Description

체질 및 피부타입에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키트 제공 방법 및 시스템
본 발명은 화장품 체험키트 제공 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 고객의 체질과 피부타입을 분석하고 이에 적합한 화장품 체험키트를 제공하는 체질 및 피부타입에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키트 제공 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다.
화장품은 미적인 욕구를 충족시킬 뿐만 아니라 피부 건강을 증진시킬 수 있다. 화장품은 기본적인 기능 이외에도, 특정 피부타입에 특화된 화장품, 즉 기능성 화장품이 많이 선보이고 있어 그 수요는 더욱 확장될 전망이다.
최근에 시중에 유통되고 있는 화장품은 공장 안에서 일괄적으로 이루어지는 대량 생산법에 따라 각각 다른 기능 및 성능을 갖는 하나의 완제품으로 출시되고 있다.
이는 국내 화장품 법상 일정한 제조시설 및 품질관리 시설을 갖추고 당국의 허가를 받은 제조자만이 화장품을 제조할 수 있기 때문이다.
이러한 공장 대량생산법은 소비자가 안심하고 사용할 수 있도록 각 공정을 모니터하기 쉽고 엄격한 품질관리가 이루어진다.
그리고 공장 대량생산법은 화장품 사용에 따른 부작용이나 사고에 대한 제조자 추적이나 사후 관리 측면에서도 유리한 장점이 있지다.
하지만 공장 대량생산법은 사용자마다 서로 다른 피부 특성 또는 피부 고민 등을 가지고 있으므로 다양한 화장품의 제공만으로는 모든 사용자의 요구를 맞추기에는 한계가 있다.
즉, 사용자마다 각 사용자의 피부 상태에 따라 필요로 하는 화장품 재료의 성분과 함량이 다를 수 있어, 모든 사용자의 요구를 충족시키는 화장품을 제공하는 데 어려움이 있다.
한편, 일반적으로 화장품 사용자는 오프라인 매장에서 화장품을 살 때 무료로 제공되는 샘플을 사용해 보면서 자신에게 맞는 화장품을 찾게 된다.
하지만, 오프라인 매장에서 제공되는 샘플은 제한적이어서 사용자는 다양한 샘플을 사용해 볼 수 있는 경험을 축적하기 어려운 상황이다.

그러므로, 본 발명은 종래 문제점을 해소하기 위한 것으로, 피부진단 패키지 사용에 대한 피부 진단결과 값을 통하여 고객의 체질 및 피부타입을 파악하며, 피부 상태에 적합한 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키트를 고객에게 제공하는 체질 및 피부타입에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키트 제공 방법 및 시스템을 제공하는 데 있다.

상기 화장품은 동물실험을 거치지 않거나 동물성 원료를 사용하지 않는 제품일 수 있다.
그리고 본 발명은 고객의 체질 및 피부타입에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키드를 제공하는 시스템에 관한 것으로, 고객의 정보 및 피부진단 패키지 사용에 대한 피부 진단결과 값을 입력하는 고객 단말기, 및 상기 고객 단말기와 통신하는 서버를 포함하는 체질 및 피부타입에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키트 제공 시스템을 제공한다.
상기 서버는, 상기 고객 단말기로부터 입력된 상기 피부 진단정보 값을 통해 고객의 피부타입 및 알레르기 체질을 분석하여 친환경 성분을 기반으로 하는 화장품을 산출하며, 상기 고객 단말기로 상기 산출된 화장품의 정보로 제작된 샘플이 포함된 친환경 화장품 체험키트의 정보를 제공하며, 상기 고객 단말기로 상기 체험키트의 발송정보를 송신한다.

다음으로 이와 같은 실시예에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키트 제공 시스템에 대해서 도 1 내지 도 3을 참조하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 여기서 도 2 내지 도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 고객 단말기로 서버와 통신하는 모습을 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
우선, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키트 제공 시스템은 서버(100)와 통신하는 제휴 상점 단말기(300)를 더 포함할 수 있으며, 서버(100), 고객 단말기(200) 및 제휴 상점 단말기(300)는 네트워크를 통해서 서로 통신을 수행할 수 있다.
네트워크는 광대역 유선 인터넷망, 이동통신망, WiFi망, 모바일 와이맥스(예컨대, 와이브로) 등의 통신망으로서 통신 단말이 서버(100)에 접속할 수 있도록 지원하는 네트워크라면 특별한 제한은 없다.

여기서 고객 단말기(200)는 입력수단, 출력수단, 컴퓨터 프로세서와 같은 데이터 처리수단 또는 데이터 저장수단을 포함할 수 있고, 다양한 소프트웨어의 설치가 가능하며, 고객의 조작, 외부로부터 전송되는 조작신호 또는 자동으로 특정 기능을 실행할 수 있는 장치이다. 예를 들어 고객 단말기(200)는 휴대폰, 셀룰러폰, 스마트 폰(smart phone), 스마트 패드, PDA(PersonalDigital Assistants), 태블릿, 데스크탑 PC 및 노트북 등일 수 있다.
고객 단말기(200)는 어플리케이션을 통해 전송받는 방식은 물론 SMS(short message service), URL-SMS(uniform resource locator shor message service), MMS(multi-media message service), 이메일(e-mail) 및 SNS(social network service) 등을 포함하며 다양한 방식을 통해 서버(100)로부터 친환경 화장품의 정보를 제공받을 수 있다.
예를 들어 서버(100)는 어플리케이션을 실행한 고객 단말기(200)와 정보를 송수신할 수 있다.
도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 고객 단말기(200)는 어플리케이션을 실행하여‘주소지 입력’란에 성별, 나이, 주소지 등과 같은 고객정보를 입력하여 서버(100)로 정보를 송신할 수 있으며, ‘고객정보 확인’란을 통하여 친환경 화장품 체험키트의 배송상태를 서버(100)로부터 정보를 수신하여 확인할 수 있다.
또한, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 고객 단말기(200)는 어플리케이션을 실행하여 제공된 화장품에 대한 성분명, 알레르기 유발 물질, 기능정보, 효능, 배합정보 및 주의 사항 등을 서버(100)로부터 정보를 수신하여 확인할 수 있다.
애플리케이션은 서버(100)로부터 요청 시 고객 단말기(200)에 설치되고 실행될 수 있는 모바일 애플리케이션으로서, 서버(100) 또는 Google Play 및 Apple App Store와 같은 애플리케이션 마켓으로부터 다운로드 가능할 수 있다.
애플리케이션은 Java, PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby 등과 같은 잘 알려진 프로그래밍 언어를 사용하여 개발되거나 프로그래밍될 수 있다

제휴 상점 단말기(300)는 서버(100)로부터 산출된 화장품 정보를 제공받으며, 화장품 정보로 제작된 샘플을 요청받아 서버(100)로 제작된 샘플의 발송정보를 송신할 수 있다.
제휴 상점 단말기(300)는 서버(100)로부터 고객정보를 수신하여 친환경 화장품 체험키트의 발송정보를 고객 단말기(200)로 송신할 수 있다.
여기서 제휴 상점 단말기(300)는 전자 기기로써, 예를 들어 휴대폰, 셀룰러폰, 스마트 폰(smart phone), 스마트 패드, PDA(PersonalDigital Assistants), 태블릿, 데스크탑 PC 및 노트북 등일 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 체질 및 피부타입에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키트 제공 시스템은 고객 단말기(200)로 샘플이 포함된 친환경 화장품의 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키트 제공 방법을 도 4를 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다. 도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키트 제공 방법의 플로우 차트를 나타낸 도면이다.
본 발명에 따른 체질 및 피부타입에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키트 제공 방법(이하, '체험키트 제공 방법')은 서버가 고객 단말기로 고객의 정보 및 피부진단 패키지 사용에 대한 피부 진단결과 값의 입력을 요청하는 단계(S100), 서버가 고객 단말기로부터 입력된 피부 진단정보 값을 통해 고객의 피부타입 및 알레르기 체질을 분석하여 친환경 성분을 기반으로 하는 화장품을 산출하는 단계(S200) 및 서버가 고객 단말기로 산출된 화장품 정보로 제작된 샘플이 포함된 친환경 화장품 체험키트의 정보를 제공하는 단계(S400)를 포함한다.
그리고 본 발명에 따른 체험키트 제공 방법은 S200 단계 및 S400 단계 사이에 수행되는, 체험키트의 발송정보를 고객 단말기로 송신하는 단계(S300)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
이와 같은 실시예에 따른 체험키트 제공 방법에 대해서 도 4 내지 도 6을 참조하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 여기서 도 5 내지 도 6은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키트 제공 방법에 사용되는 피부진단 패키지 및 체험키트를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
먼저 S100 단계에서, 서버가 고객 단말기로 고객의 정보 및 피부진단 패키지 사용에 대한 피부 진단결과 값의 입력을 요청한다.
입력 요청을 받은 고객 단말기는 통해 고객의 정보 및 피부진단 패키지 사용에 대한 피부 진단결과 값을 입력하여 서버에 송신한다.
여기서 고객정보는 고객의 성별, 나이, 주소지 등에 관한 정보 등을 포함할 수 있다.
서버가 고객 단말기로 진단결과 값의 입력을 요청하기 이전에 피부진단 패키지는 서버에 입력된 고객의 배송지로 연간 또는 분기별로 배송될 수 있다.
도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 피부진단 패키지는 피부타입을 확인하는 마스크 및 피부의 알레르기를 확인하는 패치를 포함한다.
마스크는 피부의 지성, 중성 및 건성을 판별하는 한지로 제작된 기름종이이며, 패치는 복수 개의 형태로 피부의 표피층에 부착되어 피부와의 반응을 통하여 알레르기 유발 성분을 확인할 수 있다.
진단된 피부타입은 지성 피부, 건성 피부, 중성 피부 및 복합성 피부로 분류될 수 있으며, 진단된 체질은 다양한 알레르기 체질 정보일 수 있다.
또한, 피부진단 패키지는 체질 및 피부타입 외에도 사용자의 다양한 피부의 상태를 확인할 수 있는 형태로 구성될 수 있다.
고객은 제공된 피부진단 패키지를 사용함으로써, 피부 진단결과 값인 중성, 지성, 건성 및 복합성에 관한 피부타입 정보 및 피부와의 알레르기 반응에 대한 알레르기 체질 정보를 직접 확인하고 고객 단말기를 이용하여 서버에 입력할 수 있다.
다음으로 S200 단계에서, 서버가 고객 단말기로부터 입력된 피부 진단정보 값을 통해 고객의 피부타입 및 체질을 분석한다.
서버는 고객 단말기로부터 고객정보 및 피부 진단결과 값을 입력받음으로써 고객 피부 정보를 획득하며 저장하고 관리할 수 있다.
다음으로 서버는 고객 단말기로부터 입력된 피부 진단결과 값을 수신하면 수신된 피부 진단결과 값을 분석하여 고객의 피부를 분석한다.
여기서 서버는 기저장된 피부진단 값과 수신된 피부 진단결과 값을 비교하여 고객의 피부 분석을 하며 이에 대응되는 친환경 성분을 기반으로 하는 화장품을 산출한다.
화장품의 산출은 기설정된 다양한 알고리즘, 수학식 및 매핑 테이블 등을 통해 수행될 수 있으며, 그 방법에는 제한을 두지 않는다.
여기서 산출된 화장품은 동물실험을 거치지 않거나 동물성 원료를 사용하지 않는 제품일 수 있다.
다음으로 S300 단계에서, 다양한 방법으로 체험키트의 발송정보를 고객 단말기로 송신할 수 있다.
도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 체험키트는 복수 개의 샘플이 구성되어 파우치 형태로 포장될 수 있다.
마지막으로 S400 단계에서, 서버는 고객 단말기로 산출된 화장품 정보로 제작된 샘플이 포함된 친환경 화장품 체험키트의 정보를 제공한다.
고객 단말기는 체험키트의 정보를 수신하여 확인할 수 있으며, 체험키트의 정보는 샘플의 제조사, 샘플의 제품명, 제품 가격, 색상, 용량 및 성분 등을 포함할 수 있다.
그리고 서버는 고객 단말기로 평점 또는 설문을 요청하여 고객의 피부 적합성에 대한 피부진단 데이터를 평점 또는 설문을 통하여 수집할 수 있다.
여기서 서버는 상품 사용 후기작성을 요청하며 샘플 사용자의 후기를 고객에게 제공하여 고객의 합리적 구매를 유도할 수 있다.
또한, 서버는 고객 단말기로 피부 진단결과 값을 기초로 맞춤형 화장품을 추천할 수 있다.
또한, 서버는 고객 단말기로 친환경 화장품의 제조사, 제품 가격, 색상이나 용량, 다른 고객이 입력한 평점, 일정 기간의 누적 평점, 순위 등에 관한 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
한편, 체험키트의 발송정보를 고객 단말기로 송신하는 방법에 대해서 도 7 내지 도 9을 참조하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 도 7 내지 9는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 체험키트의 발송정보를 고객 단말기로 송신하는 방법의 플로우 차트를 나타낸 도면이다.
먼저 S300 단계는, 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 서버가 제휴 상점 단말기로 산출된 화장품 정보를 제공하여 화장품 정보로 제작된 샘플을 요청하는 단계(S310), 제휴 상점 단말기가 서버로 제작된 샘플의 발송정보를 송신하는 단계(S320) 및 서버가 고객 단말기로 체험키트의 발송정보를 송신하는 단계(S330)를 포함할 수 있다.
먼저 S310 단계에서, 서버는 제휴 상점 단말기로 산출된 화장품 정보를 제공하며 화장품 정보로 제작된 샘플을 요청한다.
여기서 서버는 샘플의 화장품 정보를 제휴 상점 단말기에 송신한다.
이때, 화장품 정보는 선크림, 수분크림 등과 같은 화장품의 성분 및 함량에 대한 정보일 수 있다.
제휴 상점 단말기는 샘플의 화장품 정보를 수신하여 화장품 제조사로 샘플의 화장품 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
화장품 제조사는 화장품 정보에 의하여 화장품 성분을 함량에 따라 혼합하여 맞춤형 샘플을 제작할 수 있다.
제작된 샘플은 소량의 화장품이 플라스틱 용기, 유리병, 봉지, 플라스틱 파우치, 페이퍼 파우치, 분무병, 튜브, 패킷 및 포일 파우치 등의 형태로 형성될 수 있다.
맞춤형 샘플 제작이 완료되면 제휴 상점은 제조된 샘플을 배송에 의하여 서버 관리사에게 전달할 수 있다.
다음으로 S320 단계에서, 제휴 상점 단말기가 서버로 제작된 샘플의 발송정보를 송신한다.
서버는 샘플의 발송정보를 수신하여 샘플의 배송을 확인할 수 있다.
이때, 서버를 관리하는 서버 관리사는 배송된 샘플을 조합하여 패키지화된 체험키트를 고객의 주소지로 배송에 의하여 고객에게 전달할 수 있다.
서버 관리사는 배송된 샘플을 체험키트로 포장하고 포장 완료된 체험키트를 고객정보에 입력된 배송지로 배송하는 과정을 총괄하며 제어한다.
마지막으로 S330 단계에서, 서버가 고객 단말기로 체험키트의 발송정보를 송신한다.
고객 단말기는 서버로부터 체험키트의 발송정보를 수신하여 체험키트의 배송을 확인할 수 있다.
한편 실시예에서는 제휴 상점 단말기가 서버로 제작된 샘플의 발송정보를 송신한 후 서버가 고객 단말기로 샘플이 포함된 친환경 화장품 체험키트의 발송정보를 송신하는 예를 개시하였지만 이것에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
예컨대, S300 단계는, 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이, 서버가 제휴 상점 단말기로 산출된 화장품의 정보 및 고객의 정보를 제공하며 화장품 정보로 제작된 샘플을 요청하는 단계(S311) 및 제휴 상점 단말기가 고객 단말기로 체험키트의 발송정보를 송신하는 단계(S321)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
이와 같은 본 발명에 따른 체험키트 제공 방법은 제휴 상점 단말기가 고객 단말기로 샘플이 포함된 친환경 화장품 체험키트의 발송정보를 송신할 수 있다.
먼저 S311 단계에서, 서버는 제휴 상점 단말기로 산출된 화장품의 정보 및 고객의 정보를 제공하며 화장품 정보로 제작된 샘플을 요청한다.
서버는 화장품의 정보 및 고객의 정보를 제휴 상점 단말기에 송신한다.
여기서 화장품 정보는 선크림, 수분크림 등과 같은 화장품의 성분 및 함량에 대한 정보이며, 고객정보는 고객의 성별, 나이, 주소지 등에 관한 정보 등을 포함할 수 있다.
제휴 상점 단말기는 샘플의 화장품 정보를 수신하여 화장품 제조사로 샘플의 화장품 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
화장품 제조사는 화장품 정보에 의하여 화장품 성분을 함량에 따라 혼합하여 맞춤형 샘플을 제작할 수 있다.
제작된 샘플은 소량의 화장품이 플라스틱 용기, 유리병, 봉지, 플라스틱 파우치, 페이퍼 파우치, 분무병, 튜브, 패킷 및 포일 파우치 등의 형태로 형성될 수 있다.

다음으로 S321 단계에서, 제휴 상점 단말기가 고객 단말기로 체험키트의 발송정보를 송신한다.

고객 단말기는 제휴 상점 단말기로부터 체험키트의 발송정보를 수신하여 체험키트의 배송을 확인할 수 있다.
한편, 실시예에서는 체험키트의 발송정보를 제휴 상점 단말기가 고객 단말기로 송신하는 예를 개시하였지만 이것에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
예컨대, S300 단계는, 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 제휴 상점 단말기로 산출된 화장품의 정보 및 고객의 정보를 제공하며 화장품 정보로 제작된 샘플을 요청하는 단계(S312), 제휴 상점 단말기가 서버로 체험키트의 발송정보를 송신하는 단계(S322) 및 서버가 제휴 상점 단말기로부터 수신된 체험키트의 발송정보를 고객 단말기로 송신하는 단계(S332)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
이와 같은 본 발명에 따른 체험키트 제공 방법은 체험키트의 발송정보를 제휴 상점 단말기가 서버로 송신한 후 서버가 제휴 상점 단말기로 송신할 수 있다.
먼저 S312 단계에서, 제휴 상점 단말기로 산출된 화장품의 정보 및 고객의 정보를 제공하며 화장품 정보로 제작된 샘플을 요청한다.
서버는 화장품의 정보 및 고객의 정보를 제휴 상점 단말기에 송신한다.
여기서 화장품 정보는 선크림, 수분크림 등과 같은 화장품의 성분 및 함량에 대한 정보이며, 고객정보는 고객의 성별, 나이, 주소지 등에 관한 정보 등을 포함할 수 있다.
제휴 상점 단말기는 샘플의 화장품 정보를 수신하여 화장품 제조사로 샘플의 화장품 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
화장품 제조사는 화장품 정보에 의하여 화장품 성분을 함량에 따라 혼합하여 맞춤형 샘플을 제작할 수 있다.
제작된 샘플은 소량의 화장품이 플라스틱 용기, 유리병, 봉지, 플라스틱 파우치, 페이퍼 파우치, 분무병, 튜브, 패킷 및 포일 파우치 등의 형태로 형성될 수 있다.

서버는 서버로 체험키트의 발송정보를 송신한다.
고객 단말기는 제휴 상점 단말기로부터 체험키트의 발송정보를 수신하여 체험키트의 배송을 확인할 수 있다.
따라서 제휴 상점은 배송된 샘플을 체험키트로 포장하고 포장 완료된 체험키트를 고객정보에 입력된 배송지로 배송하며, 서버 관리사는 체험키트의 배송 정보를 총괄하여 제어한다.
본 발명에 따른 체질 및 피부타입에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키트 제공 방법에 의하면, 고객의 피부체질 및 피부타입을 파악하여 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 키트를 고객에게 제공하여 고객들의 친환경 화장품 탐색 기회비용을 감소시킬 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 방법은 다양한 컴퓨터 수단을 통하여 수행될 수 있는 프로그램 명령 형태로 구현되어 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체에 기록될 수 있다. 상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체는 프로그램 명령, 데이터 파일, 데이터 구조 등을 단독으로 또는 조합하여 포함할 수 있다. 상기 매체에 기록되는 프로그램 명령은 실시예를 위하여 특별히 설계되고 구성된 것들이거나 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 당업자에게 공지되어 사용 가능한 것일 수도 있다. 컴퓨터 판독 가능 기록 매체의 예에는 하드 디스크, 플로피 디스크 및 자기 테이프와 같은 자기 매체(magnetic media), CD-ROM, DVD와 같은 광기록 매체(optical media), 플롭티컬 디스크(floptical disk)와 같은 자기-광 매체 (magneto-optical media), 및 롬(ROM), 램(RAM), 플래시 메모리 등과 같은 프로그램 명령을 저장하고 수행하도록 특별히 구성된 하드웨어 장치가 포함된다. 프로그램 명령의 예에는 컴파일러에 의해 만들어지는 것과 같은 기계어 코드뿐만 아니라 인터프리터 등을 사용해서 컴퓨터에 의해서 실행될 수 있는 고급 언어 코드를 포함한다. 상기된 하드웨어 장치는 실시예의 동작을 수행하기 위해 하나 이상의 소프트웨어 모듈로서 작동하도록 구성될 수 있으며, 그 역도 마찬가지이다.
소프트웨어는 컴퓨터 프로그램(computer program), 코드(code), 명령(instruction), 또는 이들 중 하나 이상의 조합을 포함할 수 있으며, 원하는 대로 동작하도록 처리 장치를 구성하거나 독립적으로 또는 결합적으로 (collectively) 처리 장치를 명령할 수 있다. 소프트웨어 및/또는 데이터는, 처리 장치에 의하여 해석되거나 처리 장치에 명령 또는 데이터를 제공하기 위하여, 어떤 유형의 기계, 구성요소(component), 물리적 장치, 가상 장치(virtual equipment), 컴퓨터 저장 매체 또는 장치, 또는 전송되는 신호 파(signal wave)에 영구적으로, 또는 일시적으로 구체화(embody)될 수 있다. 소프트웨어는 네트워크로 연결된 컴퓨터 시스템 상에 분산되어서, 분산된 방법으로 저장되거나 실행될 수도 있다. 소프트웨어 및 데이터는 하나 이상의 컴퓨터 판독 가능 기록 매체에 저장될 수 있다.
한편, 본 명세서와 도면에 개시된 실시예들은 이해를 돕기 위해 특정 예를 제시한 것에 지나지 않으며, 본 발명의 범위를 한정하고자 하는 것은 아니다. 여기에 개시된 실시예들 이외에도 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 바탕을 둔 다른 변형예들이 실시 가능하다는 것은, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게는 자명한 것이다. 또한, 본 명세서와 도면에서 특정 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명의 기술 내용을 쉽게 설명하고 발명의 이해를 돕기 위한 일반적인 의미에서 사용된 것이지, 본 발명의 범위를 한정하고자 하는 것은 아니다.

Claims (8)

  1. 고객의 체질 및 피부타입에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키드를 제공하는 방법에 관한 것으로,
    서버가 고객 단말기로 고객의 정보 및 피부진단 패키지 사용에 대한 피부 진단결과 값의 입력을 요청하는 단계;
    상기 서버가 상기 고객 단말기로부터 입력된 상기 피부 진단정보 값을 통해 고객의 피부타입 및 알레르기 체질을 분석하여 친환경 성분을 기반으로 하는 화장품을 산출하는 단계; 및
    상기 서버가 상기 고객 단말기로 상기 산출된 화장품 정보로 제작된 샘플이 포함된 친환경 화장품 체험키트의 정보를 제공하는 단계;
    를 포함하는 체질 및 피부타입에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키트 제공 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 화장품을 산출하는 단계 및 상기 체험키트의 정보를 제공하는 단계 사이에 수행되는,
    상기 서버가 제휴 상점 단말기로 상기 산출된 화장품 정보를 제공하며 상기 화장품 정보로 제작된 샘플을 요청하는 단계;
    상기 제휴 상점 단말기가 상기 서버로 상기 제작된 샘플의 발송정보를 송신하는 단계; 및
    상기 서버가 상기 고객 단말기로 상기 체험키트의 발송정보를 송신하는 단계;
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체질 및 피부타입에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키트 제공 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 화장품을 산출하는 단계 및 상기 체험키트의 정보를 제공하는 단계 사이에 수행되는,
    상기 서버가 제휴 상점 단말기로 상기 산출된 화장품의 정보 및 상기 고객의 정보를 제공하며 상기 화장품 정보로 제작된 샘플을 요청하는 단계; 및
    상기 제휴 상점 단말기가 상기 고객 단말기로 상기 체험키트의 발송정보를 송신하는 단계;
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체질 및 피부타입에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키트 제공 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 화장품을 산출하는 단계 및 체험키트의 정보를 제공하는 단계 사이에 수행되는,
    상기 서버가 제휴 상점 단말기로 상기 산출된 화장품 정보 및 상기 고객의 정보를 제공하며 상기 화장품 정보로 제작된 샘플을 요청하는 단계;
    상기 제휴 상점 단말기가 상기 서버로 상기 체험키트의 발송정보를 송신하는 단계; 및
    상기 서버가 상기 제휴 상점 단말기로부터 수신된 상기 체험키트의 발송정보를 상기 고객 단말기로 송신하는 단계;
    를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체질 및 피부타입에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키트 제공 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 피부진단 패키지는 피부타입을 확인하는 마스크 및 피부의 알레르기를 확인하는 패치를 포함하며, 상기 마스크는 상기 피부의 지성, 중성 및 건성을 판별하는 기름종이이며, 상기 패치는 복수개의 형태로 상기 피부의 표피층에 부착되어 상기 피부와의 반응을 통하여 알레르기 유발 성분을 확인하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체질 및 피부타입에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키트 제공 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 화장품은 동물실험을 거치지 않거나 동물성 원료를 사용하지 않는 제품인 것을 특징으로 하는 체질 및 피부타입에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키트 제공 방법.
  7. 고객의 체질 및 피부타입에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키드를 제공하는 시스템에 관한 것으로,
    고객의 정보 및 피부진단 패키지 사용에 대한 피부 진단결과 값을 입력하는 고객 단말기; 및
    상기 고객 단말기와 통신하는 서버;를 포함하며,
    상기 서버는,
    상기 고객 단말기로부터 입력된 상기 피부 진단정보 값을 통해 고객의 피부타입 및 알레르기 체질을 분석하여 친환경 성분을 기반으로 하는 화장품을 산출하며, 상기 고객 단말기로 상기 산출된 화장품의 정보로 제작된 샘플이 포함된 친환경 화장품 체험키트의 정보를 제공하며, 상기 고객 단말기로 상기 체험키트의 발송정보를 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체질 및 피부타입에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키트 제공 시스템.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 서버 또는 상기 고객 단말기와 통신하는 제휴 상점 단말기;를 더 포함하며,
    상기 제휴 상점 단말기는,
    상기 서버로부터 상기 산출된 화장품 정보를 제공받으며, 상기 화장품 정보로 제작된 샘플을 요청받아 상기 서버 또는 상기 고객 단말기로 제작된 상기 샘플의 발송정보를 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체질 및 피부타입에 따른 고객 맞춤형 친환경 화장품 체험키트 제공 시스템.
