体8内边缘,以便稳定地卡接和承托住呼吸装置7。
本发明所述的理疗仓,通过槽体8和设置于槽体8内边缘的弹性卡接片9,可以方便地将呼吸装置7放置在仓盖本体3内侧。
其中,放置槽4包括固定带10,固定带10一端设置于放置槽4一侧,固定带10另一端设置于放置槽4另一侧。
具体地,固定带10为柔性固定带,优选地,固定带10为柔性弹性固定带。
本发明所述的理疗仓,通过设置固定带10,进一步提升了固定呼吸装置7的稳定性。
其中,呼吸装置7包括密封框11、透明罩12、弹性带13和可伸缩呼吸管14,透明罩12设置于密封框11内,弹性带13与密封框11后侧连接,可伸缩呼吸管14一端与密封框11侧面连接,可伸缩呼吸管14另一端通过仓盖本体3与仓盖外界连通。
本发明所述的理疗仓,呼吸装置7可以通过密封框11紧密地罩在使用者面部,然后通过弹性带13固定在使用者头部,可伸缩呼吸管14可以将外界的空气、外界的氧气瓶内的氧气或外界的药物等输送至使用者面部,以便使用者顺畅呼吸,或者同时进行其它保养或治疗。
其中,伸缩呼吸管14包括伸缩管本体15、气流调节装置16和快速插接头17;气流调节装置16设置于伸缩管本体15中部;快速插接头17设置于伸缩管本体15两端,与密封框11和仓盖本体3连接。
具体地,伸缩管本体15为波纹管;气流调节装置16可以对空气的流速或流量进行控制;快速插接头17可以方便快捷地连接密封框11和仓盖本体3,快速插接头17可以采用现有的快速插接头。
其中,气流调节装置16包括气流调节阀18和气流调节旋钮19,气流调节阀18与伸缩管本体15连通,气流调节旋钮19与气流调节阀18连接。
具体地,气流调节阀18为扁圆柱体气流调节阀,方便握持,气流调节阀18上设有气流调节旋钮19,可以对气流进行无级连续控制。
其中,理疗板6包括基板20、隔热板21、发热体22、均温板23和隔热网24,基板20上设有隔热板21,隔热板21上设有隔热板凹槽25,隔热板凹槽25内设有发热体22,发热体22上设有均温板23,均温板23上设有隔热网24。
本发明所述的理疗仓,理疗板6的发热体22和均温板23设置在隔热板21上的隔热板凹槽25内,可以使能量集中于均温板23上,提升了理疗效果和效率,并且设置了隔热网24,可以提升使用时的安全性;理疗灯5主要以可见光为主,理疗板6以不可见光为主,可以相互补充,加强理疗效果。
其中,理疗垫2可以包括柔性防滑底层57、设置于柔性防滑底层57上的柔性隔热层58、设置于柔性隔热层58上的柔性发热网59、设置于柔性发热网59上的柔性保温层60。
本发明所述的理疗仓,理疗垫2通过设置柔性防滑底层57可以保持铺设时的平整,通过设置柔性隔热层58可以集中能量以避免能量的散失,通过设置柔性保温层60可以起到传热、散热和使温度均匀的作用。
具体地,发热体22可以为石墨烯发热体,均温板23可以为铝板,柔性发热网59可以为石墨烯发热网。石墨烯的发热原理为:因为石墨烯纳米级分子在通电情况下,高速运动、碰撞后产生红外线,由于其红外线波长与人体发射出来的远红外线的波长相近,所以能与人体内细胞产生最有效的共振,从而活化蛋白质等生物大分子,使生物体细胞处于最高振动能级,生物细胞产生共振效应,可将远红外热能传递到人体皮下较深的部分,使深层温度上升,产生的温热由内向外散发,使毛细血管扩张,促进血液循环,有利于清除血管囤积物及体内有害物质,可以强化各组织之间的新陈代谢,增加组织的再生能力,提高机体的免疫能力,从而起到理疗的作用。

其中,本发明所述的理疗仓,还可以包括旋转装置和平板电脑26,旋转装置包括旋转座27、设置于旋转座27下方的前后旋转装置28和设置于旋转座27上方的左右旋转装置29,前后旋转装置28设置于仓盖本体3前部;平板电脑26设置于左右旋转装置29上方,与仓盖本体3匹配。
本发明所述的理疗仓,在仓盖本体3前部设有前后旋转装置28,前后旋转装置28上方通过旋转座27设有左右旋转装置29,左右旋转装置29上方设有平板电脑26,使用者可以在理疗过程中通过平板电脑26对理疗仓进行控制,同时还可以通过平板电脑26处理其它事情,充分利用了时间,为社会创造更多价值,同时通过设置平板电脑26,可以实现人机对话语音控制、一键呼救和生命体征参数监控报警等,他人也可以通过平板电脑26实时获取使用者的理疗情况,实现了理疗仓的智能化。
其中,优选地,仓盖本体3前部设有仓盖本体倾斜部64,旋转装置设置于仓盖本体倾斜部64内,平板电脑26与仓盖本体倾斜部64平齐。通过设置仓盖本体倾斜部64,配合旋转装置,可以使平板电脑26有更佳地观看角度;平板电脑26的屏幕既可以朝上设置,也可以朝下设置。

其中,前后旋转装置28还包括:
密封盖94,与前后旋转装置安装座66连接。
本发明所述的理疗仓,通过设置密封盖94。一方面更加美观,另一方面可以将第一螺母78限制在第一凹槽77内。
其中,第一凹槽77的深度大于第一螺母78的厚度。第一凹槽77的深度与第一螺母78的厚度之间的差值,与旋转时缓冲的圈数相对应,从而可以进一步避免外力过大时对前后旋转装置28造成损坏。
其中,左右旋转装置29包括:
第二电机,包括设置于左右旋转装置安装座67内的第二电机本体80和与第二电机本体80连接的第二电机轴81;
第二主动传动轮,套设于第二电机轴81上,包括第二主动传动轮本体82、设置于第二主动传动轮本体82上的第二主动传动轮限位台83和设置于第二主动传动轮限位台83上的第二主动传动轮传动部84;
平板电脑连接座85,与平板电脑26连接,第二主动传动轮传动部84穿过平板电脑连接座85;
第二被动传动轮,包括第二被动传动轮本体86、设置于第二被动传动轮本体86一端的第二被动传动轮传动部87和设置于第二被动传动轮本体86另一端的第二凹槽88,第二被动传动轮传动部87与第二主动传动轮传动部84连接;
第二螺母89,设置于第二凹槽88内,与第二主动传动轮传动部84连接。
具体地,第二主动传动轮传动部84上设有螺纹。
其中,左右旋转装置还包括:
第二垫圈90,套设于第二主动传动轮传动部84上,且设置于第二主动传动轮限位台83与平板电脑连接座85之间。
具体地,第二主动传动轮与第二电机轴81、第二被动传动轮和平板电脑连接座85之间均设置为紧配合,第二主动传动轮与第二被动传动轮之间设置为松配合,如果外力大于第二被动传动轮与第二垫圈90之间的静摩擦力,就会带动第二被动传动轮相对第二主动传动轮转动,而不会带动第二电机轴81转动,从而避免了不必要的损伤。
其中,第二凹槽88的深度大于第二螺母89的厚度。第二凹槽88的深度与第二螺母89的厚度之间的差值,与旋转时缓冲的圈数相对应,从而可以进一步避免外力过大时对前后旋转装置28造成损坏。
其中,平板电脑26包括:
平板电脑支撑座91,与平板电脑连接座85连接;
平板电脑安装座92,与平板电脑支撑座92活动连接;
平板电脑本体93,与平板电脑安装座93连接。
本发明所述的理疗仓,平板电脑安装座91与平板电脑支撑座90可以相对转动,从而进一步扩大了平板电脑本体92的旋转角度,提升观看体验。
其中,底座本体1包括前底座本体30、后底座本体31、后支柱32、前支柱33、横隔板34、电机35、齿轮36、连接杆37、齿条38、竖隔板39、底座仓门40、活动架41、卡座42和动力机构;仓盖本体3包括后仓盖本体47、前仓盖本体48、插槽49和连接板50;后支柱32固定设置于后底座本体31的底部,前支柱33固定设置于前底座本体30的底部,横隔板34固定设置于前底座本体30的内部中端,电机35固定设置于横隔板34的底部,齿轮36设置于电机35的后部,齿轮36的顶部向上穿过横隔板34,连接杆37固定设置于后底座本体31的左部,齿条38固定设置于连接杆37的底部,连接杆37的左部自前底座本体30的右部向左插入前底座本体30内并位于横隔板34的上方,齿轮36与齿条38啮合,竖隔板39固定设置于横隔板34的底部并位于电机35的左方,竖隔板39的左方形成放置仓,底座仓门40设置于放置仓的左部,活动架41位于放置仓内,卡座42固定设置于活动架41的底部,卡座42的底部设置有卡槽并与连接杆37对应,前底座本体30和后底座本体31下方均设有动力机构,后仓盖本体47的右部下侧与后底座本体31的顶部右侧铰接,插槽49固定设置于后仓盖本体47的顶部下端,前仓盖本体48位于后仓盖本体47的左方,连接板50固定设置于前仓盖本体48的顶部下端,连接板50的右部位于插槽49内并可左右滑动。
其中,动力机构包括电动伸缩杆43、活动板44、驱动机构45和动力轮46,电动伸缩杆43的顶部与底座本体1的底部铰接,活动板44的顶部与底座本体1的底部铰接,电动伸缩杆43的左部与活动板44的右部铰接,驱动机构45固定设置于活动板44的中部,动力轮46设置于驱动机构45的底部。
具体地,在使用理疗仓时,根据使用者的身高,启动电机35带动齿轮7转动调整前底座本体30与后底座本体31之间的距离,在调整好距离后,打开底座仓门40,将放置仓内的活动架41取出,通过卡槽安装在连接杆37上与前底座本体30和后底座本体31形成躺床,同时通过将连接板50自插槽49内抽出调节后仓盖本体47和前仓盖本体48的整体长度,在装置需要移动时,启动电动伸缩杆43使动力轮46接触地面,经驱动机构45驱动进行移动,在到达指定位置后,电动伸缩杆43收缩将动力轮46收起,在对设备进行运输时,可通过取下活动架41缩短装置的长度,减小体积,便于运输,实用性较强。
其中,本发明所述的理疗仓,还可以包括限位块51和限位槽52,限位块51固定设置于连接杆37的左部,限位槽52固定设置于前底座本体30的内部顶端,限位块51的顶部位于限位槽52内。通过限位块51和限位槽52,可以保护连接杆37,并提高连接杆37的稳定性。
本发明所述的理疗仓,可以在仓盖、理疗垫2、理疗灯5、理疗板6和可升降头枕56等的表面喷涂纳米量子能矿石粉层。具体喷涂的位置,可以根据实际情况选择,例如在仓盖的内表面、理疗垫2的柔性保温层60表面、理疗枕56的表面、理疗灯5的灯壳61和防护网63表面、以及理疗板6的均温板23和隔热网24表面等。纳米量子能矿石粉层的纳米量子能矿石粉购自韩国QUANTUM ENERGY公司,主要有SiO2为60%,K2O为2%,Fe2O 为8%,Al2O3为25%,其它为5%,直径在0.1~5cm之间,可以通过超微粉碎为0.1~100nm,其具有良好的天然温度调节功能、抗菌功能和远红外释放功能。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种理疗仓,其特征在于,包括:
    底座,包括底座本体(1)和设置于底座本体(1)上的理疗垫(2);
    仓盖,包括仓盖本体(3)和放置槽(4),仓盖本体(3)与底座本体(1)一端活动连接,放置槽(4)设置于仓盖本体(4)上;
    理疗装置,包括理疗灯(5)和理疗板(6),理疗灯(5)和理疗板(6)均设置于仓盖本体(3)上;
    呼吸装置(7),呼吸装置(7)设置于放置槽(4)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的理疗仓,其特征在于,放置槽(4)包括槽体(8)和弹性卡接片(9),槽体(8)设置于仓盖本体(3)上,弹性卡接片(9)设置于槽体(8)内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的理疗仓,其特征在于,放置槽(4)包括固定带(10),固定带(10)一端设置于放置槽(4)一侧,固定带(10)另一端设置于放置槽(4)另一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的理疗仓,其特征在于,呼吸装置(7)包括密封框(11)、透明罩(12)、弹性带(13)和可伸缩呼吸管(14),透明罩(12)设置于密封框(11)内,弹性带(13)与密封框(11)后侧连接,可伸缩呼吸管(14)一端与密封框(11)侧面连接,可伸缩呼吸管(14)另一端通过仓盖本体(3)与仓盖外界连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的理疗仓,其特征在于,伸缩呼吸管(14)包括伸缩管本体(15)、气流调节装置(16)和快速插接头(17);气流调节装置(16)设置于伸缩管本体(15)中部;快速插接头(17)设置于伸缩管本体(15)两端,与密封框(11)和仓盖本体(3)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的理疗仓,其特征在于,气流调节装置(16)包括气流调节阀(18)和气流调节旋钮(19),气流调节阀(18)与伸缩管本体(15)连通,气流调节旋钮(19)与气流调节阀(18)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的理疗仓,其特征在于,理疗板(6)包括基板(20)、隔热板(21)、发热体(22)、均温板(23)和隔热网(24),基板(20)上设有隔热板(21),隔热板(21)上设有隔热板凹槽(25),隔热板凹槽(25)内设有发热体(22),发热体(22)上设有均温板(23),均温板(23)上设有隔热网(24)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的理疗仓,其特征在于,还包括旋转装置和平板电脑(26),旋转装置包括旋转座(27)、设置于旋转座(27)下方的前后旋转装置(28)和设置于旋转座(27)上方的左右旋转装置(29),前后旋转装置(28)设置于仓盖本体(3)前部;平板电脑(26)设置于左右旋转装置(29)上方,与仓盖本体(3)匹配。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的理疗仓,其特征在于,底座本体(1)包括前底座本体(30)、后底座本体(31)、后支柱(32)、前支柱(33)、横隔板(34)、电机(35)、齿轮(36)、连接杆(37)、齿条(38)、竖隔板(39)、底座仓门(40)、活动架(41)、卡座(42)和动力机构;仓盖本体(3)包括后仓盖本体(47)、前仓盖本体(48)、插槽(49)和连接板(50);后支柱(32)固定设置于后底座本体(31)的底部,前支柱(33)固定设置于前底座本体(30)的底部,横隔板(34)固定设置于前底座本体(30)的内部中端,电机(35)固定设置于横隔板(34)的底部,齿轮(36)设置于电机(35)的后部,齿轮(36)的顶部向上穿过横隔板(34),连接杆(37)固定设置于后底座本体(31)的左部,齿条(38)固定设置于连接杆(37)的底部,连接杆(37)的左部自前底座本体(30)的右部向左插入前底座本体(30)内并位于横隔板(34)的上方,齿轮(36)与齿条(38)啮合,竖隔板(39)固定设置于横隔板(34)的底部并位于电机(35)的左方,竖隔板(39)的左方形成放置仓,底座仓门(40)设置于放置仓的左部,活动架(41)位于放置仓内,卡座(42)固定设置于活动架(41)的底部,卡座(42)的底部设置有卡槽并与连接杆(37)对应,前底座本体(30)和后底座本体(31)下方均设有动力机构;后仓盖本体(47)的右部下侧与后底座本体(31)的顶部右侧铰接,插槽(49)固定设置于后仓盖本体(47)的顶部下端,前仓盖本体(48)位于后仓盖本体(47)的左方,连接板(50)固定设置于前仓盖本体(48)的顶部下端,连接板(50)的右部位于插槽(49)内并可左右滑动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的理疗仓,其特征在于,动力机构包括电动伸缩杆(43)、活动板(44)、驱动机构(45)和动力轮(46),电动伸缩杆(43)的顶部与底座本体(1)的底部铰接,活动板(44)的顶部与底座本体(1)的底部铰接,电动伸缩杆(43)的左部与活动板(44)的右部铰接,驱动机构(45)固定设置于活动板(44)的中部,动力轮(46)设置于驱动机构(45)的底部。
